The best part about Stoup is that it works for all types of weather—during winter, the main tasting room has plenty of seats, and when the sun comes out, the garage doors swing open and you can sit outside on a patio table. "When Optimism Brewing was around, we wouldn't have changed anything about the expansive space—except their mediocre beer. Apparently, that wasn't too much to ask for, because Stoup, one of the best breweries in town, took over.
