My friend took our group to this place while visiting Seattle and this is hands down some of the best food I’ve had in a while. Every dish was flavorful, and the cilantro sauce was insane! The shrimp was so succulent, the fried rice was addicting, the spicy pork was tender, the chicken wings were fried to perfection yet still juicy, and the spicy pork with rice cakes had such a deep cumin flavor. The vibes of this place is so cozy and welcoming, and the staff were nice and accommodating. One of the workers, Christine, was so kind and kept checking up on us to make sure everything was going well. The mom/owner of the restaurant was also so sweet, coming out to talk to us and gave us and everyone else dining in some free Haagen Daaz ice cream. I love this place and will come back everytime I’m in the area!

On business and staying at local hotel, walked here because of the reviews. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. Staff was WONDERFUL and smiling and made me feel so welcome. I had the Kalbi and it was DELICOUSLY AMAZING. OMG. Going back for more the rest of the week. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. PLEASE PAY THEM A VISIT, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED. Update: 2nd visit was just as EXQUISITE as the first. Had the Feijoada Special with beef. Everything is INCREDIBLY DELICOUS. And such a WONDERFUL staff. Update: 3rd visit was EXQUISITE. Got the grilled shrimp, OMG IT WAS DELIGHTFUL. INCREDIBLE flavor. Update: 4th visit, JUST AMAZINGLY DELICOUS AND CONSISTENTLY GREAT MEALS. Update: 5th and last visit for now. Crispy chicken so crispy, spicy chicken just spicy enough, cilantro sauce delicious, always order with pico. The kimchi fried rice looks so good… some day I’ll try it (but still get a side of crispy chicken). Also everyone’s so nice

I recently had the pleasure of eating at Ta Joia in Bothell for lunch, and it was a truly delightful experience. This small, vibrant restaurant is full of charm—with its bright colors, cozy atmosphere, and beautiful indoor plants that instantly caught my eye. As a big plant lover, I really appreciated the greenery that added a refreshing and calming touch to the space. The restaurant is clean, well-lit, and has a welcoming, lively vibe that makes you feel right at home. We ordered the Grilled Shrimp Bowl and the Spicy Chicken Bowl, and both dishes were outstanding. The portion sizes were generous, and everything was cooked to perfection. The shrimp tasted fresh and paired wonderfully with the rice and the standout cilantro sauce—it was absolutely amazing. The spicy chicken was grilled beautifully, with a slight crisp on the outside while still juicy and tender on the inside. The spice level was just right, enhancing the flavors without being overpowering. Overall, the food was not only delicious but also comforting—like a really good home-cooked meal that satisfies both your hunger and your soul. I left feeling happy, full, and already looking forward to my next visit. There are more dishes I can’t wait to try! Bothell’s Ta Joia isn’t your sleepy strip-mall filler—it’s a technicolor veggie parade disguised as dinner. I ordered bibimbop, spring rolls, and the feijoada bowl, which felt like a samba in a rice bowl. It’s the rare spot where “eating your vegetables” is less a chore and more a sly dare. Flavor bombs everywhere, and suddenly I’m craving greens I never cared about. That’s Bothell magic.

Such a good first meal in Washington. Everything tasted amazing. We ordered the grilled shrimp, galbi, Joia fried rice, spicy pork with rice cakes, the house chicken, plus a few other dishes. Christine made the experience even better. She was friendly, helpful, and checked in at all the right times. The cilantro sauce was unreal. I wanted to pour it on everything, and I honestly could have finished it by itself. If you go, order the teriyaki chicken and the spicy pork. Both stood out the most. I will 100% come back the next time I’m in Washington.

If you care about what you eat, but also don’t want to sacrifice your taste buds to plain food, this is the place to go! The girls are very friendly and good at recommendations. There are a lot of vegetarian/vegan options, which are just as good as the traditional options. The atmosphere to the restaurant is very comfortable, with additional seating outdoors which is definitely nice in the summer time. Perfect place to sit down and also satisfies people who are on the go, trying to get back to the office. Highly recommend this restaurant! Hoping for an expansion in the future!

Quick genuine service and welcoming bright interior. Love their special that comes with 3 types of meat (brisket, pork, and sausage), rice, pico de gallo, and cilantro sauce. I’ve learned to order extra pico since it goes very well with the rice. I could eat just their rice with pico and be happy (맛있어). The meats were tender and seasoned perfectly, tasty on their own as well as with the cilantro sauce. The sausage is standard. This visit I also tried their makgeolli Canmak, peach was too sweet, grape was less sweet, would recommend the original.

It's no wonder that this place has 5 stars!! Extremely welcoming, friendly service. The atmosphere is bright & happy with positive messages around - total good vibes. I never leave reviews, but I had to for this place. The food was so delicious - their pico is probably the best pico I've ever had (mixed with the fried rice & it took it to another level of goodness ) chefs kiss.

I have since been back to this restaurant three times to come for the feijoada bowl with spicy chicken and extra cilantro sauce. I really love it and I get like two or three meals out of it.. The cilantro garlic sauce is crazy good! The feijoada with chicken bowl is so good, I can eat it cold; Normally, I hate eating cold food. I also love the spicy pork with the fried rice cakes. As other people have noted this is really really spicy. You will definitely start sweating. This place is the ultimate in cleanliness and the food is extremely fresh and delicious! This is one of the top 3 restaurants within 20 miles of my house including fancier restaurants that people might think have better food. They don't. This place is amazing because it is the only Korean-Brazilian restaurant in town, and the food is delicious ! Obviously the food is what keeps me coming back. Still, I can't help but want to support a business like this where all the employees try hard and are passionate about what they do.

If you are a teriyaki junkie like me, you know there is a broad spectrum when it comes to this comfort food choice; when you find a top shelf example of it, it brings pure joy. Ta Joia is a gem with a very unique take on Latin Asian fusion food. It also has that homemade deliciousness "feel" to the food too. So glad my friend Johnny, college friend of the owner, dragged me out to try it. What we had: 1.) Spicy Chicken 2.) Crispy Chicken 3.) Feijoada 4.) Pico De Gallo Spicy Teriyaki Chicken was fire, great umami bomb with char-grilled accents to the taste. Great. Crispy Chicken, light and crispy, tender, delicious. The fry on it won't disappoint, it feels Japanese-style (and I'm from L.A. where Japanese is at a high bar). Overall, fantastic, if I lived closer, I'd probably eat this 5 times a week. Also, the owner, Vivian, and her staff are super-friendly with great service ;), this is totally taken for granted these days in the food industry.

Ta Joia is family-run restaurant located in a small plaza in Bothell. It was recently on Yelp's Top 100 Restaurants of 2024 so we stopped by for lunch. It's an interesting combination of Korean (the owner's birthplace), Brazilian (where the owner grew up), and Japanese (Seattle teriyaki) influences all wrapped up in one restaurant. We ordered the spicy chicken ($16) and the kalbi ($22) bowls. Both meats were tender and flavorful, and chicken had a good level of spice. We got them both with pico which was the right choice because it was addicting mixed with the rice and their cilantro sauce. I would even ask for extra cilantro sauce next time because it was so good. We also ordered the potstickers ($3.50) which were crispy and flavorful that they didn't even need a dipping sauce. The service was lovely and the food was delicious, and this is a really great lunch spot!

WOW WOW WOW. I can't believe I hadn't heard of this place sooner - the Korean Brazilian fusion teriyaki is just mind-blowing over here! 100% recommend trying to feijoada bowl with spicy chicken - it comes topped with a delicious runny fried egg, slices of sausage and meat cooked within the Brazilian rice and paired perfectly with the garlic cilantro and pico sauce. The gyoza was really good too! Service was beyond excellent - the friendly server even brought us lids for extra sauces to take home. The restaurant was spacious and immaculately clean. We'll definitely be back here to try the Ta Joia Special with brisket that's only available after 4pm!

Ordered takeout around 3pm on Saturday. Place looks clean, has ample seating indoors and two small bistro tables outdoors. Cashier was friendly. Took a while to get my order, 15-20 min, even though the place was fairly empty at this time. House special chicken teriyaki for $15. Rice was good, tasted fresh and not dry or wet/clumpy. The ~2 chicken thighs were tender and juicy, well seasoned. Got teriyaki sauce on the side for dipping, which tasted more soy sauce forward than sweet and is on the thinner side. Salad on the side was a basic lettuce based salad. Didn't get dressing for it

I learned about Ta Joia a couple of years ago because of attending a pastry pop up at the restaurant and have been hooked since! On this last visit, I had the House Chicken which was grilled perfectly and was very moist and flavorful. Adding the pico and cilantro sauce is what it makes it the best! I love their Asian fusion food. Friendly and helpful staff. I like that there is a dedicated person who walks around the dining room serving up additional cilantro sauce!

Ta joia is best enjoyed fresh! Service is friendly and super kind. The food came out hot and we really enjoyed our meal! Portion sizes are pretty big, we were excited for our leftovers the next day. Ta joia Fried rice: the brisket, pork, and sausage were all so juicy and meat was tender. Didn't have the wok hei kind of taste to it, but tasty all together with the sauce and a little bit of hot sauce Spicy chicken: wow this hits every time. The char on the chicken and the flavor is just so good Feijoada: enjoyed the side of feijoada which is a bean stew with pork and sausage. Great addition to eat with some bites of rice/fried rice

Summary: This is a must try restaurant if you're in the area. Great food quality, portions and service. Food: High quality and a good portion size. I recommend getting the pico on the side. And I like how they chop/portion size the meat already for you. Service: excellent. Very friendly, and helpful. Ambiance: I love the choice of music. First place your order, and then grab any available seating. I love the free water fountain on the side, and the busing your own tables. It just makes everything more efficient.

Ta Joia is a Asian- Latin fusion or as they say "teriyaki with a twist"! This restaurant has bright fun decor! The staff was friendly and helpful and made great suggestions! I tried the house special and crispy chicken combo with the cilantro sauce and pico de gallo on the side. The house special was like a teriyaki that was a perfect balance of sweet and savory. The crispy chicken was like a chicken katsu with assuage that was spicy and fresh. Both were delicious and I will definitely try Ta Joia again.

Best terriyaki I've had in Seattle hands down. I got the chicken thigh meal. Very tasty and delicious with the pico sauce. Friendly staff.

Now I know why so many 5 star reviews for this place. Our orders contained bulgogi beef, spicy chicken and spicy pork. Pico salad is a must along with the ones mentioned above. Definitely must visit and definitely will visit again. We got the fried rice cake and the lemon sauce in addition and no regrets. Nice service too.

The hype is real at Ta Joia. We were greeted very warmly by the cashier. He suggested excellent dishes. I had the fejoiada with spicy chicken. 5/5 - the black bean w pieces of meat and sausage was very savory and rich. The spicy chicken was cooked just right and the pico de gallo w the cilantro creme combo made the dish come together so tastefully. The hwae dup bap is an interesting take on the original. As a Korean who has eaten hwae dup bap many times this one is more american and has more fusion flavors and greens but its still good 4.5/5.

This place is amazing every single time! The food is super tasty and the wait time is pretty much non-existent. The place can get a bit warm because of all the windows in the evening but they do a lot to keep it cool (fans are placed to keep good air circulation)

Food is great! I've had the spicy chicken a couple times and I love the pico with cilantro sauce!! It's a must have when I'm in town for work.

I recently tried the Ta Joia special, Katsu chicken, and the spicy chicken, and I was thoroughly impressed! The chicken is very tender and tasty, and the pico is fresh and delightful. The service is wonderful, making for a great overall experience. Highly recommend! Definitely coming back to trying other dishes!

A delicious first visit. The host recommended the spicy chicken teriyaki, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The dish had a delightful kick and the rice paired perfectly with the side of pico de gallo and their signature green dressing. We also ordered the feiojada bowl and added shrimp. The black bean stew it comes with has a nice smoky flavor with meat and sausage. The shrimp, in particular, was a standout and tasted amazing with the green dressing. Both meals were incredibly satisfying, and we will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend!

I think their spicy chicken teriyaki is marinated similar to Korean spicy pork and I really liked it. I wanted to have chicken katsu too so I ordered it as a combo meal with pico. I loved their cilantro sauce that came with. I think it goes well with whatever menu you order tho. Wish to know what that sauce it. I think ta joia is really good of Brazilian-Korean fusion. I would like to try out their Brazilian soup later too. I liked their portion size too.

Our go to for lunch date with my husband! I generally go for their house chicken and my husband goes for their crispy chicken. All the staff there are so friendly and welcoming!! I love their smiles :) They suggested that I go with the pico on the side and mix it with rice plus their cilantro sauce. Life has never been the same after that. It's a definite must if you try! Absolutely delicious!!!

Wifey and I saw that this place was #28 on the top 100 Places to eat in the U.S. and we decided to give it a go. Boy am I glad we found this place!! 100 times better than your favorite Yaki shop. Food is super fresh and delicious. I had the Spicy Chicken and Bulgogi Beef Combo with Pico. The flavor of the pico and cilantro sauce mixed into the rice is outta this world! Wifey had House Chicken and Shredded Pork Combo with salad. It was really, really good too! Service was friendly and the food came out quick even with a constant line of folks waiting to order. The atmosphere is a simple but welcoming.

This restaurant has been my neighbor for so long and I have never gave it a try until today and oh! what I have been missing! Very nice food, clean and bright place, and friendly (and patient with newbies!) staff. We ordered shrimp bowl, spicy chicken bowl, and bulgogi bowl... All 3 were very tasty and big portions. I will definitely come back and recommend it to anyone that like teriyaki... with a twist!

Just tried Ta Joia and I'm stuffed. I accidentally ordered two entrées/meals. Oops. Tl;dr - You should definitely try the Spicy Chicken. There's a reason it's their most popular dish. And if you're feeling especially hungry, order it with the Feijoada (Brazilian Rice, Black Beans, a fried egg w/ Pico and Cilantro Sauce) - delicious. Growing up in Seattle, I/we all have our favorite teriyaki spot(s). However, over time I've found myself less and less interested in it, because so many places over cook and over sauce their food. So the chicken or beef is dry and it's swimming in sauce. That wasn't the case with Ta Joia. I caught wind of it via the Yelp Top-100 for 2024 and decided to check it out because we live in the Bothell/Mill Creek area. I wanted to try the favorites, I was hoping to do two proteins, with feijoada, but I accidentally ordered that + spicy chicken and beef over white rice. Oops. While it was way too much food for me, it was a happy mistake, because I got to try both via the two different options to compare the two. I don't have a preference between normal white rice and feijoada, because I could see myself ordering either depending on my mood. The feijoada has a nice Brazilian/Latin flavor profile that is hearty. It's perfect for a cool day, because it's almost like having a stew. Whereas traditional white rice allows the protein(s) to shine. The spicy chicken was "moist," and not over cooked. It has a nice char to it and a great spice which was both flavorful and mild. The beef on the other hand was thin, yet tender. It has a very nice sweet, soy flavor. I would honestly recommend both. Very good. I look forward to coming back and trying the rest of this diverse, and likely delicious, menu.

Great fusion of Asian and Latin foods. Delicious flavors in the meats. Portions are on the larger side, so I do think that the price is reasonable. This place serves quick, so easy to get for a work lunch. If you're in the area, I definitely recommend trying this place! Probably one of Bothell's greatest food places!

This has to be one of my favorite spots for a quick meal! My boyfriend loves the chicken tereyaki and I always get the garlic shrimp bowl. I love that they have options for all dietary restrictions- I am gluten free and don't eat meat, so it's rare for me to find a place like this that has options for me! The food is always super flavorful and I just love the sauce they put on it too. The portions are large and I usually end up with leftovers. They have a great online portal to set up pickup orders and my food is always ready earlier than promised. The staff is super friendly and accommodating and always wiling to answer questions or update me about new menu items. The inside of the restaurant is cute with fun decor. I generally take my meal to go, but do appreciate the general ambiance of the spot.

Had a to go order last week, and I am intrigued and want to try more of the menu. When I ordered I was in a bit of a hurry so I picked spicy chicken and the fried chicken option. Shared with a co worker and there was still another portion left. The two lunch items could have been split 3 ways for sure. The chicken was fried to perfection, the salad/dressing was tasty and a nice palette cleanser between the spicy chicken. I think people know this place is good, considering the line of people picking up take out orders during lunch. Non the less when I placed my order they quoted me 15 minutes and that's what it took.

Awesome awesome awesome restaurant in Bothell. I loved everything about the place from decor to food to the staff and vibes they offered. I mean the moment we (work team and I) walked into Ta Joia, I instantly knew the place was it. Every patron looked satisfied with what they were eating. The staff was extremely helpful and gave a lot of love into what they do. The main cook looked to be a super nice korean 아줌마 (ajumma - lady) and she definitely put a lot of love and care into each dish. I went with the 회덮밥 (hwae dup bap) which is a traditional light and fragrant korean style poke bowl. It's an amazing and very delicious meal that i grew up. And the way it was prepared brought me back to my childhood. All the other dishes were eaten by my co workers and they all loved it. Awesome restaurant and y'all need to try it. Also, bonus points cause they were playing "Spider-Man: Across The Spiderverse" on their TV and that movie is a masterpiece

Ta Joia has been on my list for along time. I have friends that go often. Was in at Bothell Local Market perfect day to pay a visit that was long over due. Vivian the owner is so sweet, everyone of the employees is so friendly and helpful. I knew I was getting the Spicy Chicken with the Pico and Green sauce cause I checked with my friend what to get the other dish the owner suggested it's one of her favorites the Spicy Pork with rice cakes. The spicy is spicy which is nice but doesn't take away from the flavor of the dishes. People rave about the green dance but what really makes the dishes unique hit for me is the pico. I'm a big believer in having something fresh or pickled with a protein I love how it brightens a dish up and ads freshness to it. The chicken has a nice grill and char to the exterior but remained moist. The spicy pork is more of a stir fry love that it has vegetables in it the rice cakes are an additional $2.50 I like the texture of rice cakes and how they absorb the flavor of what they're in. Will definitely be back! The space has a lot of natural lighting and sone great murals that represent what this Korean Brazilian fusion is all about.

You cant go wrong with anything on the menu (I've tried the whole menu). I was soo impressed with my first order that I came back to try the rest of the menu! Each dish is unique and creates a memorable, if not mouthwatering, experience that leave you nothing shy of satisfaction. I love the variety and creativity behind each dish. An experience I wish everyone gets to indulge in. As far as service and ambiance, the most welcoming and loving greet right as you enter. They make you feel like you are walking on the red carpet. The restaurant inside has a vibrant earthy tone, almost feels tropical

All of my friends recommend Ta Joia and specifically told me to get the Spicy Chicken with Pico and Cilantro Sauce. Armed with my orders, I went in this week and grabbed some takeout. Super cute place, bright and airy and responsive service. Also easy parking! The food was amazing. I'm not a super spicy person - if you give me a range I'm always in the middle - and the spice levels were perfect, enough to wake up your taste buds but not so bad you have to power through. I actually liked it so much now I'm not sure I'll be able to order anything else now!

I'm always intrigued by fusion food. I heard Ta Joia combines Asian and Latin American cuisine, so I came to give it a try. Well, it was quite a success! While the space isn't huge, it's big enough, and we walked into a bright and spacious atmosphere. The service was friendly and inviting. I didn't even know there was a lunch sized option until the cashier asked if we wanted it. It costs a bit less and was definitely enough (maybe slightly more than enough) to fill my hungry bell-eh. Spicy chicken with Pico- This was some of the best teriyaki I've had in the Seattle area. Charred beautifully, covered in enough sauce that you don't need more, but it doesn't hurt if you add it anyway. Great spice level. With the pico de gallo, the citrus tang randomly screamed "I'm here!" amidst its delightful dance with the flavors of teriyaki. And then.... AND THEN, the cashier came by with the cilantro sauce and OHH boy did that level up the dish even more. Cilantro & citrus should be combined with charred Asian meats more often. My husband got the bulgogi option with the same sides as me. It was decent, but didn't stand out compared to other bulgogis I've had, so I much preferred the spicy chicken. I was hoping for more fusion than just adding pico/cilantro to generally Korean/teriyaki style dishes, but I enjoyed the food enough to still come back and am excited to try other things on the menu.

One liner: affordable fusion food that can cater to all people. Highly recommend at $15 per person ish The food at Ta Joia is a fusion between Brazilian food and Asian food. Two cuisines you wouldn't expect to fuse but these folks did a stellar job of bringing out some new flavors. I specifically loved their noodles with tofu (tofu was so tender and flavorful) and my friends/ family liked the other recipes they tried too - the coriander sauce they have is quite famous so ask for that. The staff is so friendly and nice. They were very conscious of our group size and kept regularly checking in on us. They also left us to our privacy even when they were about to close up the restaurant. The ambience is informal and their parking is part of the strip mall so not much else to note there. I will most likely come back here.

In a city full of teriyaki joint, Ta Joia is the best - and I mean THE. BEST. We came here from the Yelp reviews and one week later we have been here twice and have gotten 3 of our family members to order take out from word of mouth. The spicy chicken and crispy teriyaki are SO fresh and jam packed with flavor. The sweetness from the teriyaki sauce mixed with the spice from the chicken mixed with the freshness from the pico and green sauce, I mean WOW. I was hooked from the first bite! I love that this is a family run business. Their service is top notch, even as a first timer they made me feel like I had known them as a regular customer for years. It's up-kept so nice and clean, too. I can't wait to eat my way through the entire menu! I'll be back soon!

We had been there previously and had the teriyaki, which was very good but ultimately Seattle-style teriyaki. Branched out a bit this time and had the grilled shrimp with the pico-style salad. These were the best grilled shrimp I've had in a long while, wonderful flavor and delicious herbs. The salad was also above expectations, unique and interesting flavor. I think these fusion dishes with South American flavors are where I'm going to focus future visits. My wife had the vegetarian noodles and while she was initially disappointed there were not more vegetables ( 95% noodles with a few bits of veggies), it, too, had an interesting and unexpected flavor (was that cinnamon in the noodles?) Anyway, the moral is to go here and stray a bit from your usual "teriyaki order."

Ta Joia just made Yelp 100 Top Restaurants in America! If it's your first time coming through here some of the top favorites are any of the Chicken Teriyaki Options, Kalbi, Spicy Pork and Bulgogi Beef. You'll definitely have to come by a few times to try all the good choices on the menu or come with friends and make it family style. The service from the staff is always top notch, and the community vibe here always makes for a fun experience. Hope you enjoy it like I have ever since I became a regular here!

Delicious food... i'm a visitor from out of town. The portions are big and it's a unique cuisine. The business is family owned the mom cooks and the kids run the register, etc. Apparently the mom is Korean, but she grew up in Brazil and they used to own a teriyaki place, that was successful, but shut down when Covid happened they had to close the teriyaki joint so they opened this place up. They have a unique mix of Brazilian, teriyaki, and Korean food with some other yummy stuff. Very reasonably priced for the high-quality and big portions. All good I'll be back!

Really enjoyed Ta Joia. Food and service were both top notch. I got the spicy chicken and I really liked that it was much more run than sauce. Also had a very solid kick which as a fan of spice I was very happy. Recommend highly.

First off... in my first visit I felt as if I walked into going to see my family. Seriously the team is so great. They allowed me to try a couple extra options so I'd get a good taste of their offerings. The crispy chicken, the pico de gallo, the dressings... it was all soooooo good. Separately and together. What a fun experience and incredible food. I can't say thank you enough to my friends that brought me in and the team that was serving us that day. Simply amazing! Will be back for more, as I call it, TERIYAKI FROM THE MOON!

The Bulgogi Beef and Spicy Chicken Feijoada dishes were outstanding and the cilantro sauce is so addictive that it should be a controlled substance. Special shout out to the chef who was clearly training the new staff but keeping the kitchen cranking out dishes without sacrificing any quality. Don't be fooled by the strip mall setting, this might be one of the best restaurants in the PNW.

Decent teriyaki restaurant in Bothell with lots of options. I had their spicy chicken which had a nice kick and a good portion size, and came with rice and salad. However, the sauce was a little too salty, and had to be balanced by whatever creamy cilantro sauce they gave me. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, so I can see why this is a popular choice for many people. Lots of seating, clean spaces, but the parking lot can get busy at dinner time.

I recently had the pleasure of checking out Ta Joia after salivating over their Yelp reviews for the past two years. And I gotta say, this place is fantastic! Despite my skepticism about their Asian-food-meets-Brazilian-food vibe, the concept pleasantly surprised me. Adding some pico de gallo to bulgogi beef is, apparently, a thing - and a good thing at that. I went with two friends and we ended up eating family style. Two large entrees (a spicy chicken bowl and a bulgogi beef bowl) and a side of potstickers was more than enough to fill our bellies. The food came out quickly and everything was perfectly prepared. I can't wait to go back and try their fried rice!

Yumm! The shrimp and rice bowl was delicious, flavorful and perfect for a lighter lunch. The sauce that came with the bowl!!! Wish I could buy that by the jar. Will eat here again! Grubhub meal deliver. Cheers!!

Ta Joia stands out as a restaurant with a fusion of Latin and Asian flavors, offering a menu that includes bowls, fried rice, and finger foods. This spot, located up north, has become one of my favorite places for teriyaki. What sets it apart is the unique twist they bring to their chicken teriyaki dishes in which is served with pico de gallo, adding a touch of creativity not commonly found in teriyaki spots. The chicken is exceptionally tender, and their bibimbap is equally delightful. Ta Joia, with its distinctive offerings, has secured its place as a go-to spot for me.

Solid food, hefty portions, little pricey but worth it. Definitely get the cilantro sauce, definitely get more of the pico, definitely mix it alllll together to make the perfect bite. Service is fine, when we popped in the server was a little confusing and rang our order up wrong...but we eventually sorted it out. Interior is clean.

Anthony hooked us up so good!!!! He gave us free sides, extra salsa, and free deserts because it was our first time here. Food is ideal as it can be, I wouldn't change anything. Their signature sauce is blessed, and will probably be comparable to the yummy feasts we will enjoy in the millennial reign. PS Anthony was the man! Give that man a raise!

I ordered a galbi bowl and veggie spring rolls for pick up. The staff were very friendly and the food was ready in 5 minutes. The food tasted homemade and like they cared about the ingredients. Will definitely be back to try other options!
