It’s fast, healthy food. As a vegetarian it was easy to choose from the pre-designed options or to substitute in tofu on anything. The staff were really helpful in describing the process and giving me suggestions. I got the shroomami salad and it’s good!! The mushrooms are delicious, tofu is tasty but a bit dry, and the wild rice is good. I asked for chickpeas, which they added on top. Apparently there’s a free piece of sourdough bread, too! The ambience is super chill and has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Free parking lot behind the building for customers

Ordered through DoorDash “fish taco salad” and when it was delivered, there was no fish, and no quinoa base. Had to drive all the way there, and the manager’s attitude was not apologetic at all, and said she checked the order herself to make sure it was right.. does she think we took out the fish and also scooped out every single grain of quinoa just to drive back here to get our order right? If shes not lying and actually did check, and missed FISH- the main ingredient, then she needs to check better next time. This is the 3rd time this has happened. It really is my fault for thinking this wouldn’t happen more than once. Don’t bother ordering this for delivery. Jem the worker who helped us out at the store was kind and helpful. Cynthia the manager was very unhelpful and didn’t apologize once and implied that we took out the ingredients to drive back and get free food. Seriously, I’m beyond shocked.

Ordered direct through SG website to try the new Ripple Fries, willing to pay the exorbitant fees (over $30 for a base bowl and fries). An hour after ordering, with the tracking showing that order had already been picked up and was getting close to me, get an e-mail that order has been cancelled. No call for explanation or apology, just cancellation e-mail. Rough.

I eat healthy and I was really excited when we got a new restaurant and to the neighborhood. But that excitement quickly faded after looking at the menu and the prices are outrageous! For a basic iceberg salad you're gonna pay between $15-$18. It's nothing special. For that price range I expect a salad to be loaded and something out of this world but these are not unfortunately. If you don't care about where you throw your money then throw it away at sweet greens.

DO NOT EAT HERE Getting a salad from this location is perfect way to drop 10 pounds in couple days. Without a doubt gave a dozen people I work with food poisoning. After days of throwing up I finally make it to the restaurant. When I walked in there was already another customer yelling at the manger for also getting sick. Granted at this point she was probably fed up but took zero responsibility . I even pointed out that at that very moment there were employees serving food without gloves. Her response was “ really not much I can do “ eat at your own risk but you are better eating lettuce of out a trash can !

Ordered pick-up through Uber Eats. Food was cold & didn’t come with any utensils and napkins. Not the biggest deal but definitely an inconvenience since we are visiting la and didn’t think to bring spoons/forks. The food looks like it was just thrown together; the avocado was rock hard. Overall, 2/5.

I really like the sweetgreen's salads, and the servers were super friendly. CJ was very helpful and put my salad together with care. My complaint is with the limited beverage choice. The lemonade was not great. All that was available was Kombucha, olipop, and bottled water. Tea? There was a very small kids apple juice. I would prefer to have a better more lemonade tasting lemonade or a sprite. Or a proper juice. Idk.

Stopped in the other night for a quick dinner ordered the steak salad and miso salmon the gentleman that started making my order seemed to be very annoyed and we haven't even had an encounter yet Usually staff helping u ask if u would like everything on the menu for that particular item he could care less never asked and began to throw together our plates lmao I get it we all have shitty days at work but it had nothing to do with me and you're at work time to grow up control your emotions and if u hate your job guess what there's thousands more or continue your education and change the narrative but to take your bullshit out on my dinner when I just came into a spot that I usually don't go to cause it's over priced and a bit of a luxury night for me isn't fair I'm not a difficult customer either I tried to be as kind and considerate as possible considering it seemed like he had already had a shitty day He literally dressed our plates with a massive amount of dressing even tho I asked for medium he was bothered that I asked for the salad to be mixed and when I asked for a piece of bread he was annoyed that he had to walk to get a glove Handled me my order not even secured with the tops on and was just rude like little boy take a nap or eat something or speak up to a supervisor if the job isn't what you imagined I'm sure the location of this restaurant can have its challenges considering all the hipsters and vegans but you applied for this job and took it have some pride in your work and stop acting like you're the only one in the world who's had a shitty day we don't all have to wear it on our face and shoulder suck it up this is life don't like it change it that's the beauty of it Hope you have a better week bro

I don't go to this Sweetgreen often, but it's a solid option if I'm craving a salad. You can order for pickup, but my visits have all involved ordering in person. In the past, ordering could be a slow process as it seemed staff were prioritizing to-go orders. However, during my recent visit, I was able to order quickly during a non-peak window. My usual order is the Kale Caesar, and I enjoy the mix of chicken, kale, Romaine lettuce, shaved Parmesan cheese; it's a filling meal, and I get with a medium amount of salad dressing.

"Sweet(greens) are made of this... Who am I to disagree?" This bowl, salad, sides, snacks and beverages to grab and go SweetGreen is absolutely for me. My second time in and I gotta say, enjoying it with bae was pretty great in every way. We had great service, found good seating in the warm bright modern wooden layout and perfect huge portion bowls - plenty of options for everyone. The Hummus Crunch (with za'atar bread crumbs on the side) was just what I needed. He had the Maple Glaze Brussels + Chicken, loaded with roasted sweet potatoes and of course brussel sprouts. Two great meals of fresh, healthy, great goodness made our night with every bite. We both thought about trying out ripple fries, but there's always next time for those scratch-made crispy air-fried potatoes #NewMenuItems Parking in the area is street, local metro transit runs consistently, also very pedestrian friendly, bike and scooter friendly area at the east south side corner of Sunset Blvd/Sanford Avenue at the 2.5 way intersection where Santa Monica Blvd stops/merges with Sunset - on the same side as/just before Tartine, Rough Trade and The Black Cat. Note: this location gets tons of foot traffic, but is rarely full - that said the restrooms can get a little wild with overflowing bins. Other than that this location is tidy and top notch.

Sadly I can no longer come to this location! They have messed up not once, not twice, but THREE TIMES since my last review. Before getting into it, I have visited other SG locations since, and have not ran into these issues. First problem: I ordered for in store pick up and I got a confirmation email saying my order was "ready for pickup". I came inside, and waited another 21 minutes. Yes, you read that correctly. 21 whole minutes. I verbalized my frustration to the employee and not a sincere apology, nothing. Second problem: I ordered a green goddess with chicken. Got home, NO CHICKEN. Got charged for it though. Third problem: I ordered a green goddess salad again. Got home. NO DRESSING. I truly do not know what is going on at this location or why the workers suddenly became so careless, but three strikes and you're out. That was the final straw for me. Please, for the love of God, educate your employees to properly make these orders, and to not say an order is ready when it isn't! STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. Haven't had these issues at any other SG location since.

Last Sunday evening, while having a bad day, I popped into Sweet Greens. This TOTAL SWEETHEART behind the counter, I don't remember the name....maybe Jem? Was so kind, patient, and displayed probably one of the best customer service experiences I had in food. Thank you again Doll, you are a sweet rare Jem :) Not sure if I remember the name correctly, but I had to come on here to give them a shout out! Oh! and my food was great!

How this place has anything less than five stars is beyond me!!! First things first - Carmen is my girl! But really everyone at this sweetgreen is on point and are sweet, efficient, and kind. I have nothing bad to say, I'm a sweetgreen addict and I'll remain loyal forever lol. My go-to dressings are the spicy cashew dressing and the miso sesame ginger dressing (I'll randomly get the buffalo chicken salad from time to time, but otherwise will stick to variations of the crispy rice bowl or miso bowl!) I'm salivating just thinking about it. Lol. Long story short, I'm glad I live in Los Angeles where salad places are a thing!!!! See yall soon xo

honestly i have no idea what i was expecting when ordering from sweet green but this was not it. this was in the corner of sunset blvd so there was a ton of street parking. the outside and inside were very clean and huge. i ordered the garlic steak bowl and the portion seemed pretty small for $17. i feel like this is a healthy chipotle but they give more food. the service was quick and fine. i like the option of picking your own dressing and they ask you if you'd like your bowl shaken. the bowl tasted okay, i feel like my bowl was probably worth $14 or $15 at most with the amount i got. i wouldn't try it again but i wanted to see what the hype was about

Was going through a healthy phase and decided to try this spot out. The restaurant was clean and decent parking. I ordered a bowl with spinach, lettuce, broccoli, sweet potatoes, barbeque chicken, apple slices, purple onion, and jasmine rice. I ordered several sauces on the side. The peanut sesame sauce was the best in my opinion. I like the concept of this restaurant, and the serving size. I think it was worth the price. Wish they had some grilled pineapple.

Went there today 6/15/24 around 9pm, it was our first time there, heard a lot of good things about the food so I was excited. The food was definitely worth all the hype, I built my own salad and it was AMAZING, my bf got a avocado chicken salad he said "that shit was GOOD" LOL I will say this tho the customer service is not great at all. Everyone was talking to one another huddles up like they were at a party, no one greeted us, the one person that did help us just seem like he did not want to be there at all. I was asking questions and he answered them super bland and just like "get this over with" type of attitude like no that's not cute or professional. Decor is simple but cute, lots of plants which I love

Zionist owner....I do not recommend supporting. I use to be an avid sweetgreens person but refuse to support a Zionist. Also the quality of ingredients has gone down. Not worth the price or price of my morals.

While the food is always good, the customer service has something to be said. I stood for several minutes waiting to be waited on while two employees try to get all of the remaining lettuce out of one container into the next container and not once did they acknowledge myself or the people in line. When I was up the gentleman who helped me also helped the person behind me. Mine was a simple order. The person behind me literally ordered every little detail. I had to wait an extra five minutes while the person behind me was taken care of when I should've been already at the register. Twice I mentioned to the employee that we are not together the person behind me and myself. And he acknowledged yes, I understand. The employee knew the person behind me and was making small talk. It was rude and I won't frequent this establishment again. The other sweet greens don't treat people like this.

First timer and I will be returning. Abrí was very welcoming, patience and had great suggestions. She provided great customer service. The food was amazing, very filling and great quality of salad.

Today was my first time enjoying Sweetgreen. I have to say that I am impressed. I ordered the elote bowl, absolutely delicious. It was light and filling at the same time, if I return I will always order this. There are so many choices including a build your own salad option but I don't know how They could improve upon perfection. Do yourself a favor and order the Elote Bowl- done! There is plenty of free parking in the back, a real bonus considering that the businesses in this part of Silverlake usually just offer street parking. There is a nice outdoor seating area adjacent to the street which makes for a lovely casual dining experience. I highly recommend giving Sweetgreen a try next time you are in the Silverlake area.

Recently tried sweetgreen for the first time and honestly I'm impressed they were able to make a salad taste so good! Gluten Free / Dairy Free 5/5 Custom Shroomami I got a shroomami bowl with sweet potato and roasted chicken. The chicken was perfectly cooked and the sweet potato really complemented everything else in the bowl. I appreciate that they have a clear allergen menu on their website which made it really easy to choose what was safe to eat! I will definitely be back

The food was great! I ordered the caramelized beef bowl. It has greens, broccoli, wild rice and beef steak. Pesto dressing. Just like my diet and fitness coach recommends.

Ok I'm my opinion this is the best location in LA hands down! Everyone is always super friendly and they do an amazing job keeping the establishment clean. The salads are always fresh and they make the salads worth the price point! I have to give a special shout-out to Carmen! Such an amazing spirit. Will make this place a weekly a visit just because of Carmen's kindness! 10/18/23Usually when I come here I never have an issue however today I had an issue. I do not know the gentleman's name that made my salad today all I know is that he is of Asian descent. As he was making my salad he was not friendly at all and when I made a statement about my salad he completely ignored me and told me to complete the prompt question that was on the card reader. He literally turned his back on me before my payment was finished and did not say anything. Absolutely rude and disgusting. If your going to be in the business of interacting with others he should definitely work on fixing his attitude.

Shitty service. You would think it is just a a salad bar but the attitude was negative and very very rude. Specifically the black dude with glasses. Wow, not sure how you're working in costumer service. Will never be coming back here again.

Time and time again, buying a fresh hand made salad from the Sunset Sweet Green is as refreshing as its menu. Today was confirmation that the staff and team go above and beyond. I tried ordering online per directions on the sweetgreen app to order to online only menu items. However as we know tech can sometimes be our worst enemy. I approach nervously to the ordering counter and asked politely if it's possible to order the online only menu items at the counter. Anna was kind enough to go out of her way to create what can only be described as the most amazing refreshing and energizing salads to date. She went above and beyond the call of duty and fetched the culinary sweet green binder on the other side of the restaurant to create two salads that are only available online. She did so with the sweet green smile and positive attitude following every step with detail and care. We make daily choices where to spend out time and hard earned money...the Sunset Sweet Green is where you will feel at home and comfortable knowing you'll receive the best service and salad jn LA.

I have recently joined Sweetpass+, which cost $10/month. I did that before realizing that when your order through the SG app, they charge roughly $7 in delivery fees. If someone plans to order regularly, that is ridiculous. They need to show some respect to loyal customers. No, the $3 off each salad doesn't make up for the ridiculous delivery costs! I just plugged the same order into the SG app and Postmates; the known ripoff of Postmates was cheaper in total! I attempted to report my grievance through the SG app, but it is a bunch of automated BS, that doesn't let you report such concerns. Now for the salads, most times they are delicious. It is good to have a quick healthy option you don't need to think about. Sometimes they stiff you on ingredients. If they don't get the delivery fees down, I will not order from them as much and will definitely abandon Sweetpass+. As of now, I don't recommend it!

Rude Staff. My dad's a huge Sweetgreen fan. I usually go with him to pick up the salads, but today he decided to go by himself. English is not his primary language so he sometimes struggles to phrase things correctly. He said that as soon as he ordered the salads he was met with a bad attitude by someone that he thinks might even be the manager of the location. Not only was the person rude to him, but after letting them know that one of his bowls was made incorrectly, said person grabbed the bowl with a terrible attitude and threw it into the trash, as if it was my dads fault it was made wrong. The staff at this location needs SERIOUS customer service training. This isn't the first time we are met by someone with a rude attitude at this location. In the past I've usually let things slide, but hearing what happened to him today is very upsetting. Oh and to top things off some of the toppings were burnt. Seriously, do better.

Yet another visit to this sweetgreen where all the parking spaces are taken by food delivery people killing time, waiting around for orders. Nothing against food delivery people but maybe they could find other places to wait?

I've been a regular here for years and I have noticed a great improvement in the last couple months. This location seems to be much cleaner and the staff is attentive every visit, there must be a change in management as the vibes are definitely better. My usual is a miso salmon plate and it always hit the spot at this location. Salmon is always hot and fresh! Will continue visiting as it is my favorite quick lunch stop

This was my first visit to a SG shop. It is apparently like a Chipotle but with salad or grains. They have some preset items that you can order, or build your own bowl. I asked the girl helping me (more about her in a minute) if everything in the Hot Honey Chicken Plate was gluten free. She said she would check for me, and went to the register to look something up in a book. While I waited, I asked another gentleman how this shop worked and if I could get additional toppings added to my bowl. He said I could but would have to pay extra for premium toppings. Now this girl comes back with her Resting B* Face and the "I'm better than you" snotty voice to tell me that everything but the quinoa is gluten free, which I was confused about since quinoa is a GF grain. She said she didn't want to take any chances, and I didn't argue since I didn't know how they prepare the quinoa so I asked to have it with rice instead. She proceeded to build my bowl but didn't ask if I wanted to add any additional toppings. She continued to process my order looking like she couldn't be bothered being there, I paid and I was on my way. She didn't offer me a bag to carry my food, sauce, fork and napkins, so maybe it's the SG policy in trying to reduce trash? So lucky me got to walk down several blocks back to my destination with my lunch supplies in my hands. Maybe she was having a bad day, maybe management just wrote her up for her poor attitude, but if you ever want to have someone treat you like a second class citizen, talk to this lady. I knocked off a star for sucky service. The Hot Honey Chicken Plate that I got just looked really sad, the portions looked disappointing for what I was paying. They should at least make the bowl LOOK bigger and better by filling the bowl up a little more of the kale slaw in there as a filler. But I do have to say, the Hot Honey Chicken Plate was darn delicious. The blackened chicken was flavorful, the sweet potatoes were a nice addition, and the sauce that comes with it is spicy and sweet and soo good! I really enjoyed my meal and would probably be a repeat customer, as long as I don't get the same lady serving me. By the way, I checked the sweetgreen website afterwards, and their quinoa is actually gluten free...Thanks lady for your knowledge of your products. And sweetgreens management should look into offering bags to carry food to go, like all other restaurants.

You can never go wrong with sweetgreen! They have a great selection of protein plates, hot and cold salads as well as seasonal options based on what produce is in season at the moment. My favorite things to order are the chicken avocado ranch and harvest salad. Prior to eating at sweetgreen I didn't know there was a thing as hot salad and it was to my surprise that the salad I got was warm. I don't know if you live under a rock like I did but hot salads are the way to go. I think sweetgreen does a great job at balancing the components of the dish as well as flavors and textures. The harvest bowl for example contains roasted chicken (warm), roasted sweet potatoes (warm), apples (crunchy), goat cheese (pungent), roasted almonds (nuttiness + crunchiness), wild rice, shredded kale and balsamic vinaigrette. All together its a really great meal even if you aren't a fan of goat cheese (like me). I think the locations I've been to have really nice staff. For some reason they're always training someone when I walk in so it takes a hot minute but everyone's gotta start somewhere!

They should change this location to online orders and delivery only. There's like 12 people working on delivery orders and few of any taking walk in. And they just straight up ignore you until the line of customers builds up. Like if you're too busy fulfilling doordash and ubereats fine. Just don't bother with having an option for dining in restaurant.

I didn't like the food; they asked me to leave out all the spicy stuff; at the end, the girl added hot sauce; she didn't warn me that the cheese was with wood, it had a bad smell; the salad was spoiled.

Wow. What a treat! The staff was a bit scripted, I have a sense they have training on what all to ask and when to ask it? They are very thorough. The salad I got was amazing! There was ample everything and, if I wanted, I had a sense that I could ask for a bit more of something and it would be ok. The coolest thing, for me, was the packaging. Other places seem to miss the mark, with recyclable bowls, but plastic tops or utensils. Not here, EVERYTHING was recyclable! Win win! TIP them well and have a great smile, I did. They just made me smile, because they were so nice.

I love this place. Many vegetarian and gluten free options. They serve a wild rice instead of white, which I love. I've had the Pad Thai and the eggplant and mushroom curry. Both were delicious! Casual atmosphere.

Plenty of good salad offerings on their menu. Their parking lot makes it convenient to grab and go!

Been looking forward to this place opening up! We were not disappointed. Their salad choices sounded so good and healthy. It took us awhile to finally order. They make your salad right in front of you. They also ask you how much dressing you want in your salad which is great in case you are monitoring your calories. We ordered the curry chickpea and ratatouille bowls. Both were over $12 which we thought was pricy, but they tasted GREAT and it was SO FILLING. They take American Express. Seating inside is plentiful. Clean and esthetic looking. Or outside patio so you can people watch while eating with your dog at your side. They have their own parking lot which is also a plus.

Great salad - and you have only yourself to blame if it isn't! I dove into the "build your own" head first and I'm never looking back. Sweetgreen uses fresh, delicious ingredients and they offer a far wider range of toppings, additions, and proteins than similar and competitive salad "bars." My colleagues call my order the "kitchen sink salad" and I won't have it any other way. Includes three dressings! Refreshing with a pop of spice and notes of citrus, plus crunchies courtesy of the almonds. Easy pick up and to go orders, otherwise they have a lovely hip dining area. Great iced tea offerings.

I saw this place being built for the past month and I am so glad they finally opened! We ordered the Curry Chickpea bowl, and the seasonal ratatouille pesto bowl and took them to-go. Both were delicious! The ingredients were all seasoned perfectly and so fresh. The bowls are also huge. I couldn't finish my whole salad. But they are also on the pricy side for a salad. I love the design of the restaurant. It looks very clean, simple, and efficient. They have both indoor seating and an outdoor patio area. It's also cool because you can see the employees chopping up the ingredients through a window that shows the back room. My favorite part was the parking lot in the back because it's usually really difficult to find parking on sunset!

I placed an order via Uber eats and it arrived without a fork or napkins and the container was only 3/4ths full. I order the hot honey chicken plate often so I know what a normal sized order is. Also, the almonds were in a small container and they too were not the amount that is normally providing. I eat at Sweetgrean at least 2 times a week so this is very disappointing.

The staff always seems to amaze me with there friendliness give the staff credit. Thanks Sweetgreen Team. Tito was awesome with his suggestions

Taking away one star because I've gone here three times already and every time I go, they don't have one of the ingredients for my order! First time: no wild rice. Second time: no basil. Third time: no arugula. Get it together bro. The parking lot is this place's only hope.
