Sullivan's Steakhouse

Amazing Steaks!! cooked to prefection and to our liking. our server was great! My friends were pretty drunk, i was the only one sober and our server was very patience with us and repeated the specials several times and suggested all the awesome food for us to try. we ordered 2 sides and there were of good size, grill asparagus and roasted cauliflower with garlic sauce just yum. when the roasted cauliflower came to our table, it was a sight to see, they actually got us half head of a big cauliflower. We ordered few cocktails and all were pretty good. we ordered 3 different kind of steaks(cos we were 3 of us), 1 medium, 1 medium rare and 1 black & blue, we all liked our individual steaks and quality of the meat was quite good unlike some places where they put ounces of oil and butter to bring out whereever little taste the meat has but not here, they did great job and we do love our steak so we know. If i havent praise our server enough then i need to do it again, she was great, not over bearing at all. She didnt interrupt us too much, clarified all our questions, gave great suggestions and ofcourse super patient! And the live band, the music was awesome, thank you for the wonderful experience, the band was a cherry on the cake. When we visit Chicago next time, we will definitely go here again.

We went to celebrate my grandma's 90th birthday. We had a private room and our own wait staff (Megan and Nichola, if I remember correctly) who were absolutely awesome. The food was great, the drinks were great, and everyone was very nice. A good time was had by all.

The staff was nice and attentive, the food was delicious! The menu had gluten free options. The women's bathroom could use some improvement. But overall it was great!

Great steakhouse with amazing steaks of course! It is expensive as expected but worth it for a special occasion. I got the long bone ribeye steak which was 26 oz of heaven. Still thinking about how good it was!

The steak was phenomenal but the bottle service and pace of service was pretty poor. They also ran out of the booze I was hoping for.

The new service staff is amazing! The staff was great and really made the evening fun and eventful. The Live Jazz music was playing throughout the night and was PERFECT! Then our meals were cooked to perfection and I don't know how this isn't rated the best Steakhouse in the area as I have been to many and almost none can compare to the atmosphere and quality of the food. I will definitely be returning!

The service here is fantastic. The steak is excellent. The seafood sampler with stone crab was OK. I ordered the bone-in aged ribeye and was not disappointed. Clean and spacious restroom, but you have to walk up a flight of stairs to get there. Keep that in mind for anyone who might have trouble physically.

Sullivan's is a good place and the food and staff are nice. Like most steakhouses in the city it's just really really expensive. But this place has super nice staff and that's what set it apart for me. Went there with my wife and daughter a couple of years ago and the waiter gave us the crumb scraper which was really cool. Went again last night with friends for my wife's birthday and they let us bring our own cake in and served it to us. Really great and accommodating.
