Google
Casual restaurant with an upscale feel. We had the berry feast crepe, veggie omelette with breakfast potatoes, and French toast. Everything looked and tasted great, in the potatoes which were perfectly seasoned. Our waiter attended to us immediately and food preparation was faster than most restaurants. Located in a densely populated area, there isn’t a dedicated parking lot, but there is a large parking structure next door. Bathrooms are large, clean, and modernly styled. The only negative I noticed is the main dining area is louder than louder most placed, as all sounds seem to carry. We sat in a separate room which was much quieter despite having many other diners.

I came with my wife on a Saturday morning — she had the waffles and berries, I went with the birria beef skillet. Both were 🔥. Her plate looked like something off a magazine cover and actually tasted just as good. My skillet had the right amount of cheese and toppings and was super filling. Cool vibe inside and the staff was friendly but chill. We’ll definitely be back again.

Awesome breakfast spot in the Third Ward. The food was satisfying, delicious and comforting. The service was outstanding. The staff was welcoming and friendly. Chicken and Waffles was full of flavor. Chicken was moist and crispy and the corn meal waffle was the perfect accompaniment. The French Toast was tasty and delicious. So good, we ate breakfast here a few times during our trip.

Very busy. Our wait time was not horrible. Bianca was our server, and we had no issues with her at all, hence the 5 stars for her. The person who got the Southern Benedict thought the biscuits were good. They had no complaints about their meal. They had some kind of kale smoothie that some ice on the side would be nice to have had. The person with the meat lovers skillet (it came in some kind of plastic bowl) said it was okay. The eggs were nicely done. I helped them finish their skillet and what I seemed to notice is that it was like all the elements were speratly cooked before hand (except for the eggs) and then were mixed when the order came in, had the eggs cooked and dropped on top. The flavors did not marry very well, if at all. Maybe I'm wrong, but the cheddar cheese would have melted differently if everything had been cooked together. Now for the rueben. It's a pretty simple sandwich to make but pretty easy to mess up. Mine was not great, but not the worst I've ever had. The corned beef was extremely tough to the point of chewy. Was it old and being used up or just cut wrong if they cook it in-house? If cooked in house? I know it was not some purchased lunch meat like I've gotten at some other places. The saurekraut was fine, not wet, which is good, but it was sort of blah. It should have a little kick to it. The swiss cheese was a little thin. I could have had one more slice of that and the thousand island dressing I think was thin. Asked for the fries to be crispy, they were not. If the cook saw the request, they made no effort to make them that way. I either got the remnants of the last batch, or they intentionally made the ones I got as soggy and limp as they dared. Update on the fries: I just got back from Germany, and these fries they served here were an insult and a disgrace. If you're cooks are not even going to try to serve good fries, don't even offer them. Well, good work. I don't plan on dropping $80+ here again.

My wife and I visited on Father’s Day on a trip back home to Milwaukee. We got there mid morning, maybe around 11 or so on Sunday. The place was hustling and moving. It’s clear that they’ve got this down to a science and everybody knows what to do and how to do it. A lot of purposeful movement. This was terrific as it really moved folks through and opened up seating fairly quickly. Who would’ve posted pictures of the menu but they had us use our phones to pull it up and I didn’t think to take a screenshot. I really appreciate a paper menu in my hand and don’t really like to do it on the phone, but it is what it is. I had some kind of a chorizo bowl with little tortilla chips on top. It came with salsa Verde and was delicious if you like a savory breakfast. My wife got blueberry pancakes that have blueberries cooked in them and also blueberries on them. She got a side of the bacon, which was the most perfectly cookedthick cut bacon that I’ve ever had. It was very tender and absolutely delicious. As were the pancakes. I would absolutely go back again.

Google
Google Search for Highly Rated breakfast Milwaukee brought me to Sweet Diner. Nice atmosphere. Great food and great service. I got 2 eggs over easy, 3 slices of thick bacon and Creme Brulee French Toast with strawberries and blueberries. Amazing! Check out the pics.

Google
Sweet Diner is a must for breakfast restaurant while visiting in Milwaukee. Customer service is very fast and friendly. The presentation of each plate is not only pleasent but exquisitely well cooked and taste amazing. The wait you'd experience at most restaurants is not the same here. You are greeted and catered to once you open the glass entrance door.

Google
A Sweet Spot in Milwaukee! I had such a wonderful experience at Sweet Diner with my family. The atmosphere is stylish yet cozy, perfect for a relaxing brunch. The service was friendly and attentive, and the food was absolutely delicious. I tried the briar grilled cheese sandwich(so so good), French toast (one of the best I’ve had if not the best), my son had a burger with fries. My husband had some omelette and French toast. I also tried the nut crepe (not my favorite but was okay). We also tried their signature drink. everything was fresh and full of flavor. It’s definitely a great spot for families, and we’ll be coming back for sure. Highly recommend!

Yelp
If you're in Milwaukee and love breakfast, you have to check out Sweet Diner. Honestly, I think I had one of the best breakfasts of my life here. The waitress recommended the biscuits and gravy, and wow--she did not steer me wrong. The gravy was perfection: flavorful without being overly thick or heavy. Normally with gravy dishes, I end up scraping most of it off just to enjoy the biscuits and chicken, but this one was different. The homemade buttery chive biscuits, the chicken, and that balanced gravy just melted together beautifully. Add the poached eggs on top, and it felt like a true chef's masterpiece. I'm drooling just writing this. We also ordered a chai latte with vanilla, which was this sweet little tea treat--light, cozy, and topped off perfectly. And because we couldn't stop at just one dish, we tried the Meat Lovers too. Packed with all the meats, it definitely lived up to the name and was really satisfying. Sweet Diner is one of those spots where every detail feels thoughtful, from the food to the drinks. I'm already plotting my return visit.

Yelp
I hate to say it and at the risk of being an outlier but this place doesn't live up to its hype. Food was good, but service was very lacking. It was busy in Wednesday for lunch but basic things like bringing water refills and other misses left a bad feeling. It appeared that wait staff seemed stretched thin. Also the sound volume is so high and discordant (not ambient) that if you plan to have any conversation you'll have to do it when you leave. When it opened it was a more charming vibe and atmosphere but now it feels like an overpriced poor experience restaurant.

Yelp
I wish more breakfast / brunch spots would open as early in the morning as SweetDiner. Being a family of early risers means we get to walk in and get seated immediately while the rest of the city sleeps in. For food, I really can't pull myself away from anything on the menu with their Memphis fried chicken. It is absolutely delicious. My favorite dish so far is the chicken and biscuit Benedict. The portions are absolutely massive, so sharing is best here. The whole place is beautiful, too. Lots of seating on both sides of the restaurant, lovely lighting and decor. Definitely upscale, but not crazy expensive, especially if you decide to split a dish due to the portion size. One thing that makes me irrationally irritated is QR code menus. We as a family are strictly screen-free during all meals, so why make us bring electronics in to the restaurant? When we asked for paper menus for our table of 4, our waitress walked up with 3 menus and asked how many we wanted. Um... one for each person perhaps? Sorry, I know I sound like a crotchety old geezer, but I'm never going to be ok with this. Anyway, good food, good decor, and a very nice 7:30a opening all makes me want to frequent this spot.

Yelp
Bright, modern decor, lots of seating. Arrived mid morning on a Saturday and we didn't have to wait. Friendly and attentive service. Portion sizes are decent. Breakfast potatoes are seasoned ok, but seemed like they were cooked from frozen rather than cut fresh in house, and they weren't crispy. Great coffee. Alcoholic drinks looked good although we didn't try any.

Yelp
Stepped aways from my hometown for a weekend and made a visit to Milwaukee. Stopped at SweetDiner for brunch and all I can say is OMG!!! The food, the service the ambience was on point. Our server was Kentian(sp) was so patient and professional and I had the birria omelette which was immaculate.

Yelp
We were greeted and seated exactly where we asked for immediately. Molly, the waitress, was very attentive. I ordered the berry salad and added avocado. My daughter ordered a skillet. I got an iced coffee and she got a green smoothie. It was a Tuesday at noon and it was PACKED! The food was 5 stars. The ambiance 5 stars. The restrooms were clean. The prices were quite high however. For two of us it was $62 plus we left a good tip. I wished I would have ordered a better drink. It was my fault. They had freshly squeezed juices that I wish I would have tried. Since it was so busy it did take awhile to get a refill on water and to get our bill. We will be going again.

Yelp
This place is absolutely adorable! They have great coffee too! Honestly all the food was really great and our service was awesome. I will definitely be back!

Yelp
Sweet Diner - Milwaukee Rating: 4.5 out of 5 We had a great brunch at Sweet Diner, located in Milwaukee's Historic Third Ward. The sidewalk seating was lovely--tables lined with little potted plants and fresh flowers, making it feel cozy and relaxed. Inside, the restaurant is spacious and stylish. Think big open dining room, high ceilings, chandeliers, and warm lighting. There's even a private function room, perfect for small events or gatherings. Service was excellent. Our server Molly was kind, quick, and very attentive--she made sure we were well taken care of. And for a fun twist? We were seated right next to members of the Minnesota Twins (yes, the baseball team!). We didn't recognize them at first, but Molly let us in on the secret. They tried to stay low-key while we took selfies now we know why! What We Ordered: 1. Smoked Salmon Eggs Benedict This was my pick, and it did not disappoint. Served on a toasted English muffin with poached eggs, smoked salmon, fried capers, and creamy hollandaise. Every bite was flavorful. The bacon on the side was perfectly crispy. Definitely a top brunch choice. 2. Steak and Eggs A hearty meal with a juicy ribeye steak, two eggs any style, breakfast potatoes, and toast. The steak was tender and grilled just right. A classic done well and Paul said he'd order it again. 3. Strawberry Cheesecake French Toast Thick slices of brioche French toast stuffed with a sweet cheesecake filling, topped with strawberries, whipped cream, and powdered sugar. Decadent and dessert-like perfect for sharing or if you're craving something indulgent. Overall Thoughts: * Ambiance: Warm, welcoming, and stylish * Service: Attentive and friendly * Food: Generous portions, beautifully plated, and consistently delicious * Price: A bit on the higher end, but worth it for the experience and quality We'll definitely be back to try more. Sweet Diner lives up to the hype.

Yelp
I've been to SweetDiner far too many times in my 4 years living out in Milwaukee. SweetDiner never fails to disappoint. FOOD: I ordered the new Birria Omlette. Great flavors and full of protein. I highly recommend putting both the green salsa and sour cream on the omlette. It completes the flavors. The beef was not dry and very juicy. I hope this stays on the menu because it deserves to.

Yelp
We came in today at around noon, so we were expecting a really long wait time but we were seated in about 20 minutes! The service was really good, we ordered and got our food in less than 15 minutes. Everything we ordered was all really good! The corned beef hash needed a bit more seasoning, but I asked for hot sauce and that helped. This is also a minor detail but the butter for the toast is whipped, which I am a sucker for. The french toast was amazing, all the toppings blended really well and it didn't even need that much syrup. The place is well decorated and I loved how they had little succulents! I did feel like we were rushed a bit to get out, since our server would take our plates right away and even gave us the bill before we were done eating. There were a few empty tables which is what made this rush a little confusing, but great visit nonetheless! Will definitely come back

Yelp
A coworker and I came for breakfast on a whim after a long 3rd shift at the hospital. It was a Friday morning, around 8:15, and there was plenty of street parking right out front. She had a mocktail that I took a sip of, it was very good and very sweet which is what she wanted. I got a decaf latte that was delicious. I got the chicken and biscuits with corn gravy and an over easy egg-- it was excellent. She got the crème brule style French toast and I tried a bite-- it was also very good though I'm more of a savory gal for breakfast so one bite was enough for me! Service was great, it was surprisingly busy for being pretty early on a weekday.

Megan A.

Yelp
We discovered this place on Yelp and, after seeing the great reviews, we had to check it out while in town for a conference in Milwaukee. We were really hungry and decided to share the French toast, which was amazing! The fresh berries on top made it even better. I ordered the guiltless omelette, and it was light and flavorful, just what I was hoping for. My friend tried the Birria omelette and liked it, although she found it a bit too heavy for her taste. We both enjoyed lattes as well and thought they were excellent. The atmosphere was really nice, family-friendly, and welcoming. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again.

Yelp
Love that this place opens up bright and early for breakfast even on a weekday. The restaurant was clean, airy, and bright and we were seated right away. It took a little while for the waitress to take our order and even after the order arrived, we never really got any silverware! There were busy, I'll give them that. It was good that no one rushed us even though they were busy. I got the dark spice iced latte and the classic avocado toast. I appreciate that the latte came in a reusable glass vs throwaway plastic. It was tasty, a perfect addition to brunch. The avocado toast was also yummy and portion size was large, enough for leftovers.

Yelp
Great spot for upscale breakfast and brunch downtown. They were not super busy for a weekday morning, and we were seated right away without a reservation. The food came out impressively fast, though the servers could have been a bit more attentive. I loved the Cobb salad--huge portion and tons of toppings and dressing. Also got a side of fries which were thin and crispy. The ham hash was also good. Drinks were my favorite, the Bloody Mary was perfectly spicy and came with a miller high life chaser of course. If you love overly sweet coffee like I do, definitely try one of their lattes. The pistachio flavor was wonderful. The menu had a great variety of both savory and sweet options. Next time, i have to try the French toast!

Yelp
Excellent food. Big servings. Enjoyed my experience! Thanks for the excellent food on my visit from Arizona.

Yelp
Overall really tasty meal at SweetDiner! It's unassumingly big so even on a Sunday morning we were able to get a table. Our waiter was great and very attentive. The group started with some coffee/tea at the coffee bar while we waited for our table. Then we ordered a BUNCH to try different things. I got the guiltless omelette with a biscuit for the side. Omelette was solid and a good portion. The breakfast potatoes were well seasoned and super tasty. The biscuit was delicious!! Would def get that again. My husband got the chicken and waffles. This dish fell a little flat for me... it said cornbread waffle but we didn't get that flavor at all, very sweet. But he still liked it. He also got a side of the sausage gravy which wasn't my fav rendition. Our friends for the Wisconsin omelette and really enjoyed it. We also got the apple caramel pancakes for the table. They were tasty but honestly I'd prob stick the biscuit next time. Overall, good meal!

Yelp
Back again Sweet Diner, and yet again the service is the ONE thing that is not living up to the hype... This visit was with a bigger group, 7 adults and a baby, were told the whole group had to be present to sit down (totally understandable). Once we did sit, my husband took the baby to be changed and for some reason our waiter would not even come greet our table until my husband was back and sitting at the table. Once our waiter did come around, we politely asked for water and said we would be ready for our drink order momentarily. Well 15 minutes later we were still waiting... He took our drink and food order. Food and drinks were great! But then did not see him again until we were ready for boxes and the check. Big fan of the food, big fan of the ambiance of the restaurant, but not a fan of the service. And you know what, maybe some people want to be left alone while enjoying brunch/lunch, but I personally appreciate feeling checked in on our a little bit of conversing with my wait staff. Because of this, Sweet Diner has lost another star from me.

Yelp
I do love me some chicken and waffles, but you can't always find it halal when eating out. Shoutout to SweetDiner for participating in Halal Restaurant Week here in Milwaukee and creating an opportunity for us to enjoy their dishes. I loved everything about it, tenders were juicy and crisp the balance of hot and sweet. 10/10.
google avatar

Maddie H.

Yelp
Classic diner vibes but still more upscale! Honestly the breakfast drinks are what I'm writing home about. Unique and DELICIOUS! Service is great and quick which was nice.
google avatar

Yelp
I came here on a Sunday for brunch and had a 30-minute wait with no reservation, not too bad. I got the Wisconsin omelet with Pork sausage, WI Cheddar breaded cheese curds, onions, and green peppers inside. It comes with a side of breakfast potatoes and a choice of bread, which I got white toast. I got a side of garlic aioli to dip the potatoes in, which was terrific. I saw they had a Southern Eggs Benedict with biscuits and gravy. I was intrigued as a Southern girl. I got a side of the biscuits and gravy and would pass next time. It wasn't the best sausage gravy, but that's the southern in me. The omelet was good, though.

Yelp
It was a cold, clear, sunny day and I *needed* gluten free pancakes (ideally without cooking them myself). SweetDiner offered all kinds of gluten friendly goodies! The menu has sweet AND savory options for people pining for breakfast and lunch classics. I couldn't decide between sweet and savory, so I ordered the grilled cheese and a single buttermilk pancake. Yum! I left feeling fully satisfied. The service was OKAY. The server did the basics of taking our order and bringing it to us. We had to track someone down to get to-go boxes and the check. As this was our first time here, I'm not sure if this is the standard or an off-day. Regardless, I would definitely come back for a yummy gluten free meal!

Yelp
We are visiting from Alabama and found this spot on a whim for brunch. Holy cow- it was amazing! We were quickly seated at a booth that comfortable fit six adults. We all ordered a variety of things. My lavender latte was so good. I had eggs Benedict and it was luscious and creamy. Everyone loved the fried potatoes and they are the best side!! The server was stellar and I would love to go back!
google avatar

Aleena V.

Yelp
The food, service and ambiance were all great! It was on the more expensive side for brunch!
google avatar

Djinou J.

Yelp
Service was really friendly Food was reaaalllyy good. Caramel apple pancakes were like 10/10. I had a grilled cheese which was super tasty. And the Coffee talk drink was very good too. It was nice they offered something other than an espresso martini for a caffeinated cocktail.

Yelp
SweetDiner is a classic brunch place in the Historic Third Ward in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. There's a parking lot nearby that's free on the weekends and it's close to the Milwaukee Public Market. They take Apple Pay as well. The menu has a good variety of sweet and savory breakfast foods and a small latte menu. They use high quality and fresh ingredients, which is evident in the taste of the food. The crepes, waffles, or pancakes are a must try - the presentation of all the dishes are immaculate. Our waitress mixed up our orders at first but was very careful with allergies. Our food came out pretty fast and the service was good. The ambiance in this restaurant can be described as classy. It's a good place for a first date or to meet up with a friend that likes to take Instagram pictures and eat good food. The dishes are a bit expensive but the portion size and taste are worth it. I'd definitely recommend coming here if you're in the area!
google avatar

Yelp
Easily the best chicken and waffles I've ever had. Always so consistent, always perfectly cooked, always have leftovers so the value is chefs kiss. My BF always gets the berry feast cremes and they're also very consistently good. I've had most of their drinks and they're really good. Cold brew is smooth and bold, not watery. High recommendation from me
google avatar

Yelp
Came in at 1 on a Sunday. It was the shortest wait out of many places in MKE. Only 30 minutes since there is lots of seating. Food came out pretty quick and our server was nice. The place was very busy but slowed down by 2. You could order cafe drinks before getting seated as well. Very popular brunch place downtown.
google avatar

Chass C.

Yelp
The best brunch ever!!! I ordered the Chorizo Hash with Mexican chorizo, corn relish, pico de gallo, potatoes, and scrambled eggs, topped with Wisconsin cheddar cheese, crispy tortilla chips, fresh cilantro, créme fraîche, and house-made salsa. I also indulged in Oreo pancakes with white chocolate chips. To drink, I had the Sweet Diner Mimosa with Chloe Prosecco, blackberry liqueur, and freshly squeezed orange juice. Everything was made to order and absolutely delicious. Our server, Nathan, was amazing. Despite it being a busy Sunday, he ensured we were well taken care of, even after having a long night! Pro Foodie Tip: You won't be seated until your whole party is present and make sure to put your name on the list when you arrive to be seated quickly.
google avatar

Gaston N.

Yelp
I really only had a few items here (pancakes and a peach mimosa) and they were really good. Just one peach Mimosa had me leaning at breakfast time, so whoever is making drinks there does a good job. Beautiful atmosphere too. I'd go back.

Yelp
I met some friends here and the food was delicious and the server was kind and pleasant. It was a great atmosphere. I look forward to the next time.

Yelp
I treated my man to breakfast at SweetDiner and it did not disappoint! He was really impressed with the design of the place. He loved the openness and how big it was. It was a busy Saturday morning. We were expecting to wait, but were pleasantly surprised at how fast we were seated. Our server was super friendly and gave us great suggestions since we are usually indecisive about what we want to eat. My boyfriend had the Denver omelette with potatoes; I had the chicken and biscuits with corn gravy, poached eggs, fruit on the side. The omelette was OK, I was told. He LOVED the potatoes and wanted me to figure out how to make them. My breaded chicken and the poached eggs were outstanding. I wish the biscuits weren't doused in the gravy because I like them a little crispy. The corn gravy was DELISH. I'm glad I opted for the fruit because that entree was heavy in my belly. I had coffee - which I thought was good. Was it Torke or Collective? In any case, I had several refills. Overall, we were happy campers. We will definitely be back next time we are in the neighborhood!

Yelp
After a 5-10 min wait at the table, We were greeted by an additional server who stated she was going to help with the assigned server (who had a 20+ table on the opposite side of the dining area we were). And sure no prob. The non-assigned server was prompt and helpful. Took our order and delivered our drinks no issue. The food came at a decent time, and the food was very good - however it was luke warm at best. It was brought by the assigned server - who didn't introduce herself just brought the food, asked if we needed anything - we asked for some ketchup that she never returned to deliver. We had to go up the counter to get some while she serviced our surrounding tables. I was also never offered additional refill on my water, which sat empty for most of my meal. The waitress never returned to ask how our food was or if we needed anything. We sat done and waiting for check and boxes to go for about 15/20 minutes until we had to flag down the waitress assist with our bill. She did ask if I wanted a coffee to go, which is nice I suppose. Good food but the waitress was not good at all. Shame.
google avatar

Gary H.

Yelp
Good food and great table service made this a winner. My friend and I ordered omelets: both were delicious with sides just the way we like them. Good coffee and tea, too. Note that this place is all hard surfaces, so it's loud. The place is active, and on weekends not best suited for lounging around. The entrance is congested and a bit disorganized. Five young greeters were efficient, but lack hospitality.
google avatar

Caroline D.

Yelp
I expected this place to be busy on a Sunday at 9am, but we were pleasantly surprised to get seated right away. The space is large, and even though it was packed, we didn't have to wait. While getting seated so quickly was a nice start, it did take quite a while for anyone to bring us water or take our drink order--it felt like we'd been forgotten for a bit. Once we did order, the food came out quickly. We got the BLT and the eggs Benedict--both came in generous portions, easily enough to share. The food was flavorful and made for a solid breakfast. That said, our server wasn't the best. Service was a bit inattentive, and they didn't come across as very friendly. We might give it another try sometime and explore more of the menu.
google avatar

Nava L.

Yelp
Every update to their menu is amazing! They continue to be consistent with great food and service. Most recently I tried the steak skillet and it was great with lots of large pieces of steak and great sauces on the side. Will definitely still come back!

Yelp
2.5 Stars if Yelp allowed it. I Stopped here for breakfast my first morning in Milwaukee. I had an Iced Mocha and the Chorizo Hash. It had Mexican chorizo, corn relish, Pico de Gallo, potatoes, and scrambled eggs, Cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, cilantro, créme fraîche and house-made salsa verde. I was surprised that with all those ingredients, it wasn't more flavorful. It was okay but not great. The Iced Mocha was very good My biggest problem is with the wheelchair access. They have a lift, but it is behind a locked door and you have to call when you get there to have someone come open it for you and operate the lift to get in and do the same thing when you're ready to leave. It's better than nothing, but it's a real hassle that able-bodied people might not understand. Based on reviews of the restaurant, I had every intention of eating there several times during my ten days in Milwaukee. Because of the average food and accessibility hassle this was my only visit.
google avatar

Jon L.

Yelp
The main thing that is "southern" about biscuit Benedict is the portion. The prices are pretty good if you know to split the dish. As seems to be norm in Milwaukee the service is super friendly and polite, and the vibe of this old warehouse is pretty cool.

Yelp
Cool breakfast/lunch place We stayed in downtown Milwaukee last weekend & walked here from the Hyatt. Very casual upscale place on the 2nd floor of the building. Loved my omelette & hub had some kind of eggs Benedict. Service was excellent & bathrooms spotless.

Yelp
Stopped by Sweet Diner in Milwaukee's Third Ward District for Sunday Brunch! This restaurant is huge with an open kitchen, coffee bar, main dining area, enclosed dining area, and second smaller dining area. The restaurant normally offers a Yelp Waitlist option but won't open on the app till there is a significant wait. Additionally, one needs their entire party to be present before being seated. The decor is a modern style with nods to industrial/magnolia. It very much aligns with the Third Ward District's vibe! Our group started with some cocktails which all were amazing! The Bellini I ordered was well balanced in being able to taste the Prosecco, fruit, and elderflower. We got a mix of savory and sweet for entrees and none of us were disappointed! Portion sizes visually varied but we all left happy and full. Each dish could easily have had leftovers to take home. We attended on a busy time of Sunday morning but staff was hustling to keep up. Drinks took maybe 5 minutes and food about 15-20. I love this Milwaukee brunch spot and is a go to when visiting friends in the area if looking for somewhere elevated!

Yelp
Fire Food!!! Amazing service; the waiter was very polite and had great recommendations as well. Food was brought out in less than 15 min of order as well.

Yelp
Every time I'm in Milwaukee, I make sure to stop by this breakfast spot-it's a must. Hands down, they make one of my favorite egg benedicts, always perfectly cooked, paired with extra crispy potatoes. This place never disappoints.

Yelp
Been there multiple times and their breakfast dishes are great! Generous portions and yummy. The service is a little slow but that's because they're always busy. The main dining area is really quite nice and open with large windows to the street. They also have a really big table for bigger groups.

Yelp
If you're from Chicago or a real big city this breakfast place gives you big city vibes but in Milwaukee. The food is delicious, the restaurant is updated and clean, and they bring the syrup out warm. Kid friendly - kids menus, kids cups (LOVE) Fabrasio was our server and he was awesome! The only kinda of annoying thing is the QR menu could be better. Our new fave Milwaukee breakfast spot!

Yelp
Great food, upscale dining space, and fantastic mixed drinks! SweetDiner is one of my favorite spots for brunch. Although it can get busy, they have a good number of tables so there isn't typically a wait to be seated. The food is really good with both sweet and savory options that cater to every taste. They are experts at Eggs Benedict! The breakfast-appropriate mixed drinks deserve an award, "The Pink Thing" and "Blueberries For Breakfast" live rent free in my head! I would definitely love to see faster service. I've been here a number of times and it is consistently slow. That said, if you have time, it's a must try!

Yelp
A beautiful day. Our table was center; a perfect view of the season's first snowfall. An image of a snow globe. My dish was an omelette and fresh fruit. The chocolate Espresso Martini is delicious. I requested no alcohol.

Yelp
I've become more of a savory breakfast person lately, but I couldn't resist the crème brûlée style French toast. It was amazing. My dining companions and I all loved our food, and I sampled their southern Benedict and crepes. As others have said, the breakfast potatoes are fire, and the crepes were good as well. I thought the southern Benedict was salty, but my dining companion who ordered it did not like think so. Cute spot with a good selection of brunch items. Service was decent as well.

Yelp
We had a wonderful breakfast experience at Sweetdiner! Our server Aydee was absolutely fantastic--friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. I had the Beria omelette, and my wife had the BLT--both were made from scratch with top-quality ingredients and tasted incredible. You can tell everything here is homemade with care. The ambience is warm and inviting, and the service matched the quality of the food. We'll definitely be back--thank you, Aydee, for making our morning so enjoyable!
