My kids and I love coming here. Their souffle pancakes are so delicious and fluffy. Their drinks elections are also very good. The decor is very cute, they change it up every now and then.. only downside that due to the economy; Their pancakes are smaller and they raised their prices a little bit.. but that's everyone.. overall, I highly recommend this place.

Sweet Meme Houston is an absolute gem! The moment you walk in, you’re greeted with beautiful, thoughtfully designed decor that changes with the seasons, making every visit feel fresh and unique. The cozy atmosphere makes it a perfect spot to gather with friends, relax, and enjoy some delicious treats. The drinks are refreshing, and the desserts are not only tasty but also incredibly fresh. Everything is made daily in-house by the owner with love, and you can truly taste the quality and care in every bite. Beyond the food, this place is a must-visit for those who love capturing memories. The charming decor makes for great Instagram-worthy moments and social media check-ins. Whether you’re looking for a cute hangout spot or just want to indulge in delightful desserts, Sweet Meme Houston is a fantastic choice!

Google
This is our second time we love it, flavors are unique, place is cozy and relax we had the boba pancakes soufflé the first time this time we had the Nutella toast and the Creme Brulee soufflé pancake , creme brulee brown sugar boba milk tea and the coconut milk coffee all very yummi, the only thing I have to complain about is the portion sizes are very small for the price. But I guess is just they are so good I just want more 😂

Google
We were hoping for fluffy soufflé pancakes, they’re thick but they don’t have the jiggle you see on the typical soufflé pancakes. The matcha was really bad, we left it on the table. The pancakes didn’t taste bad but they weren’t worth the 45 min drive to try them.

OMG!!! if you want to take the girls out for a brunch date or even your daughter…this is the place….I had the taro pancake 1000/10!!! I literally had a photo shesh with my baby girl. Highly recommend!!!

Google
I just loved a mango soufflé. I wish I could order and try more of the other flavors. The cake was so light and soft. Initially I thought I couldn’t finish it all by myself but it’s so light and I was done in 5 minutes. Perfect sweetness. Perfect taste. I wish I can go back there everyday.

Google
We went there for the soufle Japanese pancakes. They have many varieties. Did not disappoint. It's a small dessert shop. Very peculiar and childlike decor. Almost everything is pink. The only negative issue I have is that the seats are too low, made for children, which makes it very uncomfortable for adults. They should update decor and seats.

Google
Been meaning to stop by and try this spot out. Was glad to finally find a spot with a great Japanese soufflé pancake. This sweet treat isn't as common here, 1 of 3 that I know of. But it is well worth a visit should you like to try something new, and have a sweet tooth. We went with the mango soufflé. The fresh fruits, warm & soft pancake just hit perfectly. Perfectly priced and won't break the bank. We can't wait to return to try more. Until next time.

Yelp
came back to sweet memes, and it is a different layout every time service is super quick always customers will order through the tablets placed at the front! Oolong milk tea with milk foam was my favorite, they put a lot of foam! Very young and lively ambiance :)

Yelp
Sweet Memes is a great for small hangouts. The decor is very cute and innovative. They change out new decor seasonally said it feels refreshing coming back after a while. We had a matcha milk tea was made fairly well and a matcha souffle. The souffle is a must try! The sponge layer is moist and creamy. A must recommend! There's a kiosk for easy order making if they cashier is busy making another drink. There's also an easy reward system to sign up using your phone number if you're planning to come back often. The environment is fairly quite and conducive to good conversation.

Yelp
The parking was outside next to the streets so it can get crowded to find parking. As for inside, there were tables, and you could also order quickly inside. The wait was not too bad for our drinks. The inside was nice and relaxing with the cute decorations. I got rose milk tea which was floral and delicious. I would definitely come here again!

Yelp
The drinks and desserts here are some of the best I've had. Actually worth their price and hype. The place is so cute too. Definitely an Instagram worthy spot. Stopping by everytime I'm near.

Yelp
Sweet Memes is a cute cafe located in the heart of Chinatown off of the Main Street. What we love about this Cafe is that it seasonally changes decor so that once in awhile, the visit feels very refreshing and new. They still do a good job on service and food. There's a kiosk in front for self-ordering. We tried the Ube milk tea and matcha souffle. The souffle was amazing, silky, soft, and fluffy. I must recommend!

Yelp
My family and I came by after dinner next door, and we were pretty excited for a sweet treat. The decor is very unique, resembling something of a garden. We ordered a pot of rose tea and a slice of crepe cake along with a croffle. The food and drink tasted great. Absolutely no complaints there. Unfortunately, the croffle portion was underwhelming. A scoop of ice cream? Try a melon baller's worth. Also, the prices were very steep. The rose tea pot comes with two tea cups. However, there is an additional charge if you ask for an extra cup. As for the service, we ordered through the kiosk in the front. However, the employee behind the counter could not be bothered, as she must have had some very pressing matters on her cellular device, which involved a lot of scrolling. We had to ask for so many different things it was almost like we were being needy, but we just wanted the essentials. The bathrooms were not clean either. While we really thought this was going to be a nice birthday dessert outing, everything just seemed lackluster in the end, especially at this price.

Yelp
We came here for dessert after dinner because we wanted something not ice cream related. Out of the sweets we had, I think the Millie crepe is worth going back. I was disappointed in the coffee toast and Logan tiramisu. The coffee toast was literally four toasts and covered in coffee and coco. The Logan tiramisu is super creamy but lack taste. I can't really taste anything. It was more about creamy texture and sponge ness of the biscuits. Which is great btw. Just lacking in taste. The croissant waffle is.. plain. When you go in, you order though and iPad and the staff can answer any questions you have. They made the food quickly and we had to listen for our number and pick our sweets off the counter. It's all very self serve. The ambiance is amazing here. Except the cider blocks. They seem to change every season so if you want a good photo shoot day, this is the place. The atmosphere here is very cutesy and photogenic. I may not come here for the food but I will for the decor. It's such a cute and decorative place to take photos of yourself and with anyone that comes with you. Parking is rough. You can park on one side of the street, the block of the store. Do not park across the street. They will tow you. Theres like 4 tow trucks, just watching. It was weird. There is a cop car in the parking lot for security. I typically just drive up and down and hope someone leaves.

Yelp
The souffle pancakes were pretty fluffy and had great flavors and sauces. I'd definitely try all the flavors at some point. The sticky rice was not good, it just tasted bland, but was green and had mango on the side. The mango mango mojito was refreshing and a great combination, though would have been better without passion fruit seeds. I'd go back mostly for the souffle pancakes.

Yelp
Cute place and liked the Asian dessert concept but WOW was this durian crepe sweet. Isn't the whole point of Asian desserts to not make it sweet!

Yelp
Sweet Memes - More Like Sour Disappointment I visited Sweet Memes last night with my family, and I'm honestly shocked at how far this place has fallen. I used to love this spot--my last visit was two years ago, and the soufflé back then was perfect: soft, jiggly, and full of flavor. Sadly, it looks like there's been an ownership change since then, and the quality has completely tanked. The soufflé I ordered was a total letdown. Flat, dry, and lifeless--looked and tasted like it was reheated in a microwave. We got the original honey flavor, but even that was dull and lifeless. Whatever premium honey they used to use has clearly been swapped out for something cheap and flavorless. I also ordered a strawberry green tea and nearly gagged. It was so overwhelmingly sweet it tasted like someone just poured Hawaiian Punch over ice. Not even close to the refreshing drink I was expecting. But the worst part? The original toast. What a joke. They literally slapped together two slices of cheap supermarket white bread (yes, even used the END piece of the loaf!), toasted it, threw on some fruit, a drizzle of honey, and a scoop of Blue Bell ice cream. That's it. And they charge a premium for this? Come on. This isn't creative or quality--it's just lazy and disrespectful to customers. This place used to have standards. Now it's cutting corners in all the wrong places. I won't be coming back, and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know to steer clear. There are plenty of better dessert spots on Bellaire--don't waste your time or money here.

Yelp
Found this place very relaxing, very calm music playing and the decor very soothing. Order from a kiosk, many different items from drinks to desserts to choice from. The matcha soufflé was pleasantly airy, but being matcha it didn't have much flavor on its own, definitely need to take the bite with the ice cream and whip cream to bring out the taste. Enjoyed my Dirty Taro Boba--made with brown sugar. Will definitely be back to try other items.
google avatar

Yelp
This is the most aesthetically pleasing cafe I have ever visited. This is a beautiful location to take someone on a small date, study session, or a post-dinner treat. There is so much dessert options to choose from. It may be worth considering the menu before visiting because there is simply so much to choose from. You order from a kiosk, so I do not have much to say about the service other than it was simply pleasant and normal. My drink was delicious too. I ordered a tiger milk tea, and it was great!

Yelp
I haven't been back here in a while and was in the area waiting for my kid's cell phones to be repaired at Mr. Shan's computer and phone repair in the Dynasty plaza....needed to kill some time and get work done on the computer. This is a great place to hang out and get that done. Their desserts and teas are good. Best of all is the comfy place I can be productive in and the lady at the counter is nice enough to give me extra hot water in my tea pot when needed. I'll definitely come back again sometime. My kids love sweets so maybe I'll bring them here again. They loved the boba drinks and soufflés and other things from a while back. My cousin's wife introduced me to this place and she would get things to go all the time. Popcorn Ckn could be better. It was very dried up like bit old/ sitting out too long? My favorite popcorn chicken is from Tapioca House

Alicia S.

Yelp
Cute little restaurant. The soufflé pancakes are simply incredible. Pillowy soft and with generous amounts of sauce and ice cream. We ordered the matcha, creme brûlée, mango, and milk tea. Our favorites were the creme brûlée and the matcha. A must visit!!

Yelp
I ordered the jasmine milk tea with boba, the salted egg toast, and the 'Vietnamese panna cotta,' but unfortunately, the experience didn't live up to expectations. The total came out to $35, which was steep for the quality it was served. The salted egg sauce on the toast was overly salty to the point of being overwhelming, and it was served cold, which didn't help the flavor. While I know salted egg yolk is meant to have a savory kick, this was excessive. The panna cotta was disappointing as well, it was mostly ice and syrup, with only a few small cubes of actual panna cotta. I think I counted about eight pieces. Even the boba in my milk tea tasted a bit stale, which was surprising since this spot used to be one of my favorite dessert shops. The quality of the food and drinks, as well as the ambiance of the place, seems to have gone downhill recently, which is really disappointing.

Yelp
Got to come here for the first time and I got two crepes (mango and ube). It was bit heavy on cream and personally I liked ube more than mango. My friend got a strawberry milk yogurt etc and it was really good! I'll have to come have and try some drinks next time! Inside is quite lively setting! Come and enjoy the sweets time! Cheers

Yelp
How sweet it is, if you have a sweet tooth, this place is for you! I've been near the area multiple times, and the name of this location always appealed to me. For some reason, I thought I was going to walk in and find tons of internet jokes and images that would make me smile: MEMES. I got nothing of the sort, but was pleasantly surprised. This place has absolutely beautiful and pink decor inside (including an area that you can sit in that looks like something out of a fairy tale book). Its famous for their desserts and drinks, specifically their waffles and pancakes. When you arrive, you order through a tablet. We decided to fulfil our sweet cravings, by ordering the Strawberry Souffle along with a Creme Brulé Smoothie. Deliciousness they name is Sweet Memes! The Strawberry Souffle tasted like fluffy fresh pancakes covered in a beautiful pink frosting that would make any Barbie fan smile. I'm not a Barbie fan, yet it still made me smile. The Creme Brule smoothie was literally like drinking liquid Creme Brule, even burned to the top to give that crunch that is essential to the dessert. Staff was friendly as well. However, I did find the prices to be a bit expensive. These two items ended up being about 20 bucks! Regardless, it was a fun time, and definitely a spot that I would consider returning to.

Yelp
Cute interior dessert shop for dates! Plenty of places to take pictures when you're inside. It's very pretty in here and girls love it . They offer cakes, boba, and snacks here! I ended up getting their matcha Mille crepe cake and a milk tea. Mille crepe cake was about $8 and milk tea was $5. Average prices here. I'd prob go back if I was in the area just bc the interior is cute. Food was decent, not the best/worse
google avatar

Yelp
I loved the crème brûlée! This has been on my list of foods to try for quite some time and I'm glad that I finally went in. I definitely recommend trying it out at least once because it's very different from the normal pancake. This place is very cute and the service was very fast.
google avatar

Yelp
If you have a high sugar tolerance then im nt sure if this place is for you. Honestly I originally ordered a crème brûlée soufflé pancakes with a Sakura Frappuccino with extra sugar(picked it because of the name ) and the drink was not sweet at all quite tasteless, so i went inside to try to get a different one since you could literally see the whipped cream at the very due to me only getting one sip and they refused an exchange and i paid for an smoothie instead. Boo!! Now on the receipt it does say they dont exchange drinks but damn i could see if my drink was half way gone or something, not me just receiving it and you wont do it. ‍‍ Now the pancakes didnt have flavor either but the cream that they had on side tasted sweet but the ice cream given wasnt vanilla like I ordered. Strawberry smoothie with extra sugar is GREAT.! Please make sure you order what you like cause no refunds or exchanges Beautiful inside, great place to take pictures.!

Yelp
Beautifully decorated, cozy place to hang out with friends and family. There is a self service so you can order and pay (contactless) very easy and fast (don't forget to print your receipt with order number:))! Staff is very nice, the food and drinks are delicious! Enjoy!

Yelp
Sweet Memes was clearly set up to have a cute photogenic atmosphere with lots of decorations everywhere. There was a lot of seating throughout. I decided to try the matcha soufflé pancake with matcha ice cream. The pancake was very fluffy and soft, but the matcha cream that it had on top did not have much matcha flavor. The matcha ice cream had way more matcha flavor and helped boost the taste of the pancake which didn't have much flavor on its own. As with most soufflé pancake places I've seen, all the pancakes appear to be the same base batter and then the restaurants just add different sauces on top. It was a bit pricey as most of these types of cafes are. You order on an iPad by the counter and pick up your food at the counter, so there was not much in the way of interactive service, but the restaurant was decently clean.

Yelp
I really enjoyed their matcha Japanese soufflé pancakes! This is my favorite place in Houston to get Japanese pancakes, they were super fluffy and tasty. They also have lots of other dessert items and drinks, so I will need to come back. Very nicely decorated inside as well!
google avatar

JJ L.

Yelp
They make all the food to order so there can be about a 10-20 minute wait depending on how busy they are. The hot dog was a little too salty for me but it was very good. I would go back again.
google avatar

Jenny T.

Yelp
Sweet memes is a very cute place to take photos and have some desserts. Someone did mention that they have a variety of dessert and that they aren't specialized in any which I can agree with. This place is a hit or miss. Croffle 2/5 I was so disappointed with this dish. I've had it elsewhere and would not recommend this here. It wasn't as soft nor flakey. It was like a thick waffle. Not the same consistency as even when I make at home. Ice cream was good though and I appreciate the sauce and fruit. Flan 3/5 I don't recall how it tasted before but maybe my taste bud has changed. Brown sugar soufflé pancake 5/5 Friends loved it. I also had a bite and enjoyed it. Mango soufflé pancake 3/5 It was okay. Hot teapot 5/5 Pretty good. Can't go wrong.

Yelp
I visited on the night of my birthday! I wanted something sweet, but not overly sweet, and something perfect for my smaller appetite. This place delivers on all! Shoutout to being open until 10pm, and to their friendly staff serving me so close to closing. I felt guilty indulging in this delicious edible artwork in their aesthetically pleasing shop, yet I couldn't help but relish this birthday treat! I highly recommend this place!! However, if you like your treats packed with sugars, try somewhere else. They close at 10pm, and it was around 9pm when I realized I never got a slice of cake or cupcake for my birthday! I wasn't craving anything super sugary or mass produced, just something light. I found my place! I've never had Souffle before, so I took a chance and it was so worth it! Their Strawberry Souffle was in the goldilocks zone of sweetness, not loaded with sugar and not blan. It was light and creamy goodness all around. The whole fruit on top gave it that healthy-health-halo and natural sweetness I prefer. The whip cream and ice cream was delightfully delicious too! In addition to the food and flavor being great, so was the portion and customer service. I wasn't leaving with a to go box or feeling unsatisfied. I also greatly appreciate how kind the staff were to serve me and my husband, in addition to a few other groups, so so close to closing. The staff was friendly, helpful, delivering beautiful dished orders and cleaning up shop all at the same time. I highly recommend this place if this is what you're looking for.
google avatar

Emy A.

Yelp
I've been here multiple times with friends and family. I really like their cute decor. You place your order on the tablet and they will make your order. Their soufflés are delicious. Their croffles (croissant and waffle combo) are okay.

Christine T.

Yelp
Friday evening stopped by with my family, only two staff members working in the entire place. I previously ordered my favorite dessert from this chain in Round Rock and it was delicious but this spot in Houston on Clarewood was a total fail. For $7.00, I got a little more than half of my dessert and there was a big ice chunk in there so the quality was not so great and the girl was upset that I brought it up. Rip off!!!
google avatar

Diana L.

Yelp
Our fave thing here is the matcha crepe cake! We've always enjoyed various teas along with other sweet treats. Also really love how they constantly change the theme/decor. Staff is usually really great about giving recommendations if we can't decide between 2 drinks or desserts.
google avatar

Gina N.

Yelp
My go to place for flan and coffee. They have the best coco flan in town. It's very easy and convenient to order and pay.

Dachel C.

Yelp
horrible pancakes, very upset. over priced as helll!!!!! Staff was nice but the pancakes were horrible.
google avatar

Melodi D.

Yelp
This place is a super cute venue for desserts. It is decorated with flowers, lights, and even a fountain. Don't be intimidated by the decor, though--the vibe is very casual. You go in, place an order electronically on a monitor, and they call your number when the order is ready at the counter (dine-in and take-out options available). It is not a fancy sit-down restaurant. The food and drinks are wonderful. I got the Raindrop cake and the Strawberry Soufflé Pancakes, which were both really good. I especially loved the pancakes, which had the perfect soft, fluffy texture. They were sweet, but not too sweet, which I like. As for drinks, I had the Blue Butterfly Tea Cheese Foam, which was light and refreshing. Overall highly recommend.

Rachel X.

Yelp
This place is SO cute! Super photogenic, and their desserts are delicious too! This is one of the few places where you can get Japanese soufflé pancakes and we get them every time we come! They have many different flavors to choose from, we have had the matcha, strawberry and mango so far, everything is freshly made and delicious! I also LOVE how they decorate the place. Whoever decorates Sweet Memes has a good eye for interior design, and we feel that wow factor every time we visit. We have visited in a few different seasons, spring times, Christmas, and now Lunar New Year. I'm attaching a few pics now so you can see how they decorate for LNY! We also like their extensive drink menu. I wish they can add less ice but overall it's a great place to hang out, share sweets and capture beautiful memories with friends and family too!
google avatar

Julian R.

Yelp
Coffee and boba were creative and tasted great, the service is not great but that's to be expected in the middle day on a Tuesday I suppose. The interior is nicer than most places, but it smelled like toilet so it kinda balanced out (not really).
google avatar

Sahira Y.

Yelp
The food is amazing and I personally love the decor. The service is wonderful and I definitely recommend it. The deserts are so cute. Sometimes at other places they might just look good but not taste good. That is the opposite of this place - it has cute deserts and it also tastes good! This place is definitely recommended!
google avatar

Eliza L.

Yelp
I definitely like there dessert especially the Ube Mille Crepe $8.25 5/5 stars. Not sweet, every bite was moist. Reminds me of Lady M. I had also tried the Mango Crepe $8.00 3.5 stars. There's some chopped up tiny mango pieces. This was ok for me. But my kids like it. I also order Raindrop on a boat $4.00 3.5/5 stars. It's seems plan, I don't know how to describes this. It's not bad or good. It's kinda small but it looks pretty. Would I order this again? Probably not, just wanted to try it. Strawberry Soufflé with strawberry ice cream $10.75. This was light and fluffy. I like it. The ice cream mixed in it was even better. I order Mango Mojitos $5.75 3/5 stars, this was ok. My friend order the Butterfly Lime Mojitos $5.75 3/5 stars, I tried her drink. It was ok also. The dessert is kinda pricey. I will come back and try other desserts. I like the decorations in the location.
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Cheap decor and desserts that majorly cut corners. The menu photos look beautiful but then the actual item you receive looks like a really bad Shein knock off. The ice cream was crumbly icy and my panna cotta dessert arrived in a plastic cup instead of a glass bowl. 3 jaggedy cubes of cheese-looking panna cotta and 4 pieces of logan swirling in a full cup of lychee juice and ice. Absolutely laughable.
google avatar

Jenny S.

Yelp
Anytime I eat in this plaza I have to finish off with sweet memes for dessert. Unfortunately they no longer serve shaved ice here. The mango sticky rice shaved ice was my favorite so good and a lighter version of the real Thai dessert. They have a ton of dessert options also offering milk tea, fruit tea, as well hot tea if you don't want to eat dessert. The decor changes depending on the season so there's always a cute photo op. You order at the counter and they have plenty of photos in their menu book. The service is good May be a bit challenging during rush hour but they do their best to get the desserts out. Next on my to try list is their fluffy pancakes!
google avatar

Carey W.

Yelp
Not gonna lie, I first came in here as a meme because I thought the name of the shop was funny. But I'm so glad I came in because this place turned out to be a super cute shop with plenty of sweets. I was super excited to see that they have souffle pancakes since I haven't found a good place in Houston yet. I got the milk tea flavor, and they said you can mix and match your choice of ice cream flavor with it! The pancake isn't overly sweet but is super fluffy! While I was there, the staff is working on a little garden display at the side of the store so I can't wait to come back in the future to see how it turns out!
google avatar

Stephie M.

Yelp
I can't resist the matcha pancakes! Pros: - Fun atmosphere and decor - Playful menu Cons: - It takes a long while for things to come out and there is no real customer service experience - The ordering experience is confusing, especially if it's your first time - Quality of items overall needs improvement
google avatar

Felisha L.

Yelp
A delightful place for sweet drinks and desserts! We made a quick stop here for drinks and desserts and was not disappointed. We ordered a variety of drinks and every was happy with their choices. I had coconut cream coffee. I was good and creamy - make sure to mix well. For desserts, we had the cheese flan coco. It was really good - I love the cream that was served with it. The strawberry soufflé pancakes was delicious! The pancakes were light and fluffy. It was perfect! Waffles and fruits were okay - nothing fancy about them. Just waffles with powdered sugar served with fruits. I would definitely come bake here again to try a different soufflé pancakes!

Yelp
First Timers! 10/10 highly recommended, the quality was just at its finest. It definitely exceeded our expectations.
google avatar

Yelp
We decided to try the Japanese pancake and found this place. Nice desert! The green tea tiramisu is so delicious. Both versions of the Japanese pancakes are also Stella. We also ordered the jasmine tea. Love this place!
google avatar

Mehvish K.

Yelp
When we walked in it smelled so bad, as if someone used the restroom right at the front. I ordered the drizzle croffle or whatever it's called. Per the picture it looks like you get a few pieces and a scoop of ice cream. I got one small piece and a scoop of ice cream that would be smaller than a kids size scoop. Never again. And it was burnt.
google avatar

Meeyah s.

Yelp
Hmmm delicious treats!! Each dessert was not overly sweet and presentation was perfect. I think this is a great spot for dates and hangouts. I love the versatility.

Yelp
Sweet Memes is definitely a jack of all trades, but a master on none. They have a huge menu made up of drinks, shaved snow, mille crepe cakes, japanese souffle pancakes, Shibuya Honey Toast, Croffles, and more. The options can be seriously overwhelming for the first timer, so I definitely recommend coming in with a general idea of what you want. I visited on a Saturday evening after dinner, and the place was packed. Their Halloween decorations were up so half of the area by the door was occupied, but I luckily managed to grab a small table at the back of the store. All other tables were occupied with guests cramming themselves into spaces to fit. For my visit, I got their Classic Honey Fruit Toast and their Rainbow in the Sky Tea. The drink came out first and I like that they cut up the fruit into small enough pieces to drink through the straw. However, the amount of ice added made it difficult to manuever around for the fruit, and the drink didn't really stand out overall against the other boba shops in Chinatown. The Classic Honey Fruit Toast came out after, and I was surprised by the fact that they had made it Halloween themed. The outside of the toast was nice, crispy, and delicious with the honey drizzle, fruit, and ice cream, but as we got more towards the middle, the toast block was a bit more dense and heavy making it not nearly as enjoyable as the first few bites. Overall, I may come back in the future to try their other desserts, but will most likely be taking them Togo if it's on a weekend to avoid the crowd. As for drinks, there are definitely better alternatives in Chinatown.
google avatar

Rebecca B.

Yelp
More Instagram than substance. We tried the strawberry soufflé pancake and the honey fruit toast. Both were just okay; visually cute and nicely plated but nothing to write home about. At ~$10 a plate, your money probably is better spent elsewhere in Chinatown on a meal large enough to have leftovers. Other patrons were enjoying the decor and the bubble tea. It is a nice and cute cafe, we'll give it that. Some people have left reviews complaining about the service, but there's not much to comment on now because you place your own order on an electronic tablet at the counter and you are then printed a number which will be called when ready. We came on a Friday night and there was a steady turnover of tables; no wait for a table, and our food came out in good time as it was made. Good, because I would have been unhappy to have waited long for the rather lackluster desserts. The numbers won't be in order as partial orders are sent out from the kitchen whenever they are ready.

Yelp
Been meaning to try this place as we have tried several others restaurants in this strip center like Mein, BLK dog, Ishin Udon, etc. Lots of great businesses after the modern renovation. First impression was the decor is cute. A LOT stuffes toys cushions, flowers, wall arts, very girlie. It wasn't packed when we went at 8 pm for their souffle pancakes. I've tried it in Okinawa, Japan and Taichung, Taiwan, so I wanted my hubby to experience the fluffy goodies. Had 2 orders: matcha and mango, also a pot of rose tea for $28, a bit steep but it's not an everyday expense. Both pancakes were great and light. Tea was good but those rose buds got stuck at the spout and hard to pour. Tables and chairs are not comfortable at all. Perhaps the owners discouraged people from sitting too long. Chairs are either made in wood or center blocks. Our butts and back hurt after 35 mins, hence, one star off.

Yelp
Stopped in after dinner to have a sweet treat. Establishment is decorated so cute. Service is self serve for ordering. The staff will call your number over the PA system when your order is ready. Seating is first come first serve. Lots of seating options with cute photo ops! My matcha tiramisu was splendid. The croffle was great as well. Coffee comes in one size and was very good !
