However, it is the chef’s talent that draws foodies likes wasps to a hive! This master craftsman works only with the freshest ingredients, crafting them with surgical precision. It is a truly captivating to watch him crafting sushis and makis, all the more so as their flavour then explodes in the mouth, without ever being overpowered by soy or wasabi – his immaculate judgement is truly phenomenal.
