This place was really amazing when it opened. Very picnic in the park aesthetics and treats that taste really good. But it feels like the owner is focused on doing whatever is cheapest. The silverware went from metal to cheap, plain plastic which is hard to cut the croffles with. I was swarmed by fruit flies on my last visit, and the fruits on my croffles tasted a little off too. You order from a stand now instead of speaking to the workers directly, which feels awkward. It seems they also got rid of their blooming teas which is disappointing.

Good dessert place! Lots of choices for drinks and some pastries too! Felt like too many customizations and could get confusing Overall a nice place to get some sweet tooth cravings

Sweet Meme in Austin is a fun and charming dessert spot! 🍨 With creative, Instagram-worthy treats and a cozy, welcoming vibe, it’s perfect for satisfying your sweet tooth. Located in a lively area with other shops nearby, it’s an ideal stop while exploring and enjoying Austin’s foodie scene.

Google
So for ambiance it’s definitely 10/10! Very pretty and aesthetic. But boba drinks are like 4/10 as they were too sugary even after I specifically said less sugar. And also desserts are OK not exceptional. We tried chocolate toast and strawberry foam cake. They are very pricey about $12 each.

Want to try some delicious desserts in South Austin? Sweet Memes is definitely your place! It’s a cute place with yum desserts! Their taro soufflé is too good to resist! Do try and enjoy!

Google
Amazing! Hands down my new favorite spot for dessert and all things sweet and satisfying! I was not expecting to have such a perfect experience at this dessert shop. Hey only downside was parking, a bit tricky and frustrating. We parked kinda far away. They have self serve kiosks by the entrance where you order yourself. Our order came out real quick. The staff was quiet but super friendly. It was my boyfriend’s birthday, I asked for a candle and they helped me out with that and a lighter. Super nice, speedy and professional service! Our pancakes and crepe cake were to die for. I had never had something so delicious before. This spot is a must try in south Austin! An absolute gem! Love the pink decor!

Cute little shop with lots of yummy treats! The Vietnamese coffee and the Coconut drink were both sooooo good!!! Reasonable prices and good amount of seating inside.

Sweet Memes is a hidden gem for Japanese-style desserts! I tried the Crème Brûlée Taro Milk Tea, Ube Crepe, and Crème Brûlée Souffle Pancakes, and everything was absolutely divine. The flavors were rich, yet perfectly balanced, and they offer less sugar options, which is a plus for health-conscious dessert lovers. The ambience is cozy and welcoming, making it a great spot to relax and indulge. Their attention to detail in presentation and taste really stands out. If you're a fan of Japanese sweets or just looking for something unique, Sweet Memes is a must-visit! Highly recommend.

Yelp
It's hard to find good boba places in the Austin area. As a Californian, I'm very picky with my boba and was losing hope in finding decent boba in Austin. However, this place was great. The drinks taste legit, and don't taste like the sugary tea filled with syrup or bland milk teas that I've had in Austin area previously. Also, the place is so cute and enjoyable to hang out in. Definitely coming back!

Yelp
Sweet Memes leaves me with mixed feelings because on one hand I dont love the all pink, flowery extra decor One the other hand, I actually enjoy their boba drinks lol. I have mostly uber eats from this location - the brown sugar boba and peach milk tea are the best imo. what i have tried: brown sugar boba 8.5/10 peach milk tea 8/10 taro boba milk tea 7.5/10 I would be interested in trying their desserts - croffle and mango mille crepe. Service is very minimal, staffs dont really interact with you.

Yelp
I'll honestly give Sweet Memes a 2.5 stars. I love their Strawberry Soufflé Pancake, this gets 5/5 from me. It really isn't any service. The employee did their homework while you order on a screen. You cannot sample any flavors and they didn't really have any ideal what they taste like. Once the written recommendation near the computer screen, The store is really pretty, very Instagram worthy if you are looking for a great photo ops. Cherry blossom everywhere SN/ I do not appreciate the fact I left a voicemail about hair in the Crème Brûlée Pancake and they didn't call me back at all. The store is closed on Mondays so I did expect maybe a call on Tuesday or even that same night on Sunday. Things I enjoyed: Strawberry Soufflé Pancake Coffee Frap Strawberry Yogurt Mango Smoothie Mango Yogurt Things that were interesting and wasn't bad or good: Sakura Frap Ice Sakura Latte Rose MT Strawberry MT Things I did NOT enjoy: Dirty Boba Dizzy Coffee Brown Sugar MT Very Berry Smoothie Dalgona Coffee Nutella Toast -LOOK NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE!! So UNDERWHELMING. Basically 4 slices of regular bread with a little vanilla toast. It looked NOTHING like the picture. **FAIR WARNING**

Yelp
Colorful and whimsical in ambience and food. I ordered the matcha soufflé pancakes and raindrop dessert after a heavy meal. It was delicious. It wasn't too sweet ;) and the portions were just right. Price was $17~, which I think is appropriate. But don't take my word for it -- I'm unfortunately numb to paying $10-12 for mediocre lattes. The soufflé pancakes weren't too eggy either. The texture was just as fluffy as I hoped it to be. As for the raindrop dessert, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it! The roasted soybean powder and brown sugar syrup paired perfectly with the mild jelly. The jelly itself is also very cute. Inside of the cafe, it is decked out in fairytale like decorations with garden accents and pink everything. The perfect place for a girl's day activity or family outings. Overall, I'm satisfied with my experience! Yay!

Yelp
I ordered the classic "honey toast" and sea salt Vietnamese coffee. If you've ever had honey toast and know what it is, this is not it. They use regular sliced white bread. It's not the right bread for honey toast so don't bother. Don't disappoint yourself like I did. In the picture on the kiosk, it kinda looks like the right bread is used/displayed but it's hard to exactly tell cus the picture is small. Get something else like a croffle or soufflé. The people next to me got those and they looked good. The sea salt Vietnamese coffee didn't have a sea salt taste to it to me. It was good but in my opinion, just take sea salt out of the name. And there were giant fruit flies that kept buzzing around cus of the fruit and honey on the toasted white bread. So annoying and gross.

Yelp
There is no service at all you check in at a kiosk and pay at a kiosk. They also ask you for a tip. It's overpriced for what it's worth, definitely a place for just for aesthetic purposes. Very disappointed honestly I've been anticipating it but it's a 2 thumbs down for me

Yelp
Got the matcha soufflé pancake and pear fruit teapot with 2 cups. Really cute place! Love the running water and all the flowers surrounding the walls/tables. Fruit teapot was sooo good! Very fragrant! You can also ask for refill (just pouring hot water inside). Matcha soufflé pancake is fluffy and looks very good. Perfect place to relax and have a chat.
google avatar

Yelp
The interior look pretty cute. I got the Jasmine Green MT with cheese foam and the mango soufflé pancake. I really like my drink and it's not super sweet. The soufflé pancake is good but it's small than I expected. I would like to try more items on the menu when I come back for sure.

Yelp
Omg this place is soooooo cute! Lots of cute photo worthy areas. The pancakes were so good and not too sweet! The drinks are also top notch. I was actually surprised that both desserts and drinks were so exceptional. The guy working at the front counter was also really helpful. Especially with my daughter's orders lol I'm definitely recommending this place if you got a sweet tooth! PS if you're a Vietnamese coffee snob.. GO HERE!!!

Yelp
Absolutely yes! The Vietnamese coffee is strong, filled to the top and reminds me of the coffee I used to get in Chicago's Vietnamese town. The cup size is amazing too, tall like I'm used to. They place really peaceful music and the staff is very friendly.

Yelp
We visited a couple of months ago but kinda forgot to review. Their pancakes are really good! And so are the crepes! The drinks were a tad too sweet for my taste, maybe I should have gotten a different flavor. The place is decorated super cute it was Easter themed when we went but I know they rotate depending on the seasons. It is self ordering and the food comes out pretty fast, overall its a cute place to visit for desserts.

Yelp
I can't find soufflé pancakes anywhere in Dallas. I really loved this place . The staff are robots they don't talk, smile or acknowledge your existence their job is to make sure they are making Michelin star soufflé pancakes and to be honest it does live up to the hype ! The pancakes are fresh jiggly soft and fresh ! I would definitely come here for the soufflé pancakes and the vibes ! This place is a must when you are in Austin !
google avatar

Yelp
Earlier this year, I visited Austin, TX and definitely had to check out this spot for bubble tea and desserts! We ordered Waffle, Honey Fruit Toast, & Raindrop on a Boat (*jiggle jiggle*). The drinks were also delish. The decor is amazing and the service was excellent. I will be back!
google avatar

Tito A.

Yelp
The worst ever pancake plus the cost $10 for this? Wow I can't believe this outrageous ridiculous price. I would thought something different than normal usual home pancake .

Yelp
Sweet Memes is one of the most adorable establishments in Austin. If you are a fan of cutesy fairy and forest inspired decor and sweet treats, then this is the place for you! The service is basically automated when it comes to taking orders. You order off of a touchscreen menu that's pretty simple to use. When your order is ready, your order number will get announced and a staff will hand you your food. The menu is so diverse and awesome. My goal is to try everything on the menu eventually. They have every Asian dessert imaginable, including boba. I really enjoyed the matcha soufflé pancakes. It was a big serving yet it was light, fluffy, and savory. If you are a fan of unique and yummy desserts, this is the place for you! 11/10 recommend.
google avatar

Kia L.

Yelp
The decor of the place is so girly, flirty and cliché! I love all of the pink. When you come in you order through the two tablets and then bring your ticket to the register to pay for you order. If you are paying with cash you can come to the register and requests to pay there. Customer service is very minimal and not friendly. I ordered the Ube Crepe cake ($8.50) and the Rainbow in the Sky fruit tea ($6.00) I added aloe jelly which was about $.80 more. My total was about $17 with tax. I enjoyed the Ube cake. It wasn't great but it wasn't too sweet or earthy either. It's a big slice--all of the desserts here can be shared (not the waffles though they look small) my drink was good but the presentation with the fruit should look more like the photos. There is a parking garage with free parking and no time limit. There's also free street parking in the front! All in all a good experience. I would come back for a fruit tea or boba with the girls.

Yelp
Very cute place with amazing desserts! We ordered the taro soufflé pancake and ube crepe, both were really good and I'd definitely order again. Soufflé pancake was so fluffy and the toppings complemented it very well without being too sweet. Ube crepe had a distinct flavor from the taro and also a really nice texture and semi-sweetness to it. There's a free underground parking garage directly behind the building with lots of parking spaces, just a little tricky finding when using GPS to get there for the first time. Also of drink options on the menu and other types/flavors of dessert. Went when it was pretty busy but our food came out fast and there was still lots of seating available.
google avatar

Laura M.

Yelp
I didn't make it in, the photos look beautiful. This review is based on the taro tea alone. I ordered a less sweet (50%) taro tea with taro chunks. This is flavorful, in the description they let you know they use real taro not processed powder and you can tell. There are flavorful herbaceous earthy notes. Thee best taro I've ever had and I am a self professed taro boba connoisseur. It's on my list of things to try while traveling to different cities. There is a close number two in LA.

Yelp
I've been craving for the fluffy, jiggly Japanese pancakes for a while now, and was super stoked to try it the moment I found Sweet Memes! I had a huge AYCE KBBQ, but I still wanted to try both of their souffle pancake *and* their shibuya toast, so I got the original souffle pancakes and the cheddar cheese shibuya toast --since I've had these "honey bread"/shibuya toasts multiple times before, I wanted to be a bit adventurous and try their "sweet and salty" item. But unfortunately, I was disappointed with both :( the souffle pancake was premade, and even though it had a light, fluffy consistency, it just didn't feel fresh. The shibuya toast was by far the worst "honey bread" I've had before --the bread was way too grainy and hard, and the cheddar cheese just did not pair well with the toast. Yet, the interior was super cute and Instagram-y, and I cannot say anything about the drinks because I did not get any. But it seems like their drinks are more popular than their food items on the menu, so I would be happy to give them another try when I'm near the establishment and am craving for a sweet Asian drink!
google avatar

Yelp
Street parking available. Was pretty much empty on a Tuesday evening around 8pm, except for a few studying students. Very large menu with huge variety of drinks and desserts. Opted for the mango souffle pancake, which was prepared very quickly by friendly staff. Came with a single pancake was ok, and the mango wasn't bad but not the freshest. The ice cream and enveloping cream was very tasty! Environment was very cute, decorated ostentatiously with fake flowers, neon lights, etc., perfect for a little Instagram photo shoot, or a quiet place to study.
google avatar

Linley K.

Yelp
4.5/5 I love Sweet Memes! The staff is always so sweet and the food definitely tastes homemade. The vibes are unmatched-- so zen! I also always get half sweetness for boba (sooo amaziThe only reason for 4 stars is because it's definitely very pricey. My boba and pancake is $21, but maybe that's just how it is nowadays I'll always recommend!

Yelp
Delicious! As an ex-Californian, one of the things I miss most after moving to Austin was the the variety and accessibility to boba shops. Austin still needs to work on their boba game, but as of now, this place takes the cake (pun intended). As everyone here has mentioned, the décor is like a little wonderland. Definitely Instagram worthy. As for food and drink, I've had: Crescent Moon 8/10 - delicious fruity peach boba tea with some peach fruits & jellies inside. Blue Butterfly Pea Cheese Foam 10/10 - this drink definitely hits the spot if you're looking for a boba tea with cheese foam. Boba tastes drink and you can taste the tea flavor pretty well getting it at 75% sweetness. Plus the blue color is beautiful. Ube Milli Crepe 10/10 - the presentation for this dish is spectacular! And the flavor is amazing as well. Not too sweet, great texture. No complaints. They might even be better at desserts than drinks! Strawberry Souffle Pancake 9/10 - so damn fluffy! and amazing strawberry cream flavor. Again, A+ on the presentation. Can't wait to come back here and try some other drinks and desserts!

Yelp
Ever since I left NYC, I've been craving for a matcha crepe cake but couldn't locate for any shops here in Austin that has it. After I saw that the place has it on their menu, I had to go here. Upon entering, you'll be awed by the pink aesthetics. The service was efficient as we would order directly on the machine, pay, and print out our orders. They would then call on the number for you to pick up your order. I ordered the snow pea tea pot with the matcha Mille cake. The tea was blue and brewed with chrysanthemum flowers, jasmine and rose leaves. It was a bit too bitter for me, but ended up pairing well with the matcha Mille crepe that was just right on sweetness level. I then ordered 25% sugar jasmine boba tea to go, but I didn't taste the tea and only syrup. Overall, this place is like an Asian dessert heaven. The presentation is pretty, the aesthetic is on point and of course insta worth. Another plus is that they have a retail parking garage right next door! So don't just walk but run to this place!
google avatar

Tracey J.

Yelp
The dessert was tasty but not super impressive. I enjoyed the fun ambiance, but I wouldn't go out of my way just for the food. The creme brulee tasted better than the strawberry. Everything I tried was moderately sweet, so I was happy with the sweetness level. The cafe is relatively small inside with maybe about 8 or 10 tables for seating. There was a steady flow of customers on a Sunday afternoon, but there was still at least 1 empty table available at all times. Parking is easy if you are aware in advance that there is a parking lot behind the building that is available for customers.
google avatar

Nikkita F.

Yelp
Stumbled upon this place after trying Taste of Ethiopia next door and it is such a vibe! It was packed for a Sunday mid afternoon. It was very cute, pink and floral inside - was not expecting it looking at the rest of the places there. We tried the Boba teas (everyone loved theirs), matcha latte (very good), matcha crepe cake (very light and not sweet), and soufflé pancake (sweet but very good - would try another one next time).
google avatar

Ashley O.

Yelp
The cutest little shop to hang out, take pics, and eat good dessert! We went on a cold evening so we got the hot pear tea as well. Delicious taste and fragrance. Was also super cute. Drinks were good, but the actual boba was okay. Kind of hard. If I had to come back for one thing it would be the fluffy pancakes!! Came with milk tea ice cream and we finished the whole thing. Note for service - you'll pay through a computer screen. Don't go to the front counter until you're picking up your order - you'll need your receipt!!
google avatar

Shimeng F.

Yelp
Decided to try out this desert/bubble tea place. Arrived around 3pm Sunday and the place is not too busy. The traffic picks up a bit later after we sat down. I love the fact that you can order using kiosk and self serve. But you will need to print your receipt, since it will show you the Oder number. They have a sign saying no receipt no order. The whole interior is decorated with a lot of flowers and plants, definitely a good place to snap some Instagram pictures. I ordered the dirty tarp milk tea. It's ok, and that's why I only gave 3 starts. The boba is a little hard and not too chewy. I was not too impressed. A lot of people ordered desert here and they seem enjoyed it. Maybe next time i will try their desert. You can park outside on the street, and the parking is not too packed.
google avatar

Bhagyashree B.

Yelp
It's a cute little dessert and coffee place that has a French vibe to it. The outdoor table seating reminded me of Emily in Paris! And the indoor is decorated in pink and flowers.. definitely a great spot to take pictures. Bubble tea is yum!
google avatar

Lauren H.

Yelp
This place is really cute. There are two screens that you order from by the door and they will call your number when your order is ready. The decor is cute. I got a Seasalt Vietnamese Coffee, which was really good. I guess I didn't read the description so I didn't know there would be coffee jelly in it, which I didn't like but the flavor of the Vietnamese coffee and the seasalt foam was good. I'd definitely come back to try other things. They have some deserts and then a ton of drink options.
google avatar

Niharika G.

Yelp
A cute asian cafe in Austin. The decor is definitely 5 stars, but food was just okay. I came here for the soufflé pancakes, I got the creme brûlée ones, and was slightly disappointed. Although, the pancakes were fluffy, the creme brûlée was not the right flavor and more of a custard consistency. I will say, props to this restaurant for having a quick self-service checkout computer where you order, then take your ticket to pick it up. Also, they do have a wide variety of things to choose from, so hopefully the next thing I try will be better than my first trial.
google avatar

Yelp
super cute place with the usual instagrammable scenarios, and great brown sugar boba! my kid was lovin' it. they also had numerous desserts that looked really good but we didnt get a chance to partake for lack of time. service was fast. I'd want to try some dessert before bestowing 5 stars but from our limited experience it was pretty much a 5 start experience!
google avatar

Felicia C.

Yelp
I came here because I saw the hype on Instagram, but it isn't anything amazing. It is just decorated cuter than most establishments. First of all, there was no AC. Second, there were not any empty seats available. The tables were all occupied by people who didn't even buy anything. The service was also not good. Matcha Souffle Pancake - Not worth the price. I liked that it wasn't too sweet, but I wish there was a heavier matcha flavor. The souffle was soft, but for $12, I could have bought a much better dessert than this. This was worth MAX $9. Fresh Mango Milk Tea - This drink was very watered down. I wish that it had more mango flavor. It was not creamy whatsoever. Don't recommend. Overall, I would not come here again. Not worth the hype. Go get boba and dessert somewhere else.

Yelp
This is easily my favorite dessert place in Austin. Came here with a friend who discovered it by accident, then proceeded to come back several other times with other friends and once on a date! They have really good boba (I'm a huge fan of their "butterfly pea" back tea), and the Mille crepe cakes and souffle pancakes are just LOVELY. The ube Mille crepe and strawberry souffle pancakes are my favorites. The prices are reasonable too, and it's great that it's just a couple doors down from other restaurants including taste of Ethiopia II, which I also LOVE. There isn't a lot of service involved here admittedly because you order off a kiosk computer and just pick up your order at the counter when your number is called overhead. Be sure to print your receipt (there's a sign that says this too) because it's the only way to get your number! Otherwise you just have to try to remember who was in front of you and wait until they get called since you'll probably be next ;)
google avatar

Yelp
I came with my family so we had a pretty sizable order and I got to try a lot! You have to order through a kiosk -- which I was a bit annoyed since the menu is so robust but it was fairly easy to navigate/customize. Everything was good (both drinks and desserts) but what stood out was the Strawberry Yakult (a probiotic drink). It wasn't overly sweet and really dang refreshing. The croffle (croissant and waffle combo) was another hit -- I opted for an additional scoop of ice cream. I thought the soufflé pancake was so light, it didn't really hit the spot when you have a hankering for dessert. The decor and all was cute but a little cheesy. I'm sure people love to take photos here but as I was walking around, I kept noticing gnats coming from the trash and used dishes/utensils. Parking is a bit limited in the garage, in case you don't get lucky with street parking.

Yelp
Downgraded to one star after they sold us plain, grocery store, thin-sliced toast and tried to pass it off as their $12.99 Shubyua toast.

Yelp
This is an absolute hidden gem of a cafe in Austin. When I first found this place, I was completely blown away. The interior of the cafe was so pretty, there is a lot of pink but I do think it works with the aesthetic really well. If there is any place that is instagram worthy, it is this place. There is a super cute cherry blossom tree, an automatic fountain on the walls, the tables have cherry blossom leaves and plains - overall, the vibes are just very nice. Now about the drinks: I honestly think that their milk teas are okay. I do think that they have a lot of unique flavors that most other stores don't offer so you'll really never run out of things to try at this cafe. I personally have tried the following: - Mango Yakult ($6): fresh mango & yakult I really liked this drink. I thought that the mango and the Yakult was a really nice compliment to each other. I did not adjust the sugar levels and thought that the sweetness was just right. It was really light and creamy at the same time and I would recommend this if you want a non-milk tea option that is fruity. - Twisted Love Mojito ($6): strawberry, butterfly pea, and mineral water I did not really like this drink, this was kind of a flop for me just because it didn't really taste like much. The drink was really pretty to look at but I personally would not recommend it. My friends have tried their milk teas and had a good experience. I think the drinks here do not lean on the sweet side so if you traditionally adjust your sweetness, I would take that into consideration. I changed one of my drinks to even like 70-75% and it was a mistake on my end. NOW THE DESSERTS - I genuinely think that this is the highlight of the entire menu. The pancakes, crepes, and toast was what drew me to this place initially and this was the best part of the menu. I have tried their cakes, crepes, and toast and I liked them all. - Matcha Mille Crepe (~$12): Crepe layered with matcha sauce and powder - Cremee Brûlée Coffee Pancake ($12): Viet Coffee with crème brûlée and coffee jelly - Milk Tea Shibuya Toast ($12): Toast with milk tea ice cream, whip cream, brown sugar boba, and milk tea sauce The flavor is there, it's not too sweet, very well balanced, and the presentation is beautiful. Everything is super fluffy and very filling! I really like the diversity of dessert options that they have available. I would recommend splitting with a friend and trying out different flavors! Tips if you are studying here - there aren't that many outlets so just be wary of that. The space is kind of small and it can get packed really easily, if you want to study for a long while, definitely bring your headphones for noise level.

Yelp
I adore this place! The treats are pretty and plenty and the ambience is very light and whimsical! Their soufflé pancakes are just amazing and the perfect amount of sweet !

N. H.

Yelp
Ordered the Matcha Soufflé Pancake for $11.99 expecting matcha ice cream. Instead, I received a serving of vanilla ice cream. Of course, you have to pay first at the kiosk, so nothing can be done. Vanilla ice cream cannot replace matcha ice cream in terms of flavor. The kiosk should be updated to have the item marked unavailable or have an option to a choose a substitute flavor. Regardless, the Matcha Soufflé Pancake without matcha ice cream is not worth it, because the vanilla ice cream did not pair well with it.

Yelp
Sweet Meme in Austin is a true gem! The combination of delicious sweets and fantastic bubble teas creates a paradise for your taste buds. The boba is perfectly chewy, and the variety of flavors will leave you spoiled for choice. The memes add a touch of humor to the cozy ambiance, making it a must-visit spot for a delightful and lighthearted treat! We got the twisted love mojito which is very refreshing. Fresh taro MT is green tea with taro paste which is very nutty and starchy unlike other tea shop that uses powdered taro instead. Dirty boba milk has taro chucks with brown sugar boba has the perfect balance of taro and sweetness. Honestly it's very hard to pick a favorite each drink is so unique and flavorful. And the mango Mille crepe cake was light and refreshing it goes perfectly well with the teas.

Yelp
This place was too cute !!! So many places for a photo shoot, I wanted to take pictures of everything, even the tables! The desserts were absolutely delicious and I would definitely come back if I find myself in Austin again

Yelp
So let me start this review by saying that what got me excited about Sweet Memes were the photos of the food and of the interior decor. Ultimately, only the decor managed to live up to my expectations, somewhat. It's a cute place for sure, but no matter how many pink flowers or feathers you stick to the walls, you cannot make up for just okay desserts. My friend ordered the raindrop which was very strange, but had an interesting flavor profile. The Americano millefeuille was a let down, covered in basic and bland chocolate syrup. The texture was a bit too soggy and the taste was just uninteresting, not very sweet or remarkable in any way. The pea flower tea was good but it didn't rock my socks. The creme brulee iced coffee I ordered was the only highlight of the meal. It was good and sweet. That said, the presentation (including online photos of their drinks) looked tastier than the drink itself. And that goes for pretty much everything served at Sweet Memes that I had the opportunity to try. I suppose that I could summarize my experience as "it was okay" but it's definitely not a place I will visit again. Kudos for making everything LOOK good. But cuteness alone cannot make up for bland recipes.

Yelp
Super cute, Instagram worthy spot. Very chill , very pretty. Although, too pricey for my blood. Beautiful desserts, but I didn't like the texture of the ones we tried. Also, the boba had an off-putting aftertaste. Service was prompt. However, staff wasn't assertive when customers were looking confused. As someone else said, stop in for a look around and some fun photos, then keep it moving.

Yelp
We got the brown sugar milk tea & strawberry yogurt as well as the classic soufflé pancakes. The pancakes were super soft, comes with honey that is really good with ice cream and whipped cream! Drinks were 10/10, definitely recommend trying it out!

Yelp
This is a really cute place to hang out and take pictures! They also decorate according to the seasons which makes me want to go back during the holidays just to see what's new. The desserts are also super delicious. We got the creme brulee pancakes which were super fluffy and not too sweet. There was a perfect amount of cream on top without making it soggy. The drinks were awesome as well. I really liked the Ruby drink, and the coffee was on the sweeter side which I loved. The rainbow in the sky was good but not my favorite. I feel like that drink could have been sweeter. Especially with all the fruits inside, I expected some more flavor.

Yelp
The small "Remember to print receipt" sign is very inconspicuously placed beneath the pay machine screen. I always see it only AFTER I pay the machine. Tonight this chronic fiasco distracted me enough that I forgot the expensive dinner leftover I left on the table, and now I'm already home. I loathe people who don't make things extremely obvious. Why do you make the naive assumption that people will act like obedient kindergarten kids who see that small sign before they pay? Make things extremely, excruciatingly obvious: Print the following text as big as possible on a letter-size paper and tape this paper (upper edge only) on the center of the pay machine screen. Print receipt before you pay! Flip this paper to start ordering.

Yelp
Not worth the trip in the slightest. I was excited to try this place and had it in my list for a while after seeing it all over Instagram as somewhere i HAD to go. First, There was no street parking when I arrived at around 7:30 on a Wednesday so we had to park in a random parking lot and walk down a big hill to get there. Then, to order there are no actual human beings to take your order and instead you must do it on one of two iPads. This proved quite difficult as the people in front of us couldn't figure them out so we were left waiting. My friend and I ordered two mango milk teas and also an ube crepe cake for dine in. The entire place was full with the exception of two chairs at the window bar in the very corner under a low hanging giant pink tree. The entire space was small and every other table was full. It was nearly impossible to get into the chairs because someone was in a chair next to them and there was a picnic table of people right behind. We were also sweating from how hot it was sitting at the bar as it was right at the window with the Texas sun blaring in. We eventually gave up and asked then to make our order for to-go instead. Our order came out faster than others for togo which was the only positive part of this experience. The milk tea was watered down even though we ordered it with light ice and the decor inside just looked so fake. Maybe if the fake decor took up less room they would have more room for paying customers to sit down. The crepe cake was actually really good but not worth all of that at all. I will definitely not be back.

Yelp
This place is so cute. It is definitely an instagrammable spot. We came after eating Ethiopian (just a few doors down) and we were so pleasantly surprised. There are decorations outside every decoration inside, and a different corner. The menu is insane. They have a ton to choose from. We were so full that we could only get two dishes. The staff was really nice we decided to get mango, sticky rice, and a creme Brulé soufflé. It was amazing. We definitely went for Boba but the menu is so crazy that we had to pick something else. Planning to go back to try other things on the menu this place definitely slabs and I recommend it to anybody.
