"Strike + Reel, named after its starring bowling and cinema attractions, opened on Thursday, December 19 (5902 N. President George Bush Highway). All-day hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 10 a.m. to 12 a.m., and until 2 a.m. on weekends (and opening 9 a.m. on Saturday). The 90,000-square-foot North Texas newcomer houses 24 bowling lanes and eight dine-in movie auditoriums outfitted with heated recliners under one roof. Along with shareables, pizza, handhelds, main plates, salads, desserts, and a kid’s menu, adults can choose from cocktails like a Mezcal Manhattan and martini, along with 24 draft beers, 12 tapped wines, and boozy shakes. Guests can eat and drink lane-side, in a movie theater recliner, or at Strike + Reel’s restaurant. Highlights include “Epic Cheese Fries” loaded with tater tots, pepper jack, applewood-smoked bacon, chopped brisket, chorizo, fried jalapeños, queso, jalapeño ranch, pico de gallo and scallions; Buffalo Chicken pizza; a Cuban panini; and a diet-busting dessert dubbed the The Titanic, built with massive scoops of ice cream, bananas, berry compote, chocolate and strawberry syrup, whipped cream, and brownies." - Tierney Plumb

Excellent service with very comfortable seats and delicious food. They also offer rock climbing, games, bowling and have a bar. Plenty of parking and a nice facility right off George Bush Tollway. You can also get rewards.

Strike + Reel has a lot of potential, and I really wanted to love it. The bar was great—drinks were solid, the vibe was fun, and the service throughout the night was genuinely impressive. Huge shoutout to the manager and the staff who made the place feel super welcoming. Everyone working there was cool, friendly, and clearly cared about giving good customer service. But honestly, the experience fell short in other areas. Most of the games in the arcade either didn’t work or just weren’t enjoyable. It felt like a lot of the machines were either glitchy, off, or missing that entertainment factor you expect at a place like this. On top of that, several of the main attractions—stuff I specifically came (and paid) for—were closed, which was a huge letdown. So while the people made the night better, the overall entertainment side of Strike + Reel just didn’t hit the mark. I’d come back to hang at the bar, but if you’re looking for a full night of games and attractions, you might leave feeling a little underwhelmed.

I’ve been wanting to try this movie theater for years now, especially since it’s the closest one to my apartment. The theater isn’t as big as Cinemark or AMC, but they do offer $5 movies on Tuesdays. I strongly dislike the online ticketing process— it’s inconvenient to have to call in order to cancel/refund tickets. At other theaters, I can just go online and click a button to cancel. At Strike + Reel, I have to call the box office and read them my entire card information to process a cancellation. Overall, the theater is decent and affordable (if you pay the one-time $20 membership fee). They don’t provide free water cups like Cinemark or AMC, and the restrooms are small (only three stalls in the women’s room), and two of them were out of toilet paper when I went. The place was packed on Tuesday, which brought back memories of the good old moviegoing experience. Popcorn costs $8 for a small bag, and there are no refills on the $5 soda cups. If you’re looking to save an extra dollar on movie Tuesdays, this is a great option. But if you care about the amenities that bigger theaters offer, it’s probably best to skip this one.

I guess the movie was cancelled and another was put in place. Older release movie so I understand, I fly in every weekend or every other weekend to spend time with my kids and this was a daddy daughter valentines time day weekend date. The manager did a great job resolving the issue. She refunded us the movie, popcorn and provided my daughter with a 2 hour free play pass. Thank you, it meant a lot!

I had no idea how many cool games were inside of this place! We came here to watch the movie #Amateur and not only was it awesome, the staff here was awesome as well! We got some food and while it could have been a bit better, it was still good. It hit the spot that’s for sure. After all, we went for the movie not the food 🤷‍♀️ The theater was super clean and so were the restrooms, both a plus! #StrikeReel #Movies #Arcade #GarlandTexasOnly #GarlandTexas

Google
We love strike and reel. They have great matinee prices for movies and the shareable are delicious. Some entrees are hit or miss but you cannot go wrong with the loaded fries. The kids enjoy the arcade before and after the showing as well. I am going to sing high praises for the staff today. Service from start to finish was amazing. Everyone was kind and helpful. Specifically Garrison on the obstacle course. My son decided to give it a go but once up top got a bit overwhelmed by the lights and noise. Garrison immediately stepped in to help and even got my husband up there to walk him through. So we will add in accommodating to others on the spectrum. I don’t think many realize how special that is and will create a welcoming environment for all. Thank you!

Google
This is a fun place to go but the service is really awful. You can be standing in front of a bartender and they will continue to chat or completely avoid eye contact. We’ve been a ton of times because our kids really love the games/movie aspect, and it really doesn’t matter who is working, it is always like that. If they improved the level of service that would make it a 4-5 star fun place. If you want anything to eat or drink, you’re best going somewhere else or saving 30 minutes to receive it.

My four friends and I watched 28 Years Later with the intention of enjoying not only the movie, but also what we assumed would be a professionally managed dining experience. We arrived early, placed our full order—including drinks, one appetizer, a salad, a hot dog, two burgers, and chicken tenders—well before the movie began. What followed was an unacceptable display of disorganization, poor communication, and an utter lack of accountability from the staff. Ten minutes into the movie, we received only our drinks and a single appetizer. We waited patiently, assuming the rest would follow promptly. Instead, forty minutes passed before we had to initiate communication with our server—who casually informed us that our burgers had been “burned.” Even if we take this at face value, does that explain why none of the other items—not even a salad—were brought out? Did the chef also manage to “burn” lettuce? What is most annoying is not just the kitchen’s failure to execute the order, but the server’s total failure to inform us of any issue until we demanded answers. No update, no apology, no contingency plan—just silence. In the hospitality industry, such a breakdown in basic communication protocols is not merely unprofessional. Eventually, one burger and the chicken tenders arrived. The salad was never served, as if it had simply vanished into a culinary black hole. With three-quarters of the movie already over, we were forced to track down another server just to cancel the remainder of our now-pointless order. At the end, one item was comped—a small gesture that did little to rectify an experience met with hunger and irritation. While 28 Years Later was an outstanding movie, the customer service experience was profoundly disappointing. The lack of transparency, the disorganization, and the indifferent attitude of the staff left a bitter aftertaste. We had the intention of an amazing night out and were instead met with an empty stomach and a sense of frustration that should have been entirely avoidable with the most basic level of competence and courtesy.

Yelp
Me and my boyfriend went on a movie date night and we got there a few minutes late but Francis, the manager, was able to get us into our seats for the movie and gave us a 11/10 service!! Definitely recommend!!

Yelp
Movie date night Friday 9/13 We purchased tickets online, pretty simple and easy process. Ample parking, and easy walkability. I will say we were taken aback with the handgun/weapon screening process at the door as I've not experienced at any other theater locally. During our entry we noticed mostly younger teen aged workers, when bringing in orders to theaters there seemed to be lots of joking, horseplay, as well as one serving huffing and puffing over the food trays while delivering orders. The movie itself was great, nice reclining and seats with optional seat warmers. We did not visit the arcade or bowling areas during our visit. Prices seemed average for local venue, I would try again possibly during a school day to avoid some of the younger crowds for a quieter/calmer visit.

Summer K.

Yelp
Tuesdays are $5.00 movie days, even the new movies! Seats are very, very comfortable and decline alllllll the way back. Plus, they are heated! You can order drinks, popcorn, etc right from your seat and they will bring it to you.

WaNesha J.

Yelp
This could really be a great place but management was lacking. We were there at 11:45pm and it was over run with unchaperoned children. A lot of the games were broken. The good offered is below par. Anyone you talk to about an issue is oblivious because they are 18. This place is a person with nefarious intentions dreams. The scantily clad 13 and 14 year old girls and grown men walking around was very disturbing to me. I understand parents like to drop their children off at arcades but then again this was late at night. I saw only a handful of adults and tons of kids. They were even sitting at the bar. Maybe me an my old age just can't relate.

Yelp
I've never been to a Strike and Reel, but have driven past this place quite a few times! I went here to watch the 2024 Twisters movie. Movie theatres have definitely changed quite a bit since I was a kid! I loved the big plush reclining leather seats with a cup holder and food tray. Extra brownie points for the heated seating option for people who love a toasty seat :) You have the option to order your food while seated in your recliner and they will bring your order to you. Alternatively, you can go to the "Self-Serve" counter and order at the counter. I felt like the matinee tickets were fair (around $12 per ticket). The prices for concession were a bit pricey and I didn't appreciate that they only had 1 size for everything. Highway robbery lol. Please bring back small sodas and popcorn! I don't need a large bag and soda by myself! TYSM! Large popcorn $8 Large soda/tea $5

Yelp
I have never been to a Strike & Reel Bowling Alley before yesterday. When I tell you, This place had everything but a hotel in the building lol. I truly enjoyed myself. We did have a minor issue when we were looking to eat in the dining room area though. All the big booths were dirty. However Tre' , and Rubi handled it quickly. There was another young man that came to assist him but I didn't get his name in the red shirt. He was also wiping down the tables as Tre' sprayed (was in a wheelchair). LaNiyah was our server she was very friendly, polite, kind, and offered a few good drink choices. My second Beach House Ken tasted very different than my first one though. Not sure if they'd changed bar mixologists or not. Overall everyone was attentive as younger people being employed in a bigger establishment like this I was impressed. Tre' came by to check on us periodically which was great, Rubi was very soft spoken, and made sure we had no concerns or complaints. Whomever interviewed these young staffers' and gave them their positions made the best decisions. Hopefully they're getting paid for their asks professionalism's too. Not quite sure why the stars on Yelp are so low but whatever caused this hopefully it's shifting to a higher level of quality for people. 9/10 if the tables and big seating benches hadn't been dirty I'd offer all 10's. I'll still revisit this Strike & Reel again though.

Yelp
We had fun for what we came for. Played several different games, rode the bumper cars and did the above ground obstacle course. The obstacle was fun to do with my boys but I didn't have the guts to do the zip line part. The only downfall, which I'm sure it's not easy to get past in public places and whereabouts, was when I entered the women's bathroom, it smelled so intense from weed. I take my son sometimes with me because if I'm by myself, which I was, I don't let him go into the Men's alone. I'm just glad it was only me entering the Women's bathroom but it was so bad you could literally smell it while being out on the video game floor.

Semhar M.

Yelp
Now this place is FUN! Movie theater to the left, food court in the middle, bowling and massive arcade to the right! Right off PGBT with plenty of parking options. What a great time! My husband and I went to watch the new Spider-Man movie (very good btw) and decided to pop in about 45 minutes earlier to see if we could have a couple of bowling rounds. Which we did! I hadn't bowled in years so it was such a nostalgic experience. The bowling lanes, however, are a bit dark I think. If there was a way for them to lighten it up, it'd be perfect. We'll definitely be back!

Christy L.

Yelp
I took my family to go bowling. I paid $52 for the hr. No problem. But no server came to assist after asking twice. I finally go to bar to order food and bartender was like I can take ur order but you have to take it to the lane. He moved in slow motion for drinks and 2 of them were just water and lemonade. I had to keep walking back n forth to carry my drinks 3 trips. Food took forever to come out and when I kept coming to check on it (barely bowled cuz I was being a server) but bartender wouldn't even acknowledge me. Food came out on big circle thing that I couldn't carry at 515. We got there at 419p. I asked for manager two times and no one came. Servers were present but on phones chilling with people at counter. The bartender that closed us out was young and he was amazing and polite but this was after we played games. I spent a lot of money for sub standard service.

Yelp
Corporate event - Rented out a theater, bowling, and had a group lunch on November 8, 2024. Clean facilities, attentive service, great experience. Highly recommend for a group event, as prices are very reasonable. Very accommodating and responsive staff!!!

Carlos H.

Yelp
Always something going on with this place. I understand that they can be understaff but when no one puts an effort to reassure and/or put an effort that service is slow. I feel like an idiot waiting for the workers to speed up. Having to wait 30 minutes for drinks at my lane. Then when I'm done. I'm in the line at the bar just to order ONE drink. It takes 20 minutes to just take my order. I had people in my line conversating with me about how we've both waiting an outrageously long time and that we're wasting time on our bowling lane time limit and friends are already playing in the arcade. 20 minutes for 2 drafts is outrageous. Please inform yourself that there's a risk to coming here and depending on their hospitality. You are risking your time and patience.

Dior W.

Yelp
CHEER CHEER FOR THE ATMOSPHERE! seriously, 5 stars for atmosphere. there's so much to do inside. bowling, bar/restaurant, movies (clearly), laser tag, ropes course, arcade, etc. i decided to go here to see the barbie movie. i've been here once before, but only kicked it at the bar. this time, i made a day out of it. the seats in the theatre are FIRE. best seats i've ever sat in. they recline back SO far and are heated. i was obsessed. super plush too, they put some money into it. food/drinks: i'm a gin girl & there weren't many gin cocktails on the menu, so i just requested they make me a french 75. the bartender KILLED it. best one i've had in a long time (the first time i came to this theatre they were out of champagne & that felt disrespectful to my soul, so i'm glad they were better this time). i ordered the salmon off the menu and O H MY FLIPPING G O S H . i almost didn't pay attention to the movie because that salmon was INCREDIBLE. so incredible that i didn't want to finish it and made myself box it up to take home for a late night treat. so glad i did. i will definitely be back. it's a little out the way for me, but for that salmon, those seats & those drinks? . . . i'm in.

Deana G.

Yelp
Terrible service. Waitress was sitting eating a meal while taking care of us. We waited 30 minutes for water, 2 of our people never even got a drink. Then when we asked the manager for water instead of pouring us any she just sat down the pitcher. 0/10 stars.

Pj S.

Yelp
Movie was great, but the food service was awful. Waited an hour for 1 order of wings, mozzarella sticks & a bottle of water. Found out that the kitchen never received the order. I asked for a refund but I didn't receive the tip back immediately. Was told it would take a few days. They offered to "fire the grill" to prepare the food. (another 20 min plus wait.) I declined. They offered no compensation, not even a bag popcorn. Just a "sorry."

Sheila B.

Yelp
I love this place! Brought my baby boy for 1st time and now he says he's having his birthday party here!

Abigail S.

Yelp
Wish I can give this a zero stars from how frustrated I'm from my whole experience there today and in the past but I can't so I will settle for one star. The staff are not attentive at least the one that for some reason I always get in the VIP lounge. He will see you probably only 2 times your entire visit even if you press the button to call for a waiter. The first time I had him was on Father's Day and I get the place was packed so he was probably busy the whole time. But we paid a little bit extra to be in the VIP lounge so we thought we would get a waiter that only had that area. But I guess not since we only saw him about 4 times our entire time there on Father's Day even though we pressed the button way more than that. The second time was today and the place was not overly packed. Just like last time we got the VIP lounge and yet again we got the same waiter as last time. But this time the experience was awful. It took me asking other waiters, pressing the button, and trying to find him to even get a second order in. When I did press the button I had two people that are not my waiter come and tell me to turn off the button and that my waiter will be with me shortly. It took me waiting about 20 mins and pressing the button again to even see my waiter. It took 40+mins to get a shake and by the time I got it the time for the bowling lane was almost up. (Ordered it when my time left on my lane was at 57mins and got it when I had less than 14mins left)

Sheena D.

Yelp
I've been to Strike and Reel a few times, and every visit has been an absolute blast! The first thing that stands out is the reasonable prices for movies. It's a great deal for a night out. On my most recent visit, I had the pleasure of watching the Barbie movie, which was fantastic. But what truly added to the experience were the Barbie-themed cocktails they offered at the bar. They were not only delicious but also a fun and fitting addition to the movie theme. The combination of a great movie, affordable prices, and creative cocktails makes Strike and Reel a top-notch choice for a fun night out. I'll definitely be returning for more cinematic adventures and tasty beverages!

Brandon P.

Yelp
So you are trying to justify "Peak hour" with price gouging. Not only that, the place was empty. Maybe 2 lanes were in use. Lower the price I bet more lanes would be in use. Families looking for activities out of the house and even as simple as a game of bowling and it cost almost $100 for 1 hour.

Ashley R.

Yelp
Went to watch a movie last night, the theater was hot. We complained to two people. One guy stated that they've been trying to tell corporate and nobody's done anything. My legs were sticking to the seats. I was sweating. We ordered red wine they came back 4 times with white wine.... Finally after breaking it down we got the red. Ordered twizzlers 1 he later came Back said they were out. So ordered milk duds asked for them 3 times never got them. Final bill Had twizzlers and milk duds on my bill. And white wine charges. Terrible movie going experience

Jennifer P.

Yelp
Bowling is fine, food is terrible. Eat before you come. Fried pickles could be good if they were warm, pizza tastes like chucky e cheese and wings are basically burned frozen nuggets covered in sauce

Sarah B.

Yelp
This place offers plenty of games, including bowling, as well as food options such as pizza, mozzarella sticks, a vegetarian platter, street tacos, and chips and salsa.

Sue T.

Yelp
I actually love going to see a movie there, but last time I went they pulled something pretty bad. I had ordered iced tea that I never got. After ordering it, I asked 2 other people as they walked by if they could check on it. After not receiving it, I just deducted the $5 for the tea off my bill, and wrote "never received it" by the tea charge line. Imagine my surprise when I see on my credit card that they ADDED $10 to my receipt balance. So they stole $10 from me. I keep thinking I will drive down there with the picture of the receipt that I have (as I thought something funny might happen) and my credit card statement, but it's a hassle. This is just theft.

Jay H.

Yelp
Love this place! My husband and I went here for date night and it truly impressed us. The food was stellar! The fried pickles I dream of lol!

Shanda F.

Yelp
I won these in the claw machine.... Except the tiny guy..... The games were reasonably priced

Jan G.

Yelp
Best place to watch a movie. Heated reclining seats, food delivery. A bar To relax with friends

Julian R.

Yelp
First timer at Strike + Reel. Walking up it remind me of a Dave and Buster's, but bigger and better. I can't comment much on the bowling or games outside of just walking through. The electronic machine is fairly easy to maneuver to purchase tickets. It gave the movie options and directed you on how to pay. It was odd that the payment screen took a while to reset, so we thought that it didn't go through even though it provided our tickets. The seats are awesome. Recline and heated/cooled deepening on your preference. We didn't know how to order food, so I went out to ask a employee, which they provided direction. For those who are new to the venue, there is a button next to the legs that you to push for service. I got the epic fries appetizer. Honestly, I couldn't expect much more than fried food. However, we weren't offered condiments and the staff forgot our waters until reminded. The food for four of us come at all different times. The movie experience itself was good.

Philip G.

Yelp
I don't ever leave reviews (ever) but worst experience ever Don't waste your time or money at this business. I arrived with my family of 3, gave info for bowling waitlist, spent $80 on games, watched a movie, then checked the wait list...skippy the incompetent employee (same guy that checked me in on the waitlist) told me that I must have missed the text....i received none. I asked kindly if he could put me next sine I had waited 3 hours and he told me that we would be on the end of the line and giggled when I told him no thanks. Debated asking for a manager but this is a clear indicator that this business and its conglomerate (such as pinstack) that I frequent personally and with team events twice a year will NEVER get my business again. Scam. Incompetence. Save your money and go elsewhere! Enterprise properties group will never see another transaction from me. Disappointing.

Supriya P.

Yelp
One stop shop for entertainment in Garland area! Bowling, Arcades , movies & food. Great for families & suitable for parties too.. , well maintained place with friendly service! We had a blast!! Been there thrice during the Christmas break, never disappointed!

Tony B.

Yelp
Very good place for family with small kids. Movie theater is awesome. Food are also very good. Big games room for the kids. Bar for adults. What else do you need. Great place to spend time with your family.

Keidra M.

Yelp
My family (Ages 35, 34, 8 and 4) and I went here today for a Spring Break outing and had a blast! We got there when they opened, so it was practically empty. Mom and dad started out with mimosas. As a family, we started with bumper cars, laser tag and a movie. Bumper cars were so much fun...I enjoyed it way more than I expected. Laser tag was super fun because it was just the 4 of us. I don't know if they let us play long or if games are always long but we all enjoyed. We ate while we watched Sing 2. Food was great, as we left nothing behind. We had the stacked nachos. They were really good, except there were more chips than toppings. One kid had pizza and fries from kid's menu. Other kid had chicken tenders and fries. After the movie, we played our hearts out in the arcade. Definitely plan on going back.

Susan S.

Yelp
We always have a great experience with the waitstaff in the movies. They are never short staffed and always very accommodating. The kids pizza is a great deal! It's huge and can feed 2-3 kids and comes with fries.

Zachary K.

Yelp
I wanted to give it five stars because my kids really like the place and it's fun with lots of activities but the portion of ice cream you get for $6 is an abomination. I literally paid $6 for not even a full scoop of ice cream inside something similar to the size of a ramekin. They need to fix this and stop penny pinching people when we're already spending a bunch of money on other things. Food costs are very cheap and y'all should not be skimping customers on portions. Everything else is great.

Yamilet H.

Yelp
love coming to this place, food and servers are amazing, especially Valerie she always so helpful. Every time we come me and my family have a great time! kiddos love i.

Carisa T.

Yelp
Absolutely disappointed and literally sick to my stomach!! I had ordered food at the very beginning of the movie (5 minutes before the movie actually started). More than halfway through the movie, my food still hadn't come, so i told a waiter who told me that it should be out shortly. At this point im already starving since since I had not eaten a solid meal all day, as we had planned to get dinner here. Tell me why it finally came during the last THREE minutes of the damn movie! and honestly it looked like the most pitiful looking pizza I've ever seen. The worst part is that it literally wasnt even that busy! After the movie i went to seek a manager and talked to a judgemental front desk who got manager Matteo. I told him the situation, he did not utter a SINGLE thing besides "What is the seat number" he then proceeded to mess with the computer (still not saying anything), after a few minutes he said he'll be right back. He came back after a few minutes and showed me the receipt and said that the pizza got taken off. He did not offer a SINGLE apology, explanation or ANYTHING! not a SINGLE care in the whole world. He then turned around and typed on the computer some more and completely ignored me. Absolutely ridiculous! So don't come here if you're expecting to get your food before your movie ends! Or great customer service in general really (oh ps they still expect you tip them of course)

Traci W.

Yelp
Terrible service at the restaurant. This was our 2nd visit. We had to wait a long time for someone to take our order and to seat us and there was only 2 people sitting down eating. Unacceptable and very disappointing for a nice business like that.

Tracy V.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by the food. The wings hit the spot for me, there were two tiny pieces of celery - didn't even realize they were there till later lol The burger and tots were so-so, asked for medium and felt like it was well done, the tomato slice was too thick. Wouldn't get that burger again. I usually enjoy tater tots but these were not impressive. Didn't get a chance to picture the fries or kids pizza but those tasted pretty good.

Keshia D.

Yelp
The most disrespectful bar crew!!! All three tvs have the same game on and when we asked for them to change the channel to another football game 35 mins later and they literally avoiding coming to this end of the bar! Update: the manager TIM comes and gives some bs excuse of a network issue mind you hour later! Just bunch of excuses and brushed us off basically like he didn't care! No apology or anything just a it's a connection issue and walks off Definitely won't get our business ever again!

Kirsten W.

Yelp
I'm giving this place 2 stars because of the service (or lack of) we got. It was our first time here and we were seeing a movie. Our theater wasn't open yet so we went to the concession stand and wanted to order drinks. My husband asked what their seasonal rotating beer was and they looked at him like he had 3 heads. They had no clue what he was talking about. No big deal, he ordered a different beer. Instead of handing them to us, they said our server has to bring them to us in the theater. We were confused by that but went and sat down in the lobby waiting for our theater to open. We get in the theater and we order our food before the movie even started. 30-45 minutes go by, and we don't have our food. We noticed everyone else around us were receiving their orders. So now I'm getting pissed. We pressed the call button and it took about 15 minutes for someone to come. It was a different server than the one who initially took our order and we asked what's up with our orders. She said she would go check and never came back. The movie ends and we're pretty peeved. We went to the concession stand and told them what happened and no one gave us an apology, discount etc. We wouldn't have asked for any of those things because we're not those types of people but an apology would've been nice. Then, we tried to purchase game cards for the arcade and none of the machines were working. Apparently their WiFi was down and that's why the card readers weren't working. I get that technical glitches happens but it was shitty timing for us since we did not have a great experience with our lack of service beforehand. I will say the theater was nice and the chairs were super comfortable. But they seriously need to train their staff to be more prompt and professional.

Celina M.

Yelp
I don't think I have ever gone to a place where there is a bowling alley and also a place where you can watch movies at the same time. This place has a bowling alley, arcade area, and also a mini movie theater. I went to this place on Tuesday night with my husband and cousin in law and the movie tickets were only $5! Cheap movie tickets since nowadays, typical movie tickets are expensive to watch a movie. I watched Gran Turismo and the movie theater was so cute. It's a mini movie theater and when you entered the movie room, they pretty much had everything a normal movie theater would have. I wanted to order popcorn and a drink and was looking for that, but once I sat down, someone came over to give me a menu and asked me what I wanted. It was so nice to have someone do that and once you ordered, they get your food and bring it to you. The menu has a few different selections which is nice as well if you haven't ate dinner or if you want a mid-night snack. The shakes were pretty good and they were big, so be cautious when ordering that. The seats recline like how the ones I sit in at Century theaters back in California. One thing I have to say, is that they have seat warmers! Thank goodness they had that. I was cold in the theaters. They also have cold seats as well. So nice! Overall, the experience here was great and I would definitely come back here again if I am in the area.

Yelp
We took our two toddlers here to see the Paw Patrol movie. It was their first time going to the movies and we all had the best experience. Our server (we think his name is Devin) was top notch. He was super helpful with the menu and explained how long the entrees would take to get out to us. He was very attentive and helpful throughout the whole movie. The theater seats were very comfortable. The theater, bathrooms and Arcade were all very clean. It was also really fun to let the kiddos run around the arcade after the movie.

Yelp
The bar has a good atmosphere, good drinks for good prices. Aundre the manager was very helpful and Darrian the bartender made really good drinks. The food was tasty and the bar was being cleaned.

Yelp
The service was trash, barely any people in there and it took 25 minutes to get a beer. Everything we ordered was wrong and the server had no clue that there were different sizes on the menu. All the staff just seemed bothered to help anyone there. Go somewhere else and spend your money, this place is not it.

Yelp
Great place for family, group or date night. We enjoyed ourselves as a family with 3 kids, multiple ages and interest. I've attended a group event here and had a great time. Looking forward to trying the theater on my next trip out.

Yelp
Quite the shock to come out after the movie to a giant puddle under my car. Went to see a movie and it cost me over $500. That was the deductible for my car insurance after someone put a bullet through the front of my car which went into the engine. Literally the engine, radiator, etc, needed to be replaced. I was only one of many other vehicles that were shot up. At no point was anyone notified of an active shooter in the parking lot. When questioning the manager, he was clearly more amused than concerned, and gave us a false email address to lodge a complaint. When I drive past there now, there is one of those police lookout posts stationed in the parking lot. There is a reason for that. STEER CLEAR of this place, it's very active gang activity is alarming.

Yelp
Service takes a while which makes sense considering teen's are the employees as to be expected! The games and activities are so amazing here truly can spend all day. Great place for the family!

Yelp
I've been here a bunch of times and lately they have been charging my credit card when I didn't spend any money there. I think they are holding onto people's card information and charging small amounts hoping it won't get noticed. The first time it happened I thought it was a mistake, but the second time they did it, it definitely wasn't a mistake. They have been doing this for a couple of months hoping the amounts are small enough to go unnoticed. currently my bank is doing a fraud investigation on them. It's definitely not a subscription or a periodic fee because the amount is different every time. I would be very careful using your card here. They will hold onto the card info and do sketchy things with it.

Yelp
Tuesday is the Dallas Best Movie Deal! Only $5 a ticket! Just saw Cabrini which is an incredible visual and educational experience, as well as the biography of an amazing woman who greatly changed generations of Americans! Popcorn is definitely Well worth full price to see! A Dave and Buster's game arcade plus bowling is also available. Well worth the drive to get there! A full menu includes great popcorn!

Yelp
I hate to even write this because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt, but after coming here a few times and have poor service multiple times and now having rude customer service, I have to speak up. The bathrooms were not stocked with toilet paper anywhere in one of the restrooms(not in any of the stalls), then the other didn't have any paper to dry your hands. I'm sorry but waiting around for toilet paper DURING the movie we paid for so we miss 10 minutes of it is ridiculous. Then when I told a manager the situation, all he could tell me was that they were short staffed when I saw nothing but staff walking around and him and another gal standing around while another was on her phone that passed by us. The gal with him just snickered and giggled as I walked up and tried to explain the situation. Not only this but when we walked out, the trash cans were overflowing with garbage. The heated and reclining seats are neat, if they actually work. The light on one of the seats we sat at was broken. Don't let something that can be great turn to trash please.
