Had an amazing first time experience here! They are an extremely nice family owned business, that support other businesses, and to top it off the food was AMAZING!!! I ordered a 10” pizza for $7, only $2 more for toppings. This is the most reasonable prices in Naperville for pizza honestly. They were kind enough to ask how I’d like it cut and made it very quick, with care. Great hospitality, communication, quality service, and great food! They allow you to leave business cards for your company as well (I am a mental health therapist/community psychologist at Oswego Wellness/Plainfield Wellness). Last but not least it’s a convent location with no traffic.

My family loves this pizza! We ordered the supreme to try something different and we weren’t disappointed. The pizza is perfectly balanced with enough of every ingredient. The salsa taste like homemade. Our order is always ready when we get there for pick up.

We love your pizza. Sauce is great, flavorful. We highly recommend! Rated 3 stars for atmosphere because you're not really an eat in restaurant. Previous owners used to have garlic bread that appeared to be thicker pizza dough, round in shape like a pizza, and cut into strips. Came in a pizza box. Wish you'd bring that back.

Great pizza. We have so many good pizza options in Naperville, but this place is terrific. Fresh ingredients, delicious and quite a bit less than some of my other favs in the area. Definitely recommend trying them out. You won't regret it.

I went here for a shoot and became a very satisfied customer. Joe and his store manager are great the food looks great but tastes even better. They even sell pizza by the slice and have bowls without pasta for gluten free folks like me. I also plan to go back when I am in the area and may even make a special trip. I had the sausage bowl with cheese and sauce. Very tasty.

First time ordered from this place and it was a customer service disaster. Pasta was delivered in the bottom of a paper bag. Manager blamed Door Dash but I am sure Door Dash did not open the container and spill it. Obviously not packaged correctly. Spoke to the 'manager' who would not let me even finish my questions and was confrontational. Instead of making me a happy customer she argued with me and kept telling me to call Door Dash (which is not prominent on their site). If Door Dash is their delivery service they should have to taken responsibility. She should have credited me for a meager $10 but instead lost a good customer-we have pizza every week and will NEVER order from this place again. Amateur, untrained management clueless on customer service. Very disappointed. Stay away.

My family and I LOVED the taste of the sauce! This was such a good pizza and we are definitely looking forward to trying other styles soon. Highly recommended when you want a delicious tasting pizza made fast.

Great thin crust veggie pizza Everyone loved it from grandpa to the 3 year old grandson.

Pretty quick service I ordered in advanced for a pick up and it was ready 2 minutes early if that helps. I live 30 mins away so it wasn't as hot as I got it but still pretty solid pizza.

Sometimes I like the convenience to get a slice or two instead of a full pizza. Sugo Mio was on my way home so I decided to give it a try. Great flavor and great crust! The sauce is delicious and good amount of toppings! It definitely hit the spot. Also the manager is amazing. Great customer service.

I think it's one of the best pizzas around. I came from Deer Park, which is 40 minute away. And their calzones are out of this world. I'll bring them home to my family. We reheat them and they're better than most Calzones that are eaten right out of the oven.

I've been visiting CARE animal hospital every other day the last two weeks for our two dogs, and then, it hit me: It's Friday night, let's try that pizza place next door to Care's. Our go to is a thin crust large pepperoni, onion, green pepper, and mushroom. Yum. What a flavourful tomato sauce, and nice combo of ingredients. Cheese tastes great. The only ingredient I did not taste was the mushroom, which makes me wonder if they're canned. Green pepper was nice and the onion not too strong. Probably let the mushroom go next time. The pepperoni was plentiful. The cost was super reasonable (or I'm hooked on expensive pizza--not sure which). Def going to try it again! I'd post a photo, but we ate it all in one night.

My favorite local spot! They have the best pizza and fries! Not to mention the awesome customer service. They always treat you like family and accommodate whatever you need. Stop by, you won't regret it!

Don't understand how anyone can recommend this pizza. Very bland , tasteless, undercooked, skimpy. I think some of these reviewers have never eaten pizza before. This is not even as good as Domino's

My favorite place for thin crust pizza. They have two options for thin crust - regular and extra thin. The balance of toppings, sauce, seasoning, and crust is just right. Ingredients are sourced from Zeppe's next door, so I know the quality is great. I always opt for pick-up to avoid potential delivery delays.

Wish I could come here all the time!! Food is fabulous!! Treat you like family and good portions of food for a good price. I can't say enough about this place except try it for yourself. You won't be disappointed

Ordered from here for the first time last Saturday. We got the Sugo Mio favorite (added pepperoni) and the meatball sub. Both were outstanding. The sauce on the pizza and sub was delicious. I absolutely loved the crust on the pizza (got the regular, not extra thin). Husband did the pick up and said everyone was super nice. I have found my new pizza place!

The meatball sandwich with cheese is fantastic!! Pizza is very good. You will not be disappointed!!

Best pizza I've had in Naperville. Sausage is plentiful, sauce is seasoned deliciously, and it's priced better than the competition!! Some days I simply crave the slices they sell, but hate to wait until they open at 2:00

Great little carryout restaurant. I love their pizza here and during the day they have slices at a very reasonable price. The lady that works behind the counter is very nice. I eat here about twice a week. Give it a try.

Our favorite thing crust in Naperville. Crust perfectly crisp. Ingredients fresh right from the family owned Italian Deli steps away. Always ready in time. Going here for years! And staff always great. Prices are fair.

Located near my home it was easy to order online and pick up a delicious pizza. Well made and was consumed by my teenagers right away.

We ordered 15 Pizzas for a trading card show. They had the pizzas ready for us on time and even offered us heating bags to keep them warm throughout our event. The pizza was amazing and our customers were more than happy with the taste. We would definitely order through them again!

We ordered 2 slices of pizza an Italian flatbread and a combo sandwich. We were getting charged $43 but my husband went and ahead and asked what exactly we were being charged for. The person that was doing our order seemed fairly new and didn't really know so he charged $6. So then afterwards my husband was like this is too little so he went and ahead and figured something out and charged us what should had been charged for. We left with our food got home and when we looked inside we had a totally different order. We asked for hot peppers on both order nothing was given no napkins nothing. We were very disappointed. Please make sure you check your food before you leave this place.

The BEST GLUTEN FREE in the area! Sauce, crust, toppings are perfect. I've tried them all and I keep coming back.

Pizza was OK. Toppings were sparse and I don't think we got extra cheese like we ordered. Crust was burnt and they even mentioned it when my husband picked it up. Look at the picture and see if "the sauce is everything" as they advertise.

When I moved here 12 years ago, this place had different owners and was called Pieroni's and they had awesome pizza! They used a good quality cheese, flavorful sauce, a braided crust, and fresh toppings. Their cheesey garlic bread was delicious too! They melted mozzarella cheese on top of the same dough used for their pizzas and it was the perfect blend of taste and texture. They also sent out texts every Thursday with specials. Once a month, the special was buy one pizza, get one free. It was an added bonus that they were right around the corner from my house. Unfortunately, the pizza and cheesey garlic bread at Sugo Mio is not nearly as good. :-/ The cheese and sauce isn't quite as tasty and the dough they use is a bit tough to eat/chew. The toppings seem fresh though. Their version of cheesey garlic bread has the same dough as their pizza with melted mozzarella cheese on the inside and the texture isn't as good. Unfortunately, the new owner does not use the same recipes as Pieroni's. Apparently, recipes don't get passed onto new owners (?) It isn't bad pizza/cheesey garlic bread by any means, but fairly mediocre and not what it used to be. The owner seems nice and was able to make a gift card for Zeppes (same owner for both places) work for my purchase at Sugo Mio. I always prefer to support local/small businesses, but I feel that Rosati's has a slightly better pizza.

Very good sandwiches and pizza. Carry out only by that's okay since I live close by. Staff are friendly and accommodating. I go back regularly and never disappoint.

I've been a fan on Zeppe's Market for nearly a decade, when I lived up the street. I've since moved to Aurora and recently got wind of Joe fulfilling his dream of opening his own pizzeria. Fittingly named Sugo Mio. (My Sauce) I stopped by for a calzone on National Calzone Day. I really enjoyed it. They offer pizza slices for lunch and offer an array of pizza choices, sandwiches and a few entrees too. Small dining area, if you want to scarf a slice, but basically a takeout joint. I certainly will stop back for a parbaked pie soon. Be sure to stop by their market too, which is a couple doors away. Their vodka and marinara sauce is legendary. And don't forget a chocolate-covered cannoli!

Ordered a pizza from them. Great customer services, Joe was super helpful and nice. Highly recommend. Coming back to the place again 10/10

We have stopped in at Zeppe's a couple times for their delicious cannolis. And when we do; we always say: we should check out the pizza place next door. Yesterday that finally happened en we are so glad we did! We ordered a 16" Sugo Mia favorite pizza and it was delicious!! Just finished the leftovers and we will definitely be back for more!

Only stopped for a slice as I was quelling off hunger from missing lunch. Stopped at another store in the strip. Saw this place, & gambled w/o even checking Yelp. Slice was good!! Want to go back for a whole pizza. Place is worth more investigation!

PIzza is okay, but it lacks excitement and indviduality. Has a thin cracker-like crust and sauce/cheese are blended. Would benefit from not blending the sauce and cheese and adding fresh tomato puree and fresh spices.

It's now a day later, I have upped my ranking from 1 star to 2. And removed some of the overly-harsh comments in my previous attempt. I'm happy to report - after a day in the refrigerator, the pizza was much more palatable. I'd say it's on par with any of the national chains who offer a similar product (in my opinion) for a much lower price. Would I order from them again? Not the pizza, but I'd be interested to try their sandwich or pasta options. I think they deserve a 2nd chance. ------------------------------ Dear Sugo Mio Pizza folks, Yeah this wasn't great. We ordered a pan pizza on doordash from your Naperville location 7/27/2021. We were hungry and thought it'd be nice to try something new. To be honest, I regret that decision. Strike 1: The pizza wasn't cut into slices. I had to open my kitchen drawer, find the pizza wheel, and cut it myself. Not the end of the world, but more than I wanted to deal with at the time. Strike 2: In the same kitchen drawer, I located my spatula and carefully attempted to pick up a slice and move it onto my plate. The cheese and the toppings slid right off, leaving a bare crust. Yuck. Maybe it's just me? OK, fine, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one. Strike 3: I took a few bites. The crust was tough - almost cardboard-like in texture, and the cheese was rubbery. As for the toppings, I can't say. I couldn't get past the crust and the cheese. To be fair, the sauce was OK. My wife has already complained to doordash, and they've given us a $6.00 credit on our next order. Not nearly enough to cover the $36 price we paid for such an underwhelming dinner; but whatever, we live and learn. On a positive note, I should also mention, we also ordered some Cheese Sticks. They were very good.

Stopped in for a quick slice of pizza during lunch. What a good piece of pizza this place has. I definitely like the thinner crust and it was nice that I was able to walk in and walk out relatively quick with a nice lunch. Will definitely stop back if I'm in the area again. Love supporting little businesses and this is a great one.

Met the owner of this terrific new pizza place. Ordered a large thin crust and could find nothing wrong with it. Thin, crispy crust, great tasty sauce and fresh toppings and cheese. The owner Joe says he also owns the deli "Zeppes Italian Deli" that is three doors down. I will definitely be back here for more. Says he will be opening for lunch in mid May.

I live close by and has a busy life. Many times I am in a rush and need to have a quick dinner. My go to place is Sugo Mio on 87th Street in Naperville, IL. I have ordered the Sugo Favorite last few times and it has become my only recipe I would order any more. With just four ingredients, sausage, mushrooms, onions , and green pepper, Sugo makes a fantastic pizza. I was there again tonight, (2/20/23) and happened to talk to the Owner, Zeppe (also calls himself Joe) and he was very appreciative of me being a customer. And he knows how to make pizza. Tonight I had a guest at home and he really liked the pizza. He told me that next time he is in the mood for a pizza, he is going to Sugo Mio.

The calzones are incredible. They are very flavorful without being greasy. They are also ginormous giving you a great value. I recommended them to my coworkers and we each ordered one last night for lunch. My coworkers thanked me for the good recommendation.

What a great little find in the neighborhood!! Pizza was done perfectly! Just the right amount of sauce to cheese and seasoning. Garlic bread is to die for. Highly recommended this pizza!!

Pizza was not good. We got it delivered which they do via DoorDash. The whole center of the pizza was pretty much just dough, all the sauce and toppings had migrated like they were moving out of a bad neighborhood. The crust was cooked pretty unevenly, crispy around the edges and soggy and watery in the middle. The sausage was meh, meatballs were okay.

We ordered fried mushrooms and super pizza. We all thought what a great pizza, really good! Mushrooms were perfectly cooked too!

Service was quick. Pizza was messy cheese fell right off slices Crust was crunchy on bottom.

Try this place for the first time and to say disappointed is an understatement. Ordered an cl sausage pizza well done. The middle is not even cooked and is doughy. There might be 12 pieces of sausage on this pizza. The worst part is the amount of sauce several places where there is no sauce at all. Needless to say this was a mistake ordering from here.

Delicious pizza! Awesome crust and tangy sauce. Never a long wait. Lots of other tasty menu items if your kids don't like pizza and want chicken tenders or garlic cheese bread or you're in the mood for wings or a calzone. Highly recommend!!!

The food was delicious and it was all prepared/ready to go by the time they promised.

Loved the cooks and work staff. Very nice people. Their friendliness alone makes you want to come back. But I didn't try the pizza I wanted so I can't give a full honest review of the food, which is why I only gave 3 stars. I'll be back to try more.

We are a returning customers and we are never disappointed when we visit Sugo Mio. The food is always outstanding and the service is very cordial and attentive. It is always an enjoyable experience. We highly recommend.

This is our new go to pizza place! New owners and great pizza. Had lots of issues with Rosati's in 95th st location/ wrong pizza/ bad delivery experiences. Done with that place. Will drive to Sugo Mio to pick up our pizza. Can't wait to try other items on the menu. Also prefer to support, "mom and pop" pizza places, over chains.

Absolutely delicious! Ordered a pepperoni pizza for lunch with my family and barely had any left over! Will be going back for more and telling everyone to try it!
