What an atmosphere wow. What a wonderful service not just for me but for all customers.when you enter the subway you will receive a warm welcome with a lovely smile and than they make your sandwich very professionally the you want it. I really want to come to this particular subway again and again.

Visited this location which is close to home and cant remember ever stopping by to eat. We had dinner which consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich with all the trimmings. Large sandwich which was very tasty. Good service and clean. Will visit again.

Ordered a white, not toasted foot long. The bread was not soft. When we asked the servers about it they showed us that all of the bread had a hardish crust. No more Ashburn subway for us.

Food was okay; I got a tuna sandwich meal, which I enjoyed.

I came in well after what would be considered lunch hour, so no one was there. I ordered, and my food was made quickly; I got the $6.99 meal deal for a 6-in sub. I got two cookies instead of the chips, which were fresh and delicious. The sub was also quite good; it had been a long time since I had had a Subway sub. I did need to use the restroom there; it was clean and well-stocked. It was a quick. Easy stop for lunch and a reasonable price for the meal deal. I recommend a visit here if you are in the area.

Got my food delivered. I had ordered 6 cookies but only recieved 1 correct cookie, I would have preferred a phone call asking for a substitute as I’m allergic to the nuts in the ones they gave me, my sandwich was not cooked properly and there’s maybe 4 onion pieces? When I go in person everything is always fine. I’m not sure why they treat delivery so terribly.

When we arrived, the lobby was clean (I smelled something funny but it wasnt off-putting in the negative way). Overall the place was approachable. The workers were very nice and efficient, despite me and my fiancé being the only people in line. We got our food quickly and correctly so we could continue with our day.

Didn’t know what the daily special was. I noticed the cut of the 6” was a bit short and was kind of looking at it puzzled. They said something vulgar in Spanish about me and started laughing. Saying how “it was still bigger than…” in Spanish. They said a lot of rude things in Spanish. Some were about me and the one other customer there, some was just random stuff about people I didn’t know. They could not stop talking and laughing to pay attention to me and it slowed down everything as well. It’s a subway so the food is good and it was clean. I would suggest going here if you are someone they won’t expect understands Spanish and then shock them by talking to them in it. It will make them realize that it’s not their own private language where they can insult their customers. Only time I never gave a tip. I probably should’ve gotten it for free. And I was right. The sub was only 5” EXACTLY. 0.4’

Always quiet when we have dinner but great service for our turkey and cheese sandwiches. We have noticed a price increase. Clean place to eat with plenty of parking.

Lazy staff. Tonight they do not have the open sign on. Had to make sure they still closed at 10pm. Get inside. Wait to order only to be ignored by the second employee for a few minutes. She finally starts making the sub only to say "sorry no avocado" after I just watched a previous customer get avocado. They have TWO HOURS MORE to serve dinner to customers and they are too lazy to keep a bag of avocado fresh by heating it in the back properly. The counter was a complete mess with food smeared everywhere. Do better Ashburn!

Had a very nice experience at subway. We stopped in to have a sub made before boarding the autotrain.

Went in for 2 Italian FootLongs. Had a BOGO Free coupon. Ended up with a bill for $23.99 for 01 sub even after application of the coupon!! $3.00 for 1oz of capricoloa is more than pricey. 2 women behind the counter; 1 server did not know the names of the meats that I asked for and I could not hear her; a combination of background noise and soft voices + masks. I asked them to speak up but they either did not understand me [Spanish/English communication problem, although I tried my limited Spanish] or could not comply.

My son loves Subway sandwiches, so we have been to several Subways. This one in Ashburn Village is by far the dishonest and sneaky one. They added extra charges on the Footlongs even when we did not ask for any extra toppings or garnishings. We were wondering why it cost more than what we paid at other locations for the same type of sub so we checked our receipt. It turns out the footlong we ordered was supposed to come with Bacon because was the "Chicken and Bacon Ranch", but they charged us $2 extra for the "Bacon" (the same amount of bacon we get from other locations). We will definitely avoid going back to this Subway again!

This Subway is well kept and clean. The Staff is good and efficient. Ample parking in the front and good amount of seating inside.

Food is good but $10 for tuna on flat bread and small drink seems a little high to me. Expecially since they only put 4 ping-pong size globs of tuna then spend 5 min spreading it out to make it look like more

I have been to this subway probably more than 10 times and every single time I am annoyed with how they make my salad. They are so cheap with the toppings and lettuce that I am not sure if you could even call it a salad. They never have salad dressing, sometimes they don't even cut up the meat and just plop it on top, one time they just put the meat in the bottom and all the veggies on top. I won't be coming back here. There are too many Subway restaurants within a few miles of my home that I would rather spend my money there.

Fast quick service . Great customer service . Employees are experienced and professional.

I come here every week just for lunch and the service is great and they are always soooo friendly! Would recommend this location and promotion to the lady that I always see here!!

Ok, no complaints at all about the cleanliness and the restaurant itself. It's a very well kept Subway. Staff is friendly as well. We've been here over 10 times since its down the street from us. However the major complaint is the general lack of toppings on their sandwiches. When I ask for onions, I expect more than 5 tiny slivers. When I ask for olives, I expect more than 5-6 rings. It's not that I want a 1 lb sandwich for $6, but come on...I've had far more satisfying Subway sandwiches at other locations. They always make me feel like that jerk customer who wants extra everything on their sandwich.

I got a free sub because the register was not working! Very nice of them and the spicy italian was delicious as always

Thank you so much for an outstanding service! Called in for an order of the giant subs with the request of placing all sides separately etc., and they followed through with every single instruction. The manager Ms. Farlene is helpful and very professional. This subway branch is definitely worth recommending! 5 stars!!
