I asked for tapwater and the waitress heard it but she just went away and talking to other customers. I was waiting for it for like 5 minutes and she didn’t look at me The cakes are excellent and just because of that they think they can treat customers like they’re doing favor . The price we pay for the cakes are not even cheap and this is very disappointing experience for me

It's expensive—the products are pricey and the taste doesn't always justify it. The environment is nice, clean, and the service is friendly. We ordered the "xis" on a plate and the regular "xis." They were good (although the bacon was very hard) and nicely presented, but nothing that justifies the high price. On the other hand, the pastry sold at the counter was old; the dough was hard.

I ordered a large strawberry bonbon cake for my birthday and it was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I honestly regret not taking a photo. Everyone at my birthday loved it, both Brazilians and non-Brazilians. It’s so nice to see a place representing our food so well outside Brazil. Thank you so much it was a great experience! 💖

Expressively asked for a salted bread, received this that in my opinion is nothing more then plain flour with probably some cacao. 4.90 for 230 gr of bread make around 20€ per kilo. Really too expensive!

I ordered many birthday cakes from them. They are always delicious. I love their breakfast also. I can't recommend enough. It's fantastic having such a good Brazilian food in Dublin.

I've been going to Sugarloaf since it opened, and every time I go, I get even happier. Not only because of the delicious, fresh food and the many options, the service is also incredible! Yesterday, I needed a last-minute cake, and they had some available for immediate take-away. It was gorgeous and tasted wonderful. Milena was very thoughtful and even asked them to write "Happy Birthday" on the cake for me. It's truly gratifying when customer service goes above and beyond. Whenever I have to recommend a bakery, Sugarloaf is always the first that comes to mind!

Very dissapointing with service, just ordered a carrot cake for christmas and when I arrived they came to me saying that my carrot cake was not available anymore, so they offered me only another cake flavour option that I didn't like, so I requested the money back, however the money would be back on 21 days, so me and my family didn't get not just our cake but our money neither for Christmas night. It's just not fair not to get what I asked for specially for something that has to be ordered with days of anticipation in anywhere else for Christmas day and because of them we didn't have the chance to get our cake for Christmas night. It's not the first time it happens so definitely I won't recommend this place.

Amazing Brazilian bakery on D01, we ordered a Coconut bread, Cheese bread, Pastel de nata, Caramel cake and Pistachio cake. All tastes incredible and also freshly baked. Please come to enjoy authentic Brazilian snack.
