Sugar Factory - Miami Beach

I had dinner here with my girlfriends and we had a great time. The atmosphere was fun, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to Mauro — he was attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt taken care of the entire night. Service like that truly makes a difference. We’ll definitely be coming back.

Miguelao was very helpful in choosing what best to order. Drinks were great, very sweet and cake was good too. Overall great place to add to your itinerary

I had high hopes for this place, I saw so many good reviews, just disappointing. I got the rainbow sliders, they come with 5 slider all burned and the buns were stale, don’t recommend them to anyone and your suppose to get a duck with them mine didn’t. When I asked where my complimentary duck was they said it was just decoration. The wife got the turkey sandwich very dry and no seasoning at all. They didn't give us salt or pepper or napkins my wife had to get up to get both. The best part was the milkshakes. Go somewhere else unless your going just for the milkshakes

I went while on vacation in south beach. We were the first people there on a Monday morning. We were waited on by yuengling. He was amazing and welcoming. I only got cheese fries since I intended to come for brunch but they only serve brunch on the weekends. The fries were fresh and delicious and I can’t wait to come back for brunch!

Indoors is small, outdoor area is good only if they had the tables on a deck or something and not have the tables close to the bathrooms, also there are air-conditions in that was dripping water into our table almost going into our food and drinks. Service wasn't good at all. we sat there for about 30 minutes before we got seen just when we were about to get up and walk out a waiter finally came and attended to us. There's nothing amazing about sugar factory food. This place is basically for the kids & adults to enjoy the drinks, but i have to say the lobster ravioli will be my go to whenever we go back to sugar factory.

Eliseo and Yani were amazing!! Very excellent and speedy service!! The drinks were delicious and the food was great. We mentioned it was our anniversary, and they went above and beyond for us. Additionally, we came in just before closing, and they still took care of us with red carpet service. The meatballs were amazing and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. You must check out this place and ask for Yani next time you’re around here.

We went for my 8 year old granddaughter’s birthday. Had it not been for her, our group of 10 would have walked away. The food was AWFUL. I honestly couldn’t tell what meat, if any, they used in my ‘chicken’ sandwich. It’s SOOOO expensive for the ‘experience’, not the food. There was a bug in one of our $20 drinks. There was a bug in one of our $20 salads. The desserts looked amazing but were not good. The only positive was the very nice waiter who made the birthday girl feel special. $450 for our group plus another $40 to valet two cars.. None of us finished our meals due to the quality of the food and several of us had upset stomachs during the night.

We had the most amazing experience here tonight! Erez was our server and he was attentive and helpful. We came here for the "Instafamous" drinks and based on some reviews, were expecting the food to be lackluster.....however, I had the best buffalo chicken sandwich I've ever had in my entire life. The drink presentation was definitely worth bragging about on social media and it wasn't overly sugary and was also very good! I 10/10 recommend this place and we will definitely come back again and get another drink and try a sundae for 2!
