"Crossover street-style brand Supreme (remember that Louis Vuitton collaboration?) has opened its second NYC location in Williamsburg. There are only eleven stores globally, and founder James Jebbia is hoping the Brooklyn location will take the pressure off of the Lafayette Street store—which has lines wrapped around the block daily—and be a place where people can just hang out. (It's worth noting that the line-reducing mission has failed spectacularly.) The major draw of the Williamsburg space is that it’s big enough to house an indoor skate bowl for customers to skate in."

The employees were incredibly kind and helpful, making my shopping experience enjoyable despite the 20-minute wait in line. The clothes were also very nice.

Great Experience at the Supreme Store Had an awesome visit to the Supreme store — clean, well-organized, and full of good energy. The staff were amazing: super friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. They made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. On top of that, the prices were excellent for the quality and brand. If you’re into streetwear, this place is a must. Great vibe, great service, and great value!

Google
They have all sizes what I want. I feel much better than Osaka's. All staffs are kind and ready to help. Good shopping!!!

Loved this store so much! The staff were friendly, especially the guy at the door. There were lots of clothes options and some cool art pieces to look at also.

Google
100%, this place lived up to all the hype I put in my head. I'm so glad we stopped by. The staff was super friendly! Dudes at the door even helped me lift my stroller up the stairs with my daughter in it. My son and I went a little crazy, but hey, we're on Vacation mode! If you like SUPREME, it's a definite must stop

I love this huge and distinctive Supreme location embedded in a beautiful building on the Bowery. I’ve always been a huge fan of the brand starting with the original concept they created for skaters before Supreme became fashionable. The atmosphere here is dynamic and empowering and the staff is friendly, easy going and welcoming.

Google
Super chill staff! They didn’t come up to me and ask if I needed anything (probably because they get so many customers a day), but I got the vibe that if I had a question, I could definitely ask. The store is very organized and the clothes are displayed well. Perfect if you want to see if things fit perfectly before you drop a couple hundred ;) Oh yea, don’t go on a drop day if you want to avoid a line! Went the day after the drop and it was only like 10 people in the store.

This Supreme shop is very beautiful and have many kinds of stuff too if you love supreme you should come to visit this store.

Yelp
I visited with a friend on a monday night. Upon arrival, the store already had a long line outside. They would let in 4 people at a time so it was a bit of a wait. When I entered, it appeared to be a large room with some clothing and accessories on display. There were alot of employees on the floor and nice. Everyone was helpful. I was not aware that the clothing that were out were just displays and that you had to request the sizing of item you wanted and then place it back. Its a decent location that had nice music. As far as pricing, I'm not sure that the clothing is worth the money since they are basic items that are just accompanied with the logo. But clothing does seem like good quality material nonetheless.

Yelp
Definitely hyped. Long line that we stood in for about 30mins+. When finally inside they didn't have many options. The things I did want, they didn't have sizes. Selection is very limited. You're better off shopping online. Service was ok. The cashier who was a Caucasian woman who came from west coast was great! I shared my experiences with her that I encountered in NY & she was very nice & reassuring. Gave great advice & shared her experiences with me. Very expensive but I guess the quality is good. A mainstream brand which was originally for skaters but has now ventured out of the "skating" stereotype. Ended up walking out with nothing due to limited selection & no sizes.

Yelp
Super cool spot and definitely worth hitting up. Looks of good merchandise and the vibe is for hype-beasts. Even if you're not, still in. They have some really nice hats, shoes, sunglasses and some rare pieces. Loved it!

Yelp
changed my review... their online only customer service does not help solve problems bec there's no effective communication

Yelp
Diana Ross never wore Supreme, but she wore the Supremes well. I find them to be an expensive and overrated brand, and customer service isn't great. I own a couple of items by them but only because I was given them. They are expensive and they are trendy, but I don't find them to be sexy or particularly comfortable, but it's all about that brand name and that brand name is very very popular right now with the kids. Some of their stuff, though, is pretty chill, as they say.

Yelp
The Supreme store in NYC is a tourist attraction in itself. Right now it's pretty much limited to a certain amount of people in the store at once due to COVID restrictions, I'm pretty sure, unless it's always been like that. From what I heard, there can be massive lines if there are an exclusive drops that are debuting. That's to be expected with all the hype that Supreme still has. The store itself has a wide open plan and the aesthetic is what you would expect from a brand like Supreme. All the items on display are just display items. So if you want to buy anything, you have to grab one of the employees and they'll go in to the back and see if they have it available, then they'll hand it to you and you go to the register to check out. Pretty straight forward operation, but if you never been there before you may not be as familiar with the process. Overall, it's a cool shop. Prices are up there for sure, but it's Supreme so you should already know what to expect when you step foot in there.

Yelp
I wouldn't even call it 1 story. It's quite frankly a medium sized room lined with the latest high stock Supreme items along the perimeter of the room. There's not much to see and line was long and slow. The workers were polite and kept to themselves considering there wasn't much to show around. For a first timer it may be fun to see but I would recommend the DSM which had the same collection in store + more interesting brands.
google avatar

Gjoni Z.

Yelp
supreme has cool stuff, but they have the worst customer service on the planet. I thought supreme was cool asf until I ran into a problem with refunding an item for store credit. I don't even use yelp like that, but holy fuck for such a huge hyped-up company they have the most dog shit customer service. You send them an email, and it's literally like talking to a npc with only a few programmed dialogues. It's been a week now and since I shipped an item to be returned and I've been emailing them every day about it because it was a pretty hefty purchase, and I'm not losing 200 dollars and they ignore my emails completely but if i'm lucky enough they hit me with a " Your request has been received." or if you are a lottery winner they bless you're eyes with "Your request has been updated." You can literally write a cry for help to them, and they will hit you with a "Your request has been received." Fuck supreme.

Yelp
Our kids love the clothes Arrived about 1130am Entered the 2nd line After about 50 mins we were in the first line. After an additional 40 mins we were inside Once inside we where with about 20-30 other people. The kids gathered their wears we paid and left. Yep, it is all hype. They limit the people in the store to maintain a line. They charge more to expand the margins. Not horrible but not civilized either.

Yelp
Supreme is based on hype which is awesome and annoying at the same time. People get rich off hype, people break up with their significant others because of hype, people go bankrupt because of it! I'm referring to not just Supreme, but to general trends in society, the stock market, etc. If you don't know about Supreme, you should know about it, no matter what demographic you are. Yes, old, young, LGBTQ, politician, librarian, fish, etc. It is important to know pop culture as much of is pervasive to other parts of society, Supreme is no exception. If you have Netflix, you should check out the show Patriot Act, Volume 1, Episode 5, which is all about the history of Supreme and explains the culture around it. If you are up to waiting in the line, you can enter this spacious building which is pretty much a retail pop art museum where you can buy things. Do yourself a favor though and don't walk in looking bust--wear something fresh! I guess that goes for any higher end clothing shop in my honest opinion. This review is more about Supreme culture in general, not about the ridiculous prices and limitedness. That should already be known before even waiting in the line. Of course if you're not familiar with the culture, you will be disappointed. This ain't Marshalls or T.J. Maxx.

Yelp
I never could afford Supreme when I was younger but now I make good money so I came here to shop but was very disappointed. I saw a long line outside so thought it was going be good. Waited 15 minutes and noticed a ton of people were coming out empty handed. I assumed they couldn't afford it like me years ago. I just waited in scorching 91 degree weather to go in just to see a tiny floor of clothes and a couple hats/ small bags that didn't even look good. I thought it was going be a huge department like Macy's and ton of variety and floors. A lot of the clothes didn't even look like Supreme just a random brand. The only thing I liked was how the building looked on the outside ...other than that very disappointed and didn't buy anything.
google avatar

Farrah B.

Yelp
The new space is quite expensive but has far less merchandise than I expected. I think it may serve more as a showroom and you order is filled and brought to the counter after purchase. They had some really nice new bags and if they matched my wardrobe a little better, probably would have snagged one of the fanny packs. I noticed their prices have gotten A little bit higher than they used to be, but in such a great space I know the rent must be pretty wicked. All the staff was super nice and friendly. As I was leaving I noticed a small line have begun forming around the corner. I guess I made it just in time.

Yelp
I came to visit by the way and I've never seen any security guard as rude as the one here. The guy is so mean as if I need beg him for entering the store. I don't recommend this store to anyone nor would I buy anything from them.

Yelp
Hour and 15 min wait for a huge store of space. Inventory from weeks past. This store is all hype, nothing to see inside

Yelp
I bought a hat from supreme (nike supreme running hat) and the quality of stitching was awful. There were ripped seams when i got it and i went to return it in store and the staff was just plain rude to me. They told me that i would have to return via shipping even though i had a receipt and took a bus all the way from NJ! Shortly after they kicked me and my friends out because there is a "10 minute shopping window". My friends were interested in making a purchase but didn't because of this rude gesture. Just no selling etiquette.
google avatar

Katerina S.

Yelp
I submitted a request to have a size corrected prior to my online order being sent out as the order would not ship for 3-5 days from when it was purchased. I received my order unchanged and when I reached out again to ask if I could exchange I was simply instructed to refer to their return policy. I read the return policy that accessories cannot be returned or exchanged and that is why I requested for the correction to be made BEFORE it was sent out. The fact that you can't even exchange something that hasn't been used or opened is just lousy customer service. Won't be ordering from you again.

Yelp
Supreme...one of the premiere name brand shopping spots in NYC. It's more about the name itself rather than what they sell here if you ask me though. Came here for the first time fairly recent and not only for one being that I didn't see anything that really stood out as far as apparel but the fact that the store itself is so damn tiny...no wonder that is a crowd control security guy outside to make sure nothing gets crazy there. The store is literally about the size of a medium size storage space. As I mentioned Supreme is known for the brand itself than for what they sell and as what I gather from what I saw there, it is definitely a tourists trap but there are so many places that you can get better. Just my take on things.
google avatar

Adam G.

Yelp
I love Supreme but it became such a huge household name... Personally I enjoyed it the products more when it was a little bit more on the down low But I understand why it blew up Because it's awesome!!
google avatar

Kerry S.

Yelp
Fairly average clothing, decent quality but I can't do business with them because the customer service. Obviously just gotten too big and they sell out of all their stuff so they really truly don't care. It's probably an internal game there to see how much they can screw with people. Hey Supreme, I have a return to make, they haven't returned my email. I am going to make this weekend. I AM going to make this return Supreme... Suckas' ! I've also heard these people are very racist.

Yelp
Not worth it - don't even bother wasting your time unless you're in the area and have time to kill. I went here around 6:00 pm and there was still a line outside the store. Security guards are unfriendly, but the line went fast since people probably went in, saw the place and jetted out real quick (that's what I did - spent literally less than 10 minutes in the store.) Selection is sparse - the only people who were buying stuff here seemed to be hardcore hype-beasts. Overall, if you're trying to cop some Supreme gear, you're better off buying online.

Yelp
How, just how. I'm kind of a hunter and gatherer type male stereotypical shopper in the traditional sense. I know what I want, I know where it is and I don't want to spend a lot of time. This was almost a novel trip, I was in the area and just wanted to check out the shop. When I'm "in the area" I always check out the local skate shops, streetwear shops, graph shops in any art galleries. I was totally underwhelmed by the selection, the environment and the service. I was not surprised that I'd have to wait in line and lucky for me I was there near closing it only took 10 minutes to get in the door. I call shenanigans on that first off. What piss me off the most is after I bought something I went to look at another item and they seem to get pissed off that I was still there. This place is ridiculously off base.

Yelp
Hypebeasts, flock to the mothership. But in all seriousness, you have to get a stamp on your wrist from the initial line starting on the Prince St side. It's next to g star. I know, it's weird but that's because there's no space in Lafayette to hold the entire line. Once you get done waiting on Prince, they take you to line #2. This is the real line in front of the store. Don't try to cut or walk in because the entire store security that coordinates the line will check you. It's great that they do, because part of waiting in line is because of the hype. Plus, how are you expecting to not wait in line out in this city?! Once you're in, you're crazy not to buy anything because you waited in that line. The guys there are super chill and cool. The tees are fairly priced, but don't get your hopes up since a lot of them (along with everything else in the store) fly off the shelves really quickly. They'll give you stickers too or you can buy them. They've got the best new MLK Jr tees, buttons and pins. They didn't have the belt bag that I wanted, but they did have the duffle bag. That would be cool to have if I wasn't so luggage picky. All in all, a must experience in SoHo. It's a great borough. Don't forget to grab a coffee off tap next door at La Colombe- so smooth!

Yelp
Wow. Lotsa hate for the NYC Supreme store. Take it from the guy who's seen trends come and go, the brand is here to stay and the NYC store is their flagship store. Supreme stores are only in a few locations, LA, NYC, London and Tokyo. Don't hate on the brand, you aren't going into Zumiez or Macys to pick up Supreme clothing. It's Hats, Coats, Shirts or Sneakers. Its a brand when you see someone wearing the logo, you know it took some work to get. I've been into sneakers since the 70s. When I was a kid, Converse Chuck Taylor all stars in Brooklyn was standard gear. (I have a fresh new pair to this day) When I moved to Long Island is where the suburban kids were all about Pumas and Adidas. Sneakers are integrated into the American culture. It's who we are! As I got older, I never lost my love for the sneaker. I bought a cool looking John Varvatos leather sneaker in SOHO a few years back. You can wear them with nice looking jeans and a sports coat, shorts and a tee shirt, I can go on and on. To have a Supreme store in NYC is very cool. Everyone wants Supreme, its branding isn't diluted with second tier resellers. You want them? Wait in line or go online. Don't like it? Too bad. Supreme makes some crazy sneakers, look online for Supreme Jordan 5's. They sell for a few hundred but online they'll go for over $800 bucks easy. I like Vans. My sons on fathers day bought me a pair of Supreme Vans! Its a very limited sneaker. People have stopped me on the street saying very cool shoes. What Supreme does well is great collaborations. Their seasonal clothing line, they've made a few custom jackets with Northface. Very cool and very $$. This store is perfect for SOHO. Inside its a little chaotic but they have up to date clothing. The lines, even in the winter are long. (I suggest going early in the spring, still long but you'll be warm) Supreme, thanks for making me a baller. If someone tries to jack me for my sneakers, I will fight you to the death

Yelp
On drop days, even if you can get the product in your cart it doesn't save it for you when it Comes to check out. I scrambled to be ready right at drop and when i went to check out the items were out of stock. Great way to treat the customer.
google avatar

Shelley K.

Yelp
Don't order online. No way to get in touch with anyone and emailing customer service is a joke. They don't read your question and they just used the same canned response over and over again. No answers. My package was lost via UPS and this is the response "Please allow 5-7 business days to process returns" Huh?? I didn't do a return. My package delivery was "interrupted" what does that mean. Same response. Please wait ..
google avatar

Gale L.

Yelp
Definitely the worst shopping experience I've ever had. I had my first trip to Supreme NY last week for a drop and slept outside overnight being the first customer to get my hands on what I wanted. 14 hours later, I had heard security frequently use racial slurs to the crowd, witnessed another member of security take a cash tip to allow someone else in line before, and even saw a shopper get hit by a car because crowd control was nonexistent. I insist the security team gets a revamp. Perhaps they start by wearing any identifying employee/security garb to differentiate themselves from the hundreds of people that attend these drops. Working my whole life in retail myself, I can tell you that I will not be back.

Yelp
I'm SupremeDrone. I've spent probably more than $80.000 on supreme all these years and made a good name for them. Even if I'm a neighbor in soho and I'm one of the best advertisements in the hood for them and I know a few of the stuff, 2 days in a row these 2 new members on the Bowery line closed the line when I was there 6:20 while they shouldn't, the store closes 7 o clock not 6:30 and the line was literally 3 people. I was there to spend $3.000 on shit for 2 minutes, I knew what I wanted. The way they speak to me I want to knock them out and stop their attitude right there but fuck you really, no lifers who act like you're someone. Supreme should review your fucked up behavior as clients on line to see how you speak down to them before they hire you.

Yelp
I love Supreme but not the customer service of them. Bad experience ever! (Both online and in person) They do not even care or anything about customers.

Yelp
We were told to come back the next day due to drop day. We came back the next day and the employees were telling at people on the sidewalk telling them they won't get in. They were calling potential customers names and telling them to get off their sidewalk. Any brand that treats people like this doesn't deserve your money. My 11 year old wanted badly to see their gear and buy a t-shirt. I would never let him wear a shirt from a brand that treats people this way. Update: We have come back for a third time. We came at the time the employee told us and they told us to move along because they aren't ready. Again they are telling at people to move along on the side walk. Threatening to take pictures and ban them from the store. If you create a brand of hype and exclusivity then deal with it. It does not mean you have to treat people with disrespect. Keep in mind half the people in line are young kids that learned of this brand from YouTubers. I am disappointed that my kid likes this brand. I hope that we can bring him around to like more ethical and sustainable brands. Update: the door man there was cool and expressed understanding. My kid was happy when he got in and bought a hat. They didn't have any cloths his size.

Yelp
Honestly supreme is becoming a trash brand . Expensive products , ok I get it , they're trying to cash in . But what I can't give them a pass on is the shopping experience at their Manhattan store . The staff are generally unhelpful , unfriendly and assisting you seems like the last thing they want to do . Have no idea if this is a directive or what . Yea I get that the sheeple will buy anything you put out , but if a customers walks in and asks a employee for a size they shouldn't be getting a rude response.

Yelp
So I had the worst experience when "security" Was not trying to allow me and my family and several other customer to enter the store 30 min before closing and 2days before Xmas there where several people outside 30 min before closing and this guy I guess wanted to leave work at 7 to get lit instead of allowing the customers in during the holiday season I would never shop at any of These stores again cause they can't even follow there own open and closing hours the security was extra rude to everyone outside trying to do last min shopping with plenary of time left I guess him getting high and drunk was more important than his job terrible service especially during the time when the store could make money supreme needs to hire people that know what customer service is and doesn't make there own rules our family came from the uk and to end up being at a store still open but the security won't let us in with several other people because he wanted people out by closing when it's not closed is terrible for your brand get better employees and security that dread guy gotta go

Yelp
Terrible shop. The clothes are ugly, and it is literally thrift store quality clothes overprized. Also EXTREMELY RUDE staff. One of the staff noticed that I was Asian and threw the plastic bag on the counter after shopping. That staff was wearing a black supreme hoodie, had uncleaned beard, and was a bit fat. So if you see him, DO NOT talk to him. If you have different skin color other than white, he will throw plastic bags in front of you and throw your credit card too. Oh well...poor guy. Supreme is dying anyway. To be honest, staff service really ruined for me. If the staff were more polite (like most shops in Soho...) I would not have given this shop one star. NEVER shop here. You won't regret it.

Yelp
Ok. This review is for supreme app (or online website). Something has to change on company's end. I get the notificatio right at 11am. "New shop update" I'm already on my phone so I click on it immediately. I add a couple things so fast that I can't even click on any other pics to see the rest of what it looks like. (which is ridiculous in its self that I have to do that!!) I literally added 4 things in 1 and a half mins! Go to my bag to enter my card information and it says all the things u added are gone please delete them before you complete payment (and it won't let me go any further) this is beyond unbelievable that I can't even input my card information (and mind you I'm going so fast already that I can't go any faster) and it gets taken out of my cart!! if it's in my cart it should stay there!! We should be given time to put our information in before it gets taken out!! This is so not fair! It's unbelievable!! I was waiting for these hats to come out so I could order them for my son for Xmas!! and I couldn't even get them!! I'm very disappointed I spend a lot of money with you guys! If we put something in our cart we should attest have a few mins to put our information in. I mean I get it can't sit in our cart all day or for hrs but that wasn't even the case here!! There should be something in place that this doesnt happen!!! Very disappointing!!!!

Yelp
If I could give this thieving company zero stars I would. Their customer service is a joke! They're horrible at helping resolve any problems but are great at taking your money smh. So anyways I ordered a hat a few weeks ago & on the day of delivery I come to find out when I checked the status of my package on the UPS website, it said it was being sent back to sender. When I went to the UPS center they had told me that Supreme requested the package back and couldn't get it intercepted because they had control of the package, say whaat!?!?. That same day & the days to come, I emailed them about 4-5 times because they kept on giving me the same irrelevant automated response, not addressing any of my problems. So a few days later they sent me an email saying they took it back because it went to the wrong address, so I immediately went on the supreme website & come to find out they had changed my address but they never even attempted the delivery to that address in the 1st place, remember UPS had already told me that they requested it back the same day it was suppose to be delivered. So that bs excuse that the reason why it was sent back was a total lie. They had already did this to me the last time I purchased from them and they never even gave me an explanation as to why they requested it back & they never even gave me the option of getting a refund smh. These buttholes stole, I mean, intercepted the package before it even delivered and kept my money hostage smh. Like I said before the sad part about this whole situation is that this is the second time they requested the package back with no explanation, kept my money for store credit, & they never even gave me the option of getting a refund smh. So now I'm worried about my new package I'm suppose to be getting soon because they still haven't fixed my home address even though I've sent them multiple emails before it was even sent out smh. Another problem that I almost forgot to mention was not only did the website "glitch" & change my address but it changed the size of my shirt from a size large to a size medium smh.

Yelp
I tried calling this phone number because an online order that I didn't get a confirmation or an alert that the charge even went through got charged to my credit card. I tried emailing them twice about the issue essentially I wanted to order some shorts from the Supreme site to be shipped to a different address than my billing address attached to my credit card. The website said multiple times the order did not go through. Only this morning I wake up to $132 charge on my credit card. I tried emailing supreme they responded once not answering any questions I had. I tried responding to that email; however, they just ignored it and then I created a new email thread for another inquiry and they ignored that one too. I know they're ignoring it because it's a long weekend so that way they don't have to deal with it. I work with emails all day, emailing people back and fourth, the people I email, email me back within two hours, if it's your job to respond to emails you see every email that come in. Whoever is hired to respond to email is just choosing to ignore my email because they don't want to deal with the issue at hand. All they have to do is tell me where the product is being shipped to and they won't because it's probably being shipped to the wrong address it's probably being shipped to my billing address not the address I entered in the order that supreme's website said didn't go through. The that's fraud if you charge my card after saying you didn't charge my card that's illegal. If you send a package to the wrong address, you have to refund me or send me a package to the address I originally typed. I will be leaving negative reviews on each store until I get some sort of response next I'm going to go on Google and leave another bad review because you should pay attention to your customers. Maybe my emails weren't getting your attention, but let's see if these negative reviews do?

Yelp
This store is run by hoodlums! Avoid! Go to Brooklyn store!! On Oct 11, I was at Layfette street store. An african american gentleman that other staff identified as the "boss" terribly misbehaved with me. It was close to store closing time. To rush me up, he started rudely pulling merchandise out of my hand. When I called it rude - he doubled down and pulled all the merchandise from my hand and asked me to get out of the store. There was still 3-5 minutes to spare. I had travelled from Chicago to get to the store. Prior to that, I had talked to another store personnel who was also rude. Felt like a group of ruffians run the place. It is a tourist destination -can't the owners who are minting money not get people with decent manners? I am not asking for disney experience.... just be polite...

I walked in today and was greeted by Marty the manager very polite guy by the way. Will helped me with finding out what inventory they had in my size. While I was at the register paying Carl asked me if I was doin good and if I was happy wit what I was about to purchase, I responded Yes very much. Before I finished paying for my items the another employee BB is his name asked me if I purchased anything from Thursday TNF (the north face) Release I told him unfortunately no, but I really wanted to. He then went into the back and brought out a headband from the release and asked if I would like to have it. I said yes and thanked him for that kind gesture. When I come to soho I always have to go supreme doesn't matter how long he line is it's my favorite boutique in the city all the employees are great ty,Troy Gio and genny they all are so helpful anytime I go!!

Yelp
Joke show of a company who's quality control has gone off the deep end. Not to mention their customer service is completely lacking and they continue to rip off pictures (Anna Nicole Smith, etc..) and slather their name on it, making money off of other peoples work/images. Anyone wearing this gear is wack as heck.

Yelp
Oldest dude that works there needa retire his crusty grumpy a**. Literally gave every person mad attitude. I asked for a small. He yells to the entire store that there's nothing in small left. Go sit ya a** down and have a smoke if it's THAT stressful... The others were cool and helpful like their job entails. (Also cute). Security guard was mad cool too. DO NOT DISTURB OL MAN SUPREME. He mad.

Yelp
Do you have a teenage child? If the answer is yes, and you're in the city, then you're doomed! You're more than likely going to be asked to wait in line for this awful experience. We were in the city and my son and his friends asked to go to Supreme. And what a bad idea that was... Let's start here-- You walk up to where it looks like the line begins, and you're told to walk around the corner to another line. Why you might ask? Just to get an "X" marked on your hand. Which actually means nothing except now you can stand in line. Not to mention, you'll more than likely have to search for the security guard because he will be hiding! You then walk back to where you started, now with the "x," and you're allowed to wait in line. When we were waiting in line, it was legitimately 95 degrees. Sounds like a nightmare, right? As if the temperature wasn't bad enough-- the security guards stand in the shade while the parties waiting in line are drowning in their pools of sweat. They make you stand as close as humanly possible to the people in front of you. Should you not? They essentially push you forward. Let's not even discuss the fact that we don't even know the people in front of us. FINALLY! We make it around the corner and to the line in front of Supreme. There are about 20 people ahead of us at this point. Just when I thought the security guards couldn't get any worse, they did! This guy hit me two times because he didn't think I was close enough in line and because my elbow was over the barricade. I told him not to touch me again because he doesn't have the right to put his hands on me. Now it's time to go in-- The employees are WORTHLESS! They actually create obstacles that you have to move around because they're standing in circles just socializing with each other. One of them walked into me and said "watch where you are going." Meanwhile, I am the customer. Like for real? The only good thing? They get all fresh items from the back of the store, so you don't have to get ripped off and then buy the floor model. The only guy actually working was the one behind the counter. He was getting all the clothes, hats, and accessories for the customers while 7 other employees stood there and talked. By walking into Supreme, you know you're going to spend an arm and a leg, so I won't even discuss the ridiculous cost of things. Save yourself and your teenage child-- Just say no!

Yelp
I love supreme and have a shrine dedicated to supreme but they are fucking assholes. Cancelled my smurfs deck order for no reason and they dont answer emails or phone calls. I dont use bots but my order was cancelled yet botters get multiple items and all of their orders get sent. Very upsetting when I set my heart to having an item then have it ripped from my hands after I've struggled to get it.

Yelp
I don't understand all the low reviews, I went to NYC for vacation and visited the store twice. Both times employees were extremely helpful and quick to get the clothes I wanted. Not to mention, I had my suitcase (the day I was leaving NYC) and the security guard helped me carry it up the stairs and watched it while I browsed. Yes, there's not that much selection, but what did you guys expect? Everyone I see complaining seems to expect Supreme to have the selection available at a Macy's.

Yelp
Supreme is supremely disappointing. I'm sorry but if you think this store is amazing and great then either your high & require intervention for that addiction or a sucker for hype. I give the CEO of this business props because they've managed to generate enough hype over their dismal products at exorbitantly high prices. Bravo for your success! My teenage kid brags about this store so I wanted to get a nice surprise Christmas present from this store only to get my own surprise when I barely saw any product on the small four wall interior of this shop that is no bigger than my living room at home. It had a small rack of shirts, a small rack of hats, small rack of jeans and a small rack of ugly ass coats. The only thing that peaked my interest for a gift idea were the caps but they didn't even look that great for the price of $50. I'm not being critical either but if you can restrain yourself of the delusion that this place is amazing (i.e. over hyped) & enter the realm of reality you'll realize this store offers a dismal selection of items. If this was a non-hyped mom & pop store it would have a 1 star rating so I'm giving it just that. Even if their so called "limited drop" items are amazing I didn't see anything amazing on site and left empty handed. No Supreme gifts this holiday for my kid, sorry.

At Least, can you Please respect even just a bit ? ? ? ! ! ! why ? this brand made your store famous , NOT YOU or the other all staff. Yelp
Horrible experience. The bouncers screamed at my children for looking into the store. The bouncers didn't know I was right behind them but I heard how they spoke to my kids. When I confronted them, they backed down. The bouncers would not let me speak to their manager. I felt like we were in jail. Supreme treats their customers like prisoners. Is this the new cool? Treating you like a prisoner is cool? I rather be ignored than being abused. Supreme is arrogant. They don't care about their customers. But I believe if you treat your customers poorly, they will leave you. It's a matter of time.
