"Lining the delightful Louvois Square, this microscopic restaurant (seats only eight) is well worth a visit. The interior oozes well-heeled zenitude: marble, upholstered seats, fine glassware… However, it is the chef’s talent that draws foodies like bees to honey! This master craftsman works only with the freshest ingredients, curating them with surgical precision. His consummate talent comes to the forefront as you admire him craft sushis and makis that are never overpowered by soy sauce or wasabi. Balanced flavours and complimentary textures: fillet of grilled seabass, spinach and lemon-flavoured dashi; fried seabream, grated white radish and Agedashi-style chives; sashimi of amberjack, sesame-flavoured soy sauce, shiso flower and wasabi. Love at first bite." - Michelin Inspector

An authentic, artisanal and enjoyable experience. Everything was well curated, feeling like being in Japan.

Excellent value for their lunch. A quiet and peaceful setting, impeccable service - hot towels, attentive waitstaff, a delicious meal. Amuse bouche, 3 little appetizers, 8 sushi, miso soup, 2 desserts. As others have stated/my two cents: 1. Do not upgrade from the 85 euro sushi menu - as others stated, it is more than enough. We were so tempted to get the 120 euros menu, but the sushi menu is plenty of food and we left so full. The entrees would have pushed us over the edge (and from what I saw of those dishes it didn’t seem to add much to the experience) 2. Sparkling sake is delicious, highly recommend to get 3. Ensure you have the full two hours to spend here. Lunch started at 1230 and ended promptly at 230PM. Do not book if you need to leave earlier than that. 4. Right by Polene so a convenient shopping stop after 😆

Starters and entrees were not that impressive and mostly bland but the SUSHI WAS SPECTACULAR. Every sushi dish was good!!!! And chef gave an extra round of otoro. Desserts were good too!!! Chef was very focused and made sure we are having a good time. Service was 100% — the female waitress is very hardworking like the chef. What a very pleasant experience!!

Came here for our wedding anniversary and did not disappoint. One of the better omakase experiences I’ve had. Chef culinary skills were very evident with superior knife skills which changed the texture of the fish (see the squid in photos where he cut thin strips diagonally in two directions creating a “rice” effect). I did not want the courses to end! Everything was amazing except the weird pea cube dessert served at the end. Restaurant is small and omakase experiences only seats 8. Be on time as they start once all parties arrive and you don’t want other guests waiting.

The chef was very focused and professional. Sushi B is definitely among the top omakase experiences in Paris. The wait service was also exceptional ! Thank you to the whole team

Amazing sushi place in Paris. If you want to have a real Japanese experience — it's an ultimate place to go. You will have different kinds of sushi, soup. The choice of sake is unbelievable. Every step of the experience is great — from the entrance, to first meal, to tea, and to the process of the end of the evening. Chief is the master, and administrator is also very friendly.

Amazing sushi experience, the best I had in France so far. The place is small, it can only sits 8 people, but you get to see the chef preparing all the menu. If you go for dinner you can only get an Omakase. Not all the dishes were as good as we were expecting, but the sushis were definitely the best part of the menu.

Overall good sushi experience. The beginning courses weren’t very impressive but it very good at the end, especially otoro, tamago and the very delicious desserts (rice ice cream and matcha choix a là crème). Perfect service with very attention to details (cold towel, hot towel and wet tower each time after you go to the restroom). However, 2 things to note when you visit: 1. For lunch, do not upgrade to the 120€ lunch menu. It doesn’t work it at all. Stay with the 85€ basic sushi menu. 2. Make sure that the waiter got your message clear. I told him I didn’t want a 2nd bottle of water but he still opened one anyway.

Yelp
The food here is fit for gods! If you're lucky enough to get a seat at this 7 seater omakase consider your lucky and just go.
