It's now a day later, I have upped my ranking from 1 star to 2. And removed some of the overly-harsh comments in my previous attempt.
I'm happy to report - after a day in the refrigerator, the pizza was much more palatable. I'd say it's on par with any of the national chains who offer a similar product (in my opinion) for a much lower price.
Would I order from them again? Not the pizza, but I'd be interested to try their sandwich or pasta options. I think they deserve a 2nd chance.

Dear Sugo Mio Pizza folks,
Yeah this wasn't great. We ordered a pan pizza on doordash from your Naperville location 7/27/2021. We were hungry and thought it'd be nice to try something new. To be honest, I regret that decision.
Strike 1: The pizza wasn't cut into slices. I had to open my kitchen drawer, find the pizza wheel, and cut it myself. Not the end of the world, but more than I wanted to deal with at the time.
Strike 2: In the same kitchen drawer, I located my spatula and carefully attempted to pick up a slice and move it onto my plate. The cheese and the toppings slid right off, leaving a bare crust. Yuck. Maybe it's just me? OK, fine, I'll give them the benefit of the doubt on this one.
Strike 3: I took a few bites. The crust was tough - almost cardboard-like in texture, and the cheese was rubbery. As for the toppings, I can't say. I couldn't get past the crust and the cheese.
To be fair, the sauce was OK.
My wife has already complained to doordash, and they've given us a $6.00 credit on our next order. Not nearly enough to cover the $36 price we paid for such an underwhelming dinner; but whatever, we live and learn.
On a positive note, I should also mention, we also ordered some Cheese Sticks. They were very good.
