Doris and Belinda always greet me with a smile 😊 and are always helpful they both know my order when I come in for lunch. Very nice and always smiling

The veggie patty sandwiches are always at this location and it always makes my sandwich more filling. I love the topping selection they have and it was the Safeway I grew up with in my old neighborhood, I will always order from this location.

Great quick experience on a Friday afternoon! Sub was made perfectly and I didn’t have any issues! I’ll definitely be returning to this location! Way better than the one further down Connecticut by American University Law.

The place is horrible! The staff barely speaks English I had to say I wanted a spinach wrap 5 times before the guy actually got it right, he even told me they have 2 kinds which one did I want when I had said it 5 times! I was told by one employee they had the sandwich (turkey italiano) I wanted on the my menu, then another came to ring me up and told me they didn't and I had to pay for the extras... the wrap was poorly done and fell apart as soon as I picked it up, I've never had this issue at any other Subway, I highly recommend not coming to this store!

Location is terrible, very little parking........ customer service is very poor, the food area is messy. Staff came from backroom, finally after waiting over 5 minutes, didn't even wash his hands; until I said something. And yet, they take the globes........ touch the toaster, the bin where the bread is, and even sweep the counter clean with the same gloves they want to touch & prepare your sandwich with. 🤔🤔🤔😬🤨🤨😝 My tuna sandwich, the same one I get all of the time, a/f all, I eat @ Subway's regularly every week............. didn't even taste right. The bread was hard, veg, either too soft or looked brownish, as though it was old.........it just didn't taste gd, extremely bland, very tasteless, lack freshness & flavor. Too many other Subways around, I'll choose another one to go to next time...............

I'm not gonna lie, Subway can't hold a candle to Jersey Mike's Subs. However, the tuna wrap at Subway is everything! It hits the spot EVERY TIME! Heck, it's my go-to whenever I hit up Subway. Anyhoo, enough of the hoopla about Subway's tuna wrap. Let's talk about the lack of efficient customer service at this particular location. For the past couple of months, I've noticed that the long wait in line for service has been utterly ridiculous...especially on weekdays during lunchtime. Came here on a Monday at 11:30 a.m. and the line was almost out the door. Stopped by at noon on a Tuesday and guess what? The line was out the door! Ended up waiting in line for twenty minutes. I was beyond pissed. There was no sense of urgency coming from behind the counter. No organization whatsoever. The team members appeared to be overwhelmed. Mind you, there was one team member working the register. The other two team members making the sandwiches were slow as molasses. On top of that, Subway has gotten downright bougie with their prices. Paid $9.89 (tax included) for one tuna wrap. And the crazy part is...my order didn't include chips and a drink! Verdict? I like this Subway. Interior is modern looking and clean. The location is convenient. Unfortunately, a twenty-minute wait in line for an overpriced tuna wrap is unacceptable. Two stars!

Why are they always out of Italian Herbs and Cheese Bread? Why?! It literally has happened every time I go in.

Great little Subway. The service was quick and the staff were friendly. I don't have any complaints about this location. Also, I submitted a mobile order and it was ready when I arrived. I'll definitely be returning!

I live around the corner for over 3 decades The management is completely lost the customer service is completely terrible They need to do diversity training for there staff on political correctness and class because this franchises is terrible They always shut down an hour before the posted close time The stores pastrami is completely constantly stale The meatballs marinara is terrible and never fresh This franchise needs a total management overhaul

I come to this restaurant quite often and think it's fine. I'm not sure how one rates a Subway 4 or 5 stars as its very basic. Anyway, parking is rough so I usually park in the back in the Magruder's parking lot. Even though they say they monitor it I doubt they'd tow you for going to a business in the same building. The guys that work here are fine, the sandwiches are the same you'd get at any other Subway, and they have a handful of seats if you want to eat inside.

This fast food chain has to be my favorite sandwich place in the entirety of the United States. Their subs with custom toppings truly is a wonderful thin especially since their ingredients are so good. I am also biased about this location because it is in walking distance from my house. That means I can enjoy subway sandwiches whenever I'm craving one! So if your hungry and need a bite in a flash, this is the place to go! :D

Absolutely kind and patient staff especially for complicated orders like mine! It is always clean. Even when it is a lunch hour rush, the line goes down pretty quickly.

Short lines! I like the fact that I can pretty much head over to this shop any time I want and be out in three minutes with a sub in my hand. The staff is always polite and usually remember my name. The decoration is pretty standard for most subways. Ome thing that always amazes me is that they keep the fan on even if it ia freezing outside!

I've been going to this Subway for years, as I grew up nearby, and have always received friendly service and sandwiches made with fresh ingredients. The restaurant is clean and has ample seating if you want to eat-in. You can also order online (not all Subway locations offer this) and they'll have your sandwich waiting for you at whatever time you choose.

I got a breakfast muffin here. The food ingredients didn't seem very fresh and the workers were miserable since they have no working A/C and it was hotter inside than outside. Overall, both me and my tummy left feeling sad.

i usually go to this subway on sundays and buy a 12 inch sub on flatbread. its a good way to start the week the guys inside there are very decent theyre professional as well as polite they know what theyre doing and all really specialist at making my subs THUMBS UP.
