Ive been shopping at Super King for few years, because the prices are generally pretty good, and never really had issues, but I also never had to return something before, until today...
I came to get some things like any other times, but also had 2 things to return that Ive bought few weeks ago, but wasn't able to come back again to return. Thought I'd be able to next time I go since markets generally do not have return windows...But since I never had to return anything at Super King before, I asked the cashier Irene as I was checking out where I can make a return, but she says "I don't know." No disrespect, but what kind of employee doesn't know where a customer can make a return at a market THEY WORK at?! It's hands down the dumbest answer I ever had.... I even asked twice, cuz I thought I heard it wrong the first time, but apparently, I did hear it right. She was just...very dumb...
Then I walk over to the small counter by the exit and ask "if I can return something that I bought some time ago?" She says "no problem." So I take out the receipt and show it to her and she says because their policy is TWO days and few weeks old is "too long" ago, she's not able to. Idk why she said "no problem" to begin with then...
I honestly don't even know what to say about their communication skills and their customer service skills, not to mention their intelligence level....Im sure they won't go banktrupt, at least not anytime soon despite the kind of employees they decide to hire to be the face of their brand, and I know that even this review will do NOTHING, but this is sad... like,really, really sad and I genuinely feel bad for them....
