The young ladies working were very friendly and kind, they even let us try the soup before buying as well. The price was very fair considering they give you a good amount of food for the cost. I ordered the chicken tortilla, it was absolutely delicious. I’d definitely recommend them, and I will definitely come back for more. They had a good variety of different kinds as well. Everyone’s favorite!

We were hungry for soup on a cool, cloudy fall day, so we found this gem of a soup specialty place, and wow, it was so delicious. My grilled cheese was amazing, complex, and delicious. The chicken tortilla soup paired well with it and made a great dip, too! Her steak sandwich was off the charts good as well!! Food was as ordered, served fast, and the atmosphere was perfect to sit out on the patio to enjoy our meal. We will be back, and if you want to quench a craving for soup, this is the place!!

Visiting Nevada and this place looked interesting. Very good choice. The food is phenomenal. If you like good soups and sandwiches this is your spot

Keep in m8nd we are from Maui so we are typically cold. But this place seemed extra cold. Service was at the register so that always losses a star for me. The food was very good. But I wouldn't say amazing. I'd go back but definitely not a favorite spot.

Soup was good but nothing that tasted extra ordinary . The bread bowl was delicious though! Service was good. Staff was very friendly and attentive to our questions and kind. When we entered inside their was a nasty stench that flooded the building so we sat outside so we didn’t have to smell it and only 1 of their outdoor heaters worked. So we ate in the cold because that heater was serving another guest and we weren’t in proximity of it to feel much. The other 2/3 of them didn’t work. Also the tables outside we wiped down ourselves since it was dirty and no one out there cleaning them. The place has hope and could be a better experience for you . Personally I don’t have desire to go back.

Casual spot for amazing soup and sandwiches 🥪 I took my order to go and everything was amazing. The broccoli cheddar is best I have had. I also got three gooey BLAT and it was crunchy and gooey!

My husband and I have loved Süp for years, and it’s disappointing they do not handle cancelled orders from apps like DoorDash with consideration to the customer. We had no communication from the restaurant once the order was cancelled and have no refund for an almost $100 order. Luckily we have additional support in the app but I’d recommend staying away from ordering third party delivery from Süp, especially if they can’t deliver after accepting the order or follow up with the customer if it’s not possible for them to complete the order. If you want to pay for what you should get, dine in.

My husband and I were in town for our anniversary and decided to check out Süp for lunch. Staff members were very polite and welcoming when we placed our order. We ordered the chicken club sandwich which came with your choice of soup and a side salad. We ordered the clam chowder with our sandwich. Everything was delicious. Definitely give them a try for fresh sandwiches if you are ever in the Reno midtown area. And did I forget to mention large portions of food which is always a plus.
