I could not justify the 20 minute wait time and cramped seating with the quality of the food presented to me. I'll admit that the presentation looks way better than it tastes. The flavors were lackluster, being too bland to even be considered as a Szechuan dish, as there's barely any complexity to the flavor, just oily.
I had the Dan Dan Noodle, the House Dry Pot, and the Chili Beef, none of which tasted as good as they appeared to be. Dan Dan was alright, dry pot was far from dry stir fried with some Spam, potato slices, and sizable prawns, and the Chili Beef simply was thinly-sliced beef in some sweet soy sauce.
Overall, I feel only the Dan Dan Noodle is worth going back for if only there's no wait time for its price point, authenticity of flavor, and portion size.
