SwedeDish Food Truck

This was a food truck located on Ivanhoe Brewing property when I visited. The lady was a one lady show, so patience is a must. I had the mac and cheese, and it was delicious!! I would definitely recommend for some Swedish dishes, but arrive early because she will run out!

Had the absolute best experience with this Swedish food truck at our recent HOA community event. It’s a one-woman operation, and she completely knocked it out of the park. The food was fresh, hot, and incredibly flavorful everything tasted homemade with so much care and love put into it. You could tell she takes real pride in what she does, and even while working solo, she kept things running smoothly with a warm, welcoming vibe. The service was just as great as the food. If you see this truck at a local event—don’t miss it. You’ll walk away full, happy, and already hoping she comes back. Tuk, smaklig måltid!

So good! Got the ragnarok burger and Loki wrap. The beet salad is delicious and the meat is so tender and fresh!

I visited this food truck some years ago and I love it!!! I can't wait to be able to return. I ate the Leif and it was a surprise for me, I loved every thing of it. Also, I tried the Ragnarok Burger, because it was my son's father plate and it was the best burger I have tried. Also, the customer service is excellent!

Recently hired the SwedeDISH food truck for a corporate event, Viveca and her team really went above and beyond, accommodated to change extremely well and served the most delicious food! Will certainly be working with them again!!! Loved it!!

One of the few food trucks I will aggressively track down for a meal. Viveca makes a fantastic burger (the Ragnarok is a personal favorite), and the sides are delicious. Can't recommend Swede Dish highly enough!

Always a great experience! Viveca is incredibly kind and really cares about the customer experience. You can tell everything is homemade and fresh! My favorite is her salmon burger special (not always available) and her “poutine.”

Definitely worth the wait!!! Viveca you are heaven sent. You have an amazing personality which lends itself to the amazing customer service you offer. My fiancée and I decided to try something different and stumbled across SwedeDish at A La Cart on Irvington. I have 2 of the pickiest eaters at home, a true up north city raised partner and a very adamant toddler, but tonight they ate food here🤯😱.. like inhaled it in 2 seconds. That doesn't happen especially with my toddler unless it's mac and cheese, fries, or some variation of chicken nuggets or fried chicken! I ate spicy food and that's extremely rare for me. The Hell Burger was the perfect balance a spicy and flavor. My 1 year old had the Sigyn. As usual it didn't look like something familiar to him so he was hesitant to try it but once he did he devoured it onions and all! Our wait time was average for a place that makes food pretty much from scratch. Obviously if you're in a rush you may be tempted to judge unfairly🙄 Don't let the wait time deter you from giving this gem a try!
