Just had another amazing experience at Sweetgreen in Ponce City Market and had to share! The food was so good—I got the Chicken + Avocado Ranch bowl and it was fresh, flavorful, and super satisfying. Everything tasted clean and perfectly balanced. There was surprisingly no line. What really made the visit even better was the service. Aja (I hope I’m spelling her name right!) took care of me, and she was absolutely wonderful—the kindest energy. She was warm, welcoming, and made the whole experience feel personal and thoughtful. She also shared the QR code for SG’s new rewards program.🎉☺️ Definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to, not just for the food but for the people too. Shout out to Aja for being a rockstar!

Google
I tried Sweet Green for the first time and ordered the Caesar salad with kale and blackened chicken. The ingredients were fresh, and the salad was really good. Unlike many places, they actually use romaine lettuce in their Caesar salads. However, the dressing lacked flavor, and they charge extra for additional toppings. The drink selection was also pretty limited.

Ajani was so nice and handled my order with such care and that is so rare in today's service industry. Thank you so much, Ajani! he music was great. The space was clean and welcoming. My salad was perfect!

I would really appreciate a “do over”. I’m not satisfied with my most recent experience. I feel like my portions, especially my base, was too small for the price. I ordered via DoorDash and picked the meal up and got back to work. I was really disappointed when I noticed the quality and portion size. I added additional ingredients to the salad to sustain me. Isn’t there a line in each bowl indicating where my base should fill to? My arugula was well below that line. For 20$+ a salad please don’t be stingy.

The employees are nice and helpful with recommendations when ordering food. My dine in experience was very enjoyable and welcoming. My vegan wife loves it here. Certified 10/10 😁

It’s our first time in Atlanta. After spending a long day touring the town, we decided to have an early dinner Sweetgreen at Ponce Market. Josiah has been amazing patiently explaining all of the food options. Fantastic customer service and food is delicious!

Google
Anyways a positive experience at the Ponce location, but Taviana went above and beyond with the service. She made sure everything was made exactly the way we wanted and made sure the fries we ordered were hot and fresh, bringing them out as soon as they were done. Really appreciate her pleasant and kind presence, it made the experience even better.

Google
Today I had the miso salmon, customizing it a bit. It was very tasty. It is a bit on the pricier side for what you get, so I wouldn’t come here regularly. This bowl today was $20. It does have healthier options so that’s nice. We ordered ahead online which is pretty simple. The $2.95 rice krispy treat was tasty, and seemed like a healthier version of the classic sweet treat. I can’t comment on atmosphere as someone else picked it up for me.

Yelp
Amazing Staff!! And PEOPLE! Food is Best location I've been to in Atlanta so far please go

Yelp
I love sweet green. Yummy protein bowls and salads. They have a super cute kids menu as well. I love the Caramelized Garlic Steak it's my fav. I get mine with wild rice, sweet potatoes, tomato, garlic steak. Of course you can make your own and add to any order. Many salad selections to choose from. Green Goddess Ranch Potato chips are my guilty pleasure. Love em. I've been ordering on Uber Eats and they have always had my order correct and packed very neatly. This is a very cool place for lunchtime!

Yelp
Trey was super welcoming & warm! He gave me some great recommendations on what bowl to get and made my bowl with care (:

Yelp
I came here with a friend who loves SweetGreen. This was my first time ever eating here, although I had heard about the restaurant before. The ambiance was very nice, clean, and welcoming. The staff was nice when ordering and at the register. I have heard sweetgreen be compared to gusto! as they both make bowls. I love gusto! so I had high expectations of sweetgreen. I ordered the Chicken Fajita Bowl with everything that normally comes in it. It was decent but it wasn't something to write home about. I like the different sauces they had on it which gave it a nice flavor but the portion of chicken i wish was more. I will say the overall portion of the bowl was a good size especially in compared to gusto! for about the same price. My friend ordered the Hot honey chicken bowl. He seemed to like it since it is a new item on the menu. Overall I would say the bowl I had was just okay but I would like to try more of their bowls to better understand and taste the discography of their menu.

Yelp
10/10 my top 3 healthy eatery choices. The service was phenomenal, explained everything very well & was generous with the scoops. It is a very calm, laid back location- it is also very well kept & clean looking. My only issue is parking, there is little to no parking if you are going at lunch time, actually generally speaking as it is by Ponce city market & then if you get lucky to actually find a parking outside, you have to pay for parking. I find that odd that they do not validate your parking if you are stopping by there to grab a bite. Today i had kale, arugula, blackened chicken, wild rice, beans, broccoli, sweet potatoes & onions - along side their homemade bbq sauce! Soooo delicious & it is fulfilling yet still not heavy. I LOVE this place!! If you are on a healthy journey/ enjoy clean eating, i strongly suggest you give it a try. Thank me later ;)

Yelp
ehhhh just okay. with so many options like this restaurant, I am failing to see why this deserves more than 2 stars. (food 3 stars, customer service 1) 1. Portion was very small 2. Lacks taste 3. Horrible customer service/almost impossible to get in touch with via phone and they divert you to texting them, which is also impossible to get talking to someone. Extremely frustrating . 4. not worth the money

Yelp
Went to a concert Saturday evening at City Winery and it ended at 8pm, perfect dinner time. Stopped to here to get a delicious bowl to go (first time here). I ordered the Miso Glazed Salmon bowl, my Sissy ordered the Kale salad The service was exceptional, staff so friendly and knowledgeable of all menu items. The ambiance was very chill. It is located in ponce city market and yes you do have to pay hourly (parking process sucks). I will be going back again soon for a bowl; however, I will probably do a little shopping at Ponce.
google avatar

Yelp
This quick service restaurant is a 'build your own' salad type of place. You pay and order at the counter. They also have an app you can order from and just do pickup. There is booth table style seating throughout the restaurant. The salads were good and the service was friendly as well. The only thing is I wish they offered more pescatarian and plant based meat options.

Yelp
I'm quite literally addicted to these salads, i'm not sure what it is but I come atleast once a week I get the Guacamole Greens with cucumbers instead of onions, blackened chicken instead of roasted chicken, with green goddess ranch I haven't tried the hummus but the focaccia bread is pretty good!
google avatar

Tiara W.

Yelp
So I've been coming to this location for sometime now only to be spending 17.00 on less then 4 oz salmon I wish I would have taken a photo of the rice they gave me. Won't be returning to this location. There only two pieces of cucumbers on this plate

Yelp
LOCATION & PARKING: Very little parking in front of the building and at PCM in general. Right next to Sweat EXT in the corner VIBES: Reallyyyy busy and almost always a line FOOD/PRODUCT & SERVICE: Food is always good. I'm not sure if it's a sweetgreen thing or just this location is very slow, but I've never gotten a pickup order on time. Always 15+ minutes late past promised pick up time. The line in store is always verrrryyy slow to move as well. OVERALL: If I'm starving I'll come, otherwise I'd rather wait and go elsewhere

Yelp
I'd heard so many good things about sweetgreen and I've always loved Upbeet, so I decided to finally try it out! I went to the Ponce location to pick up a weeknight dinner. Parking wise, it's always hard to find parking at Ponce, even with the 30 minute parking in front of the store. I suggest parking upstairs in the 30 minute parking next to Dancing Goats and walk down the stairs to sweetgreen! When you walk in, you can either choose a premade bowl or create your own. I ended up going with the seasonal peaches and goat cheese bowl whole my boyfriend made his own. There was a good variety in ingredients to choose from. When I got home, I was a little upset to find that they had forgotten to add goat cheese into my salad. The salad still tasted fine but was definitely sad to be missing a part. My boyfriend's sald tasted great, especially the lime cilantro jalapeno dressing and green goddess ranch dressing. Overall, it was pretty standard for a salad/health food restaurant, but I think I might still be an Upbeet fan over sweetgreen.

Yelp
Stopped by after visiting Ponce and probably stood in line for about 15min or so. There were only 2 workers. That is my only complaint but the service was great very welcoming nice ambience. You do have to pay for parking so that sucks but the food was delicious and nice portion sizes. This was my 1st time visiting. I got the Cesar with chicken. The lemonade in the glass bottle with I think maple sugar was refreshing without all that bad sugar and low in calories. I will be back again. Good space.

Yelp
Ok for starters my eating habits are trash but I'm trying to do better, don't judge me lol. This place is going to make it easy for me to start improving my eating because the freshness and quality of their food was amazing. Y'all ready for this, in my bowl your boy went from 0 to 100 real fast and by past the meats and got some tofu accompanied by spinach, quinoa, carrots and apples with a vinaigrette dressing. See I told y'all I'm trying. Their menu offers specialties or you can simply build your own. The food is amazing, the quality is on point and the vibe of their dinning area is really nice. If the weather is nice they have a couple seats outside or you can just walk across the parking lot and eat and relax in the grass area that offers a variety of seating. So if you're at Ponce City Market, exploring the Beltline or juts looking for something good and healthy to eat, this is definitely a place to go to!

Yelp
My first time trying sweetgreen that I ordered thru DoorDash. I was underwhelmed at first when I opened the packaging but was pleasantly surprised how good it was! I ordered the crispy rice bowl (no modifications done) and loved every bite. The only thing I would change is to sub out arugula and get romaine or spinach since I'm not the biggest fan. Overall, great experience from the restaurant and DoorDash with this.

Yelp
I have recently become OBSESSED with Sweetgreen. I checked out the one at Ponce, and I really liked it! The space inside is huge (although there could be more seating) and the staff is friendly and the service is fast. I order for pickup a lot of the time and my food is always ready when I show up. There are plenty of outlets which makes it a great place to work as well. I usually get the hot honey chicken plate which is super filling! All the serving sizes are extremely generous. The blackened catfish bowl is pretty good as well!

Yelp
Sooooo Let me start by saying I Luuuuuuvvvv this place. Location: Ponce City Market next to City Winery & Sephora Parking: about $2per hr download the ParkMobile App where you can monitor your time & add additional money for parking. Pricing: Starting @ $8.95-$13.95-moderate Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted with a warm welcome. The location is open, airy & bright with a small seating area that will accommodate about 20ppl. Now let's get to this Fresssssh food. Omgeee this is my place. I really enjoyed all the fresh food options, watching them prepare my food & visibly seeing the fresh food they use in a glass refrigerator. Knowing they make the dressing from scratch made a big difference in the taste. All the employees were friendly and provided WHITE GLOVE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The staff explained the food options & assisted with helping you make a decision on the food options they had available. I did choose from the Winter Menu & that's because it's limited & I'll be back to try the regular menu at a later date. I decided on the Miso Bowl, why because it was in a bigger bowl than the BBQ Chicken+Squash Plate.. (thats the foodie in me) I had a little bit of everything in that bowl, threw in some beets, quinoa & KaleCabbage Slaw. The bowl is huge I would say maybe 24oz for the price that's really good for fresh food & a lot of the food is ORGANIC. I will definitely have some left for lunch. And I had the amazing Miso Ginger Sesame Dressing which is a must-try & I also tried the Spicy Ranch(i think) which was also delish but that Miso Ginger Sesame Dressing is the bomb. The beverage of choice was the SG Hibiscus Berry Clover Tea which has 0 sugar just an FYI. They also do not have straws & the containers are environmentally safe. They also have recycling containers. They do have about 5 locations in the Atlanta area. Lastly, I would say if you want a good meal before going to City Winery this would be a great option as you would just walk upstairs & enjoy your live music. I wanna say that the Mgr Hans is my new friend & I will be back to see him. Lol. I will BE BACK. They get 5

Yelp
Wayyyyy overpriced. They charge for every little thing. The food tastes good and there's a lot to pick from but there are plenty of comparable restaurants in Atlanta that do the same thing for a much cheaper price.
google avatar

Yelp
Today, my work picked up from Sweetgreen. I ordered the Shroomami Bowl. Everything was tasting yummy and fresh until I noticed a hair in my bowl. I am very upset and disturbed by this, especially because this is the second time this month that I've had a hair in my lunch from somewhere (last time, it was Newk's). Restaurants need to please practice proper protocol when it comes to this kind of stuff. Hair should not be falling into peoples' foods.

Yelp
This place is very popular in other states, and they've finally come to Atlanta. Sweet green is fast casual, offering warm bowl style meals and some salads, I think. This location is at Ponce City Market, but on the side and not located in the actual market. There's complimentary 30 minute parking in front of the restaurant, but there's only a few spots and they fill up fast. It's very nice inside. Clean, spacious, and modern. The ordering areas was a little confusing because there are multiple entrances. I got the catfish bowl. Interesting and pretty good flavors, but the fish fillet was so small and the employee was so stingy with the portion! It felt like she was searching for the smallest piece to give me. I think you get free bread, but I upgraded to the rosemary focaccia, which was about 3.50. In total, the food was about 17 dollars, which was kinda expensive to me. The drink options were limited, and I didn't like the selections. All in all, I would come back, but not on a regular basis. Too expensive for the value, but nice on occasion.

Yelp
Always fresh, workers friendly -- lots of options for dietary restrictions. customizable salads

Pamela L.

Yelp
I love Brussels Sprouts and was excited to see them offered on SweetGreens menu. I placed my order about 1:50, after the rush. My confirmation indicated my order would be ready at 2:10pm. When I arrived, the online staff were cleaning up and yelled out to me to go to the register for my order. It turned out that no one had even started preparing my order. When I asked for a refund, I was told I had to speak to the manager. It took 10 minutes before someone (manager?) came up front to tell me they would not refund my money, but I could try on-line for a refund. This is not the first time, that Sweetgreen employees have decided not to prepare orders so they could leave. I gave them several chances this past year. It has not improved

Yelp
I had a lovely Saturday evening checking out the new Sweetgreen at Ponce City Market! This is their first location to open in Atlanta, and I could not be more thrilled they're here. They also are opening locations in midtown and Buckhead. The official opening date for sg is June 8th. Updates to come on the next locations. This location is located next to city winery. You can park directly outside and walk up to the store or park in the usual PCM spots. At the soft opening everyone was invited to order a bowl of their choice. They staggered arrivals for safety and the line moved quickly. Staff were lovely and happy to see people. The restaurant specializes in healthy and tasty bowls and salads. There are standard bowls - most popular I've seen in other locations is the Harvest Bowl as well as local flavors. I was excited to see a hot honey chicken and catfish on the menu for Atlanta. In addition to the regular menu, you can create your own with many choices for bases, proteins, dressings and more. They also specialize on sourcing as many local ingredients as possible! There is a board highlighting the locations used to source. Bowls range ~$12 and are quite filling. I ate around 6 and was good for the evening. I ordered the catfish bowl with spinach. It was delicious! I had the whole filet on top of my bowl, but there's also an option to have it mixed in with the bowl. We also had the harvest bowl(pictured). During the soft opening we all drank water, but they normally have a great selection of juices and beverages. A few cute touches in the space - outlets for anyone needing a charge as well as composting. There was also an area for call ahead and pickup orders so there's no need to wait in line. Can't wait to return!

Yelp
Fresh Healthy Clean Delicious Tasteful I would order again . I ordered the garden Cobb and added bread crumbs and a sweet potato with lemon juice !

Yelp
i've order delivery service twice in the last month. The first time i requested no kale and added extra romaine. guess what i go kale. i let it go, ate it because it was for my spouse who he ate my salad. Now i order a second order same one as usual it's in my profile. The order came with no chicken, none. no protein. i am not ordering from here anymore

Yelp
Whenever I'd travel places, I'd see build your own salad places and finally there are more in Atlanta. This spot opened up in Ponce City Market and it's easy to pickup with online ordering. You can select from their salad combinations or make your own. I made my own because of the different things I wanted to try. I really recommend the ginger miso dressing and the portobello mushrooms. Everything tasted fresh and it was very quick to build your own salad. There's some seating inside as well, but beware parking at ponce can be a challenge. I recommend trying this place out for a nice light meal.

Yelp
Staff is so nice and helpful. And food is fresh and delicious. One of the best Sweetgreens I have been, too!

Rhonda A.

Yelp
The bowl was just OK. Not work the money. The staff seemed a little agitated when asked a question. My bigger issue is that I did not get everything I ordered. They are not paying attention. This was my first experience, and I hate to say it will probably be my last.

Ashley H.

Yelp
Tori was so calm and patient with us. We were first timers and she explained the menu so well and her personal recommendations. I will be returning. And the green goddess ranch is so good. The store was also clean and calm.
google avatar

Branden G.

Yelp
Is someone going to hire more staff for the Ponce City Market location? After 6pm, be prepared to wait over 30 minutes for a salad. I'm from California and just moved to Atlanta and was excited to continue supporting this brand, but I don't think anyone from HQ has visited the ATL locations recently. Let's fix this!
google avatar

Shweta B.

Yelp
I had the Miso Chicken bowl. It tasted super fresh and wholesome - I felt really good after the meal. The miso dressing was really good and I like knowing that they make everything in-house. They chop their own veggies, make their own dressing and everything. They support local farmers by using local produce. The ingredients are clean. The staff at this location was super friendly and it seems like they are treated well by the company (I heard some info regarding pto etc.). Pleasant and healthy place - will return the next time I want to eat clean but I'm too lazy to chop my own veggies.
google avatar

Morgan M.

Yelp
They gave me a wrong order after I made a pick up order online. Got home only to find out it wasn't mine. Don't trust the stickers. I'm so upset and now hungry.

Hannah D.

Yelp
I love sweetgreen. Would literally eat there everyday if I could- unfortunately this location really falls short. This is the closest sweetgreen to me so I do frequent it, but my bowls are CONSISTENTLY half full. I don't notice this at any other location. Really annoying, especially for the price you pay! Don't get me wrong though, the half that I do get is always delicious. Guess it is my fault for continuing to come to this location!
google avatar

Will W.

Yelp
I'm officially done with Sweetgreen. The quality at this location is just so bad. See attached photos. $15 for a tiny half-filled salad where the egg isn't cut up, the avocado isn't cut up, and the avocado still has skin on it? I think not. The quality has just gone down, down, down. They need to bring in corporate management and do an overhaul of this store.

Jazz H.

Yelp
Food nasty rice never cooked always crunchy corn burnt avocado bad I will never eat here again

Yelp
I was so excited to try Sweetgreen for the first time. My fiancé and I made it in at 8:40pm before their closing time of 9:00pm on Sunday, September 5th, 2021. The service was pretty slow despite the end of the night and it seemed like the workers were more focused on cleaning the kitchen and prepping for the next day rather than serving us food. My fiancé ordered the new elote bowl and as they were preparing the bowl, they forgot to add essential ingredients and he had to remind them a few times to include some ingredients such as the goat cheese. Despite the mishaps, the bowl was really good. I decided to go with their popular harvest bowl and I was highly disappointed in the portion size compared to my fiancé's bowl (see pictures below). After we paid for our food, we decided to grab a table to eat real quick, however, there was only one table open (which was really close to another group that was eating) because they had already stacked chairs on top of the remaining tables. We took 1 bite, and then the restaurant lights shut off suddenly. There was no communication whatsoever about whether we could dine inside before closing time and we felt it was extremely rude to shut the lights off while we were eating to force us out instead of kindly telling us that they were closing and would like for us to leave. As we were leaving the restaurant, we saw that the workers turned back on the lights confirming our theory that they indeed forced us out. My fiancé is a huge Sweetgreen fan from his time in Philly, but we will NOT be coming back to this particular location.

Juan M.

Yelp
Bottom tier sweetgreen. They CONSISTENTLY forget to add sauces in their orders. Totally unacceptable.

Gigi T.

Yelp
Don't go here if you're in a rush. There seems to be a lot of people behind the counter making online pick up orders, but maybe only one person is making salads for customers? Usually i'll be waiting in front of the counter for about 10-15 minutes before someone will come take my order and make the salad. If there are 2 + people in line in front of me, it will usually take about 20-30 mins because the staff will ignore the line for a while. Sadly i really like the harvest bowls, but my self esteem is always a little worse after I go here because the people working seem annoyed with customers and ignore them :((((
google avatar

Yelp
We had a big breakfast and wanted something light for lunch. I have been to a few Sweetgreen locations in Los Angeles, so we came here. Didn't realize it was in Ponce City Market! It was crowded there - parking lot was packed but we finally found parking after driving around for a bit. It was 2:30PM but there was a long line. Luckily it went fast. I thought about the catfish bowl, the mushroom bowl but decided on the Harvest Bowl. Hubby got the Crispy Rice Bowl. Also got setlzer water drinks and ate our food outside. Food was delicious and light - exactly what we wanted. Overall a great Sweetgreen spot in Ponce City Market!

Doni M.

Yelp
The customer service was amazing and the food was even better. The restaurant was clean and it didn't take me long to get through the line. I actually come to this location a lot and wanted to finally write a review of their service.

Yelp
The question I pose is: What is a mint julep with no mint? Similarly, what is a Sweetgreen peach & burrata salad with no mint? I'm a huge fan of Sweetgreen and was excited to try this new location. As a previous Sweetgreen black member and an everyday consumer in NY to LA (consuming 1-2 bowls a day precovid), sadly this location disappoints. I decided to venture away from my typical harvest bowl order and got the special peach and burrata salad. That was a mistake. What makes Sweetgreen unique is their constant innovation and new partnerships, seasonal salads and mixes that leverage local and fresh produce to bring joy to my afternoon meal. In the past I fondly recall David Chang's Tingly Sweet Potato and Kelp bowl and Nancy Silverton's custom salad with highlights being the spicy broccoli and crispy rice drizzled in a lime cilantro jalapeño vinaigrette. For me, that would have also been the new seasonal peach and burrata salad. There was no notification of out of stock items: As I was about to checkout and inquired about basil and mint, key ingredients listed in the seasonal salad! My basil was forgotten and I was told the mint was unavailable. To me that defines an incomplete salad and as a promoted seasonal option only in the South, I expected more consistency with my bowls. I'm hopeful that this store improves over time but at minimum, we salad enthusiasts should be be notified that certain items are unavailable beforehand in order to fully experience each salad. Highlights: very fresh tomatoes & accepts Apple Pay

Yelp
This place was pretty good. As a first timer, I was overwhelmed by the amount of options but the meal was very good. Huge portion, to the point I only ate half of the food. Extremely fresh and you could see them cooking veggies behind the counter. Would recommend getting dressing on the side in case you don't finish the meal. Expect a long line no matter what time you come.

Jessica W.

Yelp
This location is the one by PCM. The food is great. The service is terrible. They will ignore you for serval minutes and not acknowledge you until they're ready to. It's a shame because I'm forced to come here simply because it's the one nearest me.

Hollie E.

Yelp
Loved all of the options! Everything felt super clean but also tasty and flavorful! Staff was very friendly and I was able to sit with my laptop and get some work done.

Darryl D.

Yelp
Food was really good got a warm welcome when I entered this location has exceeded excellence

Taylor S.

Yelp
Hire more staff! It's ridiculous that this multi million dollar company is falling short on accurately staffing one of their locations. On top of the fact that they usually run out of ingredients white often . Lastly , I overheard one of your servers that the have to pay to park when they come to work. Shame on you!!

Rhoda O.

Yelp
First time trying Sweetgreen. First off the workers aren't very welcoming. When I came in no one spoke or anything. I ordered the blackened catfish bowl to go and realized once I left that it was basically a spinach bowl with a tiny bit of catfish. Photo showing the pile of spinach I removed and the bowl still full of spinach and barely any catfish. For $15 this is not it. I'll stick to Cava.
