The 25 Best Restaurants In Fairfield County, Connecticut 2024

"This Fairfield institution might have a very silly name, but they make some very serious hot dogs. Open since 2000 in a tiny diner-style space, Super Duper Weenie serves seven dog styles that are inspired by cities all over the country, which means the New Yorker and the Chicago dog actually sit in harmony next to each other on the menu. Everything here tastes ridiculously fresh thanks to the housemade toppings and sauces (don’t skip the hot relish), house-baked buns, and the weenies themselves that are cooked to order and split down the middle. In addition to the extra-loaded hot dogs, you can get chicken nuggets, sandwiches, and burgers—including a super solid veggie burger on a portuguese roll served with a spicy sauce we want to bottle and take home. No matter which route you go, ordering a side of freshly cooked fries and a super-thick milkshake to dunk them in is basically a requirement." - chloe zale, ciera velarde

My partner and I stopped here for lunch on the way home from NYC. He was a bit dubious at first but ended up loving it. Glad I'm in charge of scoping out food options while he drives! The hot dogs were great, and the fries were also amazing. I wanna go back but it's a couple hours away 😭

Just had a SUPER enjoyable birthday lunch with the best corned beef Reuben and onion rings ever!! Can’t say enough about how awesome the quality of their food is, the cozy atmosphere, the great service and the friendliest owner Gary, who makes sure his customers are happy! It was so fun to visit this little gem with my sister and catch up with our high school classmate! Thanks for a great meal Gary!!

The food here is absolutely incredible! My husband and I adore this spot, it’s his absolute favorite, and now I completely understand why. We ordered the New Yorker and the Georgian. The spicy sausage Georgian is delicious, bursting with flavor! The New Yorker was delicious as well but I definitely enjoyed the spicy sausage much more. Their fries are crispy on the outside and warm and soft on the inside. It’s a great fry lol. The shop is nice and cozy, making it a perfect place to eat. Plus, the staff here are kind and welcoming. I can confidently say that this is the best hot dog I’ve ever had, and the sausage is simply unbeatable! Delicious delicious delicious

Super!! Duper!!! It was great! Chili was great. The combination of ingredients was great but the bun was a little dry.

Okay, heard about this on Channel 12 along with another spot. Drove 30 minutes to get there. It's a hot dog place--I get it; nothing fancy, small place, okay. The staff was SUPER nice and efficient and this place does a great business. Parking is tight, but you can park in the lot next door and not get towed. Now, for the food. Went with a friend and we had totally different dogs. They were okay. Oddly enough, I like to be able to taste the hot dog, and I got one of the more simple concoctions and all I could taste were the other elements. Neither hot dog seemed to come together for us. All of this would have been fine, but with sodas and fries, the price came to over 30 dollars. These are the nicest people, I hope their business does well, and it's been around for a long time, so I hate to say anything bad. I will probably go back, but have a burger instead. The fries you get are enormous and way too much for one person , so maybe split those and save some money. Also, be advised that there is a sit-down area to the left, and not just the stools when you walk in. VERY friendly people and the food is okay. Maybe it was overhyped by channel 12--not the business' fault. I LOVE a good hot dog and the best I've had was at Costco--who'd have thought? Maybe when I go back, I'll custom ask for things instead of getting one of the selections on the board. I really like the place--retro vibe and plain food, just with they wouldn't get you on the sodas and fries pricing.

Google
Great spot for hot dogs, burgers, cheesesteaks and fries. Everything here is delicious. Only thing I would change on my order would be less onions on what I ordered. But that's on me. Takeout friendly and there's seating in the ordering area and then there's a dining spot on the side. If you love hot dogs, check it out

Google
I got two Dixie dogs in the chicken sandwich. The dogs were solid they were incredible cooked perfection and everything fresh. The staff was super friendly gave me a warm welcome as soon as I walked in and personally brought the food over to me when it was ready. The chicken sandwich was the best chicken sandwich I've ever had in my entire life buttermilk chicken breast which was massive as well as a fresh house-made slaw pickles a Sriracha mayo and a super soft roll dynamite literally I wish I could have had another one that's how good it was. I've been raving about this chicken sandwich since I've went to all of my co-workers and told them that they do them on Tuesdays and you need to go because it was literally like something that dropped out of heaven it hit the spot and I can't wait to go back next week and get it again

Google
I sat at the counter enjoying my food, looked up at the owner behind the counter preparing hot dogs and said, with complete sincerity, "This is the best hot dog I've ever had." He responded, "Bah, you're young, come back when you're 80 and I'll be impressed." I'm 37 and I wasn't blowing smoke - this was the best hot dog of my life. I ordered the New Englander, and the balance between the sweet green relish and the bacon was sublime. The fries, too, were way better than they had to be for me to give this place a 5-star rating. This is a special place worth a visit if you're anywhere near Fairfield.

Yelp
Everything I could have hoped it would be and more! I have tried to come here for years but it never worked out unfortunately. Finally the stars aligned and I am so glad they did. Among the best hot dogs I have had outside of Chicago. If you have a chance to go here do not hesitate!

Yelp
It was fine. I don't know if it's $7 per hotdog good. $15 for 2 dogs is a lot for hot dogs. The bun didn't hold up to the chili on the Dixie. But they were tasty. The place was busy, so good for them.
google avatar

Martin G.

Yelp
Always a great place to visit when in the area. Prices were up to $7 a dog which, even I must admit, is a little high to make the visit more often. Fries are always a hit.
google avatar

Yelp
Best hotdog ever. Fresh. Great chili. Staff polite and engaging. Fries crispy, fresh cut. Would definitely go back.

Yelp
Discovered Super Duper Weenie while I was doing my undergraduate degree at Sacred Heart. I am not a big hot dog fan whatsoever but their entire menu is fantastic. Whenever I am in the area I try to stop by for a quick snack, which I highly recommended as you will never be disappointed. Service is fast and friendly, the staff are very personable and make your experience feel like you are eating right at home with family. We ordered the New Englander, Georgia Red Hot, and large fries to share. I got a grilled cheese as well and a grape soda. The hot dogs are always fresh and the toppings are what make each one so delicious. The Georgia red hot had the perfect amount of kick to it. Fries are perfectly crunchy and crisp with the right amount of salt. The only complaint I ever have is the limited and very tight parking but it is well worth it for the food here.
google avatar

Yvonne H.

Yelp
The fries were delicious. Hot dogs were good. There was too much sauce on mine a bit overpriced, however I would go again. Service was fast and pleasant. The location is small and simple.

Yelp
Amazing hot dogs but definitely high-end gourmet prices now. 7.00 per specialty dog. I was a bit disappointed in the coleslaw today. Not like I remember it. Will not order my fav slaw dog again My chili dog was as good as ever.

Yelp
I was happily greeted by the Super Duper Weenie food truck at work last week! Loved the hot dog, burger, and grilled chicken options! Fries were a little too crunchy but had good flavor.

Yelp
Classic roadside American joint. Super tasty food, excellent service. Hot dogs were delicious, chicken fingers were also awesome. Must visit when in the area!!

Mark H.

Yelp
If ordering online, service is bad. I have had to wait 20 minutes after arriving to get food on multiple occasions. Would get your food faster if you don't order online and just show up.

Yelp
The best dog on our trek, and worth a try Touring around Connecticut, trying some of the best hot dogs in the state. This stop came up as #4 on our trek, and it was the best dog of them all. The hot dog was split and grilled, the toppings were fresh and varied. One of the things we noted is that the Cincinnatian dog and the dixie dog didn't use the same chili. The dixie dog was thicker and spicier, which worked well with the creamy and cool coleslaw. Also the georgia hot was spicy but not overbearingly so. Meanwhile the Cincinnatian dog had a looser, chipped style chili. with the crisp onions and mound of cheddar cheese, lead to a very savory chili cheese dog bite. Everything was doled up fresh and handled expertly. The location isn't much to look at from the outside nor the inside. it's very much a hot dog shack, but it's clean and not worn down. The dogs coming out of this kitchen are very tasty though. Yes, this place did get some Food Network clout. But it does have its merit. It had the best overall hot dog, fresh toppings, was treated well and did everything right. This spot is worth the trek!

Yelp
Those in our group that ordered the hot dogs, they found them to be quite good. Those who ventured off the namesake's suggestion and ordered the burger and the chicken tenders got the bad end of the menu. I know, I know. Why not order a weenie at the super duper weenie, but listen, they have other stuff on the menu so that surely means they can make them just as well, right? The burger had a weird lamb-like aftertaste that was off-putting and the chicken tenders were fried out of any white meat. These were worse tenders than the ones you can get at the supermarket or even the Bronx Zoo, which we had recently visited. Actually, these might have been the worst tenders I have reluctantly eaten in years. Sadly consuming this bad food while gazing up on a humid, hot afternoon at a very dusty and dirty ceiling fan in the dining table section was an overall unpleasant experience that I wish not to ever repeat. Maybe the hot dogs are good after all, but I will never attempt to find out.

Yelp
I've been wanting to eat here for a long time. I don't live in the area but yesterday we were traveling through the area. It was awesome. Maybe the best burger and dog take out joint I've ever had. Thanks for a great lunch!!

Yelp
Hot dogs were phenomenal, a really super super weenie, but the real treat and star of the show was the sausage sandwich with peppers. So so yummy and something g different and amazing rest something relatively simple good be so good. Add in delicious fries and an owner/ kitchen staff that was as friendly and accommodating as can be defi stely will have a return customer when in area

Yelp
Super Duper Weenie ("SDW") was the first CT hot dog place that would get me psyched up for visits. I love the dogs and the house made toppings. I loved the house cut thin French Fries. SDW is one of the CT places featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, and I don't think there's too many of those. Since I live more than an hour away, most of my visits have been limited to times when I was driving along 95 (SDW is pretty close to the exit) around a meal time. But I've certainly made special visits too. Last weekend, I had plans to check out a Fairfield bakery for my Food Blog, and I knew that meant my first SDW visit in a long time. If I hadn't had other food plans, I probably would have ordered two completely different dogs and fries. Since I had other plans, I just ordered the Cincinnatian hot dog and the smallest side of fries. I am from Ohio and lived there for over 20 years. I venture to say that among CT residents, I am in the Top .5 percentile for Cincinnati style chili dogs consumed in Ohio. I have never had a Cincinnati style chili dog better than SDW's. They get the flavor notes (usually including things such as cocoa, cinnamon, Allspice) of the chili correct, and it's higher quality chili. The SDW dog, which is split and grilled, is much better than the popular Ohio places. I'm not sure that SDW discloses the maker of their dog. I very quickly researched it and didn't see an answer. SDW also nails the mild shredded cheese appearance and volume (substantial). The bun is right on too. I love this dog. For YEARS, I would tell people that SDW had some of the best fries in CT. I suspect that's still true on SDW's best days. On my recent visit however, they weren't quite as done as I like or remember. They were good. But not great. I'd be surprised if they're not better next time. Super Duper Weenie is currently one of my three favorite hot dogs places in CT. I'm glad to see they're still doing things at a high level. Five Stars

Yelp
Gourmet hot dogs in Fairfield County, CT. I remember when this place was just a food truck. We used to wait in line in those days, and we've been coming back ever since. It is now a proper brick-and-mortar restaurant. The ambiance is pretty simple. There's a room where you order food and a room next door filled with long benches where you eat your food. The service is efficient. They will sometimes bring the food to your table, and they will sometimes expect you to pick it up. My favorite is the Georgia Red Hot. I went here today, and it was much less spicy than I remember. I hope they haven't changed the recipe. The Georgia Red Hot is ordinarily excellent and delicious. I've heard the New Yorker is great, and the hamburgers are great, too.

Yelp
First hot dog place that seems like a local hot spot. Great hot dogs and all the toppings and fries. Love going here if in Fairfield. And then going to Chicago, I now appreciate the Chicago dogs. Even try to replicate it at home e.

Yelp
SDW is an institution in Fairfield. Starting long ago as a food truck (before food trucks were cool) SDW has marked a standard in hot dogs. On this most recent visit, we enjoyed a Californian, Cincinnatian, and a New Englander. Each bite was hot and delicious. Some hot dog vendors smother the dog with the toppings, hiding the fact that the hot dog has no flavor. Here, the dogs are sliced in half and griddled for a nice bit of extra flavor that is equal to the toppings. They have fries, burgers and shakes too. You can eat in or take away. The dining area is not air conditioned and can be hot. It won't matter because you will be too focused on a delicious dog!
google avatar

Katharine T.

Yelp
Nice little got dog stand. Very tiny bit fast service and good food. I enjoyed my Californian (I got mine with sweet relish instead of hot) and the onion rings were fabulous. Beware the red hot, they're not kidding about the hot part.

Yelp
I am a pescatarian Any review given regarding Meat Products are gauged by the aroma, the presentation and how I Hear my guests respond when tasting, right after the first or second bite. That being said well, I had a veg burger at this establishment and it was absolutely delicious! I certainly couldn't have had a second "burger" even if I tried. It was huge, piled with lettuce tomato cheese pickles onion what?! So good. Recently I started to order fries with a burger, and I certainly was not disappointed! I visited the spot in Fairfield, the team was friendly and quick to respond to any requests or questions. What a treat! Not sure if I've ever visited a hot dog venue that has ever been as sanitized, organized and space appropriate as this one was! Thank you
google avatar

Zack G.

Yelp
Small hotdog spot with a bunch of different hotdog creations as well as burgers and soups. The place is comprised of 2 rooms. 1 where you order and pick up your food and another that has a bunch of picnic tables in it (but is inside) I got a hotdog and fries and LOVED my hotdog. Might be the best I've had 9
google avatar

George A.

Yelp
I had the chicken sandwich with a side of fries and a black cherry soda. Everything was delicious. The chicken was perfectly cooked, juicy and tender (grilled chicken can be dried out if too thin or cooked too long or both). The fries were skin on, the way I like 'em and the black cherry soda was fab. I have not had a black cherry soda in a very long time. The only thing I'd suggest is a little more substantial bread like a ciabatta or a baguette or something. The condiments and veggies made the sandwich a bit soggy which is good but the bread did not hold together and that means you stop getting a bite with everything, you have to pick up pieces and you lose the experience. I'm going back for a dog...

Yelp
Super Duper Weenie review It's unbelievable how disappointed I am with the food and service here. I saw Super Duper Weenie featured on an episode of Diner Drive-inns and Dives, being that Triple D is one of my favorite shows and I recently relocated to Bridgeport CT, my wife and I were excited to actually try food from a place that Guy Promoted. Here's my list of reasons why I will NEVER go back again: #1 they didn't open on time! #2 the customer service was horrible, I was literally disrespected to my face for placing my order "Crazy Early" which was then followed by a scoff. Unbelievable!! #3 the hot dogs where flavorless, mind you we ordered 3 different dogs and a spicy sausage which was also flavorless (only good for the heat from the pepper inside) everything was so bland!!! #4 although the French fries appeared to be "fresh cut", they were crunchy like chips and taste like dirt. As I chewed them I was shocked to have a grainy sand texture in my mouth . #5 we ordered a Vanilla milkshake that ALSO lacked in flavor. It was like drinking a watered down none flavored icy milk water thing. Good thing I had vanilla, cream, and powered sugar at home because It needed EMERGENCY DOCTORING. #6 we spent a lot of money that I could have just purchased a pack of Nathan's hotdogs and made my own with a much better result. I honestly wish I hadn't paid for the meal because I didn't need to spend my money for such a bad experience. Now to be clear, I'm not blaming Triple D and I also want to acknowledge that it's been a while since Guy visited and maybe Super Duper Weenie fell wayyyyyyyyy off. But, if I only had a problem with the food then that would be one thing. Unfortunately I had a terrible experience in general. So much for being excited about restaurants featured on Triple D. I think will stick to the most recent locations featured on the show.

Yelp
I had the best time here with three glizzy (hot dog) lovin' friends this summer! Here's the scoop-- Gary, Lorin and John are the owners of the famous Super Duper Weenie stand in Fairfield. In 1992, Gary bought and restored the original Super Duper Weenie truck. In 2000, they opened their shop on Black Rock Turnpike. In 2022, I met The Vulgar Chef and 2 Hungry Jenns in Fairfield for what will go down in history as one of the most wildly crazy, delicious and entertaining days ever. @thevulgarchef is on his summer Great Glizzy Tour 2022. All hail the glizzy! Follow him on Instagram for more glizzy adventures throughout Connecticut. And also give @2hungryjenns a follow while you're at it. He's a riot and the Jenns are just super fun. All of us even went home with an official SDW T-Shirts! Here are some of the amazing hot dogs that we tried: New Englander- Sauerkraut, bacon, mustard sweet relish & raw onion New Yorker- Sauerkraut, onion sauce, mustard & hot relish Chicagoan- Lettuce, tomato, mustard, celery salt, hot relish & pickle Californian- Homemade meat chili, freshly chopped onion, American cheese & hot relish Dixie- Homemade meat chili & homemade Coleslaw Georgia Red Hot- Spicy Southern sausage with sauerkraut, mustard & homemade sweet relish Cincinnatian- Cincinnati style chili, cheddar cheese & chopped onions And of course--- SDW's Fresh-Cut Fries---Potatoes grown just for them, hand-pressed and fried to perfection in 100% soy oil. My favorite was the Georgia Red Hot, but the others really liked the Chicago. Such a great summer memory now. Cheers! I'll definitely go back when I'm in the area again.

Yelp
Ok, this is going to blow your mind but as good as the hot dogs are here (and they are very good! They are split in half and griddled) the star of the show here was the chicken 'nuggets' which are really super juicy house-breaded mini strips and the fresh cut fries. I saved some chicken for the next day and it was heaven all over again. Go for the weenies but stay for the chicken nuggets and fries!!

Sean C.

Yelp
The best chili dogs ever!! Been coming here for years from Long Island. Even if it's not on my way while I'm working in Connecticut, I find time to get there.
google avatar

Yelp
Personally, I, Dan Hanis, love me some hot dogs. They are a gift from god. Super Duper Weenie makes an incredible dog I'll give them that. I ordered the Cincinnatian Dog along with fries and a large strawberry shake. Super Duper Weenie was a great eat, but ultimately they fell short of 5 stars. 4 stars is still an incredible score for this restaurant. The dog was great, but, ultimately, it wasn't the best dog I've ever had. Next time I eat at this establishment, I will try a dog with more spice because I love spicy food. Nonetheless, an incredible restaurant. God Bless America and God Bless Food. That is all. -Dan Hanis

Yelp
Been coming here for years. Consistently good. Californian and the Dixie are my favorites of the gourmet dogs. Their fries are excellent. Cool ambience...hot dogs and jazz music. Nice selection of old time sodas. Fast, friendly service. Parking tip...follow the signs to leave your car in the back lot...it's easier in/out.

A F.

Yelp
My honest opinion: 1. Parking is horrible 2. Pricey for hotdogs 3. French fries were great 4. Relish was really bad. 5. Clean establishment
google avatar

Jack C.

Yelp
The service was fast but the hot dog was lukewarm at best. Roll was soggy too. Got the dog to go then drove across the street to eat it, and pricey! Plain dog $5.37 with tax. Ouch. Next trip it's Duchess with its 2for $5 special and hot food.
google avatar

Candice M.

Yelp
Outrageously delicious everything. Fries are wicked fresh and delicious. Don't forget to grab a handmade milkshake on your way out. Parking is tiny so park elsewhere and walk over. Can't wait to go back! Everything cooked to order and minimal wait time. Staff is super nice too!
google avatar

Eric T.

Yelp
So when I moved across the street from this place, it was hard to miss a sign that read Super Duper Weenie. It's only open during lunch hours. They have a variety of dogs, burgers, nuggets (really tenders since they're that big), and sandwiches. I've frequented most of their dogs. Fair price. Good snap to the hot dog skin. Toppings are plentiful. There's a few menu dogs but you can make your own. Dogs are more on the traditional side and don't really get too crazy. The small fries are like a large in most fast food restaurants. They're great fresh, but when they get a little cold, they get starchy quickly. The nuggets are good. They have the crumbly breading instead of a batter but good nonetheless. This is a nice spot for a quick lunch with plenty of options. Be prepared for a food coma afterwards though.
google avatar

Donna G.

Yelp
The hotdogs were delicious! Nice variety of toppings, service was fast and pleasant. They have a large dining room with picnic tables which was comfortable and fitting for the atmosphere.
google avatar

Tammy K. F.

Yelp
What more needs to be said? Super Duper Weenie is the place all other hot dog shops compare themselves to! Hummel dogs are KING!! Made in CT and top of the line for quality, flavor and snap! The toppings are all home made and the rolls are beyond fresh! You can either get a specialty dog or create your own! Call ahead for takeout or get in line to eat in. The joint is small but the turnover for counter space is quick! There isn't a seat in the house where you can't see them being made! And the house cut fries are perfectly crispy and seasoned perfectly!!
google avatar

Dana C.

Yelp
Tried Cincinnatian hotdog and chicken sandwich. Was expecting the hotdogs to do bigger but taste was okay and chicken sandwich was pretty standard.
google avatar

Daniel P.

Yelp
Best hot dog place in the United States. People in CT lucky to have this place to enjoy I wish I lived closer! Not a bad thing on the menu. People that served us were A1. A must visit for hungry people and foodies. Thank you CX -Coach DP

Yelp
I found this place from a Yelp search and later on found out it was featured on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I was heading to watch a Cirque de Soleil show at the Webster Bank Arena which was about 7 minutes away and decided to visit for a quick lunch and I was happy with my lunch pick. The restaurant is a small casual eatery with some bar type seating on the right, in the next room on the left there is picnic style seating. You order your food at the counter and they bring the food to you, but you throw out your own garbage. As much as I enjoyed my lunch, I did feel $4.70-$5.70 was pricey for a hot dog. Also, there is only one bathroom for everyone. The food: Georgia Red Hot- Spicy Southern sausage with sauerkraut, mustard & homemade sweet relish. This was the favorite between the two. I enjoyed the quality of the sausage and it was spicier than I was expecting it to be but overall a solid sausage, but I did feel they put on too much mustard. https://www.yelp.com/user_local_photos?select=q9tjchEtSULvsXjnry_m6A&userid=Y_iTTjKvV5hLy-880SZzlA Californian- Homemade meat chili, freshly chopped onion, American cheese & hot relish. This was just good, the hot dog itself was nice but the bread gets unpleasantly soggy from the chili. Overall, it was good but I would rather try something else next time. Also, try as you may but be careful since this thing will get everywhere. Cheese Fries- Omg the fries were great, they were crunchy and tender and not greasy at all. Even though the fries were really good, the addition of the cheese was pretty lame. They just add two slices of white American cheese on top and then throw some fries on top, the cheese barely melts. I say just stick with the plain fries or possibly add chili.

Yelp
Really great dogs with fresh hand made fries. Had a vanilla shake listening to some very cool Jazz. Smooth vibrations.

Yelp
Did not expect it, but loving Super Duper Weenie! I have passed by here so many times on my travels and seen their signs. As not a hot dog eater, I thought this place would not be my thing. WRONG! They claim to have grass fed and grass finished burgers (try to find this anywhere!) and orders are cooked to the liking requested--no mandatory well done burgers. Hallelujah! During this pandemic and in the midst of the heat wave, we easily ordered online. 2 burgers, MR, with the ability to choose our toppings and cheese type (thank goodness!). Also ordered was a small fry, small onion ring, and a Chicago dog. Our order was ready super duper fast in spite of all the customers coming and going on a busy and stifling hot Saturday afternoon. We saw people sitting in their cars happily inhaling their meals! We brought our order home and devoured all of it! Everything was absolutely delicious! Burgers were done MR as requested and so good. Hot dog was great! Hand cut fries were fantastic and the onion rings were so darned tasty that I so wished we had ordered the large (even though we were busting at the seams, we could not stop gobbling these up!) They gave us ketchup and mustard and plenty of napkins. Serving sizes are generous and prices are so reasonable! Definitely coming back for more....

Yelp
This is a small hot dog joint. I went for the New Englander. It was a nice hot dog with onion and saurkraut topping. Their hot dog is beef and pork mixed. They split the hot dog into 2 and grill. Fresh cut fries was good as well. I also went for a grilled chicken sandwich, which tasted very fresh.

Yelp
I went to Super Duper Weenie for the first time this weekend after it was recommended numerous times by a friend. In short it had one of the best hotdogs I've ever had (a hotdog with chili and cheese), and overall a very pleasant experience. The fries were tasty, as was the cheeseburger. The staff was friendly and delivered the food to us in the sitting area, which was clean and properly spaced out to encourage distancing. We will definitely be coming back!

Yelp
(4.5 stars) So glad we got to stop by this DDD passing through CT. But to be honest, the best part of the experience wasn't the hot dogs. It was the cheeseburgers, which had that classic grill flavor but not greasy at all, and the chicken nuggets, which were plentiful and super crispy and tender but again not oily at all. The hot dogs were alright, got the Cincinnatian and really liked the chili, but would prefer getting the burgers and nuggets over it next time.

Yelp
The Super Duper Weenie truck served our family "back to school" party today in Westbrook. They staff was friendly and accommodating. The service was fast for the crowd at the party. The selection of toppings for the weenies and burgers was extensive. You can build your Weenie anyway you want. Their signature weenies were a good cross section of American favorites, including the classic Chicago style. The weenies themselves were some of the most flavorful I have tasted. They were more beefy and seasoned than a standard dog. The buns for both the weenies and burgers were very, very good. They held up well under weight of plentiful toppings. The buns had a nice slightly sweet flavor. The French fries were awesome. Shoestring spuds with skin on fried to crispy perfection were lightly salted. I'd recommend Super Duper Weenie to anyone needing to feed a large tribe with high quality backyard cookout fare.

Yelp
Best dogs ever. Combos large enough for one blunt don't miss the fries. Bergers are farm raised beef and chicken is organic. Not what you expect from a hot dog place.

Yelp
Super Duper Weenie truck was at a party I attended a few weekends ago, and I was super excited by the menu. They had about 10 different iterations of hotdogs with chili, relish, bacon, coleslaw, cabbage, lettuce, sauerkraut... among lots of other options. My friends and I had a hard time picking a favorite. I loved the Georgia Red Hot, which definitely had some kick, and the Dixie, which included some delicious chili. Their fries were also perfectly crispy. Very kind and efficient guys working in the truck. Thanks for an awesome experience!
