Firstly the service is outstanding, it’s my first time here. They have a great selection of main dishes, probably best priced in the area for the high quality of freshly prepared food. I got the salmon burger, tastes delicious with lettuce, tomato, avocado, tartar sauce, and salmon burger is well made. They have the best prices for mixed drinks and beer on the block at 5 dollars to start. Great place to talk and bring friends, family, and a date! Come stop by Sunday Dreamin and show some love! 💗

I have eaten here twice and both times have loved what I ate. First time I had the burger and it was perfection ($15 dollar lunch menu). The second time was the was huevos con longaniza. Again, a perfect dish. Both were clean and delicious.

It would be a good idea to try their lunch special on Tuesdays to Fridays from 11 AM to 4PM. The Sunday Burger combination made for a satisfying lunch. The service was a little slower than I expected but the presentation was great and the ambiance of the place made for a relaxing atmosphere. According to Maurice it does get crowded here during their weekend brunch so plan ahead.

Google
New place in East Village with such an AMAZING $15 bottomless brunch deal from 11 AM-noon on weekends. Came here for my birthday since I love pasta and good vibes, portion sizes aren’t the biggest but that’s expected for a place like this. Highly recommend the pastas, I got the bolognese subbed with tagliolini pasta (I know, I was feeling weird on my bday) and I have to say I’d recommend it if you’re feeling adventurous. My friends got the chicken and waffles, salmon eggs benny, and regular bolognese and I heard no complaints! Service was a bit slow, but other than that had a pretty awesome experience.

Service is wonderful here. Staff were attentive and kind. They made a suggestion on a wine, it was perfect! Cesar salad was perfect for a hot day and post hike meal— it included anchovies! The Squid Ink Pasta was filling. Just a heads up, the uni is in the butter so as not to overpower it, the other flavors in the sauce are mild. The restaurant is a great location and fab price point. Enjoy! 🥂

Google
In NY for the weekend and was walking around the area when we stumbled upon this cute little restaurant. So glad we decided to go in! The atmosphere was great, service was great and food so good! We ordered the Sunday Burger, Fuego Burger and the fish and chips and some Gelato to finish off the night. Highly recommend checking this place out. Will definitely come back when we visit again.

I had a great time at Sunday Dreamin'! The food and their coffee really hits the spot, even in an area where there's a lot of nice coffee spots / cafes / restaurants. It's hard to find a place with both exceptional coffee and delicious, affordable food, though, so I'm so happy they opened up! They're relatively new (opened around 2 weeks), but the owners know their way around coffee. Do yourself a favor and get their Bourbon Vanilla Latte (pictured). If you get anything that comes with a side of their housemade chips, just know you're getting delicate, freshly fried chips! The texture was phenomenal!! The chicken sandwich was also very juicy/delicious! It was on lunch special when I got it, and I only managed to finish half - it was a good portion size for the price! I also got the chance to try their aged rib eye (very tender and cooked at the perfect temperature) and Lobster Mac & Cheese, which was super delicious and cheesy and could be made gluten-free. Can't wait to come back and try the other items!!

A great new gem in the neighborhood to enjoy brunch and dinner with friends. The steak tartare was super fresh. Chocolate soufflé was decadent and had the right amount of sweetness. Pasta was cooked perfectly and al dente. The burger had the cutest pretzel bun. Would definitely come again

Yelp
Sunday Dreamin has a dinner deal where with the purchase of an entrée each drink you purchase is $5. I opted to get the Traitor Joe's, which was really very good. My friends did generally complain that some of the cocktails felt a little more watered down than they would've preferred, but they did taste good! Unfortunately a few items we wanted were out of stock so we did have to change our entree plans, but I have no regrets with what I ended up getting. The mussels were in a very unique sauce and I am so happy they chose the sauce that they did. It's very different from what I've had before, but it really really hit the spot. Really good fries as well. I decided to get dessert and chose the chocolate soufflé, which God knows I dream about every day. This place is wonderful! Very well decorated and in a really cool part of the city. Looking forward to returning in the future and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice and affordable dinner.

Yelp
@foodie_starry Looking for a Sunday filled with delicious indulgences? Head over here, where each dish promises a culinary delight! Kick off your feast with the generously served Burrata, beautifully paired with arugula, tomatoes, and a rich balsamic glaze. Dive into the Spicy Mussels and Fries, where every bite of the crispy fries dipped in fra diavolo sauce topped with parmesan is an explosion of flavors. Yelp
The food was mediocre - nothing special but wasn't terrible. The place looked really cute on the outside, but once you step inside, it gets really loud and hard to hold a conversation. Avocado toast - sourdough bread was really hard to bite but a generous amount of avocado. Steak & eggs - very fatty steak and nothing to rave about.

Yelp
I went here for my friend's birthday day and the service was amazing. The staff was friendly and welcoming. We got appetizers for starters such as calamari, brussel sprouts and truffle fries. The calamari was crispy and had a great dipping sauce served with it. The brussel sprouts tasted really good and was covered in this spicy sauce. The truffle fries were a no brainer and tasted delicious. We got the salmon burger with a crispy salmon patty with avocados. It tasted delicious and was pretty filling. The steak frites were really good. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce was herby. The portion of the steak and fries were a pretty good size. Overall would come back again to try other items on the menu.

Yelp
Solid spot! I had been feeling like food in this neighborhood was lacking something recently so was relieved to come across something new and interesting like this! Don't have other pics of the food but I was happy with my $15 pasta. Felt it was affordable, delicious, and no nonsense spicy vodka :) Congrats on the open and welcome!

Yelp
I enjoyed everything I had here and they have great deals, especially on their drinks! I feel like this is a great place to pregame and the service was very nice. I think the food is a bit overpriced.

Yelp
Yummy in my tummy. It was so good that I ate way too much. Do you guys ever eat till you throw up? I couldn't resist and keep eating. Silly me didn't realize I can just come back next time. The service was very good, the guys here are good looking and nice! The sangria was just the way I like it. The squid ink pasta was good but needed a little more Parmesan. I'm a cheesy girl haha. I didn't get to try all the dessert, I got the tiramisu and it was amazing. I wanted to order more desserts but I had no more room. Come now while they just opened before you stand in line.

Yelp
A delightful new addition to the neighborhood that truly delivers! They serve brunch during the day and offer fantastic dinner options. We tried their dinner menu, and every dish was unique. We started with vietnamese-style brussels sprouts, which had a great spicy kick. The elote was also packed with flavor. The lobster mac and cheese is a must-try, with plenty of lobster and a wonderfully cheesy texture. The spicy mussels were delicious and came with truffle fries. We ended our meal with three different desserts, each amazing and not too sweet. Overall, this place is a gem, and the owners are sweet & definitely passionate!

Yelp
stumbled upon this spot in the east village and it did not disappoint. they have a brunch and dinner menu. we started off with the burrata and it was refreshing. it was my first time trying steak tartare and it was good. for entrees, we got the squid ink pasta and it was creamy. the fish & chips are such a classic. the fries that came with it were seasoned so well. ended the meal with a chocolate soufflé. it's a MUST!! the ice cream paired so well. definitely gotta eat it before the ice cream starts to melt! interior was huge and welcoming. service was quick and they were super attentive. can't wait to come back and try the brunch menu!

Yelp
‼HANDS DOWN BEST SQUID INK PASTA I HAVE EVER HAD ‼ 1000/10 would recommend for everyone to order! Don't forget about the Brussels sprouts and steak tartare! Excellent food and service

Jeffri D.

Yelp
Stopped by chance-was walking to another restaurant and saw their sign and decided to look at their menu. The gentleman working was extremely polite and informative. I decided to have their lunch special. One of the best (and I seldom eat sandwiches ) sandwiches I have eaten. I ordered the spicy chicken-which is breaded and coated in their homemade spices and then grilled! Finally a chicken sandwich with spice that isn't fried! Their salad was excellent as their dressing was very delicious and salad toppings were very fresh. Can't beat the price either!

Yelp
Came with 4 of my other friends and absolutely loved our time here. Staff were accommodating and patient. Food came out fast and fries were HOT!!!! (Friend said the fries were replicas of the McDonald's ones). Vibe wise, it's the perfect spot for all occasions and that's not even mentioning how CHEAP the drinks are. $5-$6 cocktails is insane. And they're regular sized. Highly recommend the Brussels sprouts, orecchiette, and the fries.

Yelp
This restaurant really know how to satisfy a customer, they are willing to take extra steps to make my food perfecto. Definitely coming back!!!

Yelp
Stumbled upon this cute spot with a group of friends. We had ordered a bunch of dishes to share... and everything was absolutely delicious!! The flavors on each dish did not disappoint. Some of my favorite items were the thai iced tea, burrata, wet aged ribeye, spicy mussels & fries, lobster mac & cheese, rigatoni bolognese, mango gelato & THE CHOCOLATE SOUFFLÉ!! The chocolate soufflé was absolutely delicious!!! Hot, chocolatey goodness paired so perfectly with the cold salted caramel ice cream, it was amazing. Definitely will be coming back!

Eeraj J.

Yelp
This place is decent! We wanted to get brunch without waiting in line and settled on this spot. We came on a Sunday around 3 and got the spicy vodka pasta and the pancakes. The food was satisfactory but nothing special! I was however disappointed that the pasta was a penne instead of the rigatoni that was shown in pictures of other reviews.

Yelp
Super good came 3 times loved the truffle fries and drinks are amazinggg. The staff was attentive and very fast as well as kind.

Yelp
One of the best brunch spots I have had in the city! I was in the area for brunch and I noticed this spot had just opened. I had the steak sandwich and it was cooked perfectly, my girlfriend had the lobster mac n cheese. Both very solid options! The staff was excellent and welcoming to us. And the seating was comfortable and relaxing. We will definitely be back soon!

Yelp
What a deal!!! Sunday Dreamin is a bit of a walk from the train but absolutely worth it. Great dinner prices.
