Stork's Bakery & Cafe

I recently visited this cafe with my friends for brunch, and I had the waffle breakfast, which was absolutely delicious! My friends also enjoyed their meals. The beef empanadas weren’t our favorites, but they weren’t terrible either. The cafe had so many options that it was hard to choose a staple food or drink. The cappuccino (not pictured) was okay, but the chai latte had a great flavor! (Not pictured, but it was huge!) Overall, this is a cute cafe for a quick coffee, snack, or lunch with friends!

First time here. This is cool place offering a nice variety of delicious desserts, sweets, coffee, sandwiches, salads and much more. Staff is friendly, attentive and helpful. They have inside and outdoor seating. We ordered a couple of cakes slices and coffees and everything came out very good and tasty. Service was quick.

This cafe is SO cute! It had a very chill vibe with tons of menu options. I was picking a strawberry rhubarb pie and ended up getting the chicken and the beef empanadas for later. The staff were very friendly and I was helped in a timely manner. All their bakery items looked amazing! Can't wait to visit again when I have more time!

I wholeheartedly do not understand where all these fantastic reviews are coming from. Is the ambiance great? Totally! Is the customer service good? Definitely! The food…,Subpar. Their desserts look beautiful and delicious, but I’ve seen past reviews saying that they look better than they taste. Their sandwiches look good but I never tried them…the coffee is gross, burnt tasting, and whatever I ate today was awful. First, I wanna comment on the price of the salads in the front. They are so expensive and I will show you what I got for $15 in the picture below (salads only). The broccoli salad was meh, The avocado salad had potential, but it was so soggy, and the sweet potatoes I took one bite and almost threw up. I mean, it was sweet potato with pecans and blue cheese, I don’t know who invented this combination, but it is awful. The manager was great and she exchanged it for two empanadas. The outside of the empanada, the crust, was like white bread and the inside was flavourless mush. I ate half of one and threw out the rest. Their menu is extensive and I just don’t think that you can be good at everything and they need to choose their niche. I actually haven’t been to this place in a long time and now I remember why. The manager did try to make it up to me and gave me a beautiful dessert which I very much enjoyed. Now I probably sound like one of those obnoxious clients, but if you look at my past reviews, I usually say very positive things about restaurants, but this place needs to focus on what they’re good at. So disappointed.

Stork's Bakery & Cafe has a pleasant atmosphere and friendly staff, making it a nice spot to unwind. I tried the lime bar, which was deliciously tangy but definitely on the sweet side – a little intense if you're not into super-sweet treats. The latte was fair, nothing extraordinary but decent enough. Overall, it’s a cozy place with good service and a few treats worth trying!

I came here for a pick up order of baked goods. The desserts and cookies were really good and the service was fantastic. I wasn't in there long but it does look like a good place to have breakfast or lunch. I'll visit again for sure.

I loved the Hello kitty tuna sandwich. And the pumpkin bar was phenomenal! Baklava was good but a bit much.

I drive by this place all the time. Decided to stop. The layout is super friendly and modern. Why the poor review? I tried 2 things both had zero flavor. 100% tasted like nothing. I rated the service as a 3 because I asked about the ingredients on one of the items and was told it had no flour. Upon tasting it 100% had flour. Many people enjoying themselves on the covered patio.

This bakery / cafe is the favorite of many people in the area. Some love the coffee, the pastries, the cakes, the sandwiches, etc. I had a Mango Madness smoothie this last time and I loved the nice rich mango flavor in it. Sometimes you go to places that use artificial flavorings and the whole smoothie taste fake...this one does use natural ingredients and you can easily tell. I sat outside in the busy patio area, where people congregate and socialize with each other....hey...It's Wilton Manors....LOL....

Stumbled upon a charming spot in Wilton Manors with a lot to offer. The bakery itself seems to have a great mix of freshly made pastries and some more substantial meal options, which is always nice for a bakery that could easily just stick to sweets and coffee. While waiting in line for about ten minutes, I noticed a woman grab a plastic wrapped danish from a shallow wooden box containing an assortment of pastries with a sign stating, "Day Old Pastries Bread and Cookies $1.50". What, Did I just read that correctly? Without hesitation, I quickly grabbed a blueberry danish. What an excellent find, especially if you don't mind a slightly older, more affordable option. The mix of fresh coffee options, from specialty beans to classic brews, adds to the experience too. There's something about the smell of fresh coffee wafting through the air, especially when the classic stainless steel cappuccino machines are working their magic. The wall of self-serve fresh coffee beans was impressive and offered ten unique flavors including - Pumpkin Spice, Jamaican Me Crazy, Sumatra, Hazelnut, French Vanilla and Angel Kiss. The seating options, particularly the large outdoor patio, made this a comfortable space to linger and enjoy the vibe for a while. Carefully bit into the deliciously flaky danish with a sweet blueberry filling - definitely a homerun. During each bite, I was able to savor that treat while thinking it was such a great deal which really added to the experience. It's amazing when you find a place that surprises you with quality for such a reasonable price.

A hidden gem indeed. Stork's has been on my list to try for a couple of months now. I went on Sunday for an early breakfast and I was satisfied. The staff was very patient with us deciding what we wanted to order. They have weekend breakfast specials. I ordered scrambled eggs with bacon and waffles. The waffles were so delicious. They were fluffy, sweet and savory at the same time. The crème brûlée latte is a must try!

I had Stork's delivered today for the first time and it felt kind of average. I got the scrambled eggs with bacon and potatoes. The eggs were good they defintely needed some salt and pepper though. The potato's tasted really good I enjoyed the seasoning on them but some were a little undercooked. The bacon was crispy though which was nice since it was delivery. I also ordered a slice of chocolate cream pie which in my eyes was the star of the show. The flakey crust and the thick whipped cream and the sweet chocolate. It was absolutely delicious. I defintely want to try out more of their baked goods as they are a bakery and from tasting that pie they defintely know what they're doing. I'll defintely go into their location this time around and try out some of their baked goods.

Wow! What an amazing location with great sweets options. Made from scratch, delicious desserts. So many wonderful choices. I wanted to try them all. Will just have to go back again. They place was busy, but the girls did a nice job taking care of everyone quickly and effectively. The location is cute. It's a little small, but offers indoor and outdoor seating. Food options as well, but we did not eat here other than dessert. I would be willing to come back and try it. Coffee options look great too. I am excited to come back and try the other great options! Yummy yummy.

A couple of friends and I are regular customers of Storks. I love coming there because they have the best decaffeinated coffee I've ever had. It's the snickerdoodle blend. It is the only decaf that doesn't have a decaf bitter taste. When I come in the afternoon, I don't want too much caffeine. The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because on my last visit, I was waiting there about 20 minutes for my friends to arrive and during that whole time they didn't come to freshen up the self-serve area. There was hardly any half & half left, there was liquid on the table, and I got one of the last cup covers. At first they were quite busy, but there was a lull and the servers didn't check out this area. So all in all, I would definitely come here again, but I hope that this is just a freak incident, because it's important for a self-serve area to be sanitary.

Great atmosphere, amazing food, and the coffee is perfect. Highly recommend. Also a great place to conduct a small business letting if need be.

I truly love this little place. There isn't a time in the day that you couldn't go here and get something tasty. I've been here a few times now. Once for lunch and got some soup. It was very tasty. But when I asked about the soups the customer service behind the checkout was just as delightful as one can hope for in America. She went and got me a taste of each soups for the day so I could try completely u provoked or requested. The second time I went for coffee and a pastry. Both times equally delicious and I will go there many more times. Bc the price is just so darn good for such great food

I wanted to love this place because it's cute but it's incredibly overpriced. Six dollars for this small slice of cheesecake.

I was on a hunt for a great pastry shop and decided to try out Storks. I'll probably try something else on their menu because I wasn't quite satisfied, however my partner liked his pie. Staff is friendly, establishment looks clean, cakes taste fresh. Lovely array of options.

I am so disappointed by this experience. Everything in the display case looked wonderful. I brought home a key lime pie slice, baklava, and lemon blueberry cupcake. The key lime slice had gone bad, something tasted off and it tasted like rotten milk, as well as had an odd scent to it. Incredibly disappointing to spend money on something that had gone bad. The best part was the blueberry cupcake and even that was a little dry. Unfortunately I live about 40 minutes away and couldn't return to let them know and get a different desert option.

Food was great! Service was good and everyone was very friendly. Coffee was excellent! I look forward to revisiting in the future.

I love sweets and I had read good reviews about this place's desserts. Sinc I love Cheesecakes I was particulary wanting try one here so l went there and I órdered a slide of their chocolate Kalhua cheesecake My first disappoinment was when I received that tiny slide (for $6.00 i expected more) i consider it was overpriced but not only that the presentation was poor, it looked it was cut with a blunt knife or a spoon. It was too dry and dense and I could hardly taste the Kalhua on it. Honestly I have eaten better cheesecakes from Long Horn or Olive Garden. My orignal idea was to buy a whole cheesecake for Thanksgiving dinner but after this experience definitely NOT

One of mg favorite cafe's! Walk here every weekend with my wife! It's in the heart of wilton manors, they allow dogs on property with the outside seating and service inside. Ambiance is on-point. Food is beyond fabulous and everything in the case is made fresh daily.

What an awesome spot! Perfect for bite to eat or for all of your dessert needs. I have yet to be disappointed. Today was no exception as I picked up my pre-ordered Mana's Fudge Cake. I have tried several of their cakes and sweet treats, all excellent. I opted to order the Creme Brulee Coffee today, which was so good, and I took 2 breakfast paninis to go. I regret not snapping a picture, my friends would be shocked, before my boys tore into them. Great quality and value for $7. There were huge. The egg was scrambled and fluffy, with the right amount of cheese and bacon on focacia. Seriously, so good. I highly recommend a visit. You can order ahead, dine in, or take to go. They have a small inside dining area, as well as covered outdoor seating. Parking can be a bit tricky at times, but I usually find a spot close by.

Ive been here a few times. Their iced coffee is always good, and this time I had apple pie and mom's fudge cake. Both were great. They have so many options, I wanted to try everything. I like their outdoor covered patio. Will be back for sure!

I had a piece of Pistachio Cheesecake at another restaurant for dinner, which I learned came from Stork's Bakery. So, I had to come for a visit. The staff was very nice, and the Pistachio Cheesecake was even better than I remembered. I also had a Cappuccino. I love there outdoor seating. It was a nice afternoon outing. I pulled out my iPad and enjoyed the afternoon breeze. I noticed a strawberry cupcake that I am going to grab when I leave.

It's a long drive off the highway with a small parking lot. One things was pretty good, everything else was pretty bad. A friend bought us cannolis ... they are delicious and I'm not a huge cannoli person...a bit more subtle tasting and not overpowering. So hubs n I ventured out to try some of their other things. The eclairs are black with bitter chocolate...not a fan whatsoever. The crabcake...imitation crab meat and you can barely see the pink meat, flavorful but it's truly a pepper patty! Beef empanada...where's the beef? Again flavorful but it's potato filled and not much meat. Peanut butter cookie was okay but lacked flavor. I'll stick with just the cannoli.

Any bakery with pastries good enough to make me want to wake up in time for their early morning opening to have first pick is a five star place in my book! I visited Stork's Bakery for the first time on Saturday afternoon and was very impressed with everything I got. My family was craving pie, so I ordered a slice of their chocolate cream, coconut cream, and storkberry pies to bring home, along with a lemon white chocolate tart. All three of the pies were delicious. The chocolate one had a really rich cocoa flavor and was not too sweet. The coconut pie was surprisingly light, and I loved the toasted coconut topping. At first, I was a bit worried that the storkberry might end up being too sweet given the berry blend, but it was delightfully tart and so tasty. It's the kind of pie that would be perfect warmed up with some vanilla ice cream. The crust on all of the pies was so good, I really loved the texture and the subtle flavor from the oats. The lemon tart was also very good, it was rich and creamy with a nice strong lemon flavor. An entire one might've been a lot for me, but splitting it was perfect. In addition to the pastries, I also ordered an iced chai with oat milk. I absolutely love chai, but often find myself disappointed with the overpowering cinnamon milk most coffee joints down here put out. That was not the case at Stork's! The drink was not overly sweet, so I could still taste the tea. It had a pleasant spice blend, and I could really taste the cardamom. They make a solid chai - I would definitely order this again! They had a bunch of other teas listed on the menu too, so plenty of options for non-coffee drinkers. I think my only gripe about the experience was that it took a long time for them to box up our pies. Not sure why - maybe the lady helping us was new? Aside from that though, the staff were all very attentive and nice, and made sure to check with the kitchen about the allergen questions I had. The space had a surprising amount of parking for the Wilton Manors area, and the shop offered plenty of seating (including a really cute covered outdoor area). I still have to try their danishes, cakes, and sandwiches, so you can bet I'll be back soon!

This joint is tastier than a chocolate-covered joke! I've been frequenting this culinary wonderland for years, and somehow, my taste buds were having a party, but my fingers forgot to send the invite in the form of a review. So, today, I danced with a chicken and apple sandwich. Picture this: chicken, apples, and brie cheese all squeezed into a pita like a culinary sardine can. It was a flavor explosion that would make fireworks jealous. My wife opted for the Greek cheese pie and entered a feta-filled paradise. The rest of our gang? They were basically doing the happy food dance, too. And let's not forget the baked goods - we snagged some for the road, and my taste buds are still sending me thank-you notes. The staff here is so friendly that if they were any more amicable, they'd be declared national treasures. The restaurant is cleaner than my grandma's lectures about tidiness - and that's saying something. In summary, this place is not just a restaurant; it's a comedy show for your taste buds, with a cast of characters that includes the friendliest food ambassadors in town!

We love Storks!! Recently stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and went with the BEC on an everything bagel. The bagel was perfectly cooked. Crisp on the outside with a soft interior and just the right amount of seasoning. When i popped it open you could see the melty cheese, crispy bacon and fried egg. Every bite was better than the last and I was sad when i finished it. I'll be back to storks to grab some of their amazing looking dessert and more breakfast sandwiches!

Best Cookies In Town! My partner loves their fruit tarts and I am a huge fan of their affordable and large snickerdoodle Cookies. I've been coming here since high school with friends and family, they have warm sandwiches and amazing little Macaroons. The service is always friendly and brings you the best smiles and reccomendations. The ambiance is cozy and comforting showing local art and outdoor seating with large fans and plants so you feel right at home.

Great dessert place. Cookies and cakes are good. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu. Nice outdoor seating. Great for a sweet treat.

The location is convenient and their menu is vast. I find ordering here daunting because of the overwhelming amount of menu items. The patio can be very nice in the right weather, however the interior space is small so I can't see coming here in the summer. It's counter service only, and every employee I have encountered has been friendly and competent. Parking can be a challenge, and they don't have a bike rack so walk in if you can. If you're in the area, Stork's is an acceptable choice.

I really enjoyed my visit at Stork's Bakery. The service was great and efficient. I tried the red velvet cookie, strawberry daiquiri cupcakes and the margarita cupcakes. My favorite was the red velvet cookie and the margarita cupcake. Honestly some of the best desserts I have ever tasted. Highly recommend. The space is really beautiful. My favorite place to hang out. Patio and inside seating are available. Lattes are a must, thought the iced coffee is great as well. Grab a baked good. Chiros, cookies, cupcakes, or pies. They have it all. Service is always great. Harley, is amazing but you can't go wrong with any of their baristas.

The stork berry pie was fabulous! The crust... yummy! The tuna wrap was fresh and service was excellent! My half my food was thrown out accidentally and they gave me a whole meal to take home! Kindness is priceless!

A gem. Beautiful little hole in the wall with great desserts and a variety to choose from. Although, their desserts are the main attraction, their sandwiches are very good. I had the steak sandwich and it was delicious. Service is always great and inviting. Love this local place.

Best food I've had in a while. Top 3 chicken parm and I get chicken parm everywhere i go. I am so impressed and I will be back. Tried the chicken apple melt and just wow. The Mykonos wrap was also amazing. 10/10 recommend.

Waiting 30 minutes for a omelete bagel is so frustrating and not acceptable. Not even an excuse from the mean employee .

Crème brûlée coffee and crumb apple pie amazing!!! It's such a cute coffee shop. It was not busy at all when we went as a matter of fact we showed up 30 minutes before closing. They have a nice patio area that you can sit and sip ur coffee on a nice day.

Very impressive selection of prepared foods, daily specials and my main reason for visiting...deserts!! WOW..... We got BREAD PUDDING WITH carrot and white chocolate chips; freaking delicious!!!! The staff was patient with all our inquiring questions and helped nudge us to the best decision! We will be back! Thank you!

Their Pies, Cakes, and Pastries are Amazing but the Customer Service and Organization of this Establishment Wavers far too much. Why can I not stay away?! One Answer STORKBERRY PIE!!! This Pie is Filled with a Blend of Strawberries, Raspberries, Blackberries, Blueberries, and Cherries! A Berry BeRRY ExPloSioN! If you want to get your Hands on one of their Signature Storkberry Pies (Or Any Pie) then you must Call Ahead to Pre-Order for the Full Pie. If you just want a Slice then get there Early! The Bulk of the times we go in for a Slice they do not have any. Also, if you want any of their Pies.. say the Majority of Slices are there with 1 Piece Missing, they will Charge you by the Slice rather than Minus 1 Slice from the Pie... Other of our Favorites is their Strawberry Rhubarb Pie and Apple Crumb! Both are Full of Flavor, Quality Ingredients, and Ultra Satisfying! Now to Customer Service and Organization that Storks Exhales.. Customer Service is Inevitably Underwhelming as it is just a Transaction for them. We have Pre-Ordered and been here plenty of times to know what to Expect but when it was an Early Meeting Order of Multiple Full Size Quiches to be Ready for Pick-Up at 7am they Completely Dropped the Ball. Ordered the Day Before, No Problem -- Next Morning to Pick-Up No Quiches were Made or Ready.???.WTH! Explanation was that they just Opened... Ummm yeah exactly why I Pre-Ordered for them to be Ready; You are a Bakery Right?! On a Different Occasion I Pre-Ordered a Pie only to Arrive and Wait in Line for 20+ Mins just because behind the Counter was Incredible Disorganized. The Line was Only 3 People Deep, they were so Unorganized that it took much longer than Expected or Anticipated. Parking is Very Tight and Small but if you go in the Backside of their Building you will see a Parking Lot on the West Side that is Free and Useable. They have Breakfast, Lunch, Happy Hour, and Dinner with a Small Indoor Seating Area and Small Outdoor Patio. They are Very Pet Friendly and Offer PuP Treats for Purchase for Your Baby! Free WiFi is Also Available. Storks does a Fine Job if you get them on a Good Day~ Good Luck!

Too much apple: pastry ratio. Apples were undercooked. Too much cinnamon. Taste much better warmed up. It was $6 so I'm still going to eat it but just my honest opinion. Space was cute, clean, and staff was inviting.

Stork's is located on a corner, welcoming us into Wilton Manors. Upon arrival, we found parking immediately. The inside is dark and cozy and the display cases were filled with delectable cakes. The pastries didn't look as appealing as the cakes. We ordered the white chocolate raspberry cheesecake and the French chocolate cake. I asked if there was anything else worth getting and the woman at the counter did not offer any suggestions - just that everything is good. I ordered a cinnamon and raspberry pastry from the display case to get some variety. It totaled to about $16.50 for the two slices and the two mini pastries. I took one bite of the chocolate cake and tasted flavorless dry cake. I expected a fudgey deep chocolate flavor, but didn't get any of that. The white chocolate raspberry cheesecake was disappointing as well. It barely had any raspberry flavor to it and the white chocolate was only a thin icing on the top. The pastries tasted dry and stale. I've been to many bakeries and this is my least favorite in south Florida.

This is an interesting place. From. The name, you wouldn't expect them to have a huge selection of bespoke cakes, pies, and pastries, but they do. The location is kind of dark and hidden, but your efforts to fi d it will pay off in the end.

Stopped in for a couple of pastries early afternoon. Enjoyed super fresh cheese danish. The flakey pastry was filled with cheese and had a nice icing. Also bought a snicker doodle cookie. Peanuts and chocolate were a great flavor sensation. The people àt the counter ate always great and friendly.

What a beautiful café! We walked in here on a Saturday evening and they still had lots of desserts, such as pastries, for sale. They actually have many different items and I wanted to buy everything in the café under the glass! However we had just eaten dinner and were there for primarily a cappuccino and macchiato. The staff were super friendly and told us all about their operation and how they offer breakfast as well, and very reasonable prices. They made our coffee's in no time at all and they were absolutely delicious. They had quite a bit of seating inside and even more in their outdoor patio. Many of the customers here were very friendly, it really sounds like a cool place to be at. I can't wait to go back!

I fucking love love love this place!!! It's my go to each and ever time in and around the Wilton manors Fort Lauderdale area. I always stop and get their homemade peanut butter cookie, which reminds me of the peanut butter cookies if you ever went to public school back in the 80's in Broward County! They are so unbelievably delicious. Hubby always likes to get the honey bars. Those are absolutely delicious too!! Their coffee is amazing too and this is a must stop always.

Wonderful bakery with scrumptious treats. It took me a while to find out about this bakery even though they've been around for a while. And took me even longer to visit after I found out about it. If I knew then what I know now right?!? I don't have a sweet-tooth I have sweet-teeth and I was like a kid in a candy shop. It was an array of beautiful treats calling out to me. Everything and I mean everything looked fresh and scrumptious. After many questions, which the owner graciously answered and deliberation on my part, I selected my treats and was oh so pleased. If you haven't been go, go now. Before I eat it all hehehe.

I recently ordered the Framboise cake from Stork's and it was excellent. I just placed my Thanksgiving dessert order for a Chocolate Cream pie and the Storkberry pie, both are also fantastic. They must be doing something right, they are celebrating their 25th Anniversary in business!
