This was my first time here. I loved the look of the restaurant and all the ingredients looked great. I did the build your own salad option which starts at just under $9, so awesome. When saying which ingredients I wanted a few times I was told “that’s an additional cost, is that ok?” And I said sure because I didn’t think it would add up that much, but it ended up being $21 lol. I mean, it was a great salad but dang that’s a lot. I would recommend just getting a salad that’s already on the menu for a set price. I would definitely go back again, but order that way instead.

It seems like sweetgreen has been going downhill lately. This is probably the third time I get a salad with hard, crunchy, undercooked rice. Very unpleasant, felt like I was trying to eat kale with gravel. At $17 for a salad, I would expect a lot more. Learn how to cook the rice, read the instructions, if any…😬

Sweet Green has won my heart with its exceptional offerings. If they ever decided to pay me as an ambassador, I'd gladly shout their praises from the rooftops, instead of simply by sharing the app with friends. Honestly, I can't find a single fault with this remarkable company. They truly stand out by using top-notch ingredients sourced from local farms, maintaining a strong commitment to sustainability, and providing an extensive range of seasonal vegetables, fruits, and proteins. The menu options are so diverse that you'll never tire of exploring new flavors; unless you do 😅 While I must admit that all Sweetgreen locations maintain these high standards, I did encounter a minor hiccup at this particular spot. It seemed that they were a bit stingy with the serving size while charging the usual price. Normally, my salad container is bursting with a delightful abundance of greens and proteins, leaving me completely satisfied. However, this time, I found myself searching for that extra oomph. It's a shame when the taste is spot on, but the portion size leaves you wanting more. Despite this slight setback, I still hold Sweetgreen in high regard. Their commitment to quality and sustainability remains unmatched. I'll continue to indulge in their flavorful creations, I'll just avoid this one, 😑

I normally have good salad experiences here, but today, they really were not even trying to do a better job. I asked for a teriyaki chicken salad to change it up. It includes okra, and they gave me only a grand total of two okras. I asked to put cilantro, and they barely put any in there. They gave me half a scoop of chicken, and when I asked for medium on the dressing, they barely made half a circle. Also, the rice in it, some of it was hard/uncooked, which sucked. This was the saddest salad I've ever gotten from them, and I'm extremely disappointed in them. I know the guy doing my salad said that it was his first day BACK, but that's no excuse. He even asked me if i wanted a lid in the end. A LID. What a waste of money today's experience was... The picture is of the salad right after I paid for it and got into my vehicle. I was so upset and didn't want to waste food that I didn't ask them to remake it or anything.

I’ve been to this location multiple times. The workers are hardly ever polite. They rarely greet you and just ask “what can I get you?” The last 2 times I’ve come here Mark has helped me and his portion control is terrible. I got the steak last time and gave me the bare minimum of everything. I got a salad the second time and asked for extra chicken and both of those portions could have equaled one portion. Paying $17 for a salad with a few pieces of chicken and very little of everything is very displeasing. On top of feeling unwelcome, the food portions are getting horrible & it’s disappointing.

UPDATE…The manager was very understanding and took care of my issue on Monday night (4/29). I appreciated his sincerity, professionalism, and commitment to quality customer service. Thank you for a good customer experience!

OMG loved it. Food is always amazing but this location must have seasoned or well trained employees because they knew exactly what I requested and were able to support me with my choices. Clean store with lots of tables and space. LOVED IT

I am a big fan of sweetgreen and the food quality is good, but every time I come to this location, the vibes are so bad! Today, I was the only customer who was in line/ready to order when I walked in and nobody really made an effort to help me. Hand sanitizer doesn’t work and one older employee was rude and made a huge fuss about letting me use the restroom to wash my hands before I ate, despite there being others using the restroom already.
