Organic & biodynamic wines, seasonal cocktails, small bites & brunch

"This is another cafe that turns into a super casual bar in the evening. Sensing a theme here? We could make a whole separate list for the work hard, play harder types among us, but for now, you should know that they have everything from lattes and sandwiches, to chaga (mushroom) coffee, natural wine, and cocktails. During the day, sit with your laptop at a table or the long counter with plenty of outlets up front. When they turn the lights purple, you know it’s time for that wine." - sonal shah, molly fitzpatrick, will hartman, neha talreja, bryan kim, willa moore
"When you can’t remember if you suggested drinks or coffee, and you’re too embarrassed to ask, try Sunrise/Sunset. It’s a cross between a cafe and a wine bar, and it’s the ideal spot to meet up after work, drink a glass of something (iced tea, rosé, etc.), and maybe eat a grilled cheese. If you want to split a bottle of wine, there are even a bunch of good options in the $25 to $35 range." - bryan kim

"Sausage egg and cheese from Sunrise/Sunset plus a coffee. They put it on a bun. I don’t usually have sausage, egg, and cheeses on buns, so that’s kind of nice. A lot of people are asking me about this. I go there every now and then, it’s a little far."

"This Bushwick cafe-bar has an impressive wine list and cocktails while serving as a low-key neighborhood daytime spot for work (coffee, breakfast sandwich, avocado toast) and transitions well into evening with heartier dishes like a simple but excellent chicken-and-rice and a braised beef sandwich." - Eater Staff

"A local establishment that served as a wholesale partner, helping increase the brand’s visibility in the neighborhood." - Emma Orlow
