I have to say, this is officially one of my new favorite sushi places! The quality and quantity of food you get here are amazing. It’s all-you-can-eat sushi with so many varieties to choose from — you’ll definitely leave full and satisfied. We tried the steak hibachi, and it was absolutely delicious — tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. We also had a bunch of different rolls: Crazy Yellowtail, Naruto Roll, Double Crunchy Roll, Baby Tiger, and the Atomic Volcano Roll. My favorite was definitely the Crazy Yellowtail Roll — full of flavor and perfectly balanced. The Naruto Roll was another standout — light, refreshing, and a great contrast to the richer rolls. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and well worth it. I’ll definitely be coming back here again soon! 🍣🔥

We ordered the all you can eat Sushi and it was amazing! You can order about anything on the menu. The only restriction is that you must finish what you order. If you leave food on your plate, you will be charged for it. That’s fair and ensures patrons only order what they will eat. The sushi was of good quality and much better than what I expected from an all-you-can-eat joint. The server was nice but couldn’t understand us well. He also wasn’t around when we needed him. This is probably due to being there in the afternoon on a weekday when less servers were on duty. I am looking forward to my next visit to Sushi Yama.

Went here with a friend who’s been before — it was my first time, and I was really impressed! We did the All You Can Eat Sushi & Sashimi for $34.95+Tax per person, and everything was fresh and delicious. The appetizers were great (especially the clam soup — loved it!). I skipped the rolls since I wasn’t in the mood for rice and focused on sashimi instead — totally worth it. The sweet shrimp, scallops, and ikura were super fresh and high quality, and the Saba (marinated mackerel) had amazing flavor. Beautiful presentation too! Honestly, if we ordered this much at a regular sushi place, it would’ve easily cost over $100. (Check out the photos — and yes, we actually ordered more than that 😅). So worth it! Our server Zoe was the sweetest — friendly, cute, and very attentive. The restaurant is clean, bright, and spacious, with plenty of parking. Definitely coming back again soon. 🍣✨

I had a wonderful experience at this sushi café. The fish was incredibly fresh and flavorful, and every sushi and roll was perfectly prepared. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients and the attention to detail in each dish. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, with a pleasant vibe that made the meal even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. Overall, it’s a great spot for anyone who appreciates fresh, high-quality sushi and a relaxing dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.

Google
This AYCE sushi place had quick service on a Tuesday afternoon. The waitress went over the menu with us and the sushi was well presented. I had a delicious tropical hawaiian long island here. It has a great atmosphere and theming. This place was also very clean.

Google
The sashimi was lovely, thick cut pieces and the salmon melted in your mouth. The yellow fin jalapeño was also tasty. The sushi rolls (including the special ones) were disappointing. We ordered the dragon roll which has eel and it was mostly cucumber in the roll with the smallest amount of eel. We also didn't like the fact that the spicy tuna was minced so much it was like paste. Considering we eat ALOT of sushi for food this was a 4/10. Service was decent, our waiter was lovely can't fault him! But the service to get our food at one point was slow (we went on a thursday at 8pm). We appreciate the all you can eat option is probbaly why serving is slow and it looked like there were alot of big groups too. Atmosphere was nice along with lovely staff members.

Google
Food was decent. The steak was seasoned well and cooked right. Sushi was okay — not the best I’ve had, but fine. They were slammed when we went, so the experience wasn’t great. Sushi rolls kept falling apart, orders got mixed up, and they forgot a few items until we reminded them. They only bring out a few dishes at a time — maybe three max — which feels like a way to slow down how much you eat. Overall, food’s fine, service needs work. Wouldn’t rush back unless they’re less busy. Did not accommodate for allergy. Sashimi was slightly slimy.

Google
Excellent quality and variety of raw fish and cooked dishes. Sushi and sashimi were flavorful and soft like melt-in-your-mouth. Personally liked all the rolls without the imitation crab and they also have one roll that has REAL crab, which was delicious. They don't overuse spicy mayo in the rolls. Hibachi meat options were large, good for sharing. Very kid friendly space with changing tables in both bathrooms. They didn't rush everything to the table so we got to enjoy a few dishes at a time without being overwhelmed but be prepared to get food in different order.

Yelp
This place is amazing. Honestly for the price as long as you get 2-3 rolls you're set...but they have more...so much more. I could probably just get the eel and die happy without anything else. Everything we got was great, go with a group and try the whole menu and go from there. Just such an awesome experience.

Yelp
We saw the reviews and the menu and wanted to try this place. We are from Minnesota and are familiar with AYCE sushi. (Sushi Yama offers some fishes that we don't get at home.) The place was casual. They had American hip-hop music playing, which was different than the sushi places in Minnesota. The server was friendly--a little bit of a jokester. We arrived at Sushi Yama for a late dinner. Our server did well to explain on how to order, last-call time, etc. The presentation was beautiful and stunning. The cut of fish was big compare to what we get here in Minnesota. Overall, the food was delicious and if we are in town again for Universal Orlando, we would come here again.

Yelp
Sushi Yama - Worth Every Bite (and the Wait!) I'll admit, I was a little skeptical walking in--Friday night, no reservations, and a long line at the door. But wow, was it worth the wait. Once seated, the energy was lively and everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there (always a good sign!). The all-you-can-eat menu was surprisingly extensive--fresh sushi rolls, sashimi, tempura, fried bites, you name it. Everything came out quickly and beautifully plated. My friend and I were impressed with both the quality and the portion sizes--definitely not your typical "AYCE" compromise. The fish was fresh, the rolls were creative, and the fried selections hit that perfect crispy-hot balance. Our server was friendly, attentive, and clearly handling the Friday crowd like a pro. Even with how busy it was, service stayed upbeat and efficient. The atmosphere was buzzing, but in the best way--everyone enjoying good food and good company. By the end of the night, we were full, happy, and already planning our next visit. Sushi Yama turned my skepticism into enthusiasm. If you're craving solid all-you-can-eat sushi in a fun, casual setting--this is your spot.

Yelp
This was a deal!!! It was about $35 / person which includes AYCE (all you can eat) sushi AND kitchen food. There was a wide variety of rolls, handrolls, and appetizers on the sushi side and a few different options from the kitchen. The service was quick considering how packed it was. The ambiance and decoration was nice but I was too focused on the food in complete honesty. Can't wait to go back and try more rolls!

Yelp
This is my family's favorite go-to AYCE sushi place in central Florida. The sushi here is always well done, offered in lots of variety, and is of great quality. I think that the only challenge with this place, which is to be expected, is the potential long wait time to get in. The restaurant is very large, so the queue is just indicative of the awesomeness that lies ahead. I would recommend just showing up 'early' then killing time in the shopping plaza behind the restaurant. The ambiance of the restaurant is very lively. Lots of space for visitors, but we always feel we have our privacy from other guests when we dine. We love this place.

Yelp
I've come here for lunch and dinner. I think my favorite is probably the lunch but that's really just based off of the price and the menu. There is a limited menu for lunch compared to dinner. However, my favorite items are on the lunch menu so I lucked out there. They have quite a good selection of raw rolls and they have a hibachi menu if you're looking for more of a variety. The Naruto roll and the King roll are my favorites. The pineapple fried rice was just kind of pineapple pieces with white rice that has soy sauce on it. So I wasn't too impressed with that. The service here was friendly. Both times I've gone. My servers were very helpful. I would recommend trying to come during off hours. That way you don't have to wait too long since there is a time limit on how long you can have your table. Sometimes it takes a little while for the rolls to get there. So be mindful of how busy it is and potentially order more if you think you need to. I like the decorations inside and how you can see the sushi chefs as soon as you walk in. If you're in the area I would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Yelp
One of the best all you can eat sushi places in orlando! They don't take reservations, you enter your name and phone number on an iPad. We got there around 6pm on sat and waited around 20 min for a table for 6. We waited near the bar, had a drink, the lychee martini was delicious. Once seated we ordered a whole bunch of appetizers from the menu, everything we had was delicious. The hibachi steak was cooked perfectly! Now the sushi rolls, wow! They were made to order so I loved that. Sapporo on tap! $6 such a good price. Our waitress was efficient and friendly. We had a great time and could hardly move when we left.

Yelp
The hand rolls were AMAZING. The staff was also very attentive. This was probably one of the best sushi buffets I've had in a long time. It wasn't the quietest place but it's not loud either for a sit down and serve buffet style place.

Yelp
My husband and I came here on a Wednesday night, around 8pm. We were seated right away. We ordered our Mai Tais with mango flavor. They were delicious. Our miso soups and salads came out quickly. The salads were crab meat with crunchy tempura on top. Very yummy! I ordered the bubba gump and baby tiger rolls, I loved both of them. My husband ordered the crazy yellow tail roll, sushi, and sashimi. He said they were all delicious. The presentation is gorgeous. I appreciated how if you ordered a lot you got it all on one plate. It wasn't combined with the other person's order. We eat sushi often and we are usually left wondering what's what on the plate. Everyone's order is combined at other sushi places. I would come here again!

Yelp
Every time my family comes in town to visit we take them to sushi Yama and it never disappoint! the service is so quick and efficient, they come out with everything that we order almost immediately. The sushi is always fresh, and we have probably ordered every single item off of the menu with no complaints for anything. Ambiance and vibes are fun and will continue to return

Yelp
Sushi Yama is one of my absolute favorite places to relax and recharge whether I've had a long day at the park or just need a peaceful, satisfying meal. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, the staff is always friendly, and the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and beautifully prepared. Make sure to get there early before the rush comes in. I have my go-to lineup, and it never misses: Appetizers - green mussels, escolar jalapeño, mango salmon, yellowtail jalapeño, spicy Kami salad, edamame, clam soup, and the takoyaki (which is seriously so good). Sashimi - white tuna, yellowtail, salmon, scallop, sweet shrimp, octopus, and tuna. Rolls - my favorite specialty rolls are the King Kai and Crazy Yellowtail. Hand roll - the spicy salmon hand roll (raw) always hits the spot. And a surprising favorite, the steak (I get it without the hibachi sauce, just seasoned with salt and pepper) - simple, but so good. Sushi Yama is a place I keep coming back to because they always get it right. If you're a sushi lover or just looking for a quality spot to unwind with great food, this is it.

Madison D.

Yelp
My friend and I came here for a girls night and left absolutely stuffed. We did the all-you-can-eat dinner for $35 and it was so worth it. Everything tasted super fresh. I started with the mango salmon tartare (so good), then had a Philly hand roll that was packed with fish all the way through. The double J roll was wrapped in pink soy paper which was adorable, and it tasted just as light and cute as it looked. Also got the dynamite and baby tiger rolls and finished with the fried cheesecake which was bomb. Only downside? It was HOT. Like people fanning themselves hot. Not sure if the AC was down or if it was just too packed but it made things a little uncomfortable. I'd still come back for the sushi in a heartbeat but if it's that hot again I might dip.. :( Food was a 10 out of 10. Just hope the air is working next time.

Yelp
When we visited Sushi Yama, the A/C was completely out, which absolutely detracted from the experience and made us feel seriously concerned for the safety/quality of the food with it being raw/seafood. You can order all you can eat or piecemeal, but we opted for all you can eat since we'd seen good reviews. The service throughout this time was pretty awful, with it taking 20, almost 30 minutes to get our initial drink orders taken. We saw our waiter twice after that but it really felt like we were being discouraged from ordering at all based on the looks we got each time we tried to place. I ordered seaweed salad, shrimp fried rice, the Snow White roll, and some salmon and scallop sashimi. The rice was probably the highlight, although it definitely wasn't anything special. The Snow White roll I couldn't eat - I had one piece and immediately felt sick due to it being a hot cooked roll with cool imitation crab on top in the middle of a hot crowded room with no A/C. I seriously thought I'd get food poisoning. The sashimi didn't taste or look fresh - it was falling apart in clumps and just seemed slimier than most places, on top of it being room temperature. There was also a giant awkward open space where no tables were placed that cut the seating in the restaurant by half of what it could be. This place should have shut down for the day if they couldn't keep the food cool, it was just too risky. I MUCH prefer alternatives to this location for AYCE sushi.
google avatar

Vincent L.

Yelp
This AYCE sushi place gets a solid 4 stars for food and service. I came on a very busy Saturday night. If you plan to come during the weekend, I do suggest you put your name down before 8:30-9pm otherwise they might not take your name due to it being so busy! We ordered a bunch of rolls and each rolls were very consistent! The rice to filling ratio was perfect. Not too much rice. As others have mentioned the fish and ingredients used are fresh. The only "fishy" tasting sashimi I ate was the squid.... I definitely wasn't a fan of that. Other than the squid, everything was quite delish!
google avatar

Tran N.

Yelp
For a sushi buffet the fish is pretty fresh! Does not have that fishy smell or taste to it which is a huge plus. If you go when it is not busy then the service is great! Obviously this place gets busy quickly so have some patience if you are waiting a bit during those busy hours. You basically just tell them what you would like and they will order it for you on their ipad. But I suggest you to come prepared and know what to order the moment you sit down so that way you don't have to wait as long. And order again when you are almost done so by the time you are done your next dishes are out. Or else you will be waiting and then you get full waiting. Just know that they will charge you $1 for srirarcha on the side. My family loves hot sauce and just wanted a little bit and thought it was absurd that they charged $1. But they give you a whole small plate full of it. So worth if you do use that much. Also my in laws do not like raw sushi but they did enjoy it here. There are plenty of dishes that are cooked and plenty that are raw. They also have hibachi noodles and fried rice! Or even appetizers like gyoza. So plenty for those who are more particular.

Yelp
**NO LUNCH PRICES OR MENU ON WEEKENDS AND MAYBE FRIDAYS -- ONLY DINNER MENU AND PRICE AVAILABLE ** Came here 2x this week but this time on a Saturday "assuming" they offer LUNCH MENU and PRICE. This was verbally not stated on menu that they do not offer lunch menu on weekends. So DINNER price for LUNCH on weekends is $34.95 Just be mindful. Since its $34.95 be ready to order heavy and high expectations on service. The secret to having your food given to you promptly is to order as much in the first order. Hot tea is tea bag green tea for $1.50 (free refill) Ordered 12 nigiris each of Salmon, Eel and Tamago (egg). - Total 36 Nigiris. Also 3 orders of the Hamachi Nigiri. 4 Orders of Masago and 4 Orders of Baked Green Mussels. Request extra Yum Yum sauce for your baked green mussels also request to have extra masago caviar. Doing so you can add this on top of the baked mussels and its delicious. For dessert ordered Green Tea, Chocolate and Strawberry ice cream and unfried Cheesecake. I did not order sushi rolls this time because for me it all tastes the same with the eel sauce and other sauce they drizzle on top. The tastes : Hamachi - Was delicious and no fishy taste. Tender and melt in your mouth goodness. I would order this again for nigiri. Tamago - This is not house made I can tell the difference with Sushi Tomi tamago and this one. Its still tasty nonetheless. Eel - This is delicious tender baked fish with an eel sauce glazed on top. This is a must order for cooked nigiri, Salmon - Tender fish melt in your mouth and 3-4 pcs didnt have that much fat in them but still tasty nonetheless. The Baked Green Mussels - Excellent appetizer and delicious, Its baked mussels with a baked topping on yum yum sauce and masago. Its served warm. There can be a ocean taste while eating it but thats when I dab more yum yum sauce and masago on top. The Ice creams - Green tea is not green tea. Its just color. Its not tea like taste or bitter. The Chocolate is rich deep chocolate taste. The Strawberry has bits of real strawberries in it. The strawberry is tasty. The Cheesecake - I do not like it fried. Its the batter that I do not care for. The cheesecake is actually good with strawberry syrup drizzled on top with a side of whipped cream and a cherry. Its a graham cracker crust on the bottom. Service here was ok. The water cup that was served was leaking and the server did not even noticed the table had a small puddle of water from the leak. The Hot tea was served later because the server said the hot water is not hot enough as yet. When the tea pot was served the tea pot when you pour it - It leaks. I had to waive down a server to bring towels to dry the table. All in all - you get your moneys worth here because they serve the orders al a carte not buffet style. Def worth it on weekdays though - Lunch AYCE is $21.95 from 12-330pm. Please call on Fridays and see if they offer lunch prices.

Yelp
Sushi Yama seemed to have a lot of potential but my experience for a Saturday lunch was extremely disappointing and at times unpleasant. The A/C did not appear to be working on our arrival. Not a great omen for a place with wall to wall windows and food required to be served cold consistently. It was also just extremely uncomfortable towards the latter part of our meal, with the windows fully exposed adding to the heat. After waiting about 15 minutes for a table, we placed our first order of food. My first ticket had two sushi rolls, a takoyaki, and steak hibachi as recommended by our server. I did not receive my first food item until 25 minutes later in the steak hibachi, which was flavorful but overcooked. The sushi took an additional 20 minutes to arrive, so 45 minutes from first seating and the Takoyaki did not arrive well into our second ticket order, an hour after we had been seated. Raw sushi and sashimi came out lukewarm and tasted off, I believe due to the overall temperature of the restaurant. We did not feel comfortable eating many portions but felt pressured due to the al la carte pricing for "excessive leftovers". What was to temperature was fine, but nothing special. The shrimp tempura accented rolls were overwhelmed by a heavier fry on the shrimp than I had experienced on a shrimp tempura in quite some time. Our server did his best to consistently refill water and swing back to check on us, but seemed to get upset when we placed sashimi orders larger than 4 pieces at a time. For an AYCE sushi and sashimi experience, this is by far the worst I've had in Central Florida and I'm crossing my fingers food poisoning is not in the cards.

Yelp
A great place for AYCE sushi, Sushi Yama has a hefty selection of sushi and non-sushi items. It's a fairly big restaurant with plenty of seating. It's also very nicely decorated, spacious, well lit, and clean. But the restaurant gets busy and fills up. They don't take reservations so it's better to try and come before the dinner rush. We came on a Sunday evening during the busy winter season and the place was packed. But once we were seated and put in our orders the food came out quickly. All the food tasted great and the quality of the sushi was pretty good. We definitely left feeling full and satisfied! It was a little chaotic with how busy they were but otherwise it's a fantastic sushi place!

Yelp
Food was good but this time a little salty. Best service thus far. Food came quickly so definitely worth repeating.

Yelp
I always hate reviewing all-you-can-eat sushi spots because I can never remember all the rolls I ate but that being said, I really enjoyed my first visit here. Something I appreciated about this spot was that if you weren't in the mood for just sushi, there was a decent amount of other dishes like soup, salads, and fried rice. This restaurant was clean and decorated in a cute way. I really like the cat statue as soon as you walk in. I even took a picture with it. Employees here are friendly and helpful and the entire all-you-can eat process is streamlined very well. Will definitely stop by again next time I'm in the area.
google avatar

Michael H.

Yelp
Absolutely recommend. This is THE spot when you're craving all you can eat sushi. The quality is always so top tier and be ready to wait in line so make sure you try and come earlier than the typical dinner rush.

Yelp
What a delicious and great lunch experience here at Sushi Yama. I came with my mother and niece and we were stuffed to the brim with their all you can eat sushi lunch for $21. The restaurant is clean and has plenty seating. If you love sushi as much as my family and I do, this is definitely well worth the money. We came on a Wednesday for lunch and it was pretty empty for the most part. Our server was super attentive and helpful when trying to pick out the different chef specialty rolls that we were thinking of. We ordered seven rolls and tried out their spicy kani salad and seaweed salad. We left just enough room for ice cream.

Yelp
Family night out for all you can eat sushi! I had never heard of Sushi Yama before, but our daughter told us how amazing they are for $33.95 you can have not only all you can eat sushi, but all you can eat off both sides of the menu. We tried to make a reservation, but they don't have reservations as an option but they do have a waitlist where you can call ahead. When we arrived I noticed immediately how immaculate the restaurant was, and of course that always makes you feel good. Our family was greeted and sat at a booth. Our server arrived right away to greet us and take our drink order and tell us about the experience. What I really love is that even though they're all you can eat, they're also mindful about food waste. So be-careful in your ordering and take your time or they will charge you extra for excessive food waste. The food came out relatively quickly, and we were ready to dig in! The quality of the ingredients also was a big stand out for us. Each bite had so much flavor and was clearly fresh seafood. My biggest regret was how fast I got full! But I was also glad that I didn't let my eyes deceive my stomach. Our server came around plenty of times to check on us and ask us if we wanted more. Next time, I really want to try more of the hot food available, and yes, there will definitely be a next time! As far as restaurants on or near I-Drive, as a local, this one far exceeded my expectations. If you're not a local, and curious, avoid the tourist traps like Kavas and Helene and come here instead.

Yelp
This is my new favorite place to go for all you can eat sushi lunch ($20.95). I liked it so much. I was here twice already. The first time was with my sister. We arrived at 1pm on the Friday after Christmas. It was really busy and we had to wait 25 minutes for a table. We ordered multiple appetizers and four special sushi rolls. My favorites were the pepper tuna, kani naruto (cucumber wrapped around fillings), and the baby tiger roll. We paid $1 extra for some Sriracha. I didn't think to ask for wasabi/ginger and none came with our sushi. It was so good I returned with my husband while he's still on vacation. Because of the wait I had with my sister the week before, we arrived close to their opening at noon. This was the Friday after New Year's. There was no wait and even when we left around 1pm it wasn't busy. We ordered multiple appetizers and six sushi rolls. Some new favorites were the dragon roll, salmon run roll, and that pink one in my pictures that I think was the double J roll. There was a new waiter this day and he needed a lot of help from the other staff. We got here when it opened so my guess is that this was his very first day. I'm sure he had it all straight by the end of the shift. The all you can eat would not work for me to come here alone, but I think they have an a la carte menu if you ask. I will recommend this to all our future guests and come here as much as I can.

David F.

Yelp
Wow I was so impressed. The food the service was outstanding. Even though they were busy so much so had people waiting for seats. But once we ordered (3) of us, our food /drinks were served in minutes. Plus the waitress was always stopping by to see if we needed anything. Then the best part was the dessert. Had Green Tea ice cream & Fried Cheese cake. All in all a great experience that I highly recommend. I plan to visit again next week!!!!!!

Yelp
Always weary when trying knew all you can eat sushi but this place was great. Quality was great service was great and price was on par with any other sushi restaurant. Waited about 45 minutes but it was Saturday and obviously it's good food so no problem. We visit Orlando frequently and will be back.

Yelp
All you can eat sushi but made to order !!! The sushi was actually really good and I love that there's a lot of variety. I also like that I can remove anything if I wanted to. We went on a busy day so the wait was over a an hour to get seated. However, I think it was worth the wait. First time coming here but probably won't be my last. Ambience was nice but I do think the floors could be a little cleaner. At our table, it was a little too slippery & sticky underneath the floors.

Yelp
So glad this opened nearby. The place is huge, not crowded, very relaxing. We had the all you can eat (recommend: Yama roll, baby tiger, snow crab salad, green tea ice cream and fried cheesecake). Our server (sadly, couldn't catch her name) was the sweetest! The restrooms are kept super clean, including the baby changing station which I used. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Price is unbeatable!!!! The quality is simply amazing. You need to visit. So glad this opened nearby. The place is huge, not crowded, very relaxing. Yelp
ALL YOU CAN EAT MADE-TO-ORDER SUSHI FOR $20.95!!! Yes, that not a typo. My Yelp dining companion Apple S. and I decided to make our way to the International Drive area of Orlando to try the newest sushi hot-spot in the area. Many of my fellow Yelpers had already made the trek to this restaurant and they all had glowing reviews of the venue. Apple and I decided to do our own recon of the eatery during a weekday lunch. Upon entering, a Maneki-neko or more popularly known as the "beckoning cat" greets you in the lobby area. This was the largest beckoning cat I've ever seen...a result likely due from one too many re-orders from the restaurant's delicious AYCE menu! That being said, the all-inclusive menu includes soup, salad, appetizers, sushi rolls, hand rolls, teriyaki, tempura, fried rice, noodles and dessert. Hector, our server this day, guided us during our stay and made sure we did not go without for any period of time. The service was freaky fast even considering a busy lunchtime crowd. I was not a particular fan of the Miso Soup however, everything else I tried was on point and tasty. The Chicken Teriyaki, Vegetable Fried Rice, Shumai, Gyoza, Vegetable Tempura, Sushi Rolls and Green Tea Ice Cream were selections I would not hesitate in ordering again. NO QUESTION...BEST SUSHI BANG FOR YOUR BUCK....SUSHI YAMA!!!

Yelp
I don't normally do AYCE bc I don't think it's worth it for me. But I was feeling particularly hungry after running a marathon so I felt like I could actually take advantage of a buffet. My husband and I went for late lunch during the week. It was pretty busy but we were seated and our server came by quickly. We ordered drinks and our server explained the menu. We put in the first round of food orders. They have a huge variety of sushi (basic stuff like California rolls and more fancy stuff like dragon rolls). There was also some cooked options but we stuck with sushi, nigiri, and appetizers. Everything was really good. We didn't have to wait long for our food. At one point, my husband wanted more gyoza but didn't want a full order so they brought out half order. We were too full for dessert. Overall we enjoyed our meal. Service was good. I felt like the price was reasonable for what we got. I'd go back.

Yelp
One of the best sushi and hibachi spots I've ever had. For starters, the service was great. The system/assembly line process they have makes the experience seamless. We got the all you can eat dinner which included unlimited sushi, hibachi, sushimi, etc. For $35, you cannot beat this anywhere else. We tried a few different rolls, shrimp and steak hibachi, shrimp fried rice, shrimp hibachi noodles, clear soup and desserts. When we ordered more food it did not take long for it to come and the portions are VERY generous. Also, the ambiance was very nice. The music playlist was modern making this family friendly but also the bar area gives more of an adult vibe if that's what you're looking for. Sadly, I was in town visiting so I'm not sure when I will be back. If you're in the area, try this out. Highly recommend!!!

Yelp
I've been looking for an All You Can Sushi restaurant in Orlando for a while, and I'm delighted to find this one. I was pleasantly surprised with the AYCE menu & Hibachi style grill that my mom told me about. They also have an a la cart menu, but you can beat All You Can Eat for about $33 Our first time here and we were pleased with the service, decor was modern and open, and nice ambiance. The sushi & sashimi all tasty fairly fresh, and they were all made to order. We ordered a clam soup to start, and that was tasty and fresh too. We overindulged in the sushi, so did not have room for the grilled menu. But we did make room for some dessert... we got a scoop of ice cream with fried cheesecake to finish off the meal Our tummy's were happy! I was happy with the variety and quality for the price. It was a solid place compared to an average Japanese restaurant, not your top tiered, but very enjoyable and you can't beat the price I would totally go back. Cheers!

Yelp
This is my new ayce sushi in town. The quality of the fish is outstanding, and the menu offers a wide variety of options. For a restaurant close to the amusement parks, the prices are surprisingly affordable. Weekends can get quite busy, so be prepared for a wait (20 minutes to an hour). On one visit, I waited about 20 minutes, but even then, the staff were friendly and attentive. Just keep in mind that as the restaurant fills up, service can slow down a bit. The lunch deals and the ayce lunch ($20) are an absolute steal. Highly recommend giving this place a try.

Yelp
Sushi Yama is AMAZING! I was shocked when I walked in because it was so huge and clean! I loved how bright and well kept the interior was. The bathrooms were clean and there is plenty of parking. This is super reasonably priced AYCE. Another great thing is that the hot food comes in a small, shareable portion so that you can try plenty of things and not get too stuffed. We started with miso soup, Kani salad, seaweed salad, PepperTuna, Yellowtail Jalapeno, and Mango Salmon. All were delicious! We also had some salmon sashimi and tuna sushi- YUM For our rolls, we had two standard and four specialty: - salmon avocado - avocado - red dragon roll - crazy yellowtail roll - sunshine roll - dynamite roll They were all AMAZING!!! All the specialty rolls had beautiful presentation and wonderful flavor combinations. I was getting so full by this point but I wish I had more room to try additional rolls because they were so stinking good! My friends also ordered some of the hot food- chicken Katsu, steak hibachi, and dumplings. They said they were all great. Of course I always have room for dessert, so to finish with something sweet we had a few ice cream flavors plus couldn't resist the fried cheesecake! I LOVED the cheesecake. With our meal we had a round of Leche cocktails, which were not my favorite but still fine. The service was excellent and consistent. Our waitress brought us waters before we even sat down. She was super attentive. I like that they actually have someone wait on you at this restaurant, opposed to many AYCE restaurants where you just fill out a piece of paper. I am so grateful that we stopped by Sushi Yama! I wanted to go back the very next day. If I was a local I would be here once a week, AT LEAST. The next time I am in Orlando I will 100% be back!

Yelp
We were seated by the bar, which ended up being a curse. Our server at the beginning was great. He put in our order immediately, and we patiently waited for it to come out. But then he completely disappeared. New customers began to be seated and get their food before us, which then became a concern to me. We had to wait 25-30 minutes for our first order of things to come out... horrible. While the food was great, the service was nothing I would have expected... ridiculous. When he brought out our waters as well, our server had spilled it on the table and did not clean it up. We had to ask for paper towels to clean up the mess...

Yelp
Wow!!! So near me and didn't know about this sushi bar. I have now been two times and have found both visits great. We went with all you can eat. Just a tip - if one person gets AYCE the entire table has to get. We found the AYCE menu inclusive of mostly every item my husband and I like. Another tip - you can share everything with the table. We found the food fresh and very tasteful. We also really liked the cleanliness of the restaurant and the open spaces, as it didn't make you feel close to other diners. It is great, because you get everything delivered to you and there is no buffet to have to get up and down to navigate. A few suggestions would be to use less garnish for the dishes, as it seems like a lot of waste. We definitely will return.

Yelp
Sushi was delicious, everything was fresh and of course cooked to order. We came on a Friday night so we certainly understand the restaurant being busy but I have to knock a star off an AYCE meal with a time limit where the service is slow. Love the vibe of the restaurant, clean and modern decor.

Yelp
Endless sushi with 15 sushi chefs making sushi. Very impressive and very cute inside. Everyone in my party enjoyed the sushi offerings. Note they do add alot of rice and rolls are 8 pieces. It would be better if only 4 pieces. Don't over order haha or your food will be piled up. I liked the icecream, avocado salad and hibachi shrimp. The cooked combo fried rice had pineapple in it which was interesting. I liked the cowboy roll and eel roll. $34.99 dinner price on weekends and $19.99 lunch. Come early as the place fills up quickly and large parties. The food came out quickly for cooked food, the rolls and nigiri took longer.

Yelp
This is my all-time favorite sushi restaurant in Orlando. My girlfriend and I come here once a week and it is always packed every time we go there the service is great. The sushi is very fresh and the drinks are amazing. I am from Texas so I was sad to see that they didn't have some of the roles that I'm used to. It is still the best spot in Orlando for a great sushi at a good price. With the all-you-can-eat concept, I always go home feeling more than full and very, very satisfied. My girlfriend likes the chicken Katsu as well as the cowboy roll for anyone that does not like traditional fish. Definitely recommend coming here as long as you don't mind a wait.

Yelp
We stopped here "by accident," and what a happy surprise. We missed a turn in going to another place and were going to make a U-turn when we saw this place and decided to try it instead. This place was much better than where we were headed, and totally unexpected. Turns out it's an AYCE place with sushi, sashimi, appetizers, hibachi, drinks and dessert all included. The menu is very large, with so many choices. We got there a little late, so not much time before closing, but they took care of us. The shumai was one of the best I've ever had, and the green mussel appetizer was also delicious. Everything is very fresh. I was too full for dessert, but they brought my dining partner a huge plate of chocolate ice cream. We will definitely be back next time in Orlando.

Yelp
Sushi Yama was one of my highlights while visiting Orlando. We were craving some nigiri and decided to try out this all you can eat sushi spot. We arrived around dinner time on Sunday night so it was pretty busy but got in within 20 minutes. The all you can eat menu had a large variety of nigiri pieces as well as sushi rolls and appetizers. I was surprised to find out that they had sashimi included on the normal price of the all you can eat because not many places have this. Starting off, I really enjoyed many of their appetizers such as the edamame and kani salad. I loved how they had three different sauces that you can dip your sushi in because all were so tasty. The first round of nigiri we had was amazing. The fish to rice ratio was perfect. The fish was very fresh as well. The second round we got all had big lumps of rice which made it really hard to eat. I wish they would have been more consistent with this which is the only reason why I took off a star. Lastly, thank you to Jason Ng for making our first experience here so amazing. He was so patient and also gave us some really great recommendations. He continuously checked up on us and overall deserves a raise! Definitely would come back again. At $35 a person you do get your monies worth!

Yelp
I think Sushi Yama is a great spot, sushi and fresh and made by order! The restaurant is spacious, and cute decorations. We got AYCE for $34, which is great! So many different options from the menu (katsu, hibachi, nigiri, etc) Steak hibachi is so good, I ordered like 3 times! All the sushi rolls were perfect, i didn't try too many since I was so full. Great price overall! Great location for family/ friends dinner!

Yelp
Four solid stars for value, service and ambience! We walked in for a party of eight and wanted to be seated as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there was a wait and they stated that we wouldn't be able to be seated without all eight in our party. I completely understand why, but they were able to accommodate us a little earlier than Expected. Anyhow, I did not realize that everything on the menu was available for order. I did not realize that you could have hibachi and sushi! They have kids meals for like $13 which is awesome and desserts, the green tea ice cream was so good! Our server, I believe his name was Jason, was so patient and so kind. We had 4 children with us, 5, 3, 2 and 1. He was very kind and patient with us. If I am ever in the area again, I would come back and try it. I did find that the chicken tasted a little different, but I guess they can't use premium chicken for those prices. I probably would have rather pay for, a meal so that I could get a better grade of chicken. Overall, I would definitely recommend it! Very clean and very nice people work there. It's rare to find that!

Yelp
Absolutely worth the 45 minute wait! The restaurant itself is themed very well, and is super open. We waited about 45 minutes for a table during dinner rush. AYCE sushi and grill is $34 per person, and you can have people at the table that aren't dining. Everybody that is eating must have the same type of dining experience (AYCE or A-la-carte.) There is a time limit on the table for AYCE, we weren't told exactly how long it was, but we were there for over 90 minutes and were fine. Everything from the kitchen came out super quick. However, sushi took a while to come out. We were able to do 2 rounds of kitchen items before we got any of the rolls. Everything was cooked and assembled very well, and we had no issues with the food. It did take our waiter and busser a while to come around a few times, but I attribute that to how busy the restaurant was. All in all, I would absolutely be back and would recommend anyone who loves AYCE sushi, to at least try this place once.

Yelp
Delicious!! A hidden a gem right near Universal. The quality is outstanding, service very attentive, kept brining us more and more food. We will be back over and over again. Get here early because it gets packed! Loved the wood features inside the restaurant. Lots of sushi chefs preparing the meals. Great great quality and an amazing price!

Yelp
Sushi Yama is an awesome all you can eat sushi spot in Orlando. Usually AYCE spots are low quality with mediocre service at best. However, this location definitely steps up the food quality and service standard and it's a refreshing change. On a recent Friday night, the place was jam packed, with a minimal wait that went faster than anticipated. Once we were seated, the waiter was extra attentive, explained the menu, and was back often to ensure we were good. The best part, the food comes out very quickly - which definitely helps the overall wait times. Food thoughts : Shumai - lacking in flavor - I would skip it. Gyoza was good, but not great, it's only on the maybe list, for me. There is an mango salmon appetizer that is incredible. I should have gotten more of them, the 2 I had were not enough. The sushi was really good overall - clearly some of the 'staple' rolls were basic, but that's expected. We tried a huge sampling of options, great idea with a large group, and so many were good that I can't write them all out. TLDR: You will love it. :)

Yelp
In my opinion Thai is the best all you can eat Japanese I've been in orlanso area. The Ambience is really nice, service was good! The only downside I wish they have a better menu with photos, I because of the menu I forgot to order djo and some niguiri, also they don't have shimeji. But the quality of the fish were amazing for the price, AYCE FOR 35 bucks!

Yelp
Must go hungry and ready to chow down ! All you can eat was amazing! I believe two of us ate enough for a family of 5 everything was fresh, quickly served and tasted amazing. The service was great from the moment we walked through the front door until we left. Our server was very attentive and nice. Cannot wait to go back and try more things from the menu.
