I love this Farmer's Market. The vendors are all amazing and the people who frequent this Farmer's Market make it a great experience. It's every Sunday! There is a very large selection of different fruits and vegetables and most vendors offer samples. The Sourdough and hot food is also amazing. Some of the best Breakfast Burritos and Steamed Buns can be found here as well.

Google
You can find a lot of local produce here every Sunday from early morning till around 1 pm. Seasonal fruit, seafood, bakery, eggs, produces, you name it they have it. The price is on the high side but you got what you pay for. Cant really find the same quality food in high end grocery stores here. This farmer market is a weekly event that I look forward to whenever I am in LA.

Google
Lots of choices of veggies, honey, orange juice and fruit. It’s a great option. However I do really wish Granada Hills had their own farmers Marley in the weekend. It can be hard for others to travel all the way to studio city. I really enjoyed the Studio City Famers Market

Google
Pricey but worth it, since you'll find no market/street fair like this anywhere around. There are attractions for children such as inflatable slides, pony rides, farmyard animal petting and a railroad trolley. On sale are local and unique products of agriculture and artisanship. This being Colfax Meadows, celebrities are a frequent sight, so nobody pays too much notice.

Google
Very knowledgeable vendors about there products, prices were really good considering the quality of the many different items i purchased from several vendors. All the people where very helpful and nice..Very nice market one of the best in city of Los Angeles.

Jason Hoffer

Google
Lots of great stuff here. Definitely has the normal fruits and veggies but also a lot of unique offerings. Also, lots to do if you have little ones. Petting zoo, pony rides, bouncy house, children's tattoos/face painting and usually some live music. Crowded though and parking is not so good.

Google
This place is so amazing. And it's every Sunday! So many fruits and veggies. One of the vendors sells peaches and plums and let's you sample every single variety. Some of the best breakfast burritos can be found here as well.

Google
Been coming here for a while to get fish. Mainly from the "fishermans catch" stall. They have some of the freshest sushi grade fish you can get in the valley! And you get what you pay for too! Price per lb. is very reasonable. Fresh off the boat, cant het any fresher than that! And the fishmongers are so nice! Highly, highly recommend!

Yelp
Great place to buy seasonal flowers, fruits, olive oil, cheese, vegetables, and baked goods and enjoy an eatery at the market or walking distance! As a gardener, I also get my winter and summer cover crops from the stand that sells dried beans. Although the cost is a bit higher than the super market, the quality is incomparable. Parking in back of the vons parking lot or cvs lot usually works but with the years it has been getting more crowded - especially as new food vendors pop up. I recommend coming early and parking closer to ventura blvd. to be able to more easily head out.

Elisa H.

Yelp
Oh, how I wish this market was closer to home! There is so much here, absolutely something for everyone! A huge selection of organics, beautiful flowers, food vendors, teas and treats. Givens Farms always has the best produce at whichever market they attend. The tomatoes are especially delicious right now, a treat at this time of year. Fall flowers are spectacular. And the food vendors here are so plentiful, breakfast burritos, bao buns, you name it! My favorite is the Arepa Stand and I'm crazy about their arepa, The HIll. Never mind that I had eaten a good breakfast when I arrived, there's always room for goodness like this!!! Parking can be tricky, be patient, it's worth it!

Yelp
this is a wonderful place to spend your Sunday morning. Great produce, live music, and so many options for lunch. I take my parents here sometimes and they love it.

Yelp
The Studio City Farmers Market is my favorite in all of Los Angeles. The market is large and well spaced out with so many options for produce and prepared foods. My favorite is the breakfast burrito stand, which I've been frequenting for years. My friends raved about the empanada stand as well. Parking can be tricky but there's the CBS lot as well as options in the neighborhood. The market is also a spot for celebrity sightings if that's something of interest to you!

Yelp
First of all, the location is great. People have business here or around Laurel Cyn and Ventura already anyway. This particular stretch, though semi-hidden, is stl in the midst of two major intersections. The vendor selection is great . There's meat and seafood too, which are normally lacking in Farmer's Markets, but not here. They have kitchen staples and non-essentials. Awesome vibe.
google avatar

Nijole T.

Yelp
This is a great farmers market! Larger than most, with a great variety of fruits, vegetables, and other items. It always feels great to support local businesses that work as hard as these do. Every Sunday morning, worth, checking out!

Yelp
Great farmers market with good local selection of goods. I've bought everything from lavender to heirloom tomatoes to ready-made tamales here. I've definitely found a couple favorites in this farmers market: J&J farms: GREAT heirloom tomatoes. I've also purchased green beans from them, but mostly came to the stand for the gorgeous coloring on the tomatoes. You know they're legit because all of them are stores upside down to prevent ripening too fast / the bottom of the tomato going bad. Thanks to J&J, now I store my tomatoes upside down Homeboy Industries: SO happy to see them here! Pastries are extremely fairly priced (2/$5 is the deal if you get 2), and great selection of different breads and breakfast pastries. I love Homeboy industries and what they stand for, so happy they have a stand at this farmers market :) Arnett farms: Can't miss it - largest sampling and display of plums, pluots, pears, and peaches there are. Sampling boxes are always full and they are delicious. Descriptions are cute and sometimes you'll see a crossbreed of 4+ different fruits, which is really cool. They're always super busy because other people also agree with my review Honey Pacifica: always tempted to buy another jar even though I already have one at home. I will always splurge a bit on honey because I don't like the grocery store-bought kind that is notoriously cut with water and other non-honey ingredients. They sell gorgeous crystallized honey, as well as honeycomb and cute flavored honey straws.

Yelp
An overrated and overpriced hippie commune. Can't wait to go back next week. I don't know how you think you're saving money coming here but to each their own

Yours T.

Yelp
We usually come for the breakfast burritos at Baja burritos, but be warned that they will purposely rip you off and act like they don't understand what you're talking about. We order 2 burritos and 2 sides of egg whites for our dogs. Their son at the register thought it would be okay to charge us for a third burrito that cost more than a no meat burrito for $9. How insane is that? 4 egg whites to be exact for 9 dollars when their own sign says that a side of egg whites are $1. When asked about it the son at the register reassured us it was a plate of eggs and that's why it's more expensive. When the eggs came out it was literally 4 egg whites in a styrofoam box. Couldn't have costed them more than $4. When we addressed it again, everyone behind the counter acted as if this was normal business and didn't even want to acknowledge that the sound of it all was absurd. No apologies, just dismissive attitudes. The principle is that is we order two burritos and asked for two egg whites on the side, you should just charge us the cost of a side. It's not like we came to order only the eggs. We will not be coming back to support this business.

Yelp
Huge Farmers Market! If you drive by it on Ventura Blvd you will see how crazy it is! They have it going every Saturday morning! Parking can be difficult, it gets a tad too crowded for me! They do have lots of vendors, farmers, nice food, fresh fruits and veggies to choose from! They also have lots of games, activities for kids! A bit much in my opinion! Something fun to do once ina while, I prefer the Noho one, closer to me and more laid back. The Studio City one has too much going on and I prefer to focus only on food!
google avatar

Christina A.

Yelp
Not sure why Farmer's market allows a vendor that adds known carcinogens to their products. The fruit patch, dried fruit and nuts stand, adds caramel color to their almonds. Wtf dude almonds don't need a cancerous coloring added, at least spell it right, 'Carmel'. GTFO farmer's market and start paying attention
google avatar

Mich W.

Yelp
This is one of the bigger farmer markets here without being too busy or overwhelming! Came on a rain Sunday so I wasn't sure how many vendors there would be. There was only one small parking lot behind the market but I believe you had to pay, but there's residential parking that is less than a 5 minute walk away so that was great! A lot of produce vendors, and overall a good variety of items for sale! Would've loved a couple more hot food options but I feel like there were some open vendor spaces, also it's on a busy street so there are also other places to grab a bite or coffee within walking distance. Will definitely come back again
google avatar

Yelp
At first, I thought this was the best farmers market ever. They have a wide variety of fruit there and they gave me samples and they were really sweet and they were really good but they spoiled really quickly.

Yelp
I've been to a few different farmers markets in Los Angeles, and this one is my favorite so far. It's a pretty small farmers market, but it has a great selection of produce and some fun house plants and orchids. The produce is really the game changer. The flavor of the produce is really high-quality and much better than some of the other larger farmers markets I've been to. Highly recommend. The service of all the vendors was pretty good. Sometimes you can get some pretty grumpy people and I didn't get that vibe at all except for maybe the orchid lady a little bit ha ha

Yelp
I came down from my area and traveled 30 mins to check out this market and was happy I did. Great selection of fruits and veggies but in addition Kefir, Meat Pies, Soups, Tamales, and more. Something for everyone We parked on the street and walked a few blocks. This is larger than most markets I have been to.

Yelp
Studio City Farmers Market was voted as the most kid friendly farmers market By Los Angeles Magazine and I can certain attest to the statement. This market has three activities [Hours]: Sundays from 8 AM to 1 PM. [Parking]: Parking was not as bad as Hollywood Farmers' Market. I found few street parking spots via this secret street along the Los Angeles River (Valleyheart Dr.) [Amenities & vendors]: Why is this one of the best farmers' market for kids? First this market has a train ride through the market. Second there's a kids' play area with bounce slides. Lastly there's also a face painting booth for kids. This is not the biggest farmers market in LA county, but you can find your typical produce/baked goods/seafood vendors here and the outdoor food court had a solid selection. In addition, two notable brick and mortar shops on the same block are Alfred Coffee (known for Iced Vanilla Latte) and Joan's on Third (gourmet marketplace & café) - highly recommend to check both shops out. While this farmers market doesn't have too many "it" factors, this is a perfect place to bring your kids and not to mention Trader Joe's is literally just a block away from the market.

Yelp
Lots of fresh and prepared food vendors! Loved seeing a wine vendor at a farmers market which I don't find that often. Parking can be a massive struggle so be prepared to walk in which would normally be fine for me but I came so close to the end of the day that I had to rush. Not pictured was the delicious beet, carrot, apple juice that I drank on-site and the chorizo breakfast burrito also eaten on-site. Kind of pricey but worth it since I was in the area.

Yelp
Great Farmers Market. Excellent selection of organic vendors. Lots of fresh fruit and vegetables. The variety is incredible. We are so lucky to have this as our local portal to some of the freshest and best produce grown in the world. And it's all grown right here is California.

Yelp
I always enjoy this small neighborhood farmers market as there is variety of good kiosks with veggies, flowers, fish, food etc...plus it's just a nice to spend an hour on Sunday morning
google avatar

Yelp
A cute little farmers market here in the valley. It had good options and was very family friendly. Parking is hard to find but the area is very walkable and generally feels pretty safe. The produce was delicious and we enjoyed some great papusas and dumplings.

Yelp
I've gone back and forth about what to write in a review for the Studio City Farmers Market. Let me say up front that the Farmers Market is very nice. There are a nice assortment of shops and vendors, and the Market also benefits from the actual location so there are several permanent businesses that seem to be pretty integrated into the Market itself. This is truly a Farmers Market, where the majority of vendors are selling fruits, vegetables, meats, etc... It's like an outdoor butcher/produce section of a grocery store. There are some more "flea market" type vendors, but they are in the minority. There's also a section at the end (near Radford and Ventura) that has some small carnival rides and inflatables for little kids. The seem pretty steep, but my 3 year old loves them so when we go she usually gets to pick one that she wants to go on. To me, the biggest detraction for the Farmers Market (and the reason for 4 stars instead of 5) is what feels like an overall lack of cohesion. I know that a Farmers Market is prey to the vendors who would like to come, and that the vendors themselves probably get a "say" in where they are set up, but the Studio City Farmers Market doesn't really feel like one cohesive Farmers Market. It feels like three separate Farmers Markets that are all within walking distance of each other. (Very close walking distance mind you). There's also no real parking to speak of. I think that most people park in the VON's lot and walk over, or walk from their apartment/home (that's what we did, it's a bit of trek for us but it's worth it so we don't have to deal with parking and pedestrians). We have a good time when we go to the Farmers Market. Some of our favorites are the empanadas, the pickle vendor, and the kim-chi vendor. We occasionally will buy fruits/vegetables if there's something specific that we're looking to make. Good option for a lazy morning.

Yelp
Such a great farmers market. So many selections. Food, fresh fruits and veggies, desserts, flowers, coffee, etc. the list is endless. Parking isn't too bad but can be annoying but other than that, this location is one of my favorites. So many things for kids too which is nice. Get them wiped out early

Larry L.

Yelp
I love this farmers' market. Great energy. Happy people mingling. Good variety of stands. But I may have to go elsewhere as parking has become intolerable. There is no supervised parking. In the much used bank lot entitled people park wherever they want, blocking aisles and exit routes. Street parking is virtually non-existent as the neighborhood is heavily apartmented. Today, I had to walk three blocks just to get to the market, then I had to walk the entire length of the market to get what I wanted to buy and then I had to do the whole thing in reverse to get back to my car. If I didn't love the guy at the orange stand at the west end, I would have changed markets already. But even that is not likely to keep me coming back much longer.

Yelp
The food tents Rock Such good eats And the produce is amazing - highest quality produce I've seen at a farmers market - the vendors are friendly and offer great prices

Lynn O.

Yelp
Small but mighty. Great selection of produce. Fresh meats and fish. Great wine and food stands to eat at while you shop. We go regularly.
google avatar

Jane P.

Yelp
You will find fresh vegetables and fruits there. Nice that you can try any type of fruit before buying! I would recommend to buy meat there as well.

Yelp
What can I say? It's a farmers market nestled in the middle of Studio City. I have lived in Studio City for almost 2 years and I cannot believe that I have been this close to a farmers market and I have not been! I could tell from some of the pictures that I had seen before going there that some vendors had not returned from the previous years. The vegetables and fruits was ripe and fresh. Pro Tip #1: shop around. Most of the places carried the exact same brand of fruits and the same vegetables but depending on which vendor you hit first, you either paid more or paid less for the exact same item. There were places that sold vegan and GF items as well which was very cool! Pro Tip #2: bring your own bag but also bring your small plastic bags as well to not waste more plastic as most vendors only had plastic bags. Pro Tip #3: get there early as I got there about 2 hours after they had opened and some of the vendors were already out of some items. Pro Tip #4: parking in the chase bank parking is free even if it is crossed out on their website. Overall, I quite enjoyed this market, it was a little sparse but I think it will get have more vendors as thing start to open up more. The one reason why I took one star of was because alot of the vendors had on their signs that that they grew what they were selling BUT most of them all had the same packaging containers as the other vendors. So either someone is lying about growing or all the vendors there were from the same place. Who knows?
google avatar

Liana M.

Yelp
My favorite farmers market. You can find anything you want. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who loves farmers markets.
google avatar

Jina Y.

Yelp
Studio city farmers market was really fun with a relatively broad assortment of fruits and vegetables. Parking was a bit tricky but I was able to snag a spot at the bank per people's suggestions. Would recommend trying to head out earlier to not just beat the heat but to reduce any additional stress re: fighting for spots. The food options are off to the side while the Main Street has a handful of options as well. While they had previously closed the children's activities because of covid they had since reopened the massive inflatable slide and carnival swing ride. Hopefully the little train ride will also open again soon.
google avatar

Elisa G.

Yelp
I love this farmers market and always come back whenever I'm in the SFV. They have expanded since l was last here. Very impressive and they have everything including Dave's Korean which is my all time favorite gluten free healthy treats!!
google avatar

Lauren H.

Yelp
I love this farmer's market. Yes, things can be a little pricey, but I would rather have the money in farmer and local business hands than fattening up some CEO at the expense of workers. You can get both organic and non-organic veggies and fruits, seafood, honey, meats and cheeses, some of the best darn eggs you have ever tasted (!), soups, vegan food, and so much more. You can even your knives sharpened. Then there is also a second section with vendors selling pre-made foods and foods made to order (like breakfast burritos, bao, salsas, mediterranean food, tamales, agua fresca, etc.) Parking can be a little bit difficult right next to the market, but you can park in the Vons lot, or try to nab street parking (I usually park on Laurel Canyon and then just walk the block or so.) Food fresh from the farmers and artisans tastes so much better than food from a grocery store, and your money goes to support people who are the backbone of this world.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Amazing fun lots of vendors and an overall good time! This market is next Joana on 3rd coffee shops and more. I come here to people watch shop and dine! Best Sunday Funday

Yelp
Driving by, the tents and walkers caught my attention and I quickly realized by chance we stumbled upon the Farmer's Market. Good thing my hubby was driving as he was able to pull over so I could do my thing. I just love Farmers Markets! Lucky me as it was after 1pm and this place was still hopping. So much to see and do! Tatoo's for the kids, pony rides, petting zoo, prepared food as well as multiple artisan vendors, I knew I'd need another visit. Was quite pleased to see the large selection of organic fruits and veggies, with everything so nicely displayed. What really caught my eye was the booth Blode Kuh, handmade vegan cheese. They have a wonderful selection of cashew based spreads and cheeses, super delicious for my lactose intolerant hubby. After sampling a few, I chose the porcini truffle an aged cashew wheel and the Herbie Vore, a creamy spread of cashews, parsley, dill and chives. When we got home, we spread the Herbie Vore on homemade sourdough bread and it was amazing! Its a 5 star market for sure, with one star taken off for the parking situation. If you've never been, you gotta go! Remember to bring your bags!

Yelp
Studio City Farmers Market has quickly become our favorite weekend activity. The vendors are friendly and offer great products. The earlier you go the better. I suggest getting there as close to 8 am as possible to avoid the heat and the crowds. Favorites: - Dave's Korean Food (my absolute favorite): Vegan Kimchee, Spicy Tempa, Glass Noodles, Seaweed Salad (all Dave's way of spelling his items :) ) - LA Funghi - We end up spending $60 on mushrooms every weekend because they're THAT good! One of us is severely immune-compromised and these mushrooms help immensely. - The Grove - our go-to Avocado spot. They'll assist with picking them out for us based on when we plan to eat them. It sure helps having one to eat the day of and the others to last the next few days. Dates by Davall - best dates around! We bought a decent amount last weekend and ate them all that same day lol. Needless to say, they're fresh and delicious. Forbidden Fruit Orchards - berries, berries, and berries! They usually have a 3-pack ready to go with some variation of blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries. We always buy one 3-pack and throw in one single pack of whichever isn't included in that assortment. Buy all 4! Fisherman's Catch - Get the Mussels, Large Littleneck Clams, Scallops, Ceviche, and Halibut. The ceviche is fresh and reasonable for the amount you receive. (They pair very well with Chica's Tortilla Chips - Ralphs & Whole Foods carry them) Parking: I suggest parking in the large lot across the street. Street parking and bank parking are rarely available. Don't forget your Alfred's coffee on the way out! The only downside, which prevents me from giving it 5 stars... how they're handling COVID. As I mentioned above, one of us is severely immune-compromised and I would guess maybe 75-80% of the patrons are not wearing masks. Even if you're vaccinated, you can still contract the virus. Remember to think about your neighbors... We're in this together. Due to the lack of control with masks, we'll probably switch to doing this once a month instead of every Sunday. Enjoy!
google avatar

Lena S.

Yelp
Absolutely love this farmers market! I try to stop by every Sunday because I love getting my fresh produce from here. Everyone is super nice and friendly. I love getting fresh seafood also. I highly recommend trying the sole fish.
google avatar

Jenny G.

Yelp
There's parking across the street by the supermarket. A lot of fresh fruit and vegetables. Some nice flower vendors. It's supposed to be 110 in the valley today, so I know a few of the other vendors were not there today. If you're in the mood to have a nice walk, support local businesses and grab fresh produce, this is the spot.
google avatar

Meli N.

Yelp
I just LOVE this place! I mean what's not to love? Several coffee options and now Alfred's is here with my favorite Stumptown coffee! Grab a cappuccino and just start walking down looking from booth to booth. From fresh squeezed juices, local veggies, Musubi, Dave's Korean vegetarian bbq, local honey, herbs & salads, fish, grass fed beef, to my favorite flower guy closer towards the kids area and everything in between! It's one of my favorite early Sunday morning to dos. I get there when it opens at 8am and I pretty much am out of there before it starts to get busy. After 10 it's quite crowded, but it's a great time for brunch or lunch. Huge variety of great cooked foods available. You can grab a little bit of everything to make a nice brunch at home as well. If you're lucky you'll get a glimpse of a few celebrities here and there. It's easy to spot them once you see the paparazzi getting a bit too excited & camera happy. Altho some are so good at being low key, they could be standing right beside you and you don't even realize it. I come early to avoid street parking issues, but there's plenty of parking at the studio lot so no need to worry. Bring the family, bring the kids, or dilly dally alone first thing like I do and enjoy every bit of supporting local!
google avatar

Johhny B.

Yelp
You'd think you're buying fresh cause it's a farmers market. 15 bucks for a soggy baguette and 3 day old bread. Never again.
google avatar

Olya L.

Yelp
Great market, way better than Encino. Has lots of produce , nuts and the food trucks. A little more pricey than any other one and not as good as in Hollywood. But in Valley, the best so far.
google avatar

Lucy T.

Yelp
I love this farmers market! I specifically love this farmers market because it's until 2 PM. Most of the time on the weekends I am not able to make farmers market because they close at 12 and I love to sleep in. I really enjoy this farmers market because there is a juice bar there where I get a ginger turmeric lemon shot! In addition to that they actually give me apple juice as a chaser! Another reason why love this place is because it's smaller than most and have really amazing deals. I love getting peppers, tomatoes, and jujubes when they are in season! I also Love coming to this farmers market because of Mama Musubi! I get their Kelp Rice balls with brown rice! They are so delicious, vegan and flavorful!
google avatar

Cara D.

Yelp
Great selection of fresh produce as well as food venders. The mushroom stalls were absolutely great with a large variety of hard to find shrooms with very knowledgeable attendants. I would definitely recommend.
google avatar

Michelle M.

Yelp
Aspiring (if not already) to be a amateur/professional chef? Obsessed with organic fruits and veggies? Looking for something to do something with the family or an early morning brunch date? Or maybe you are a tourist looking for a glimpse with a casual encounter with some of LA's celebrities? The Studio City Farmers is where you should be! Whenever I am in Los Angeles on a weekend i try to stop by this Farmers Market. I just love it because its quite intimate and i love the variety of fresh choices to choose from. Its not as crowded since it is fairly a decent size Farmers Market. All of the vendors here have the best quality vegetables compared to other FM I've been too. Since it's a little more on the high end, I've heard that some celebrities come frequent here for a stroll. Make sure to come hungry because you are going to want to taste all the delicious food and sample all the vegetables and fruit before buying. This is also a great place to bring kids because there is a petting zoo and things do. I recommend coming early and making sure to park at the CBS studio parking lot. It is only less than a 5 minute walk to the Farmers Market. So if you're in LA this weekend, do brunch in a unique way and stop by the Studios Farmers Market. You'll feel like you're a celebrity local.
google avatar

Holland M.

Yelp
Studio City Farmers Market is your one-stop shop for all your produce, meats, and plants! There are plenty of food and drink vendors, so there's something for everyone. This is a must do for your Sunday!
google avatar

Anna T.

Yelp
My favorite place to go on a Sunday morning to get the best local, high quality produce and baked goods.
google avatar

Jill B.

Yelp
It's Sunday morning. Get up, get out, and get to this market. Why? Because it's super nice, fun, cool, delicious, and will inspire you to eat something good for you. And there's plenty of treats too. And you'll probably run into nice people. The jerks who run into you with their strollers or carts, who yell across 3 stands "HONEY THE ORANGE OR THE GREEN ONES?" -- ignore them. Too much good stuff here to let it harsh your day. I have run the gamut from loading up 2 rolling carts with produce to feed a big family to scaling back to have enough fresh produce for the week to buy just a very little bit for only myself. But I still go. Sometimes I just get an iced coffee and walk around (though I rarely leave without something). Now here's why you really HAVE to go... Never take what you have for granted. And what California has is the best produce. And what Studio City has is an awesome farmers market. Not just ok. Not meh. Really great. There are bigger ones, weekday ones, seasonal ones, etc. But Studio City has an excellent array of all the produce that's in season and artisinal products, in a manageable size. The addition of parking patrol was great because they're super nice and help you find the first available spot to avoid the backlogs that used to spill out onto Laurel Canyon. I travel a fair amount and always check out the farmers markets wherever I go. Sometimes I can't buy much because it won't keep as I move around, but I like to see what's growing, local vendors, and usually something good for breakfast. And let me tell you this... "farmers market" can mean anything from a dizzying line-up of mouth-watering produce that is begging to be photographed and eaten to a roadside stand with a display of one local crop and refrigerated soda. It's Sunday. Start the week off right and eat something delicious.

Yelp
This is not a bad farmer's market, with a very consistent lineup of vendors including several good fruit stands, a quite good French croissant outfit and a number of tasty small bites-type stands. But three things to keep in mind - parking is hell, it can be quite crowded, and most of all the prices. At times, it can be a bit of a rip-off. I restrain myself to only buying things that are hard to find elsewhere, as a result. $4 croissants and $3.50/lb pluots can add up fast.

Yelp
My favorite place to go on a Sunday morning to get great local produce, super clean and filled with beautiful colorful fruits and veggies, a must go! I always end up getting myself brunch at one of their food stands, my favorite being the breakfast burrito stands and tamales

Yelp
There exist some nice thongs there, like suits and veggies. But census really sucks. Too much of personal valley-like attitude. Also only certain type of people lasts here. Enjoy!

Yelp
There is a common lore involved with the much-hated day when we forward our clocks one hour and "Spring Ahead". We grumble about losing an hour of sleep and blame our scapegoat: farmers. So what more perfect day to attend a Farmers Market and see for ourselves the fruits of these farmers' labor? The lost hour didn't seem to effect the Studio City Farmers Market attendance as I arrived to a high-activity marketplace ready for local farmers/store representatives to make some fresh transactions. Parking can be difficult although meters in the area are free on Sundays and the CBS Studio Lot also offers up parking space. Upon entering (the market is free so you can't refuse to wake up and participate based on a lack of funds!), parents can entertain the kiddos with pony rides, a petting zoo, one of those inflatable trampolines that kids seem to love, and a train ride which takes the kids around the neighborhood in a loop. Granted, the ponies look miserable, while the petting zoo is $4.00/child (+ one free adult) and only involves some goats, hamsters, and baby chicks (I'd say this is a ripoff) but at least there is something available for the kids who aren't fascinated by produce. In terms of adult fun, this is an unbeatable Farmers Market! Although only covering one street; the market has an overwhelming amount of vendors/offerings and yet the market is organized, neat, clean, and has more than enough room to walk with your purchases and not have toes run over by baby carriages. The offerings are quite stimulating and cover a wide variety of goods: raw juices/smoothies, desserts, cheeses, oil & vinegars, bath products, jewelry, organic and unique produce, eggs, breads, and an insane (in a good way) amount of fresh "standard" produce. One will find peppers for their salad but also raw cane juice, cheese from Germany, Girl Scout cookies, and even Blood Orange Balsamic Vinegar. The possibilities are endless. Worried that you will work up on appetite gazing at all the delicious fruits and veggies? No problem! One of the best parts (or THE best, in my opinion) of the Farmers Market is that 90% of the stands offer free samples. I sampled (AKA ate) so many fruit samples that I think I basically had my fruit serving for the day. Plus, there are hot food vendors if craving something more filling like a sausage sandwich, empanada, or even Indian Curry. The prices are great and negotiable and the competition is rowdy so you can find a strong economic price market which will satisfy your wallet. Whether you simply want to sample some goodies and have a fun Sunday morning or want to fill your fridge with local products; the Studio City Farmers Market is the creme of the creme. Perhaps, we should thank the farmers that they needed an extra hour of sunlight to harvest these yummy treats.
