"Stone Age Korean Grill is a new restaurant project by Pascal Choi, expected to open soon in Katy, at 20940 Katy Freeway, in the Gardens at Westgreen development. Unlike many Korean barbecue joints that use tabletop gas grills, Stone Age will focus on hot stone cooking, using a flat volcanic stone about 1 inch thick to cook a variety of dishes. The menu, yet to be finalized, teases sous vide short ribs, sashimi tacos, bouncy udon with tempura, foie gras toast, and steaks finished on the table.
