I DO NOT RECOMMEND. We got our waters and then kept waiting for our server to come back. Finally, after 7-10 minutes, they came over and admitted they forgot about us. Our food was not good enough for the price. Neither of us could finish our main course. It was either bland or just not right. We only ordered dessert because we had a Groupon and needed to spend the remainder of our money. We got the classic ice cream sandwich, and you couldn’t even eat it like a sandwich. The cookie was so hard we couldn’t put a knife through it! The atmosphere is beautiful, but NOT WORTH IT! Bad service and bad food.

We had a great time . The breakfast was phenomenal. The service from our waiter, Joe, was top notch. You have to try the mimosas, they are one of the best I've ever tasted. The food tasted so good. We were greeted by the manager who was very pleasant . I would give ten stars if I could. After eating, we went into the candy store to shop. Love this place. If go, ask for Joe, he truly is the best.

The restaurant was well decorated and trendy but felt welcoming and comfortable. The service was friendly. The playfulness and presentation of the food elevated what would otherwise be considered as standard fare. The buffalo wings and onion rings however, were amazing! Both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks were delicious. Their strawberry shake was one of the best I’ve ever had and their cocktails are a must try!

Really cool place for adults and kids! Food is really good. Everything was perfect. Excellent flavors and food temperature. Staff is super friendly and they have great customer service skills also very knowledgeable about their menu specially the mixed drinks. We tried a little bit of everything even the vegan menu. Both samplers are really good and decent size.beverage portions are huge !!! So it’s plenty for 2 if you want to share. Prices are high but the atmosphere hospitality and food is worth it ! Great experience over all highly recommended for a small kids party or adult celebration.

First time visitors here & it is definitely worth it!! This is a must have experience, I wish I would have found this hidden gem sooner! We celebrated my daughter’s graduation here last week & everyone was so elated!!! The food is absolutely amazing & the drinks are crazy insane. The ambiance & atmosphere of this place is so amazing & out of this world…it is totally an experience you won’t want to miss out on!!!!

I don't know where to begin with this place. First off, if you are like me and don't really care about "celebrities" then this isn't the place for you. The whole theme is that it's an overhyped paradise where celebrities come to throw insane parties and they have TV's constantly playing of when famous people stopped by. In reality, it looks like a celebrity hasn't set foot in that place since it opened because it was a ghost town. It was also pretty dirty and gross. Our place settings were covered in dust. And the food was just kind of meh, which is extra disappointing because it is ridiculously expensive. My wife got a Groupon to go and check it out, but it didn't actually save us any money extra for just a couple of bucks. After eating here, the next poor choice I made was to stay and watch a movie since it's inside a theatre. That experience was equally awful but I'll separate that review onto the Theatre Box's page. See that review if you want further tales of horror.

Sugar Factory amazed us. The food is delicious and good size. Some people can finish their whole plate but we only ate about have the plate. Happy to reheat it and finish it. Here are some pictures. Great presentation as well.

Candy Store, Coffee Bar, Actual Bar, Restaurant, Luxury Movie Theatre with in cinema food & drink service. Definitely #instagrammable which I think is what brings in most customers. Overall experience was okay. I called in a day ahead to make reservations which is recommended - was assured I was getting the "center seats together" which is what I was hoping for. Picked up my tickets at Will Call and had no issues, only to then get to the theater and learn that my "two seats together" were actually halves of joint seats in which 2 single men were sitting. Not ideal for date night with my significant other. I asked for assistance being moved which was quickly handled, we moved to our new seats a row down in the center and together this time. We ordered drinks and proceeded to enjoy previews. Only to have our waiter /usher return to let us know that we would need to move again because the seats we were moved to were booked. This time, we were moved all the way to the end of the aisle. DEFINITELY NOT the best seats in the house and I would recommend not booking these particular seats when you choose ahead of time. Our drinks didn't come for over 20 min. as we watched everyone else around us get their respective orders. Kind of a lack luster experience especially after going through the trouble of doing what is recommended and making arrangements ahead of time in order to get good seats. Odd side note that I normally wouldn't ever comment on, but I heard multiple complaints around me - ladies restroom has no purse hooks in stalls, smelt disgusting & lacked paper towels or enough hand dryers (1 for all to use). Overall, the candy selection was nice, movie seats reclined and we're comfortable and the drinks were not terribly overpriced for the area(red bull & vodka $7.25, makers & coke $10.25) We had a gift card to use for dinner, and made reservations. However we chose not to stay after our movie experience.
