I have lived in Plano for almost 20 years, glad to see more and more Chinese restaurants doing business here, despite there are so many places but rarely has any place will make me feel to go right back and try more dishes. I have had tasted 2 cold, 5 hot so far in two weeks, all good, yes, All Good! Not too salty, no messy sauces, clean, fresh ingredient, everything cook to perfection, the chef is a real professional chef not someone who just knows to cook a dish or two.

We loved to try new restaurants when they opened as there weren’t many decent Chinese restaurants around Plano. We almost tried them all as we were from Taiwan and New York City so our taste buds were different from some Chinese came from the mainland. They seemed to like big portions with very salty taste. We saw the restaurant’s name on the way home when we were running errands yesterday. Today my sister suggested we buy takeouts to try before dining there, so we ordered a couple of dishes for lunch. We purchased sour cabbage fish soup and stir fry intestines. The fish were fresh fish filets, not frozen fish as we could tell from the taste. The two dishes were just right saltiness and delicious. I didn’t eat intestines so I couldn’t say, but my husband liked it. We forgot to take photos before we started to eat. I had to say we were happy to find this restaurant and we already planned to dine there next week.

The floor was extremely oily and slippery, and the whole place was filled with greasy kitchen smoke. The tables were also dirty with oil, which made me very concerned about the cleanliness of the food. On top of that, the food was overpriced and came in very small portions.

My family and I came here for the first time after hearing rumors from others. My parents are from Sichuan, so we always make an effort to eat at different restaurants claiming they have Sichuan food. We were not disappointed with our food today. This is probably some of the best and most authentic food we've had in a long time outside of China. Good job chef!

This place serves truly authentic and delicious Sichuan cuisine! The flavor of the red chili oil in all the spicy dishes is spot on — rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. If you’re looking for real Sichuan-style heat and bold flavors, this restaurant is a must-try.

Just a couple of FYIs to preface my review: I'm a Chinese American raised on a lot of good Chinese food and my wife is from Taiwan (her Mom was from Sichuan province). I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do so after having tried this restaurant on 4 separate occasions. Each time I ate there I was so pleasantly surprised at the authentic flavors and high quality of the food. The braised pork in brown sauce is so tender and flavorful. I'm usually disappointed when i order this dish at a restaurant because most places won't spend the time to cook it long enough to make it melt-in-your mouth tender. This place is the exception! Im also a big fan of their sliced fish with pickled vegetables. It was both hot and sour with very high quality fish. If you enjoy hot-sour soup, you'll love this dish. The MaPo tofu and stir fried string beans with mince pork are Sichuan staples. Both are wonderful here and a bargain to boot! The staff couldn't be nicer or more welcoming. If one is really looking for authentic Sichuan flavors, this is the place. I'm so happy it's close to my house!
