It pains me to write this review, however, I must let others know the truth. We went to this restaurant tonight, hungry and drained after a long day, but optimistic about eating their good food. We were seated and after about 10 minutes, a young woman came to take our order. She seemed like she was trying to focus on 15 other things simultaneously, however, we kept ordering. She kept trying to sell us the most expensive steak in the restaurant, she even brought a raw piece of freakin meat to the table to try and seduce us with it. Ew. It wasn't calling my name. We ordered a chicken sandwich and burger for the kids, as well as a chicken salad and what was supposed to be the ribs, for the adults. Fine. After waiting for half an hour and having to appease our 3 very antsy and hungry children, we started questioning our food. Where is it?? I asked a different waiter to find out about our food because our former waitress had apparently abandoned us. The young man came back only to tell us that our food was not ready yet but it would be coming out shortly. I was not a happy camper at this point. The Brooklyn started coming out in me and I was getting firm with the service people. Finally, after about 45 minutes of being there and watching many other people who arrived after us getting their food before us, we finally got some of ours. To sum up the food, my son basically threw up his spicy chicken burger on his plate, used the side of fries as a weapon against his brother (they were as hard as a toy sword anyway), my other sons beef burger left his mouth with that pasty feel as it was so dry, and my husbands chicken salad cried to us as if was Lingering for flavor and more substance. As for me, I will never be able to leave a review about the slow cooked ribs that I originally ordered as I was brought the beef cheek instead because it's what the "very organized" waitress thought I had ordered. Ok lady, I don't eat cheek meat. You're bad. I didn't reorder. I guess that's a good thing because I picked at my family's food and realized how happy I was that they didn't get my order right. I would have probably vomited it back up. I will say that the waitress did apologize for her misunderstanding, hence the reason I'll give it atleast a 1 star. Do yourself a favor, there are plenty of other restaurants on Harding or in the area. Those are the ones that are worth your time, money, and tummy!
P.S. I never usually write reviews, especially ones of this sort, but I must warn the innocent about this place.
