Have been to Sushi Roku many times and it’s always a solid experience. The restaurant has a great atmosphere, stylish yet comfortable, and their recent updates made the space even nicer. It’s so green and lush! The food quality is consistently good, and the presentation is beautiful. As a vegan, my options are currently a bit limited, but what I have had has always been fresh and delicious. For anyone who eats fish or meat, the menu is much more extensive and creative. Their wine list is strong, and even though wines by the glass run between $16 and $20, I’ve always found the selections to be excellent. The cocktails are also really well made. The host stand is always welcoming, and the service overall has been consistently attentive and friendly. On a few occasions I’ve had a server who was truly fantastic, not only efficient but also genuinely warm and positive, which made the meal that much more enjoyable. It is on the pricier side and the bill can add up quickly, but between the food, service, and overall ambience, Sushi Roku is one of my favorite spots in Old Pasadena for a special night out. The only reason I am giving four stars instead of five is because of the limited vegan options, but if you are a fish eater, this would very likely be a five star restaurant for you!

Came here for our anniversary lunch! I've never had sashimi , so fresh, so delightful! The fried Brussels sprouts were amazing, a little too greasy, but great non the less! We got theu ch menu, and they had some pretty good options. Our waiter, who's name I forgot, I'm so sorry, was so helpful, amazing constantly checked on us! The fact that serve Orion beer, for me that a triple A+.

Nestled in Miller Alley, just off the main strip of old town Pasadena. It's such a cute place with a great bar, small lounge area, modern indoor and outdoor patio areas, and great service. The service is so nice and pleasant -very SoCal chill, and the food is delicious. The lunch specials are tastey and thoughtful. There is something for everyone. The experience will leave you feeling very satisfied. Thank you for the wonderful experiences. Will be back soon!

We been a regular customers in this location for 10+ years and always been taken care here. Food is always fresh, new dishes on menu always full of surprises. My favorite is sonomono salad, fried chicken, crab 🦀 roll and toro cut role. Scewers are great here too and of course dumplings! Rodrigo, new manager is a true value to this location. Super friendly, attentive. We met him back even before pandemic times. Can’t wait to visit him again! Thank you for taking care of us🙏🏻🩷

Google
I have been coming to Sushi Roku for many years now and am never disappointed. The food, the atmosphere, the service are all excellent. I love everything on the menu, but I also love that the chefs will always find a way to make what you want even if it isn't on the menu. You will never leave disappointed. A combination sports bar, boogie sushi place, and a fun family restaurant: Sushi Roku is perfect for all.

Yelp
Omg! Absolutely had a great time. The dinning room was busy so we sat at the bar. KIM was so good. Fun and keep us very entertained. We ordered so much food and all was delicious. the place looks different from when I was here last. Sorry. No photos. Bc I was having such a good time.

Yelp
After watching a documentary movie about the legendary Japanese chef Nobu, I suddenly craved some American-influenced sushi, and Sushi Roku came to mind, as I had noticed their restaurant while visiting Las Vegas and have heard a lot about their Pasadena location. Nobu so far still remains my top choice when it comes to trendy, American-influenced Japanese cuisine, as I have had great experiences at their original Beverly Hills location and their weekend brunch buffet. Still, I was curious to see how Sushi Roku would compare. Since I know that American style sushi targets a very different clientele from traditional Japanese sushi or omakase, I went in with an open mind and adjusted expectations accordingly. I made a reservation and visited on a weekend afternoon. We were seated quickly. The restaurant wasn't too busy, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Service was prompt, though one of the cocktails we ordered turned out to be unavailable that day, a small disappointment, and it turned out to be a sign of a less-than-satisfying dining experience, especially since the cocktail we wanted was featured all over Yelp photos, that was actually one of the main reasons I decided to visit, but unfortunately, it wasn't available. The sashimi appetizer was just okay, as the fish slices were so thin that there wasn't much flavor and texture from the fish itself, with most of the taste coming from the oil and sauce. The sushi set didn't stand out either. The sushi rice was not cooked and prepared well. While the nigiri looked decent, the freshness of the fish wasn't at the premium level you'd expect for the price. The chirashi bowl was even more disappointing. Poor variety and thin slices of fish, and the same tasteless sushi rice. I would definitely suggest skipping that dish and perhaps trying a sushi roll or a cooked item instead. Surprisingly, the fried rice was actually not bad. In my opinion, the best way to enjoy Sushi Roku is to treat it more like an izakaya style restaurant, even though it presents itself as a sushi place. Overall, food quality is the foundation of any successful restaurant brand, and while Sushi Roku may have enjoyed its glory days in the past, competition today is much stronger in the same price range. I might return for a drink and some light bites considering its prime location and great dining environment and service, but it's not a place I'd spend too much on for the sushi itself. I am hoping Sushi Roku Pasadena can be improved soon, even if it doesn't quite achieve the sophistication of its more famous peers, but it still has the potential to be a better sushi restaurant again.

Yelp
All around good time! Stumbled upon this place by accident. Had plans to meet up with some friends at another restaurant nearby but it wasn't open yet, so we decided to come here for dinner and cocktails. We sat outside but the inside layout is very cool, slightly dim, full liquor and sushi bar nice seating arrangement. The serving staff was great from start to finish. We ordered drinks, appetizers and dinner, all brought to the table in a timely manner. We tried several items, seaweed salad, shishito peppers, spicy edamame, eel sashimi, spicy tuna rolls, shrimp fried rice and Chilean sea bass (my favorite). Everything was delicious. For cocktails, Ueshima Old Fashioned, Toki Tamashi and Tropical Hibiscus until round 2 where Shoman Glory was ordered for all, a refreshing tequila cucumber blend. Awesome time.

Yelp
Thought it was time for an update. We haven't been here in a while so I was worried that it wouldn't be as good. No need to worry, it was great as always. I'll start with this: Happy hour is awesome. We had two orders of the popcorn shrimp which were still amazing! We also got the hamachi serrano, the tuna crudo, the katana roll, and the Brussels sprout chips. Everything was great, but special shout out to the Brussels chips. They were really a stand out. Restaurant was beautiful as always and actually a little brighter than before.

Yelp
Parked on the street, metered but after 6p it's free. It's ok to park a bit farther, as it's old town and nice to walk around. Safe. Hip cool ambience. Staff is nice and helpful. Nicely plated and great presentation. The Brussels sprout chips very delicious. Spicy tuna on crispy rice is pretty good. Sushi and nigiri were ok. Filet mignon was very tender and melted in your mouth. Mashed potatoes were ok. Yellowtail sliced in ponzu sauce was very good. Beef eye wrapped asparagus was interesting. The asparagus was nice and crunchy. Jidori chicken in teriyaki sauce was surprisingly good. Tender and flavorful. Great meal. Hot green to warm up the tummy and settle it all down. The cotton candy fire dessert was very chill, especially for kids you watch the cotton candy burn.

Yelp
Really good meal here. We were walking by hungry and just ended up here out of pure luck. Bacon wrapped shrimp was incredible. Ribeye wrapped asparagus was good. I felt like the asparagus overpowered the meat a bit, but it was still a good idea. I respect trying new things I haven't seen on a menu before. We also got the sushi plate and a roll (I forget which one) and all of it was excellent and fresh. Really good drinks too. Excellent service. Place is nice inside good atmosphere. Theres also a patio area that looked like it would be good.

Yelp
Amazing interior with multiple seating options. Our food was excellent, and the service was friendly and swift. They were great with our kiddo. They even brought her milk. We had the sushi platter with crab hand roll. Katana roll. Bacon-wrapped shrimp. Rib eye wrapped asparagus. Pork gyoza (the best gyoza I've ever had, and I've had maaaaany). Their mocktails are actual mocktails (mixed with Ritual products), instead of just fruity water or seltzer. We didn't have room for dessert, but I saw some inventive things being brought around. Totally worth a visit, and great for small/medium/larger groups.

Yelp
Came here for restaurant week and the sushi was so fresh!! It is a bit pricey, however, the quality made it worth it. This place was super cute for a date night and service was excellent! Would definitely come back and recommend to friends and family!

Yelp
After the Rosebowl Half Marathon, my friend and I looked for a lunch spot near our cars at the Parson's parking complex. As luck would have it, sushi roku was about a block away and we decided to give it a try. The ambiance is so beautiful yet calming. We immediately thought the prices would be expensive, but were blown away because there were many options for $20 seafood meals. We had handrolls, nigiri, and lambchop skewer. Again, we were blown away by the proportions and large amount of fish each dish had. The lambchop was so juicy and succulent. Deliciously cooked! At the end of the meal, came another surprise, the server said there's a 20% off discount for dining so early in the day. We had a wonderful time. The service was very kind. The ambiance was fancy. The food was delicious and all at a great price! Looking forward to enjoying a meal here again!

Yelp
Excellent customer service, delicious food, and a cozy atmosphere! Our server was awesome--attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. I love this place and would highly recommend it for groups or date nights. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience and will definitely be back!

Yelp
Did their dine LA option and it was of great value they served a nice variety of rolls and nigiris. Brussel sprouts chips was a nice snack as we were waiting for the entree to come out. Would skip on their baked crab roll and get there yellowtail jalepeno roll again. All fish was fresh and tasted great. Space is intimate and they had a live DJ which created a fun space to dine and enjoy a weekend.

Yelp
I love sushi Roku. The vibes in this restaurant is very cute and can even be a romantic date place. The ambience is on point and the sushi is pretty good. Love coming here with girlfriends to catch up and have drinks. It's located in the alley in Old Town so it may be tricky to locate at first but worth it. Service is always great and our servers are very helpful. I would definitely recommend!

Yelp
Thank you Roku Sushi for always being consistent ! Pear has always been providing EXCELLENT service for some time now - never disappointed - always on Point Neyda was also truly amazing this last time we were having dinner with family - she was extra FAST with making sure we're all in great care. Thank you Rodrigo's for overseeing everything to High Standards.

Yelp
Came here to celebrate my 25th birthday and it was a great experience! We made a reservation online for 6:30 and we were seated promptly upon arrival. We opted for the izakaya feast (2 person minimum) so we could try a variety of their menu offerings, and this included the Brussels sprout chips, two crudos, one spicy tuna crispy rice, two rolls, 6 pieces of nigiri, and lava cake dessert (which they put cotton candy around and a candle for my birthday). The hamachi crudo was my favorite--fresh, thick cuts of fish that went well with the yuzu ponzu--but I didn't particularly enjoy the flavor of either roll that was chosen. At $78pp, the price was reasonable for the amount of food and quality. Service was attentive and the ambiance is very pleasant, with wicker chairs and wooden lamps/plenty of plants. We parked in the structure across the alley ~$10 for parking.

Yelp
I had Sushi Roku when they were running a 50% off special a few months back. The ambiance of the place was super cute and the it was the perfect spot to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. We got the deluxe sushi plate and a signature roll to share. The waiter also accidentally brought up a hanabi, which we didn't realize was not part of the deluxe sushi plate until we were halfway finished. Luckily, they didn't charge us for this! While all the food tasted great, I'm not sure if I would pay full price for the meal. The portions were definitely on the smaller side and I don't think we would have been full without the accidental hanabi. I believe they also validate for parking, which is nice since it's really hard to find parking in the area. Overall, this is more of a place I'd visit for happy hour or one off deals.

Yelp
Is my second time at this place and the service is excellent. The food is great and great ambiance. The staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend the restaurant.

Yelp
The Pasadena location recently went through a remodel and its beautiful now with a great ambiance. The service was fabulous and our waiter offered great suggestions of popular dishes along with new cocktails. I loved the Shogun Glory cocktail and their Chef's Sushi plate, yellowtail with chilies and the miso sea bass are always amazing. We tried their banana bread pudding and it was warm and gooey!

Yelp
Great Ambiance great music and nice people. Good food. I have been going to this Restaurant for the 5th already and I love it. Great costumer service and lovevly managers that take care of their costumers and are on top of everything.

Yelp
Sushi Roku isn't your traditional sushi spot--it's more of an upscale place that's great for a date night or special occasion. The restaurant recently had its grand reopening, and the space is very modern and aesthetically pleasing, with a dim, romantic vibe. I actually dined here twice in one week. While the food was good, I felt like it was a bit pricey for what you get. Both times, I left satisfied but not really full. One surprisingly good item we had was the Brussel sprout chips--definitely worth trying! The rolls and nigiri were fresh, and the service was top-notch. They even gave us a special anniversary dessert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it's a solid spot for celebrating or enjoying a nice date night. Just keep in mind that the portions are on the smaller side, so you might end up spending a bit more, but the ambiance and service make it worthwhile.

Yelp
So much Fun!!! Loved it. Good vibes all night. Yummy food and drinks. The DJ and Sushi Roku staff were very kind and had awesome attitudes. Beautiful ambience inside and out and located in heart of old town Pasadena - super cute! I love sushi and the hamachi, salmon and maguro were all fresh and delicious. The American Wagu beef skewer was too! The warm chocolate chip cookies and creative drinks were all greatly appreciated. I had their specialty Zen Garden mocktail and it was refreshing and tasty! I look forward to my next experience dining here at Sushi Roku. Thank you! I parked on Union street at a meter that allowed me to pay using the Passport app.
google avatar

Linda S.

Yelp
I used to love sushi Roku and recently came back for a fancy date night. The quality of the food has definitely gone down. We got the spicy edamame to start with. It was disgustingly salty. All we would taste is salt. I told the waiter and they remade a new one. We got a couple rolls to share but none were anything special. We had a couple drinks! I had the lychee martini which was very strong but decent. My husband's old fashioned was pretty good. The best part of our meal was the molten chocolate cake, which thankfully stayed the same. But for spending over $200, it was definitely not worth it.
google avatar

Yelp
I go to Sushi Roku almost once a week if not more. I love this restaurant. They have a great menu, great happy hour, great service, great staff and all in all just great experience. Will be going back over and over again.

Yelp
Spicy Pork Belly Fried Rice was DELICIOUS!! Waiter was really nice and helpful. Nice patio area, relaxing and clean.
google avatar

Frank Z.

Yelp
Just bad. Very long wait for the food to come out. We all ordered sushi so I don't know what took so long. Order finally arrived, it was wrong. Small portions and mediocre food. It seems they care more about the ambiance than the food. We only tried the sushi so maybe the other dishes are good. I wouldn't recommend going here if you actually like sushi.
google avatar

Tony Z.

Yelp
Went here for Valentine's day. Although service was extremely slow. Dinner ended up being almost two hours for two people for majority sashimi. It was extremely busy, but the food was great! The sashimi was really fresh and the skewers were all so good. Dessert was the also amazing. Definitely would come again, but probably on a regular day Inside is really nice and fancy.

Yelp
Loved Sushi Roku ! In town for the AC DC Concert Wanted a Sushi Dinner. This place was a couple blocks from parking lot. Glad we found it ! We were seated quickly by the gorgeous " Canela".... Started off with some spicy Edamame's. Some spicey Tuna Hanabi . Ordered the Celsi , Jalapeño Tuna & the Katana rolls. Everything was delicious! Had to get a couple pieces of sashimi too. Service and vibes were great. Great spot before a Rose Bowl event. Close to Parson lot shuttles.
google avatar

Valerie G.

Yelp
Great food and drinks so we had to come back again!! Love everything we ordered. Always tasty, always promising. Good service. And I still can't get over how elegant the design is inside.

Yelp
They're currently undergoing some construction, so be aware. But overall, we still had a great experience and they offered 20% off of everyone's check because of the construction. It wasn't intrusive construction, just less aesthetically pleasing with some bar restrictions. I've been before when everything was up and running like normal, so I'm basing my review off of both experiences. Staff are friendly and the food is delicious. The first time I went, the vibes were zen, this most recent time the music was upbeat and urban. So in terms of ambience, the vibes seem to be a little inconsistent. Food: Japanese Fried Chicken 9/10 Tempura Popcorn Shrimp 10/10 Miso Chilean Seabass 10/10 Filet and mashed potatoes 8/10 Cocktails 8/10
google avatar

Matthew R.

Yelp
Walked in for restaurant week and it looks like they have ongoing construction at the moment, so they were running a 20% discount during this time. I've been here once before but it was a while back, and it seems they've seen made adjustments. I was seated immediately without a reservation which was nice, and the service was really great. I started with an avocado eel roll and the deluxe sushi platter for the main. The seating area by the sushi bar was very nice and dimly lit which gave it classy ambiance. While the sushi was good, it didn't seem as put together as relatively cheaper places because of portioning, taste and the way the rolls were put together. (Grabbing pieces of the roll was hard because the sushi rice kept coming apart) I still enjoyed the experience but deluxe sushi plate had me expecting more "deluxe" out of it, as you can see in the picture, which pretty much sums up my experience here. Not bad!
google avatar

Stephanie A.

Yelp
Such a beautiful place to enjoy some sushi, however, I think the quality of food was just okay. I have had better sushi than this. I was sitting at the bar area, and the service was attentive and great!

Yelp
Recently had the pleasure of coming into Sushi Roku, it's definitely been a long time coming and so happy I did because I have loved everything so far. Their spicy tuna crispy rice a.k.a Hanabi (pictured) is by far the best I've had and dare I say, absolutely life-changing. Kim and Aaron at the bar are also amazing, I usually sit at the bar for quick service. Kim put me onto their Tropical Hibiscus cocktail (pictured) which is really so refreshing and well-balanced. I also liked their crab fried rice, even though I'm more partial to their fresh sushi. I say the Hanabi with spicy tuna and salmon sushi plus a miso soup just steal the show for me. Great for a date night, or a quick bite, they also have great happy hour! Thank you to Sushi Roku and again to Kim and Aaron! Appreciate you

Yelp
Went on a Friday evening with reservations. Lots of available seating when I arrived Had the cucumber salad a little passed wilted for me but good flavor. Seaweed sale was good. Fish was fresh. Pet peeve Sushi rice on rolls was cold. Happy I didn't order nigiri. Would have been truly disappointed Many just don't understand proper sushi, especially eating at the moment , the rice should be lukewarm and lightly seasoned. Because it was in a roll with many other flavors it was ok. There is indoor and outdoor seating. I sat inside. Comfortable and quiet. I was able to hear my conversation. Would I go back? Probably not

Yelp
Although I live on the Westside, I had a meeting in Pasadena so I decided to host at Sushi Roku in Miller Alley. I am amazed by the consistently excellent experience I have at any Sushi Roku location (or any IDG restaurant including BOA, Katana, etc.) Whether it's Sushi Roku Pasadena, Sunset, Santa Monica, Manhattan Beach, Vegas or even Austin TX, you get the same world class hospitality, high quality ingredients, inventive food and beverage program, and cool ambience more reminiscent of a high end club than a restaurant. We had a wide array of dishes, kind of like a surf and turf menu, because in addition to sushi they offer some of the signature items found at other IDG restaurants like robata skewers from Katana and BOA rib eye steak. Started with the shishito peppers, unique Brussels sprouts chips with truffle oil, then on to yellowtail carpaccio, lamb chops and Chilean sea bass robata, a sushi course of salmon, albacore and amberjack, chocolate lava cake with vanilla bean ice cream for dessert. Cocktails are just as good and innovative, including the refreshing Zen Garden mocktail for teetotalers, or Japanese beer and wine. Manager Jessica and server Liana took care of us all night with genuine hospitality and kindness. Glad to have such a great option the next time I'm in Pasadena.

Yelp
Beautiful ambience. Bae made reservations for 8pm. We were seated right away at a great table. Everything smells and tastes so good. Thank you Jessica for your great service.

Yelp
This was our second time coming here, the first time being Valentine's Day a few years ago with a set menu. We loved the quality of the sushi so we wanted to come on a regular day. The ambiance here is elevated but it also doesn't seem overly formal. We saw a few children and strollers here so I'd say it's definitely family-friendly for an elevated sushi spot. Service was amazing, our server was very friendly, and the food came out fairly quickly. I will note though that our reservation was at 8:30 pm and the restaurant wasn't too busy. I ordered the tropical hibiscus cocktail and it was beautiful, fruity, and delicious. We also ordered miso soup, shishito peppers, and spicy edamame. The spicy edamame had a dry spice which was interesting and I think I'd prefer garlic edamame next time. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was also some of the best I've ever had. We got a few rolls and the spicy tuna jalapeño roll was my favorite. The spicy tuna and spicy scallop hand rolls were also fresh and delicious. All the sushi is so flavorful and balanced, you barely need any soy sauce with it. Overall, the sushi is fresh, with just the right amount of sauce and seasonings, and delicious. We'll definitely come back again.

Yelp
Gary, Lance, and Ian are the absolute best!!!! I'm always really happy with the timely and detailed service that I receive when I'm here. They are always on par with their recommendations. I also really enjoy the newly renovated dining and bar area. Sometimes, they even have a DJ which just brings spectacular vibes to the restaurant. The quality of their fish is always consistent and delicious. Some of my favorite drinks and dishes include: Heat of the Dragon, Kyoto Dragon, Yellowtail Diced Chiles, and White Lotus. Thanks for always providing a spectacular dining experience!

Yelp
I have been coming to this sushi spot for about 7 years now after I discovered it, the prices are reasonable the flavors are on point such a simple menu with sooo many great choices everything is fresh it's nice and pretty inside or outside I definitely like it better than Nobu

Alex J.

Yelp
Absolutely solid sushi spot that deserves slightly more praise. We stopped by Thursday at 6pm, there were a few tables occupied but as we ate the restaurant became more full. Our waiter was super friendly and helped us pick and choose items here and there. Since we ordered the Nigori sake, he was kind enough to bring an ice bucket as well to keep the bottle cold. We started off so strong with the Fluke Kumquat. The Fluke was so perfectly sliced and arranged beautifully with the kumquat, yuzu vinaigrette, and flower decorations. The savory salty sour and sweet combinations were outstanding. Next up was the seared albacore with crispy onions. The onions were so crunchy and fried well without the greasiness. The albacore was thick cut and the sauce was delicious. We tried the hanabi with wagyu, or crispy rice. I rarely see crispy rice with wagyu and this was executed perfectly. It came out hot and the wagyu was so soft, tender, juicy, and buttery. For the rolls we ordered the Katana (spicy tuna, shrimp tempura topped with tuna & yellowtail, spicy mayo) and this was simple but perfectly made and so well done. A classic roll with great fresh flavors. I love and appreciate that they don't load up with spicy mayo or other sauces to overpower the roll. The other roll, the Tokubetsu (real crab, cucumber topped with toro, sea bream, white truffle pesto, yuzu vinaigrette) has to be one of my new favorite sushi rolls in LA. The toro was so soft and well cut, crab was fresh, cucumber crunchy, and the white truffle pesto was made just right to not get that overpowering truffle flavor a lot of places do. This is such an iconic roll. Lastly we ended with some nigiri including the bluefin Tuna, Toro, Salmon and Yellowtail. All were cut perfectly with great portion sizes, the toro was fatty and soft, the bluefin was buttery and so tender, the yellowtail fresh and my god that salmon was outstanding. I think the only thing really holding me back from a 5 star review is the prices. Right now I would sit at a 4.75 but some prices are a bit much. I typically order toro are Katsu-ya and that's $9/piece, here it's $12. The katana roll at $24 is a bit higher than it should be, and same with the albacore. But overall, I'm super happy with my meal and I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Friday night happy hour in the newly renovated decor at Sushi Roku which is an old town favorite for great sushi. We sat at the corner of the bar. Perfect perch to have a conversation and observe the coming and going. My friend enjoyed a litany of lychee martinis and I enjoyed bottomless sparkling water with lime. The sushi and sashimi were delicious. It was so simple and flavorful. I let my friend order as she's a sushi connoisseur. We arrived at 5:30 and left 3 hours later. My friend was making new friends at the bar who ordered a large bottle of sake and were happy to share with her! Great vibe, bartender and wait staff were very professional and friendly. Our bill was $270 before tip... but that was probably mostly martinis.

Yelp
The food was okay. We came as a group of four and ordered the Izakaya Feast, which was a decent amount of food, but we ended up adding more rolls since we were still hungry. The feast (served in pairs of two) included Brussels sprout chips, spicy tuna on crispy rice, seared salmon, tuna crudo, assorted sushi, rolls, and a lava cake for dessert. The spicy tuna on crispy rice was my favorite. We also tried the yellowtail roll with diced chilis, which was solid, and the tokubetsu roll which tasted pretty mid. Service was easily the worst part. The Izakaya Feast took forever--10-20 minutes between rounds--and we're talking seven rounds. They also brought out the wrong dishes twice and were slow with drink refills. For the price, I expected way better. The DJ didn't help either. The music (house and Afro house) was decent but way too loud and felt completely out of place for a Japanese restaurant. Overall, the food was decent but pricey, the service was bad, and the vibe felt off. Won't be coming back.

Yelp
I was invited to an elite event here - my first one ever! The vibe was vibing in their outdoor patio while a DJ spun some fun tunes. The food was served cocktail style and just melt in your mouth yummy and fresh. The drinks were fancy artisan style and delicious. Service was friendly and top notch. I highly recommend this place!

Yelp
I had such an unforgettable experience at Sushi Roku thanks to two incredible servers, Christina and Lance. From the moment I sat down, they went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Not only did they recommend some amazing sushi (which did not disappoint!), but they also shared laughs with me and even surprised me with dessert. What really stood out is that I found out Christina and Lance have both been working here for 22 years. That kind of dedication says everything--you can truly feel how much they care about this restaurant and its guests. They're not just servers; they're the heart of the place, and you can tell customers keep coming back because of the experience they create. If you want great food, an inviting atmosphere, and service that makes you feel like family, ask for Christina and Lance. They are absolute gems, and Sushi Roku is lucky to have them!!!

Yelp
Sushi Roku exceeded my expectations. Reservations were easily made over open table for Friday early evening. We were greeted by a hostess who took us to our table where we were served by Lance. He answered all of our questions and was attentive throughout our meal. The food was amazing, we could truly taste the quality of the fish. The sushi was dressed perfectly as was the roll we ordered. The restaurant is being renovated with the dining area just about complete with a very modern aesthetic.

Yelp
My friends and I were craving sushi and decided to go into Sushi Roku. Our server, Liana, was absolutely amazing! She was attentive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu. Every dish and cocktail she recommended was a 10/10. The food was delicious, the drinks were perfect, and thanks to Liana's service, the ladies and I had such a fun and memorable night. Highly recommend!

Yelp
Visited on 5/17/25 Very first visit to this restaurant and it was excellent. From the cleanliness to the food to the service. Our server Diana was absolutely amazing.. she had all of the recommendations me and my friends needed and were highly grateful for. She had a smile on her face everytime she approached us and was very helpful. Our favorite appetizer was the Cauliflower which our server recommended and we trusted her guess what? it was delicious!! but the others were just great as well. We were all very happy with what we ordered and the presentation of what we were served. The drinks were beautiful and delicious! Will definitely be returning to dine at this restaurant again

Yelp
Grand re-opening was Thursday 9/26/24 filled with fun/laughter and of course prime sushi. It was eventful night meeting and chatting with Eiji/Rafi. They always make you feel part of the IDG family. See you very soon!!
