I recently visited Sweetgreen in Beverly Hills and had such a great experience. The place is very clean, the staff is friendly, and the food is fresh and delicious. What I loved the most is the ability to customize my own bowl with the ingredients I like best. The team prepares it right in front of you, which makes it feel extra fresh and personal. Service was also very quick, making it a perfect spot for a healthy meal on the go. Highly recommend!

Refused to make a takeout order because they'd allegedly run out of to go bowls, the only offer was to put it on a plate, but only as much as would fit, when I asked if that would be like half the salad they would still charge full price for, they said "I don't know what to tell you man". Unreliable, under-supplied and poorly managed. Avoid avoid avoid, this is just for tourists who don't kno any better

Very healthy food, i need something really healthy, and this place is great, you can order salads or choose your ingredients, and there is menu for children

Thought that this would be the best sweetgreen spot. Got the crispy rice bowl that I order almost every other day. At this location all the ingredients are cut in big chunks: carrots, cucumber, chicken, red cabbage, so you eat pretty much one Ingredient at a time. Not sure why it looks this way here. They don’t mix your dressing either.

Nice, clean, green location in Beverly Hills. Bathrooms are also clean. The lady who made my salad was nice. I walked in and was greeted with a lot of welcomes by the employees. I love how they had outdoor seating against the front of the shop — bummer it was too cold to sit outside! There was plenty of indoor seating though and there were even outlets to plug in a laptop. Good place to get some journaling or work done, it was also a spacious shop. I got the harvest bowl with modification — took out the cheese and almonds and dressing. They gave me a TON of kale so it didn’t feel like cop out. It was a tasty bowl, but definitely feels a bit pricey. Would come back though

Every time I come here Jayla and Anthony are both so so sweet!! The whole staff is always so nice, it makes my experience so pleasant every time!!

I'm a Sweetgreen fan and have visited about 6 locations in the LA area, 1 in Boston and 1 in NYC. I have the app and can pay with my phone. This was my first time at the Beverly Hills location. I love it. I normally order pick up, but this time I ordered w/ a team member. He was kind, very patient as I made choices and balanced the mobile orders and customers well. I liked the music and interior. I especially enjoyed the outdoor bench seating. I went in the evening on a Friday after most of the businesses closed, so it wasn't very busy. It was fun to enjoy a healthy meal and people watch. Glad to find a new location I like. I'm not a fan of the 3rd street location from an incident a few years ago. I gave it a few chances, but primarily stick to the LaBrea location the most. I will now add Beverly Hills to my favorite list.

It was my first time eating at Sweetgreen. Everything was fresh, and I highly recommend it if you’re a salad lover who enjoys protein.

As the founders said "connecting prople to real food". It connects exactly to my lifestyle for green food daily. Love it

I've been to several sweet green locations and this spot is one of my favorites. Spacious and clean seating area. It gets crowded during lunch hour but other than that, it's quiet. I love the harvest bowl and the vinaigrette it comes with is so tasty. I also mix a little bit of pesto. Their salads are healthy and get you full. They didn't put as much green base this last visit but if you order in the restaurant, they'll add more if you ask.

I generally don't ever write bad reviews but it's kind of hard not to after this experience I had today. I placed an order for pick up around 3:40pm for a 4pm pick up. When I arrived at 4:10 , it was still not ready. I asked about my order and the associate rolled her eyes at me with a big sigh. She started making my order. What I received was NOT what was pictured. I ordered a mini mezze plate (subbed cucumbers with sweet potatoes). She then pours CRUMBLES of tortilla chips over my bowl. I was a little shocked so I asked her if they had regular tortilla chips. She didn't speak any English so it was hard to communicate as she didn't understand what I was asking for. Thankfully (but not really) another associate from the back came out and I asked him the same question. His answer was "we don't have this container and we usually crush our tortilla chips into this container (their silver containers they put their ingredients in) . I was pretty baffled by this answer and also a little mad but as I didn't have time, I just asked to pack it up. The food: Chicken was meh , sweet potatoes also meh, tortilla chips were stale and bad. Extremely disappointed and will not recommend

This sweet green definitely needs to improve because every time I've came here their food is always burnt or super dry like no flavor always

Had a pretty good experience here today when I was in the area and decided to grab some lunch. I wanted something healthy and affordable and knew I could count on Sweetgreen for this. The prices have definitely gone up a bit but the quality has stayed pretty consistent. I went pretty basic today in ordering the create your own salad. I stuck with grains and greens as well as some fruits and veggies on top. I love how the produce here is always fresh. I also got my favorite cashew dressing, a lovely creamy slightly spicy dressing that's thankfully also vegan. It really elevates any salad I order here, no matter how basic. The employee helping me was friendly and helpful and guided me through the ordering process. I do wish they labeled the veggies or at the very least listed them to help me figure out which to add. I decided to sit inside despite that the tables weren't clean. Of course, while I was eating, the employee started cleaning them but I was too comfortable to move to a cleaner table. The outside seating looked nice and cozy and would be great for people watching, but it was just too brutally hot out. Parking was super easy in the two hour free parking garage right across the street!

Good food, is a bit pricy though, especially when you get extra sides. Can add up to $25 per salad. Some servers are very generous with the food portions they give you, some are not. The staff is generally very friendly though, but I do wish they gave you bigger portions. Lines and wait times can be long during peak lunch hour. Around 15 minute wait when I go around 12:30pm.

Have a regular at sweet green and I go to multiple locations. That's Beverly Hills one is the best location they're always so nice and overcompensating. Today when I went for lunch, the employee Mars told me she added extra salmon because some of mine broke apart, how sweet!

Truly disappointing miso glazed salmon bowl and green tea via Grubhub. Neither was tasty and both are overpriced. Would not order from them again.

It was nice to find an easy healthy option while traveling. The service was fine, an efficient fast casual atmosphere. They were out of one of my sides, but easily offered a replacement side of my choice. I had the Miso Salmon Plate and it was really good. I'll be back and would recommend to anyone in the area looking for delicious healthy options.

Delicious and healthy food! This was a delivery experience. They have a ton of options and customizations, and ordering for delivery was very easy through their website. I opted for the chicken pesto parm bowl. The best way I can describe this is as a chicken parmesan salad bowl. It sounds unusual, but it was very tasty! Everything was fresh and flavorful. The two included dressings combined to form a very tasty tomato pesto flavor. The crunchy croutons added the sensation of the chicken parmesan crunch as the chicken itself was grilled. The included piece of bread was decent albeit nothing special. The overall bowl was delicious! I recommend this business for a tasty and healthy meal!

I really like their salads here. Very clean and well run. They have a variety of proteins available as well as many delicious salad dressings and veggie toppings. Create your own or choose one of their premade options. Be sure to download the app if you want to save time. Great option for healthy meal in the area!

I've never been to sweet green until yesterday, shocking right...? They have a lot of premade bowls that are seasonal or just fam favorites. I decided to build my own version of a kale Caesar salad. I got kale, 2x broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers, zataar croutons, tofu, parm and the caesar dressing with lemon and lime. It was so big! You can even get a side of bread on the side! Overall a great experience and perfect for lunch if you forgot to pack something at work.

I was fortunate to receive an invitation for a complimentary meal during their sneak peek preview day celebrating Sweetgreen's arrival in Beverly Hills. When I arrived, the lovely Sherease greeted me with a smile and genuine enthusiasm. Everyone was friendly, especially Mario who helped me with my order. You can order one of their signature bowls or salads off the menu or create your own, which is what I did. I selected romaine and spring mix then added spicy broccoli, roasted sweet potatoes, grilled mushrooms, avocado, tomatoes, cucumbers, and parmesan crisps. Mario mentioned that the spicy cashew dressing(vegan) was his favorite, so I went with that. I'm glad I did because it was awesome! My salad was so delicious. Each bite was busting with flavor, and all the ingredients were so fresh. It was also huge! I saved half for dinner. Sweetgreen is definitely a welcome addition to the neighborhood and no doubt will be a popular destination for lunch. The eatery is clean, spacious, and there are plenty of places to sit and enjoy your healthy meal. The official opening date is August 30th and for every meal sold during their grand opening a bowl will be donated to Food Finders.

Bathroom is disgusting. Management should be on top of this, I feel filthy just having this in my camera roll. No respect for customers.

The service here is HORRIBLE!!! There was one male and female working there tonight and the female was the worst. I went in there to order a rice bowl and they had no chicken, rice or cucumbers at 6 pm. She wasn't trying to help me with anything. I almost walked out because I couldn't take her attitude anymore. Why hire people who don't want to be there? I don't see a business surviving with a staff like that especially in Beverly Hills. I'll never go back there again. Not worth it for me!

sweetgreen in general is a hit or miss. Most recently, it was a miss due to 'Tiffany R' (or at least that was the name on the receipt) and her lack of service. I was with a couple of colleagues who were ordering in-store, and all I wanted was a piece of their (really good) focaccia. That was it. Easiest order all day. But after she rang up my co-worker, she ignored me by sauntering over to gossip with her co-workers while I stood near the register waiting (since I only wanted the bread-which is located by the register.) It took me a little longer than it should have to get her attention and once I did, she seemed almost flabbergasted/annoyed that I wanted something. Well if you didn't overlook me in the first place, I wouldn't have startled you. Wasted $2.46 on this visit, but that's life.

What is wrong with this location? I stopped going here because the orders were always late and done incorrectly. I moved over to the 3rd street location which is fantastic. My daughter needed to pick up a couple salads quickly and BH is closest to us so we placed an online order for 3:45 pickup. We walked in at 4:07 and the order had not been started. They assembled the order and forgot the dressing. I think the employees are not on top of things. Back to 3rd street location for me which is out of the way or we will go somewhere else.

Flavorful and fresh tasting ingredients can be tasted in this harvest bowl. I didn't make any substitutions, it was perfect as it came.

not what I was expecting. The rice was old and dry which made my experience not good because that's one of my favorite parts.The portion looked like a kids meal kinda not worth for what I paid with all the fees .

The guy who helped me was friendly and very helpful, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was also nice--clean and inviting, as always. However, I was really disappointed with the steak in my order. It was dry, old, and clearly had been sitting out for a while. This was especially frustrating given Sweetgreen's reputation for quality ingredients. Spending $25 and still leaving hungry isn't what I expect from a place like this. I hope the team can address this issue and ensure all the items are fresh and up to the standard Sweetgreen is known for. I'd be happy to come back for the great service and atmosphere, but the food quality needs improvement.

I received my bowl and noticed the chicken was soft and pink. Undercooked chicken is very dangerous.

Your staff always very helpful & prompt. Today I had the best blend ratio However what is good w a whole bowl of arugula stems. Y'all serving these daily, not my first time receiving this at this location. manager, Where does your supply come from ? Genuine question, & don't blame it on the Arugula Prep Staff. You can zoom in on a few of the stems, the leaves never grew. Crispy Stem Bowl, light on the dressing $17.

Phenomenal atmosphere I love the employees always so insanely clean it's really unbelievable...food is great..I left my sunglasses case here and they gave it back to me a couple days later when I came in

Very good - ordered a delivery to hotel and food arrived quickly. Food was well packaged. Even though it was delivered the food still tasted fresh and had a lot of fresh chopped kale. It's a good balance of carbs like sweet potato and grain bread with lots of vegetables and proteins. It was the perfect meal for recovery. The balsamic vinaigrette really ties everything together and completes the dish. I wish there was more dressing and more apples however but overall a perfect bites

The food was fresh and delicious. The service was prompt and efficient, even during the dreaded lunch rush. The ambiance is cozy with the calming music and fresh aroma. Loved finding this place whilst roaming around Beverly Hills.

So thankful this sweetgreen came to Beverly Hills to make healthy, affordable and quick work lunches more available to the area. Service is friendly and efficient - Luis and Isaiah are both standouts day-to-day who get me in and out the door with all my modifications made and a delicious salad in record time.

One of the best go-to lunch spots in Beverly Hills. Great place to grab a fresh healthy bite, and Sarah and Luis always help figure out new combinations when I build my own protein bowl!

So the fact that I placed an order online to be picked up but because an employee said it has been sitting there in the pick up area for awhile someone else took it to eat ... what does that even mean and when I asked how does that even allowed to happen I asked if they can redo the order again which obviously I would have to pay for again they said no. About to deny charge on my card or try to get a refund let's see how that goes. Other then that will not be back and needs better hospitality

Sweetgreen is my holy grail! I used to drive to the location on 3rd whenever I come into the office because I'd allow it to be a little treat for myself rather than bringing in lunch. When they opened this location, I couldn't be more ecstatic! The food is of course delicious and refreshing but the staff is what really takes the cake. Luis has helped me a few times to the point where I feel like I've become a regular so it's always nice to see him when I come in for my lunch. He's friendly, generous, and charismatic -- when working in Beverly Hills, it's so refreshing to come to an energy like this. 10/10

I am a BSM student at Pepperdine University West LA. Our Marketing professor assigned us a homework recently to listen and reflect to "Built This podcast" about how Sweetgreen started. It ispired me to go to Sweetgreen (not my first time) and get lunch from here. As always, the food and customer service is very good. It is so nice to see the founders' pics hanging and know the story behind it as well as the core values that they have by the cashier. To the founders, keep it up! Your story inspires people and students like me to be like you all!!!!

First time trying Sweetgreen anywhere, let alone Beverly Hills. Surprisingly delicious. Pricey, but what did you expect?

The server was very nice and friendly I had the pesto salad for lunch today it was fresh and so tasty however as I was enjoying my delicious fresh salad I notice what seems to be a strands of hairs in very small amount on the dressing and I immediately brought it to their attention as I was gross out a little and lost my appetite but they apologized and replace my salad which I took it to go since I was so traumatized and waited to the evening to finally enjoy my salad with no one's hair on it.

Awesome place! Fresh ingredients always. They always change the menu which is great because you never get board of what they have to offer. I love ordering from the app and pick it up. The stuff is always friendly and nice

I felt compelled to write this review in regard to horrific customer service/experience. Back in May I placed an online order for what I thought was delivery as I was sick at home. Upon receiving the confirmation I realized that the order was actually placed for pick up. Being sick and unable to physically go to the restaurant I immediately tried canceling the order only to be sent a message saying it was too late. The cancellation was sent within no more than 2 minutes. Believing that if I put in another order for delivery it would cancel out the first order. I was indeed charged for both (close to $80.00) so I disputed the first order with my bank. After researching the claim I was notified today by the bank that Sweetgreens is claiming that based on food waste they had to charge me for the order placed in error. Based on pure principle and knowing what great customer service should be, my wife and I will NEVER EVER give our business to this company again.

I love their salads but the prices are starting to get out of control. I ordered a hummus crunch salad today with some substitutions (no olives, add roasted chicken). They told me they were out of hummus but that I would be charged extra for a scoop of chicken. That's fine I guess but when they rung me up they charged me $18.56, which was just kind of shocking to me, especially considering when I "built my own" salad in their app with the exact same ingredients it only came out to $14.45 (still a lot but not quite as crazy). We're all struggling to get by in this time of economic uncertainty and high inflation; I just don't think I can justify this expense anymore.

Me and my entire office orders from this Sweetgreen location a lot. And EVERY TIME there is always something missing. I just ordered from there 1 hour ago and my food just go delivered and my sauce was missing for both of my items. And it wasn't the delivery driver because they tape up their boxes, and the sauces are included in the boxes. So the boxes have not been tampered with by anyone outside of the restaurant. So now I have to eat a dry meal and it just feels like my meal is incomplete and it truly ruins my entire experience dining with Sweet green. It is so simple to just double check the order before sending it out. It is so disappointing and annoying that this happens every single time.

Benjamin AKA cuter Zac Efron is so sweet! Thank you so much for making my first sweet greens visit so great! I used to go to Mendocino farms before sweet greens and hes such a sweetie has truly converted me to a greenie! My friends and I (about 10) of us are going to come in weekly now to see Zac!

This is the cleanest sweetgreen in LA. I went in today, 4/25, at 7:30pm and was helped by a woman who had red hair styled in a braid. She was so nice, very professional, and knew their menu by heart. Compared to other locations, it seems like this one priorities customer service and cleanliness more than others. It was also well stocked on everything we wanted in our salads. Must have good management. I'm excited that sweetgreen is making moves to get rid of seed oils in their food. I think this will be an industry disrupting trend that pressures their competitors to follow.

Love this location and especially when Luis makes my salads. Thanks to him, my salads are always great and I always look forward to coming here for lunch.

Sweetgreen is going south. And now the bowls are 30% smaller. Don't think we will notice. Prices are still the same if not higher. I will need to look at other options for my salad fix....

i wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional customer service Michelle provided me during my recent visit to Beverly Wilshire Sweetgreen. Her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure that I received my order correctly And help me navigate the ordering process on the app truly made my day. I wanted to be able to split my base with two different greens and I didn't know how to that on the app. She took the time to try and help me and to remember my name so that my order would be perfectly delicious next time I ordered. The whole team at Beverly Wilshire is professional, courteous and friendly. I go in everyday and am a sweet pass+ member. I really love the cleanliness of the restaurant as well as the fast service. Michelle kindness did not go unnoticed, and I am incredibly thankful for her assistance. It is employees like Michelle that make sweetgreen stand out as a top notch establishment. thank you once again for her outstanding service. I look forward to returning and seeing her friendly face again.

Lower quality location. I've been a few times I live in the neighborhood. Went last night and the chicken got me sick. It was the fajita bowl. I almost went back and returned the food when I got home. Decided to power thru. Chicken was rubbery and under cooked. Can still feel it sitting in my stomach. Typically have an iron stomach. I have always felt like this location was below the others. The food is not fresh.

If you want a quick healthy snack, they have the perfect sides. The sweet potatoes with green goddess dressing are to die for! The sweet and the savory create the perfect flavor. Also the focaccia rosemary bread, they give you a generous slide. Ive also tried the salads and they are pretty good too. The location is nice, the service is standard
