From the outside, this spot looks unassuming. The restaurant itself is small and unpretentious with just a handful of tables and an omakase bar. I went in for lunch- you order by checking off items from a menu like at a dim sum spot. The flavors were so simple and delicious! The fish tasted fresh, had beautiful color, and was amazing! Will definitely be back.

Amazing sushi!!! We came for lunch and it was delicious. The service was great and the staff were very attentive. Everything was so tasty and fresh. It’s small so definitely recommend reservations but it was great. The matcha ice cream was a great dessert as well!

Sushi Capitol is one of our favorites. We’ve loved Chef Nakata from back to the Ogawa days, and always have a great meal here. The fish is super fresh and delicious.

Not very crowded around dinner time on a weekday so the food came out fairly quickly! It was great and in a very convenient location.

Stopped here for a bite after a capital tour and me and my girlfriend loved the salmon and avocado roll, literally melted in our mouths and it was fantastic. The outside isn't very pleasing but it's not terrible and the inside seemed very nice though. We also had a great customer experience, they're very kind and helpful!

Best value ($100/pp) for omakase sushi in the District! Friendly service, impeccably fresh fish, imaginative preparations. No alcohol license but the liquor store next door has a large sake’ and soju selection and BYOB is welcome.

We’ve been regulars at this no frills sushi place for over a decade and continue to think it’s one of the best places for fresh fish in DC. They aren’t competing with the newer and higher end spots in DC which is part of the charm. But execution and quality of fish is top notch. Service and politeness is always spot on too. The dine-in options appears to be much more limited compared to pre-pandemic. If you’re living on or visiting the Hill, this neighborhood spot should be on your short list.

It's been a while since dining here. This place used to be the go-to date night for sushi until we moved a bit further away. The restaurant still had its dim-lit appearance from outside that makes it look closed. Also, we were a bit surprised we were the only customers during peak dinner time on a Saturday but make no mistake, this is one of the best value omakases in DC. For $100, you get about 20 pieces of sushi from tuna to yellowtail, shellfish, white fish, uni, handrolls, you name it. The pace was a bit fast, perhaps because we were the only customers but the quality of fish was amazing. Lastly, they don't have a bar so bring your own beverage! I'm not kidding. For no extra charge, you can bring your own liquor of choice. If you forget, there's an awfully convenient liquor store next door.

While I still order here from time to time, the quality just isn't what it used to be. I know the business has gone through a lot of changes since Covid, but it's been a couple of years since I've ordered from here and felt as excited and satisfied with the food as I used to. I'm not sure if perhaps pick up and delivery creates any variation, but I used to be able to pick up and get the same quality and consistency every time so it's hard to pinpoint what has changed. Overall, it's still solid sushi but the way I used to fiend and crave for its unique level of quality has waned and I've found a few other places near by that are on par. But I still do wish them the best and will still give them a shot every few months for old times sake!

Definitely check this place out for Omakase! Came here for lunch omakase and it was sooooo good! $100 pp chawanmushi, an appetizer dish, about 8ish sushi pieces, hand roll and miso soup and dessert. The omakase had a variety of fresh fish and all the traditional stuff you'd expect to have with hints of variation to bring out the fish. My fave was the hotate with salt and lemon. Best way to serve hotate! They take call in reservations for omakase only and then walk in for ala carte menu. A very calm and quaint sushi spot tucked away on a busy street.

I always recommend this spot whenever someone wants great sushi in DC! I went for the first time 7 years ago & was very impressed from service to freshness of each piece of fish. I recently went back on a work trip and stopped in for lunch. It still wasn't a disappointment AT ALL. Service was still great and the quality of fish was excellent.

Been a while since I've stopped in for the omakase - it's a solid entry level omakase, priced fairly at $100 for around 20 bites. Quality of fish varies, it's mostly more common fish given the price (most expensive bites were otoro and hokkaido uni). Shari held shape, but lacked flavor for me and wasn't served at optimal temperature. Neta is sliced ok, maybe too thick overall, some of the nigiri bites weren't properly balanced. Otoro was sliced poorly with lots of sinew/chew. Truffle salt on the scallop way overpowers the bite. Hamachi, Kanpachi, Unagi, Aji (surprisingly good) and of course uni were my favorite courses. You begin the meal with some small otsumami and there's also a miso soup course, tamago, toro hand roll, and store bought green tea ice cream to finish to mix things up. Call to make a reservation, we were the only diners on a Wednesday for our meal. The restaurant is BYOB with no corkage - there's a bottle shop next door too.

I was a little disappointed by the chirashi bowl. It was way below the average I usually have in seattle. Sashimi was ok but not as fresh as I expected.

The very smallest 8 piece (2 were tamago) $30 charashi bowl I've ever seen in my life, more like a $9 sashimi appetizer. NEVER AGAIN Sushi Capital!!!

Great sushi for a very reasonable price! It's an intimate ambiance, nothing fancy. Sushi chefs know what they are doing. Would come back here any day :)

Sushi was very good, service efficient and friendly. We're out of several of the menu items, which was a little disappointing. Front door glass was broken, presumably by some of the homeless people roaming outside (not a Sushi Capitol problem, more like a DC problem). Easily the best sushi within walking distance of the Capitol. Would definitely go back.

The quality of the fish is really good. A three-piece starter, followed by around 14 courses of nigiri, and ends with ice cream. The prices have gone up since pre-COVID but still great value and worth the visit

50 dollar omakase is the move. Since covid they have maybe 10 seats here. I walked in on a Saturday at 5:30 and it was empty, if you don't have a resy then walk in might work if you are early. The sushi quality was amazing but eat really had me was the soft shell crab that came with the omakase. This place is a gem.

This was one of the BEST sushi experiences I've ever had! If you're in DC, you need to make this your sushi/omakase spot. I've had sushi over 100x in my life and not many places stick out. Aside from having fresh sushi, how can you really be that different than every other sushi spot?? 1. The Service is world-class. I've had horrible experiences but John, Kevin and the crew were attentive, educational, and on point. They made our experience exceptional. I won't ruin their surprise at the end, but they really care about their patrons and you can tell. 2. Their food is exceptional and they had a few great (small, nuanced) twists on a few classics. Food was a 9! 3. We were just in the neighborhood for a few hours but they made me have a great impression of DC's food scene. BYOB so buy/bring beer from the liquor store next door!!

Came here for their $50 omakase and had a really great dinner! Definitely the cheapest omakase I've seen before and the fish was still fresh and good. The appetizers were great as well. I think we got a 3 piece appetizer, miso soup, a hand roll, 10 ish pieces of sushi, and green tea. The only thing was that the chef didn't interact with us at all despite us sitting at the bar. Unfortunately didn't get his name but the gentleman who was the host/server (saw him do all these roles so i'm not sure who he was, maybe manager?) was so nice and respectful. Made us feel very well cared for during our visit! Great value and would come back.

This spot is such a gem. The quality of the fish - amazing, the service - amazing, and all for $50 per person?! Unheard of. Highly recommend.

Okay, I was recommended by my brother who was a resident here for a while, and I should of visited last year when I was here for work! I'd recommend doing the complete experience with their tasting! Chef and staff were very professional and the tasting was God Given... expensive but well worth every penny... so much I order two more O'Toro and Uni and the market price was well worth it! Must stop and have a meal... I'll be there one more time before I leave! Thank you!

Recently, I was so happy to see Sushi Capitol had opened back up, since I thought they may have permanently closed a couple years ago. All the ingredients were fantastic in quality and prepared meticulously. From the appetizer (monkfish liver, baby scallops, and Washington state oyster), through the 14 pieces of sushi (fluke, salmon, Spanish mackerel, amberjack, scallop, uni, ikura, yellowtail, aji mackerel, ootoro, black snapper, unagi, tuna temaki), and finally to the miso soup and dessert, Sushi Capitol really shines for staying true to serving the highest quality product possible without any frills. I know they're a neighborhood staple in the Capitol Hill area, and I really enjoyed them in the past for the exact same reasons. Glad to see they've stayed consistent after all these years. These days they are only doing the $100 tasting menu for dine-in; the a la carte menu only for to-go. While I wish they still offered their a la carte menu for dine-in, we were okay giving the tasting menu a try. Next time, I can wait to try ordering their sashimi platters for take-out.

A few days ago, I was craving sashimi while visiting DC. I'm not a local, and found this place through Yelp. Overall, I enjoyed the fish a lot. It was fresh and exactly what I needed for my fix. I tried the yellowtail, tuna, the black snapper, and the medium fat tuna. I LOVED the yellowtail and the tuna. They're my usual favorites for sashimi. I enjoyed the black snapper as well, and thought the medium fat tuna was interesting. I don't think I'll get the more fatty tunas moving forward and I feel that the black snapper was something I wanted to try once, but probably not again from here. Along with the fish, I had a seaweed salad, which I enjoyed. It was simple, but nothing that I didn't like. The cost was a little higher than I'd prefer, but it was a good meal overall.

Okay I love everything about this place. I love coming here on my lunch break. The sushi is fresh with a unique selection to choose from, the staff is extremely friendly and gives great hospitality, and the overall ambiance and quaint and positive. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for good sushi and overall phenomenal experience.

I'm writing this review years later. I came here with a friend just before the 2017 Capitol Fourth concert. The first and only time I had sushi was in Japan a year earlier so I was afraid of what I was going to get here in the states. Sushi Capitol delivered. The sushi was incredible. Beautiful presentation, clean, and grade A. I was impressed and totally satisfied afterwards. I write this now because I recommended Sushi Capitol to a friend. Will have to try it again and update my review. Hopefully nothing has changed!

Came here to dine in on a Wednesday evening in April 2023, and we were the only ones in there except for a handful of people ordering sushi to go. They only have their $100 omakase option for dine-in and they remind you of that as soon as you walk in the door so there would absolutely no confusion. The sushi was fresh and delicious. I wish I wrote down what we had but I especially enjoyed the scallop with truffle salt and the uni. DC is generally abysmal when it comes to sushi -- prices are high for low quality fish -- but I find Sushi Capitol to better than the majority of the sushi places here, including some of the higher end places. If I lived closer to the area I would be back for takeout every week. Their website is down but they're still open for business. Another pro - BYOB with no corkage fee, so pop on over to the liquor store next door for sake!

Have to update my review for Sushi Capitol based on a price change. Their Omikase now costs $100, not $55. Still the best sushi in Washington, DC, and a runaway deal. These are some of the best pieces of sushi I have found anywhere, including in Japan. Their chef is making artwork every night, and I'm just glad more people don't appreciate it because it means I can get a reservation!

Had Sushi Capitol a few nights ago for my birthday. Ordered the Sashimi Gold, which is a 19 piece set and a miso soup. Fish was amazing quality, great selection. The soup was fantastic. Customer service is top notch as well. They put notes, a bottle of Kirin, and a candle in the bag just because they're flipping awesome. Heavy hitter for sushi; every bit as good as Sushi Taro and Nakazawa. Seriously, check them out.

Great omakase for the price point of $50! We went to celebrate a birthday and left very satisfied and surprisingly full. Fish were all great quality although we wished some pieces were served less cold. The space is pretty small so make sure to make a reservation! They had great service as well, we felt well taken care of.

My husband and I visited this place today and food was so good! I'm Japanese and my husband is American and we both love it. We tried Omakase and it was great deal. We are here for a trip and would love to visit here when we come back to the city!! とっても美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした!

I love omakase and when I saw there was a spot near the Library of Congress, I knew we had to have lunch there. From yelp, I saw they had an omakase for $50, which is pretty decent if you compare it to the CA prices, which can easily by $100+. We sat at the bar and watched the sushi chefs work their magic. We had a total of 14 dishes, which consisted of a starter dish with monkfish liver, octopus, and a light salad. We proceeded to have a variety of nigiri, which consisted of flounder, tuna, medium toro (fatty tuna), toro, amberjack, sea bream, red snapper, unagi, scallop, stablefish, unagi, uni with salmon roe, miso soup, and a toro salmon roe maki. Everything was pretty good- some of my favorites were the toro, seabream, red snapper. The presentation was lacking a bit, however, as some of the nigiri were a bit sloppy in appearance. All in all, I've had better omakases back in the bay area, but it was a good experience for $50.

Not sure if this place has new ownership or not but my experience turned me off to ever want to return. I was the only one there during lunch the other day, which should have been a sign. The Omakase used to be $50 but now it's $100. I don't believe they serve Sake anymore (no one asked me). The chef and server barely said a word to me and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Needless to say, I was in such a food coma as the sushi came out rapidly. and it was hard to keep up. Sushi Nakazawa is more expensive but blows this place away. I used to love coming here, but no more.

Came for omakase, left happy! For $100 you can get a no frills, high quality omakase experience. My partner and I can't wait to go back.

Surprisingly good for a very obscure, small neighborhood sushi joint. The fish actually tastes fresh and not at all like those grocery/pan Asian restaurant sushi fish - this tasted legit; esp the hamachi. We got a bunch of rolls (yes some were gimmicky) but the quality is definitely there. Hamachi, Salmon, egg, cucumber, avocado... all of it was great. This is my once a week go to sushi spot.

Visiting DC for the weekend, and I chose sushi capitol for my birthday dinner. I loved the intimate feel of the restaurant, super cozy. My husband and I both ordered the Omakase as we've heard great things. For a price of around $50 for 5 courses, we left very satisfied! The quality of the fish was unbelievable. My only complaint is they were out of Uni, but that means I'll have to come back. Sushi Capitol is a must try!

A master sushi chef prepared the majority of our courses, while a different sushi chef served the courses to us and explained each dish. Overall, it was a very memorable omakase experience and I would definitely recommend checking this Japanese establishment out. The customer service was excellent. Called the location at Capitol Hill and they are definitely not closed. They have two other locations that are currently not operational that they are trying to open up again, but this location is still going strong. Just had their omakase and it was great! Everything had a nice personal touch to it regarding garnishes and the service. Or you can also order takeout from one of the delivery services, quality seems the same.

Had the omokase special at the counter today with a friend. It was very generous and great quality fish for $50. We enjoyed three house starter bites that included a crab, octopus and salmon. Green tea was included and refilled often. Very tasty start. We followed it by about 10 or 11 nigiri chosen by chef perfectly executed and a hand roll. We were served delicious miso soup mid way. Hands down one of the best places for nigiri omokase in the city. Quality is just as good as sushi taro but a fraction of the price. Highly recommend trying the chefs table omokase. The service, staff and sushi chef were amazing and friendly. Go now!

Stunning omakase only at 100$. The chef is so skilled. However, I took a star off because this restaurant really needs to improve on letting the customer know when they decide to do takeouts only or when they close. They never pick up the phone and at times I got so angry when I arrived to see they were closed or not in dine-in service. Apart from that, their rolls are superb. Their omakase is very authentic and actually excellent. A little pricey but I would gladly pay.

We tried the omakase and while we enjoyed it, I wouldn't recommend it since I don't think it's a very good deal, even compared to the rest of the menu. At $50, the omakase comes with 11 pieces of nigiri, a temaki handroll served at the end, and a "few surprises" served at the beginning. The "few surprises" was very underwhelming. It was a small trio of appetizers consisting of steamed tofu egg, pickled cucumbers, and 2 tiny pieces of octopus. Also, it was really disappointing that uni was not included in the 11 pieces. I think I've gotten uni at all other omakases I've tried. Instead we had a smoked salmon. I would recommend just getting the Nigiri set, which comes with 7 pieces of nigiri and a temaki handroll, for $28. If you want additional nigiri, just order more separately. Or order one of the Sashimi sets, which are 13 pieces for $26 or 21 pieces for $42.

Came here for Valentine's day for the omakase at the bar. As far as sushi goes, it was fresh. But it wasn't the omakase experience I had hoped for. I've been to Michelin star omakase restaurants, to tiny value priced omakase restaurants. And this one disappointed. We were the only ones at the counter, and the only ones being served. Which might have translated to a great experience, but the chef prepared the food with such lack of finesse and was talking to another employee standing nearby that it just felt like a regular restaurant. It was a very underwhelming experience and has made me doubt DC's capabilities with food as compared to NYC.

Good quality sushi but quantity per course for the omakase runs a bit small. I came with a party of 3 people and we each ordered the $50 omakase course. The course came with a starter plate of fried fish tempura, fresh oyster, and ankimo (monkfish liver) and 11 pieces of nigiri and 1 ikura (salmon roe) roll. The tempura was crisp and moist inside, and the oyster and ankimo were fresh and did not have any funky flavors. The sushi was served on one huge platter and presented very beautifully (as can be seen in my photo). The variety of fish was very good and each fish had a distinct flavor and texture. Fish quality was on par with other higher-end sushi places in the District. However the size of each nigiri was a bit on the small side and I did not feel very full by the end of the meal. Service was very good and staff described each starter and fish when serving the food. The restaurant venue itself is very small so make sure you make a reservation before coming.

This place is amazing! Small. Quiet (on a Tuesday night). Cozy. We sidled up the the "bar" to watch our food being prepared and it was great! We tried the Omakase menu for $50 per person....some much deliciousness prepared individually by the chef for us... an art form! I loved the individual attention and the explanation of what it was I was eating. The fish was fresh... and delicately prepared. Tuna... salmon belly... mackerel... eel.... scallop.... sea urchin...and so much more. I think my fave was a tuna with this delicate Japanese mustard on top (spicy) and the salmon belly (had to get an extra piece at the end to have that taste linger! Each piece is served individually and prepared in front of you when you order off the omikase menu. Each has a delicate flavor... and topping.... lime zest, Japanese chili, mustard, ponzu, and then some. The meal started out with with some of the most silkiest buttery melt in your mouth tofu I've ever eaten... with some smoked mackerel, and a bit of seaweed salad. Followed by some delicate fish.... broken up in the middle by some miso soup (they do this so you don't fill up in it at the beginning).... and then more fish delicacies!! This is the first time in tried sea urchin and I'm a fan! Albeit this was my least favorite because the roe on it was too salty and I think would have overpowered the sea urchin on top. I'm glad my friend advised me to eat the sea urchin first then get the roe and seaweed and rice! They don't have a liquor license yet but who cares... the alcohol would have ruined the taste of the food! Green tea and water to ease us into the meal. I eat out a lot.... and this was easily the best meal I've eaten in a very long time... you can taste each morsel! I'll def be back!!! Highly recommended!

We sat at the bar and even though we were tempted by the extremely reasonably priced omakase, we went with the a la carte option. It was literally the best sushi I've had in the area barracuda, anago, tamagoyaki, inari, and 3 rolls. Appetizer of karaage and on-the-house tako. Staff was extremely nice and spoke Japanese with me. We shared some unfiltered sake with the chefs while getting to know them.

Took my sister and her boyfriend here for omakase. This is the best value for omakase in DC! $50 for all this food - 3 small apps (oyster, monkfish liver, and fried hamachi), 12 pieces of nigiri sushi, and a hand roll. Their rice is really nice - warm and soft, unlike a lot of other sushi places. It's a small restaurant so I would make reservations if you can so you can be sure to be seated. All the nigiri sushi was fresh and delicious! Your tummy will be really happy and full you came here! Definitely recommend!

Definitely the best sushi/omakase in DC. The omakase is the great price for the selection and quality of sushi you get here. It's amazing. You would think in DC, there would be a million great sushi restaurants but this is by far the best. Every piece that I have tried just melts perfectly in your mouth and you always want another piece of what you just ate. haha. Everything is great but every time I have the Hamachi here, I just keep wanting more and more. The chef and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love that they use the real wasabi versus the squeeze out of a tube kind (yuck!). I also appreciate how much time and care they put into their food selection and the dining experience overall. The only thing is that the restaurant is on the smaller side so I would not come with a party of more than 4 and also make reservations! I am always looking forward to my next meal at Sushi Capital and would bring anyone who likes sushi here.

Wow, I love sushi and let me tell you this place was delicious!!!! We ordered the eel avocado roll, the tuna/yellowtail/salmon spicy roll, crunchy roll, california roll and fatty tuna roll. Each of them were so fresh and well made. I HIGHLY recommend the eel avocado and the spicy roll combo, I will be back to get those! The service was okay, our waiter did not speak very much but sitting at the sushi bar we were able to watch the chef's at work and the service was SO quick. Very timely! Parking was pretty tough but that is to be expected in the heart of DC, and definitely make sure to have a reservation. We came in at the lunch rush around 1, but most people had cleared out by about 1:30. All in all, great spot!

Hands down, the best sushi in the DMV. The most affordable as well. I personally think the sushi here surpasses sushi that I've had at Kotobuki, Sushi Taro, and Makoto. Our table of four was just blown away by the omakase. And for $50, this is the cheapest chef's tasting menu we have had. Unlike other omakase I've had, this one only consisted of three courses. Initially, I was afraid there wouldn't be enough food, but we all left well satisfied. The first course consisted of fried white fish, salmon, and monkfish-pate. The monkfish-pate was absolutely amazing and the salmon was legitimately the best I've had in the area. They say salmon in the US is fresher compared to Japan. The second course was a tray with 12 different sushi. There were too many to remember but I recall the tuna, fatty tuna, medium fatty tuna, bonito, and salmon being really good. Each piece was thick, super fresh, and super delicious. The fish:rice was perfect and the rice was seasoned well. Picking the sleek fish up with my chopsticks was the challenge of the night. The final course was toro (fatty tuna) hand rolls. I cannot emphasize how good was the fatty tuna. My only recommendation is maybe bringing the sushi out two at a time, instead of all at once. It was overwhelming and we couldn't remember which fish was which because they were introduced at the same time. That way we know what we are trying and we can take our time to savor each bite and digest our thoughts on the fish. In addition to the omakase, I ordered the raw uni (sea urchin) sashimi style. I just don't feel complete at a sushi place if I don't have uni. My husband thought it was the freshest pieces of uni he has ever had. I thought the uni was really creamy, light, and not too fishy. There was a pop of freshness and the bar has just been raised. There is nothing fancy about the interior of this place. It's very relaxed, chill, casual dress code; though it doesn't hurt to dress up a little. The service was excellent. If you want more Japanese inspired dishes and creativity, definitely check out Makoto and Sushi Taro (beloved Michelin winner). But if you just want sushi, this is for sure the place!

This place is solid. The fish was all very fresh. There isn't much more to it. The rolls were well done, good presentation and no BS fillers. The wasabi was amazing-- you can taste the chopped chunks...that's when you know it's fresh and not from a tube. All in all the place was small but comfy, staff was very friendly. I really liked that the chefs were all Japanese and the servers (not Japanese) were speaking some Japanese. Made it more authentic for me. The bill was steep-- beware the prices listed here on yelp app aren't updated. But we also ordered allot of fatty tuna and a couple bottles of sake....

My husband and I came here for a date night on a Wednesday at around 8pm. We had to make a reservation because the place is small and was full when we got there. So be prepared people. Make that reservation! Anyway, we got greeted and seated right away. We decided to get the omikase because sometimes we have a hard time choosing from the menu. And since we rarely go out, why not. It was $50 per person and it comes with 3 courses. What can I say, the entrees were delicious and the fish was fresh! The chef already lightly brushes the sushi with soy sauce so no need for you too. The only problem I had was that the wasabi was also already in the sushi. Not to be picky, but I like my sushi without wasabi. I'm such a weak sauce when it comes spicy things. So I was that girl that had to scrape the wasabi out from under the fish! Oops! Anyways, other than that, everything else was great. My hubs was still hungry after so he ordered the fatty tuna sushi and fried chicken which was actually pretty delicious. I definitely would recommend this place. It's worth a try and I don't think you'll be disappointed at all! Goooo!

I'm not sure why there are some three star ratings in the recent reviews but I absolutely loved this place! I went here with my boyfriend for the first time for our one year anniversary and had our expectations met and exceeded First thing I noticed before entering in was a sign on the door that said they were fully booked for the night so make sure to call beforehand to book a reservation. Walking inside, i noticed it's a small but comfy interior. Right away, they asked if we had a preference of where to be seated, at the tables or near the sushi bar. We asked to be at the sushi bar and shortly after they served us water. We ordered the omakase which was only $50 which is an amazing price!! The quality and service was wonderful. Food came out in a timely manner as well. We received an appetizer plate, 12 pieces of nigiri, and then a hand roll. They explained to us which was what and where it came from and gave us a suggestion in what order to eat. Wasabi was fresh, service was nice, and food was great. Would definitely go again and I've already recommended it to other friends to try it out. Had a wonderful experience so to sum it up, I would definitely come again!

We were first greeted by a sharp dressed man who was friendly - we saw only a few tables and a small bar with two men making sushi. We chose to sit at the bar which was pretty neat because we were able to see them make our food. This place is a small shop, but the waiters and staff were on point. We tried the tempura for our appetizer (delicious) I ordered the tempura sushi roll with cucumber and tuna roll with mayo sauce as my entree. My husband ordered the sushi gold package and loved it - he even said one role was the best he has ever had. I really liked this place and it felt comfortable, but I have a hard time not having cream cheese in my rolls :( I would definitely come back but not my favorite sushi place.
