Huge thin crust NY-style pizzas, boozy slushies, garlic knots

"Supreme has the best pies in the neighborhood, and come with creative topping combinations like coppa ham, ricotta, and ghost chili. It’s usually not difficult to grab a table - and it’s pretty easy to finish an order of scallion garlic knots (or two) while you wait for your pizza to bake." - aimee rizzo
"Supreme used to be one of the best New York-style slice shops in town. Unfortunately, that heyday is long gone, as the slices at their University District location are barely better than what you'll find at an airport pizzeria. The crust is underbaked and gummy, the toppings are dry, and while we appreciate many a crispy cheese edge on the Detroit-style square, the rest of it is pretty forgettable—even when fresh and toasty from the oven. We can literally use all of our fingers and toes to tally up better pizza spots in Seattle. But what this place does have going for it is the bar area, which opens at 11am every day—it's a narrow, 21+ hideaway for those who'd like to escape college students and sunlight. Go forth and brood with a beer alongside some scallion garlic knots at noon on a random Wednesday." - Aimee Rizzo

"Supreme pizzeria recently started serving dinner and late night hours at its new location in the University District. Known for its huge, thin, sort-of New York-style crust pizzas, the restaurant also introduced boozy slushies as one of its signature drinks after receiving its liquor license. The venue features a menu with toppings like pepperoni, Italian sausage, and mushrooms, along with sides such as garlic knots, Caesar and chop salad, and lemon-pepper wings." - Megan Hill
"Supreme is one of the best New York-style slice joints in town, and at this second location you can expect pie varieties like mozzarella and basil, broccoli rabe and garlic, and even fried chicken and American cheese (trust us, it’s great). Come in with a fun group and drink alcoholic slushies while eating many scallion garlic knots with liquid cheese." - Aimee Rizzo

"Whether you belly up to the bar at the West Seattle original or slide into a booth at the new University District location, Supreme will certainly leave you satisfied." - Megan Hill
