"Boston-based fans of lukewarm tacos filled with mahogany-colored ground beef paste and wilted lettuce can rejoice: Taco Bell just opened a restaurant in the heart of Boston University territory — and it serves alcohol. Branded as Taco Bell Cantina, the Tex-Mex chain offers its standard menu along with beer, wine, sangria, boozy slushes (which Taco Bell is calling 'Freezes'), and a handful of appetizers, including items like chicken fingers, which aren’t available at non-boozy Taco Bells. The new location is not yet set up on Taco Bell’s website for online ordering, delivery, etc.; swing by the restaurant to order takeout onsite. (Distanced indoor seating is also available.)" - Terrence Doyle

Tacobell is located in the heart of Boston along commonwealth Avenue. I usually visit this location regularly and its being a fair experience . At rush hours and especially the weekends it can be so busy that you might wait hours to get your food . Apart from the long wait times, it gets my fair assessment. The store is clean and the workers are polite . Parking can be a little issue due to the location and the influx of delivery drivers taking every spot. Nevertheless you can't go wrong by ordering ahead of time or takeout whenever its busy.

Delicious Mexican Food in town. The service was fast, and there were clean restrooms. There were plenty tables to dine in, and I really loved the sauces. I ordered the chips and guacamole, and they were so tasty and savory. They were fitted to fuel ur day. The staffs were kind and friendly. U could order beers in the cantina, so don't forget to bring ur ID. Yeah

Pretty unfortunate that the bad reviews float to the top. I’ve been to a lot of Taco Bell’s and this one is pretty great. If you are looking for a classic night Taco Bell run, this is your spot. Placed online order around 1240p, received 25 minutes later with accuracy.

Order error rates are alarmingly high, but hours are convenient. We've ordered from this location 20-30 times at this point, both through 3rd party delivery apps and in person. Pros: great hours and easy ordering kiosks (no line to order typically) Cons: about 20% of the time, there is an order or two missing (lol). This happens both on ordering apps and in person, and more commonly so when we order more than 5 dishes at a time. It's almost as if they're deliberately omitting small items, betting that the customer won't notice.

Always make my order perfectly and seems like they put extra care into being neat. I do a lot of substitutions and add ons and ive been shocked how everything is always correct and so organized. They even give extra hot sauce. This is the best location in Boston, imo!

I don't expect that much from taco bell given the price, but this is probably the most inconsistent taco bell I've ever been to. Often the food isn't heated thoroughly, sometimes it looks like the food is just thrown together, sometimes the order is incorrect or missing something.

This restaurant is badly understaffed. Ordered a California Crunchwrap and they didn’t add avocado. Asked them to remake it and they didn’t add avocado a second time. They argued with me that I didn’t order a California Crunchwrap and then checked their system and saw that I did. We’re very rude and rather than remaking a third time, they added avocado to the top of the Crunchwrap and reheated it sloppily. Never coming back here again.

This joint is supposed to close at 2AM but sometime around 10PM, the staff put all the chairs on the table and made us sit on the floor while we waited. We haven’t received our food yet and it’s been 30 minutes. After a long day, I just wanted to relax and have a burrito. Now, I’m forced to sit next to a dirty old burrito on the floor while I wait. The place is currently understaffed so I’m not too upset about the wait; that’s understandable. I just don’t get why they kicked us out of the table WHILE we were sitting. Not too happy
