Sushi By Bou - NOMAD NYC @ Hotel32|32

My friend and I went for their family/friends special, and we had a great time! Alejandro and Antonio were great hosts. We never had empty glasses. And our chef, El Chapo, was the best. He explained each piece thoroughly, and we had such great banter with him. He was so fun and knowledgeable. All of the sushi we had were so good and so fresh. Every piece was special in its own way. We definitely will have to come back.

Best nigiri and sushi and cocktail I’ve ever had!!! Both this branch and the times sq one. I always go whenever I get the chance to. Its hard to even explain how good the food and the drinks are! Plus customer service is top notch! They make their customers fee very special and make sure they have a great experience! There is also a new speakeasy here called the Partea Lab. Nice to check it out.

Had such a great time here. It’s one of my favorite omakase places. The staff and the guests were nice and friendly. Chef Win did her thing. Cool vibes with throw back hiphop. The sushi was fresh and tasted amazing. The Big Mac is my favorite. Very good uni! Prices were reasonable. We did the 17 course and got a bad and bougie headband.

Top Tier!! Made reservations for myself and my colleague thanks to the help of Tiffany. Love that the location was located inside a hotel. The different paintings on the wall and music selection gives it a 90s vibe. Great staff and Chef was phenomenal. Yellow Tail, BBQ eel, and Wagyuni were my top 3 favorites. Look forward to continuing supporting and recommending my guests.

All in all it was a good value omasake experience Its a small booth with just I want to say seating for 10 people and they offer 2 level of omasake Service was good, drinks were a little pricey but on point and delicious Food was good and fresh had some good combinations of flavors Would come back again!

This is my second visit to Sushi by Bou Nomad at Hotel 32|32. My first visit I went to the Suite which I found so much fun to step through the door to a hotel room containing a sushi bar and outdoor space. This visit I had the 12 course Omakase sushi tasting at the ground level restaurant. This comfortable spot accommodates up to 8 guests at a time. Delicate, fresh fish is served within a 30-minute time period, making it perfect for a quick lunch or pre/post theater dinner. It is affordable too. The chef works quickly and everyone is very attentive.

Loved our meal. My friends and i had the omakase. We joke that We cried bc it was so good. Highly recommend. I've eaten many omakase even $400 meals but this was as good as the $400 omakase!! Thank you to Koichi!!!! #sushisuite ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Amazing omakase experience! Great ambiance. Wall art is so cool. Wonderful staff. The yuzu drink with pink peppercorns will always be my favorite. Each plate tastes so fresh and delicious! My favorites are the fatty tuna, shrimp and eel. Can’t wait to go back and try other locations!
