Summit Coffee Noda

We were in town for a conference and tried this lovely coffee shop on the way to the airport. They have some seriously delicious coffee and baked goods. I tried oat milk latte, and my friends got regular latte and decaf cappuccino. I really loved that they give you glasses to fill up your water, not cheap plastic cups. Inside is nicely decorated and you feel like you are entering into an oasis. They also have some outdoor seating which we enjoyed. I will go back next time I am in town.

Very lovely coffee shop. Great, great coffee, atmosphere, and service. I love the matching color scheme, the open space, and outside area. Definitely a cute spot for good coffee, pastries, and even a reading spot. So glad we stopped by!

We were in the area and just typed in coffee shops near me, via Google; this was the first one walking distance from us. I am glad we stopped by! I enjoy lavender in my coffee and not alone of coffee shops offer it! Sumit did! I also love the interior, it was a small but cozy feel, the decor is fun to look at. The space invites you to hang out and sip and stay for a while.. and did I mention they have one of the best chocolate chip cookies I have ever had! Next time I'm trying food. Prices are slightly high but the taste and quality is there to compensate for it. Not bad for a every so often coffee shop drinker like myself.

Went for a t-shirt my son asked me to pick up for him. Decided to try their fall latte. It was delicious! Just the right amount of fall spice paired with a hint of orange. Definitely going back before it’s gone!

Wow what a lovely place! I loved the atmosphere and the vibe of this place. I ordered the vanilla oat milk latte, and Parker did beautiful latte art. The staff was all very kind and welcoming. I work at a coffee shop out of town and chatted with them for a bit, and they even gave me pointers for getting the hang of latte art. Will 100% be coming back next time I’m in the CLT area!

The coffee would be great if the service wasn't so rude. I have come here several times and one of the waitress (with multicolor hair) is simply extremely disrespectful. Barely any greeting, pretty aggressive, ... the rest of the staff is great but this barista is simply the worst and has shown contempt several times. Never going again. The rest of the staff is great though ! Thanks to them for always being nice and professional :)

I have been going to Summit since we moved here last September. They are beyond great and the coffee/food/pastries are excellent. The staff is amazing and this morning the owner gave me this because I told her my brother in law’s Birthday was on may 4th and that his dog passed away the night before! He was thrilled when my wife and I showed it to him on FaceTime! Excellent all around from the service to the people!

Talk about which essential morning cup of coffee! We had a great experience here thanks to Madison! Fantastic coffee, delicious scones, of which the lemon and lavender one was a delightful surprise! Utter perfection. The beautiful decor for me to feel as soon as you walk in. Definitely go support as possible business, esp if you’re getting some Jeni’s next door!

Summit coffee was excellent. Large free parking lot. Opened at 7, nice and early. I got a great spot with plenty of outlets in the back. The scones were very delicious and flavorful. The coffee and tea I had, got the job done. Overall, great experience, juts wear a hoodie.

I absolutely love Summit Coffee. Their products are delicious, the service is friendly, and it is an incredibly warm and welcoming place for everyone. The ambiance is sunny and warm too. This is our neighborhood coffee shop, and we love building a relationship with the awesome owner, Will, and his great team.

Came in here with my hubby for a work / conference call he had to be on. He had a latte and I had a glass of wine, and we were pleasantly happy with the service and flavor of the coffee and selection of wine. We don't live near the area, but we would come here again for sure. Service was fantastic and the place was very clean.

Where to begin with Summit coffee what a great place to sit and have a sip, the staff is amazing and friendly and offer up great suggestions for anything you'd like to drink to get out of the hot sun. May I suggest that you try the Peach iced tea with a little bit of simple syrup it was amazing and sit outside on the patio listen to music, watch people walk their dogs, and just enjoy your day and the sounds of train going by. Once the weather turns chilly, I can see myself grabbing some coffee and walking through NoDA and enjoying the tasty coffee.

I'd say that when I first walk into this place it was mid. Didn't seem special but I can't say that about the blue haired worker going ham on my drink, I felt as if she was pouring her heart into the drink she was making. The little hearts she made on top was cute and when i sipped my coffee, I felt as if I was back at my grandmothers house enjoying life as a little kid.

One of my favorite coffee shops in Charlotte! Great location in Noda with access to parking and the Light Rail. The staff is always friendly and greets you with a cheery smile. The coffee itself is amazing! I've tried several of the roasts and have enjoyed every one. Their iced coffee is one of my favorites! This place beats any major coffee chain. If you live close, I recommend checking out their monthly mug club membership.

Small but cute and cozy place. Cleaning outside seating area. Very friendly and informative staff especially since it was my first time. They have few different fall flavors. I tried the blueberry pie cold brew it was delicious.

I loved everything about this place except for their coffee. Me and my cousin found this place after our early morning mural walk. This was a random find as we wanted to have something hot. It's a cool place with a cool vibe. The look is attractive and contemporary. We ordered coffee and while the barista was preparing I was clicking pictures of the place. Our coffee was served in just cold to warm consistency. When mentioned that, she apologized and prepared a new one. She informed us to mention next time that we prefer hot. The new one was also the same warm consistency. I was tired of explaining her, we just left the place. Needs a few more tweaks to suit me.

I absolutely love Summit!!! A bright and fun coffee shop. Although I am a black coffee person, I occasionally try their seasonal drinks - winter's blueberry iced coffee was excellent and I love the new spring thyme drink with espresso. The service is always outstanding since the employees are so friendly. The coffee bags are my favorite to buy because I can consistently have coffee shop quality coffee every day. I always look forward to having an excuse to stop in - the art is an added bonus. There's always something creative on the walls!

I really wanted to love this place, but the coffee and pastry were disappointing. It is such a cute coffee shop with a good ambiance, decorations, a variety of seating options both inside and outside, and nice staff. My boyfriend and I both got iced lattes, he got a vanilla flavored one and I got caramel. Neither of us could really taste any flavoring, and the coffee itself wasn't great. We also got an apple turnover, it was okay, but I wouldn't get it again. The coffee shop is located just across the street from an apartment complex and there is limited parking outside the store and you have to pay to park in the parking deck. Overall I wasn't impressed, I may give it a second chance and try a different drink just because so many other people have such positive opinions about it.

Walking in, there is a sense of VIBE awareness. The service was prompt and acknowledged our eagerness to get coffee. Floors and tables were clean and spaced out with an option for bar-style seating as well as padded bench on the wall for a semi-booth experience. There are seating options outside that are adequately sheltered from the glaring sun. Winning! So, one thing that was very interesting was that it was Sunday when we visited and almost every table was full of people working on laptops as if it were a Monday in the office. Probably not the vibe I would have expected for a Sunday; but the great coffee made up for the shop talk in surround sound. The last critique I would give is that they need a more robust food option rather than a few scones and cookies that look to be left over from the day before. There are other coffee shops that understand the desire for snacks and get this right. Certainly feel like this could elevate the overall experience here for future visits. Looking forward to coming back when I'm in the area again soon. Cheers!

I think I found my new favorite coffee spot. There are a few good ones in my neighborhood but the vanilla latte I had here is the best I've had in some time. Really cool decor and vibes and just a short walk away from the light rail stop. I will for sure be returning!

This place is so cute, definitely with their regulars and everyone who works there is so nice. I asked for recommendations and I felt like it was a genuine recommendation. A great place to cowork or grab a drink/coffee. I love the vibe. Next time i hope to try one of their pastries.

I loved this cute coffee shop! I visited a friend in the apartments facing the shop and walked over here in the morning to grab breakfast. They had a list of several seasonal winter drinks along with breakfast foods and pastry items. They made me want to go back for a second latte that afternoon! The staff were so friendly and quick. I would definitely recommend!

Met an old friend for a morning coffee . Neat little place, good atmosphere. We had two coffees and sat inside and talked for an hour. Not overly crowded. I'd return. I was disappointed they didn't have Splenda . I survived, but prefer it in my coffee . 1st world problem

Lovely atmosphere and convenient parking! Dog friendly outside. Staff was nice and coffee was delicious. Only cons here are limited seating (a few 2 person tables), and I felt very overpriced. I did order a holiday latte with oat milk, but over $7 was a bit hefty for me. Still happy to support local!

I love this place. The lavender earl grey tea on a hot day is divine. I ate 6 macaroons made by a local baker here and each one was dynamic, different, yet consistently different. The vibe and soundtrack are on point. I love coming here to read and write. But most of all are the employees, Gelina and Euli (I hope I spelled yalls names right ) were so warm and kind. Gelina even put some napkins under my table for me when it was wobbly. Come give these people your money - they deserve it!

Place has a very cool vibe, and I was excited to try it out because I just moved in right around the block. Unfortunately, my vanilla latte is barely warm and tastes so watered down that if it wasn't tinged slightly brown I would've thought they accidently left out the espresso. If I had tasted it before I left, I would have asked them to remake it or switch it out with a normal coffee. For $7, I'm not sure I'll be back to try it again.

Not nearly as good as the Davidson location; (can't beat the atmosphere at the original). Even though there was no line, the coffee took forever and was lukewarm, with no real whipped cream.

The matcha is delicious but unfortunately the prices feel higher than nyc prices. $8.25 for a oat milk matcha is pretty aggressive in my opinion. It's good but not $8.25 good.

Surprised this location doesnt have more reviews. The vibe is very nice in this coffee shop settled NoDa. I got the vanilla oat milk latte and I gotta say it's one of my favorite cups to find in Charlotte so far. They have a lot of flavors for syrups like honeysuckle and blueberry and a limited edition orange creamsicle latte that also piqued my interest. My friend the orange creamsicle and I sampled, and definitely would recommend. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely be back.

Was so excited when I found out they'd be opening a Summit in NoDa. I go at least every other week and usually pick up a bag of freshly roasted coffee beans (which comes with a free drip coffee!) - definitely my favorite local roaster in the Charlotte area! You can't go wrong with any of the menu items, and do not sleep on the apple turnover! If you've not been here yet, definitely worthy of stopping in!

My husband and I love coming here for an iced vanilla latte and no extra charge for alt. Milk!

The weakest latte I've ever had-basically a cup of milk. Do not waste your money. It also took an exceptionally long time for them to make my order. I expected much better for the area and the price.

This location is the best one in my opinion, for customer service and setting options. They are always so nice and all of their drinks are amazing and worth the price!

Glad to see that the Davidson-headquartered coffee shop has expanded out toward uptown Charlotte. Solid coffee and will offer another place to hang in the NoDa area along with the o.g. Smelly Cat which should always be respected, loved, and cherished.
