"The Eastside already has several great options in the hot pot realm, including The Dolar Shop, Liuyishou, and Swish Swish, which are also extensions of larger international chains, offering a range of different experiences." - Gabe Guarente

"This shabu-shabu place in Bellevue provides diners with broths ranging anywhere from the tongue numbing (mala) Sichuan spicy, to the earthy flavors of the spicy curry. Tender wagyu beef is one of the more notable meat options, served with an accompanying soup base in a pot made entirely out of a piece of paper. Originally created in Japan, this kami-nabe, helps to absorb some of the oils in the soup, keeping it light as more of the fatty wagyu is dipped in." - Ryan Lee

We have been here many many times but it’s my first time back since Covid and first time trying their wagyu beef. We had AYCE lunch today and they are running a promotion $29.99 weekday lunch same price as regular beef. Wagyu beef was very good and I ordered shrimps just to see the quality and they are fresh! No mushy meat! But my favorite is beef tendon. I have been to all the hotpot places and these tendons are awesome. How do they get so soft so fast :) Yum and they have duck blood now if you like that :) oh and yuzu soda is great. And our sever Duy is awesome :) and he told us they get beef daily! come give it a try.

Looks like a hole in the wall from outside, but really nice inside. Allen was our server and did an amazing job at explaining the menu and making sure we were taken care of. Food was so good and I love that we get our own hot pot!

Really loved the food here and the individual soups! They are currently running a special, $33 for all you can eat including Wagyu. Lots of choices for broth types and lots of choices for meats. I'll definitely be back!

You can get better hotpot elsewhere. 1. Super super tiny amount of noodles and meat 2. Took two separate tables, 5 people in one and 4 in the other and was automatically charged 18% even though we were separated 3. Service was SO slow. They need more workers, only one person was running around taking orders and our orders were forgotten multiple times 4. Overpriced: - All you can eat was 55 per person after tip and tax - A la carte was 30 per person after tip and tax

The worst hot pot I’ve ever been to in Seattle. 1. Understaffed and terrible service, I didn't know there was a regular menu until I read the reviews, because the staff only gave us the premium menu. 2. Veggies not fresh, the corn taste bitter, the lotus not fresh also . 3. Broth taste bad, and we don’t like the dipping sauce also, it taste bitter. I'd rather you charge me more and let us make the dip we want. Overall, will not back again and would not recommend, don’t waste your time and money, just go somewhere else

Overall great experience. Service was really good - we went late and a waiter was really patient and explained to me different options they had and which one opened to what time. At about 8:40pm on a Saturday , the restaurant was still kind of full of people. We were able to grab seats at the bar, ordered our food. Food came fairly fast, the regular option was quite big portion. The stove was a bit confusing - you’ll have to turn it on and tap “adjust” to actually adjust the heat level. I thought I had it on high heat, but only realized it was not on after someone sitting beside me pointed it out.

This place was excellent. Great atmosphere and fresh food. Service was top notch and our server was extremely friendly and helpful. They also had a promotion so overall was a great value, especially given the wagyu dishes. Strongly recommend and would come back again!

Before you go here be aware that all you can eat is mandatory at $40 per person (price could change in the future). I appreciated that they had seating available for us during a Sunday night, and the interior is bright and pretty. The food is ok; I particularly enjoyed the wagyu, but was disappointed by the soup bases. Service was very inattentive, which made the experience less enjoyable as we had to wait a lot. Overall, it's an average experience and I much prefer to eat at Boiling Point.

Yelp
The service and food was AMAZING!!!!!! Coming back tomorrow!! The waitress with the glasses was so NICEEEE!!! ((:

Yelp
Been here so many times and it remains one of my favorite hotpot restaurants in the area. The herbal soup base is still my favorite. No complaint about the food. Price: It is a bummer that they've removed the lunch menu, resulting in dinner pricing all day as of my last visit. They now offer a discount based on the party size from Monday to Thursday. However, the number of items on the menu has decreased. Overall, prices have gone up like everything else. Service: This place has gained notoriety for its poor service, and my past dinner visits confirm this reputation. However, we came here for lunch for the first time last time, we were the only customers for two hours. This was the first time I actually received good service at this place. There was only one waitress, and she was very attentive throughout the meal. Later, another employee arrived and activated the robot for us, even though we were the only customers at the time. I hope they can consistently provide this level of service during dinner hours. Overcharge: I almost got overcharged three times here and caught it on the spot. You might excuse the first instance as a system error, but not three times. It's important to review your receipt before signing. This time, I was charged a 15% gratuity when it should only apply to parties larger than 4 people according to the new menu. The group discount also wasn't included. After I brought it up, the waitress fixed it and explained that the computer made a mistake. This issue seems to occur quite often, as indicated by other reviews. There's significant potential in this place if they can enhance their service and avoid overcharging customers.

Yelp
This was my first visit to this Swish Swish location, I have visited the location in Lynnwood previously. This location had an all you can eat Wagyu special, which was very affordable and delicious. There menu has a wide selection of items to chose from, and they have a great selection of hot pot broths, better than any other hot pot restaurants I have tried in the Seattle area. This is my favorite local hot pot restaurant chain, my only issue was I had to request certain items twice before I received them. The staff was very courteous and accommodated my requests when I reminded them.

Jay C.

Yelp
I don't know if this place is a true "Chinese" hot pot experience like some has been saying. It just reminded me of Vietnamese hotpot style broths that I encountered at hot pot rotary in federal way which was Vietnamese "style". Although, most of the workers were Vietnamese so maybe it is Vietnamese infused? The taste of the soup base was bland and a simple broth with added seasoning of which flavor you decide to order. The Taiwanese did not taste Taiwanese (just added chili oil to broth) and the pickled mustard greens ( just added the pickled green) did not taste like what it was suppose to taste like. The meat seemed frozen old and I could taste the slight freezer burn. I can eat a lot of hot pot, but I only ordered two rounds. Two rounds seems a lot, but not if it's only 7-8 slices per meat type for 2 people. I didn't like this place. Two stars because the workers were nice.

Mike L.

Yelp
Nice that they currently have a promotion where if you do AYCE, you get a free upgrade to wagyu. I got the sukiyaki broth which is new and comes with a slice of tofu, green onions, white onions, and a small knot of noodles. Sukiyaki tastes as expected - sweet and salty soy. For the meat, I got the beef round eye and wagyu beef. All the meat came frozen. Meat quality was similar to something you can get from the supermarket. For wagyu, the cuts were pretty different plate to plate in terms of marbling but it was alright. The veggies are pretty standard however it was nice to see some things not on the menu from other hot pot shops. Regarding service, it's a miss from the owners. This location is severely understaffed with only 2 servers and a few in the kitchen - it took almost 30 minutes before getting the first plate of meat. I found myself going to the server station to grab napkins and sauce trays. Although the business sis understaffed, the servers were very nice.

Yelp
Third review's a charm! After my last visit where I then posted a review, I was reached out directly by the owner. He was very apologetic and worked with me to improve my experience. It was such a pleasant surprise. In communicating with the owner, I had high hopes that the service will definitely improved. I was spot on. Today's service has not only improved, but may I say that it's the best service Swish Swish has ever had. Our orders were delivered perfectly. The staff were friendly and competent. Pacing was great as our orders were taken and served promptly. The new floor manager, Reed, is incredible. He proactively takes care of issues before it's even an issue. We were checked in on many times throughout our dinner by our server and Reed. Needless to say, I'm retracting my 1 star review and giving back Swish Swish the crown of being my #1 hot pot in the Greater Seattle area once again.

Yingying D.

Yelp
It's great , very kids friendly and deserved to have a try with family or friends. Highly recommended!

Jessica Y.

Yelp
I was surprised that there weren't more ayce hot pot options around the Seattle area, so when I saw that this place had ayce as an option with wagyu as an additional option I was sold! I think you can easily get your money's worth. They had a really wide selection of options from the ayce menu and it was a great first experience. Try to get a reservation if you can because this place can get pretty busy. The employees working were friendly, but there were not nearly enough employees to provide service for the entire restaurant. We maybe saw 3 employees circulating. I hope the owner hires more employees so that customers don't have to wait so long to place orders and so that employees aren't over-worked!

Selena L.

Yelp
Amazing food and Great service, would definitely recommend! Lots of broth options, meat, seafood, veggies, and hot appetizers as well.

Jacqueline L.

Yelp
Great selection of food and the quality of meat was good. However I'd have to dock a star for the limited sauces and you have to pay for each sauce separately. I wish they just had a self-serve sauce bar and charge a fixed price like most hot pot places. Docking another star because there is no reminder for last call for order. And they never came to refill our broth. We got the all you can eat option and pretty much only got one round of food and were told the kitchen already closed when we tried to order more. Would be nice to give us a heads up before closing our tab. Overall, with all the other strong hot pot competitions in the area, I'd be hesitant to come back.

Alice L.

Yelp
I got to say this is not my favorite hotpot place! The broth was okay, but ingredients were unfortunately not the freshest.

Arthur T.

Yelp
Visited Swish Swish as my first meal on my recent Seattle trip! I had probably visited 2-3 times prior to COVID. We came by for a Wednesday dinner. There was no line. Dinner is $32.99/per person. AYCE hot pot. Our first order we were given an actual menu and wrote down what we wanted. Food came out very slowly. Almost took them ~15 min before anything came out. Follow on orders are done via smart phone. Nice idea, but still a bit of a pain to scroll around to figure out what you wanted. Meat quality is good. Follow on orders came in relatively more quickly. Meat took longer. All in all, had a good time. We ordered extra sauces for chili sauce and ponzu and weren't very good. Still, one of the few AYCE hot pot spots in the Seattle area, so definitely still a good option if you're hungry!

Jessica D.

Yelp
The wagyu beef was great! The service was fast and polite. I would recommend this place if you want to enjoy hotpot!

Katherine L.

Yelp
Not sure why all the low reviews. I think this place is really good for price/ value especially when you don't wanna splurge on the fancier hotspots like dolar shop. The food is great- AYCE is such a good deal. Quality isn't necessarily the best but for the price it's worth it. I love how you can also order appetizers included in AYCE like fried chicken, fried buns, kimchi. The only annoying thing is you have to pay extra for sauce but they also give you free dipping sauce that was pretty tasty so I just used the free sauces lol. Service was fine when we went for lunch on the weekday. They can be kinda slow but they did keep checking on us to see if we needed anything. Overall definitely worth it if you want a solid, price friendly hotpot place that won't kick you out after 90 minutes like other shabu places in the neighborhood. And for ppl below complaining about the mandatory 15% tip on tables of 4...like seriously...that's the minimum you should tip anyways...

Max W.

Yelp
This was my first Hot pot experience and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We came here for a friend's birthday and were seated relatively quickly. The menu was vast and contained lots of meat, veggie, noodle, and broth options. I went with the onion soup and enjoyed the taste very much. I mostly ate wagyu, short rib, and lamb -- each meat was very flavorful. The fried dough and condensed milk was a great finishing snack too! I took a star off for service as it was hit or miss, and it caused some delays between getting more food. Definitely recommend going here for hot pot though!

Toni Rose D.

Yelp
A friend of mine really loves this place and invited me to go with her. I'm glad she did. The restaurant is really cute and has great lighting. They also have divides between booths which is nice. It is all you can eat, but you don't serve yourself. You order by checking what you want the menu for the first time you order but then it becomes unclear what to do next. You do have to get the servers' attention to order more food and they'd have to give you another menu to look at. There was definitely waiting involved. The food didn't disappoint, and the broth was also pretty good! The restroom is also located in between restaurants, so you do leave the restaurant if that makes sense. Anyway, do what you'd like with that information.

Jeff L.

Yelp
Nice and super clean environment. Service is great! Meat and veggies are fresh. Definitely a come-again restaurant in my list!

Sharon T.

Yelp
I recently visited Swish Swish and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The meat was incredibly dry and lacked any juiciness or tenderness that one would expect from a hot pot restaurant. To make matters worse, the appetizers were not even warm when they arrived at our table. This was a huge disappointment and made us question the level of care and attention that the kitchen was putting into our meal. Overall, I was disappointed with the decline in quality at this restaurant. It did not meet my hot pot cravings and left me feeling unsatisfied. It's clear that the quality of the food has gone down. I hope the restaurant takes this feedback seriously and works to improve the quality of their food and service in the future.

Derek Y.

Yelp
WISH WISH we never came here! This was one of the worst and most confusing experiences I've had in a restaurant! THEIR MENU IS LIKE TRYING TO DECIPHER HEIROGLYPHICS. WORST MENU IN THE HISTORY OF MENUS. Did not order all you can eat. We ordered 'entrees', the set portion, a la carte item plates for the hot pot. FIRST of all, the 'entree' items are in sizes REGULAR and LARGE, but how are you supposed to tell how much food that actually is?? Not to mention, there were no pictures of the plate portions. When we asked about the size they gave the hand spacing estimation..."it's about THIS much", which is just ridiculous. There's no telling how much they actually give you. Sizes should be listed in weight measurements. SECONDLY, menu says next to the sizes, 'ALL MEAT' or 'LARGE ALL MEAT'. What does this mean?? Apparently the actual plates of meat (pork, chicken, lamb etc) come with some veggies, BUT they don't tell you what veggies or how much they come with. So you basically order the meat which comes with veggies, or meat plates with no veggies (all meat). There is also a la carte list for veggies alone, but again. How much are you getting for the price?? THIRDLY, the confusion continues with the broth. They have different kinds of broth you can choose from, but little did we know, there are numbers on the side of each broth description in tiny font, meaning that whatever broth you choose, that number, +1 +2 +3, is how much extra they add on top of your 'entree'. Basically you are paying extra for the broth. Visually the menu is a clusterf---. Even the staff was confused! The young man who was our server was nice but eventually had to be helped by the other server to explain the menu because HE didn't even know how the menu worked. It probably took about 20 minutes just to order. FOURTHLY (I've never said fourthly on anything which tells you how bad this is), when we got the bill, it was totally off. It made no sense! Nothing on the menu matched the description on the bill. Our server couldn't figure it out and had to ask for the manger. It was utterly disgraceful because the manager was just staring at the menu and bill for an uncomfortably long time. Their excuse "we have a new system and the menu is not updated". After about 30 minutes of trying to settle the bill and figuring out what we were actually charged for, they did acknowledge some things were overcharged and took them off the tab, but I still don't think it was right. But I was so fed up that I just let it be and left. According to my fellow diner, they came here before and it was a different menu but the same confusion. And same debating about the pricing on the total charges In my mind if they are making it this confusing for the pricing, it's like they are trying to trick you to make money and I don't trust their integrity as a business. The food didn't even make up for the terrible experience. Broth was MEH. And they only had 2 types of sauce. Thought it was kinda bland overall. I DID NOT ENJOY DINING. IN FACT, THIS WAS THE MOST INFURIATING EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL END UP GETTING RIPPED OFF AND FRUSTRATED. DO NOT COME HERE!

Florence C.

Yelp
Great value for AYCE hot pot. The runners can't be bothered to help you (we got glares or ignored when asking them for stuff), but the servers are pretty good. I feel like when you mark though, it's kind of random what you get. This is my go-to for quick hot pot when I want to gorge out 32.99 for regular, 39.99 wagyu weekday dinner!

Ryan M.

Yelp
This is pretty much my 8th time having Hot Pot at Swish Swish, & they never disappoint! I finally tried Herbal Soup base & it was delicious! It is not what you think when you hear "herbal". I also went during the time of the promotion where the Wagyu Beef is the same price as the regular. All the meats just melt in your mouth like butter. And the tongue just have a little chew. If any of you have not come to this place, you have to come and try it out yourself!

Tenicia Y.

Yelp
Affordable, tasty AYCE hot pot. Eyes are always bigger than my stomach & I always leave full. Great service from Scotty.

Kat R.

Yelp
One of our favorite places to eat. We come here for special occasions but really it's great for all the time. I love the Taiwanese spicy - the spicier the better! The kids love the miso and the konbu. We also enjoy the fishball and roe.

Doris W.

Yelp
Just an update to my previous reviews because my husband reads my old reviews to figure out what he likes and doesn't like at restaurants we have eaten at. We went back again to Swish Swish last night for dinner. For a Tuesday night, the restaurant was very busy! But it is also Thanksgiving week. We ordered: - Sukiyaki Sweet Soy broth - Spicy Curry broth - Rich Chicken broth - Fish Meatball - we ordered all the meats and veggies too My go to is the Sukiyaki Sweet Soy broth, i haven't tried many of the broths, and have only tasted the Spicy Curry because it's what Cody gets but the Sukiyaki is my fave. Last night, after trying my broth Cody would have to agree, and wants to order the Sukiyaki next time. the Fish meatball in Chinese is, Fu Zo Ur Wan, which is a fish ball filled with meat. This fishball is my fave! Overall, this hot pot spot is still Cody's favorite!

Jessica N.

Yelp
Such a fun and yummy dining experience. Broths were amazing (I got the rich chicken broth and it was so good!) and it's fun to build your own bowls with all the different meats, dumplings and veggies. The sauces are also delicious. Love it!!

Michio K.

Yelp
Friendly staff, quality meats and good interior. Place could get packed at time certain times of the week so keep that in mind for planning At the time of the review they use a Toast Tab system and you can accumulate points. The up charge for wagyu is worth the extra money especially for the beef tongue. If anything I don't particularly care for how their sauce container at the side of table - the wooden spoon is not very efficient and causes a mess. Otherwise almost all my experience has not anything I would consider negative.

Coveen C.

Yelp
Swish swish wants a honest review so here I am. We tried onion broth and herbal broth and they are just taste like water. Food quality wise meats are okay, but the vegetable are terrible. Corn is soggy, bean curd is not fresh. We ordered a grapefruit green tea and it just taste like water with grapefruit. Service wise, our food took really long to deliver, and the foods that we order never came, and we have to order couple more times to get our foods. Servers are bad attitude, did not give us any good service Overall very bad experience and this is the worst Hot Pot that I've ever had. Go to liuyishou or dollar shop if you want decent hot pot. Will never ever come back to this place.

Carmen A.

Yelp
Good food and service as always! Always good place trot hot pot in Seattle! Awesome!!!!!

Hau T.

Yelp
Zooming through the sky little damn robot won't shut up . Can't enjoy dinner with this annoying robot they have zoom in his mouth across the dining room

Sean H.

Yelp
I would have to agree with the more recent reviews, and that Swish Swish has gone pretty downhill. Came here on a Friday afternoon and it wasn't busy at all - we got seated right away. Everything is different now, to take Covid precautions. (You order your initial stuff on the plastic menu with a whiteboard marker, and any subsequent additions, you can order from your phone and they bring it to you). The way you order from your phone is a little confusing for first time users, and the servers never really offered to assist. Nevertheless, we managed to get it figured out. The refills were disappointing, though. They took a long time to come out and gave us such small amounts. Long waits seemed to be a recurring theme during our visit. It took us a while to get our food, menu, but refills, everything. We've had to flag down the servers multiple times, even though it wasn't busy. Food was good though.

Annie L.

Yelp
Been looking for a good shabu shabu spot and the AYCE here is great value for the price! Will definitely be coming back

Sandy W.

Yelp
Food is absolutely delicious here. It's worth splurging on the wagyu beef. Veggies were very fresh. Japanese milk tea is very good too, more on the tea flavors, perfect sweetness. We ordered 3 different beers but all 3 were sold out. They could use extra help here, but our server was attentive and brought us more food as we ordered. Would definitely come back.

Cheung S.

Yelp
The food is great for this all you can eat price. Service is really good, staff are very attentive and nice.

Jason L.

Yelp
I usually stop by this place when I'm around Belluevue area if I'm in a mood for hot pot! This place don't disappoint me. Good food and service. You can also rsvp for a table on Yelp!

Ngoc Anh N.

Yelp
My first ayce hot pot in Bellevue and it was quite delish. All the meat qualities are good especially the rib eye and Wagyu! I also enjoyed the beef tongue as well! The Tom yum broth is my favorite and my bf got the Szechuanese spicy (not crazy spoicy). There's no sauce bar but you do get three types on the table but if you want more you can always order them which is on the menu. I was a bit disappointed to see that they didn't have the fish ball with roe and I do want to recommend cutting or have smaller size the wood ear mushrooms. The big pieces made it hard for me to eat but all the sides were still great. Highly recommend getting the chicken karage! It's a 10/10 for me that I order 2! Overall, the service is good they're all friendly and attentive. If we come back to Bellevue we'll definitely come back here!

Sophia C.

Yelp
I always have a good time at Swish Swish, I like the aspect of DIY hotpot and when I'm in town, I always like to visit (probably for nostalgic purposes since I grew up going here). My server today Allen was awesome, prompt, and very friendly. My brother thought he was quite funny as well haha. Looking forward to the next time I visit Swish Swish again!

S L.

Yelp
Four star only because right now they have promo for upgraded to waygu meat for AYCE for free - otherwise 3 stars. Nice big restaurant with AYCE hot pot with lots of broth option (which is a plus) however almost all of the broth require extra charge from 1-3 dollars (which is a minus). The broth is also sometimes too salty or too bland. This time, could use a lot more salt. I never understand their inconsistencies - like come on, isn't there a recipe you developed by now after opening for longer than 6 years?? It used to be the wait so long so their service is terrible. Now they are scarce in customers so they check on you a little more but still to wait for the next batch of food is still slow (despite the low amount of customers). We liked the options of appetizers available so that is nice. They also have good selection of vegetable and mushroom. Their meat is usually ok but thanks to free upgrade it was awesome. All in all decent place to eat for AYCE as long as you don't get the extra broth charge - but definitely could use some improvements.

Cecilia H.

Yelp
要求有很好被满足,我选的特辣加辣之后,服务员还特定又帮我拿了辣椒 Really good service here! The soup also delicious, I try the Sichuan mala soup one.

John B.

Yelp
The veggie hot pot is fabulous and fun! I burned my tongue and yet feel quite happy about it. The space is large and tables feel private, though it can get pretty loud. The server, Hanna, was kind and efficient. We will be back!

Lea Q.

Yelp
Lady who served us was really nice and gave us free drinks since we couldn't upgrade to all you can eat. However, the food and drinks here were just ok. I got the tom yum soup which I thought tasted too strong. The beef tongue was really hard to chew after barely cooking it for less than a min. The combo came with a lot of cabbage and nothing much else. The taro milk tea my friend ordered was pretty underwhelming and watered down. They also didn't help us refill the soup until my pot was almost burning. However, I must say the price is very cheap but I still prefer places with more premium ingredients like dolar shop and you really get what you pay for.

Carolynn T.

Yelp
I've been here quite a few times, and I'd like to start by saying that the food is consistently fresh and tasty. My go-to broth is the Szechuan (5 star spicy), and then whatever items I'm feeling like eating at the time. Last week a friend and I decided to drop in on a Wednesday night and it was surprisingly very busy. They told us there was going to be at least an hour wait (it was already almost 7pm), so we agreed to sit at the bar where we could be seated immediately. Our food was great as usual, and the staff working behind the bar were easily accessible whenever we had a question or needed assistance. A couple notes: - I wish there was some kind of a peanut sauce. The closest thing we found was a newly added sesame seed based sauce, but something peanutty would be nice to offer as an option. - There is an additional fee for broth? So in addition to the $30-something that you're paying for all you can eat hot pot, you have to pay $3.25 to get broth... Really? What am I supposed to be cooking the food in, then if I don't pay for broth? Just charge one rate for it. - Speaking of rates, be aware that the menu is double sided. One side shows a cheaper AYCE rate than the other, because the more expensive side has a handful of additional items that are not offered to lower-paying customers. Staff will always give you the menu expensive-side up. This place doesn't knock my socks off, but it's nice that you get your own individual pot of broth that they are happy to refill with some kind of water/general broth (not a refill of the broth you paid for at the beginning) if you boil off too much. Will likely continue to hunt for some hot pot places on the westside since this kind of hurts the wallet too much to frequent.

Jayson N.

Yelp
Positives: Kind of a pleasant place to meet up with friends and the food's good if you can get it. Induction heating plates are nice. Negatives: Literally could not get 50% of the things we ordered. I don't know if that's an understaffing issue or if they just hated us. I thought their staff, when they interacted with us, were nice however. Our group of 4 had the all you can eat, non wagyu and the end bill was kind of questionable. While it said 18%, the actual charged didn't match. Expect at least a 25% service fee aka "mandatory tip" on your bill. Probably more if your group is larger.

Michael X.

Yelp
Hot pot is definitely something that hits the spot on a cold rainy day, and Swish Swish was the place that we stopped by to warm us up! We arrived on a Friday afternoon around 1:30pm and were seated quickly. We went for the All You Can Eat option and ordered a good variety of meats. I got the Chinese Herbal broth, and personally I would have preferred if it had more flavor. The broth was very light and didn't really contribute to flavoring the ingredients placed in the pot. Could also have been my personal palate - I like a strong and hard hitting broth, so if you prefer a lighter taste, you might enjoy this more than I did. The meats and vegetables were the highlight, the quality and quantity were good. One very minor issue I had was that the water served had a strange metallic after taste. This could have been just our table, so I didn't really think too much more about it. Broth refills cost extra, so we mostly just refreshed our broths with water - we were pretty hungry at the time so quantity was in our minds more over quality. Just very minor issues that I'm not counting towards the overall experience at Swish Swish. Overall, Swish Swish was alright in comparison to other Hot Pot places that I have been to. The price was a bit higher than average ($37), and you have to pay for sauces, whereas other AYCE Hot Pot restaurants have a sauce bar included for no extra charge. Other than that, there was good variety on selection and the quality of the meats and veggies were good.

Yelp
Food was fresh and portion was just right. Not too much so we had room for different kinds. Staff was attentive and nice. Good experience overall, would definitely come back.

Yelp
The service was great! We came in as a group of 10. Was seated super quick, the food came out quickly too and the servers constantly come by checking on us, refilling broth/water, and offered to bring more items out instead of us having to ask.

Yelp
They are almost not changed since many years ago, which is good because they were great in the past. Their all-you-can-eat hot pot always have a reasonable quality and quantity. They also had fried chicken as appetizer. Their spicy pot is not spicy enough but you can add their red peppers into it to make it spicier. They add a lot of new things to the menu, I personally like the duck blood tofu.

Yelp
I got the Taiwanese spicy broth in hot and was pretty good! All the meats and vegetables were fresh. We came at 5:30PM and service was good too. The only thing is you have to pay extra for certain soups!

Yelp
I'm sad to say that it was a sub par experience that my friend and I had today. A couple of things happened: We kept getting the wrong plate of meats/seafood/sides. Then one or two of the dishes we ordered didn't come out, and they ran out of fish balls but didn't tell us until we tried ordering them again (after it didn't come to our table the first time). My soup was okay as well...very sour for a laksa broth. It took super long and nearly impossible to get someone's attention for help. We really wanted to like this location but we definitely had a better time at the Lynwood branch.

Yelp
We went there for my friend's first time and she was very excited. Parking was complimentary in that plaza and we made a reservation on Yelp. They were doing the promotion when you ordered the regular all you can eat buffet, they upgraded to Wagyu beef without additional charge. The service was upbeat and friendly. We used the same menu with an easer market and reordered as many times as we wanted. Onion soup and Sichuan spicy both were very flavorful and all the ingredients were fresh too. To be honest, it's the best experience I've had after dining here and my friend enjoyed very much too. I will definitely come back again.
