Why is this place even in business? Last I heard if you pay for a product, you should at least expect a half way decent product, not for said product to be missing entirely. Well I guess this doesn’t to Taco Bell, paid extra for steak and got charged for just beef. Not even the usual slap in the face 2 pieces of steak. Unless steak is now ground beef. Not sure. Shameless.

The store itself is really nice and was clean. I waited 20 minutes for my food and it wasn't busy. I also heard the worker get pissy with an Uber eats person. Fresh food and was really good. If I'm In a hurry won't go back but if I just want taco bell was worth the wait cause it was hot and fresh.

Honestly the best Taco Bell I've been to. The staff seems to actually care if the food they make is right, and hot (looking DIRECTLY at you, Loyola Campus location). The Dirty Baja Blast looks like someone busted in my drink, but tastes so good.

Honestly this taco bell is amazing, the night I came in. My food was delicious, it was made fast, and the cashier was super sweet. I even downloaded the app and got free nachos. Definitely would come back here!

Have you ever wanted to wait an hour for some “fast” food? And still not get it? Well then this is the place for you to come visit. Hopefully they refund me but I don’t have the time to wait and see.

It's Taco Bell. The restaurant looks nice and clean and has bathrooms without a code! I was surprised they don't sell water! Like bottled water or you can't just order a glass of water without speaking to a human. You can take sealed waters into the game so I feel like selling that here would be an easy win 🤷🏻‍♀️ The employee who was yelling out that my food was ready did seem a bit disgruntled.

I am shocked that this location has such low reviews. I have consistently had friendly staff, good service, and good food here. Turns out most of the bad reviews are actually for outside delivery services, from what I saw.

i tried ordering from a different location but the app defaulted to this one. i just wanted to be a trash person on my couch after a stupid day. it’s been an hour, three delivery people have cancelled, and i have to start over and order from somewhere different now. this is the worlds worst taco bell. edited to add: i kept trying to cancel the order because it wasn’t worth it, it actually showed up three hours after ordering. get this taco bell a kitchen staff.

One of the better Taco Bell locations...Hear me out. On a non-game day, there's always seating, and the place is generally cleaner than any other location I've been to. They have better specials here and a menu no more expensive than other city locations, unlike other chain places that jack up the prices just because they're near Wrigley Field. I wouldn't judge this place on game days, but the couple times I've been here during the winter were pleasant. Shout out to Britney who has a great personality and was helpful during my visit.

This place is sub par. Food was gross. Service was dismal to say the least. The patrons were drunk & rowdy. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. Stay away. The place has bugs in the bathroom.

Post Morgan Wallen concert, Taco Bell was crazy. However, given the small amount of service team members and the large crowds, I do want to say the team was patient and friendly. The security guard remained very calm and was assisting the team with crowd control. After reading the reviews, my husband and I were hesitant but we went in anyway. Taco Bell needs more staff, but it's the not current staffs fault. Customer service was great! We got our order in 20min! They explain, you order at kiosk and wait for your name to be called. SIMPLE!!

This place is terrible, every single employee is incompetent, spoke to each one of them with no help. Waited for our order for an hour. I have never written a yelp review in my life but this taco bell is so terrible that I feel the need to write one. Please never give this taco bell service.

This Taco Bell has customer service and atmosphere! Food was ready fast and they got it right

Absolutely horrible! I've been waiting here now over 20 mins for my food. I've been trying to give them a break because of the cubs game and I'm sure that creates a lot of traffic for them. There are about 10 of us still waiting on food while other people seem to get there's and go. I went up to ask about food and the woman called me a "Karen" "wait your damn turn". I'm sorry I have been waiting as well as the others. All I asked was "hi, I'm sorry I was wondering when x number order would be ready, thank you." If I could give negative stars I would.

Every single time I order at this location I end up waiting at least 20 mins for the order. This last time I waited 40 without anybody asking my name, and once I spoke up we found out my order was handed to someone else. The person handing out orders had headphones in and was talking to someone on the phone while working, so maybe that's why they gave it to the wrong person? I dunno, but my experience is poor here consistently.

I bartend near by. I've come to this location many times over the last year during many different shifts throughout the day. This is easily the worst Taco Bell in the city. No matter what time of day they always mess up my order and the service is subpar. I just ordered nothing but vegetarian food for my girlfriend and she just ate me for the first time in over 3 years. I'm never coming back. The only other Yelp! review I ever posted was to compliment my local Taco Bell by my house. I'm beyond upset. Avoid this location at all costs.

I've been here like 20x and there's literally always something wrong. Out of Baja blast, took 30min past the time it said it was ready, missing items, the list just goes on. Do yourself a favor and order from any other Taco Bell location, this one does not have it figured out. Seriously, I think they've only had Baja one time, unforgivable.

Been here a bunch of times and have never felt a sense of good customer service or staff acting professionally. Staff talking too loud, laughing and checking their phones in the dining room area. The other week I was eating and a staff member sprayed cleaning fluid literally two feet from me on a table while I was eating and said, "you're good" when I pulled back. If they don't know not to spray windex around people eating, they got some f'ing screws loose. The place is also too dark and depressing. I only go there if I'm desperate for fast food, but Culver's next door is 1000 times better food and customer service wise. Not a fan of this location.

I came across the fact that this Taco Bell had a terrible rating by accident so I decided to review to tip the scales. If your expectations are in line for a fast food restaurant, you will be very pleased. I saw lots of reviews about the staff.... As someone who has worked in customer service in a food capacity for ages, there's no way I would be able to emotionally handle working in a Taco Bell cantina located in wrigley. The on staff management has always seemed pretty on point, the rest of the staff acts as expected for people that are likely well underpaid to deal with the shenanigans they're met with. As for the food, I often order crazy stuff because I am that asshole and my girlfriend is vegan and modifies things to have 1000 toppings without the ones the original item comes with. This (and also the Belmont location) are one of the few that regularly nail it. On top of that the food looks as reasonably like the studio photos as fast food can look, even when they're crazy busy. Unlike other locations I have never gotten food that seems really half heartedly thrown together or like they didn't want to wait for ingredients to be refreshed before making my food. Overall, super solid fast food. If you can accept the fact that this is a fast food establishment where the staff is probably barely surviving on what they're paid, that's located right in the heart of an area known for having high quantities of intoxicated people are rampant so you may have to wait an extra bit if they're being wrecked by orders, you will be happy.

How hard is is to properly package food. I asked your clerk to please properly package something they refused and I lost my tip because you guys don't know what you're doing it isn't that hard every time I do a order from there there's a damn issue

This place was a mess on a Monday night after 10pm. I feel bad for the staff, trying to run an entire Taco Bell cantina with only two workers. I ordered online and was able to get my food faster (after waiting ten minutes in the pickup line) than people who walked in before me and were still waiting to place an order at the counter. Big understaffing yikes. But damn if the Crunchwraps, et. al, weren't exactly what I was looking for at that place and time, and they hit. the. spot

You kind of never know what you will get with this place. But thing for sure is to ALWAYS CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING. Even if you didn't order that much. My order ended up missing a burrito which I only realized when I got home so couldn't do much to get my money back. There are a decent amount of tables inside for a city Taco Bell but most people take food to go. Will add that another employee that was there at the front was really nice when he greeted us and gave us a drink cup before we even got the rest of our order.

I don't think this has anything to do with the workers, just plain and simple it took 1.5 hours to get my order. This is not the first time. Management should probably find a solution.

This is the third night in a row this Taco Bell has cancelled my GrubHub order after accepting it and charging my card. If you're going to be busy then don't accept the order and tie up my money waiting for a refund. They always forget drinks too, I've literally never received my drink when ordering from this location. It's not hard to remember to pour a Pepsi.

Unfortunately every time I come here I wait 25 minutes for my food, this will be my last time at this location. DO NOT COME HERE unless you have a 45 minute time period to sit around for cold food

Go further south to the one on Belmont, even if it's out of your way. You will save so much time. This location always takes forever, no matter the day/time. On multiple different occasion I was told my order was ready but still had to wait 10-40 minutes for my food.

I wish I could give it 0 stars as I was unable to eat there. I arrived at 1:20- they close at 2:00 am. Someone is standing outside. "Pick Ups Only", he says. "We aren't taking any new orders so you can't come in." Huh. Alright, well, it's a very busy night, so that's okay. No other place is open except for McDonalds, but I was being stalked there. "No problem, can I please head inside so I can order an Uber?" "Nope!" "So I can't come in at all?" "Uhhh... there's McDonald's a block away?" Nope, I could not enter this premises at all, they happily threw a woman into the street of late night Wrigley even though they were 100% open. Did I mention people were seated inside on their tables talking? Because they were. Horrible management.

Cleanest Taco Bell ever! Also the nicest! Wrigleyville Taco Bell is back! What's not back is that weird "recently cleaned vomit smell" from the old location when you walked in. This time around you can expect first class fast food service and a modern ambiance. Giant TV monitors on one wall (see pic). Staff was friendly and polite. The chalupa was on point. I'm happy Taco Bell across Wrigley Field is back!

This Taco Bell is the reason I made a yelp account. I think I've had an average wait time of 30 minutes at this place, at least 3 orders completely forgotten about, and a few orders given to other people. It's truly insane how mis-managed this place must be. I'm sure I sound like a Karen, but this Taco Bell will turn the best of us into Karen's.

Swear to god this was the best Taco Bell order I've ever had. Everything I ordered was packed with a good amount of meat and perfect ratio of ingredients. Sent hella sauce too. Late Friday night crew of 11/25 I would kiss you all on the mouth for blessing me with this wonderful experience.

This place looks and sounds great. I will change if it disappoints. If it doesn't, then good job.

This is the worst restaurant ever. The attitude of the workers there are horrible. Sorry to bother them. No receipt messed up the order. Never again will step foot in that rude establishment.

I put in an order at 1:02am. I live right next door. I waited over an hour for my order. And then they said "we don't take orders after 2:00am" and they said they never got my order when I saw my Pepsi and Baja sitting there in the back (but not my food bc they said it wasn't ready yet). I even had another DoorDash driver saying that it was crazy how they said they didnt want to make my food when I already paid for it and when it was put in before they did last call. Then they rolled their eyes and gave me food. But it wasn't even what I ordered.

Do not go to this location if you want your food within 45mins of ordering. You would be better served to walk to the Belmont location.

I've been here multiple times and I always place mobile orders before coming in and somehow every time I still have to wait 10-20 minutes inside the store for my order to be ready when it's not busy

absolutely terrible. my burrito was covered in burnt cheese and my order was wrong. it was one of the worst things i could have ever exchanged 11 dollars for. go to the mcdonald's across the street.

I was excited for this Wrigley location to open up. The Taco Bell is stunning. However The employees don't have a shred of costumer service skills. You're greeted with silence and stares that make you feel like you're inconveniencing them. No one makes eye contact or greets you.While frustratingly waiting in the lobby you have the privilege to watch them walk in circles and stand around and talk to each other while no one makes anything. I waited ten minutes for a burrito when the store wasn't busy. This Taco Bell in painfully slow and it's clear it's poorly managed. It's quite tragic because you're loosing money. People literally leave and the service will keep me away.

Was so excited to have a Taco Bell back in Wrigley! But the employees clearly missed the part of the training in customer service. A group of us went there and after ordering noticed a group of friends from college sitting in the back we hadn't seen in years, so we went to join them while waiting for our food. Not five minutes after all of the hello hugs an employee (I'm assuming manager) came out and crankily told us we were too loud and distracting the employees in the kitchen... in a crowded taco bell, late on a Saturday night, in the back booth away from anyone else, we were too loud. To top it off, she came back later and rudely told us we had to leave because they were 2min past their closing time, still with plenty of other people still there but she singled out our group to force us to leave before going back into the kitchen. We didn't even have our food yet. I can understand that Taco Bell probably gets a lot of over-served, wild people but if their manager can't even politely have a conversation with 10 people sitting at a table, not bothering any other customers, talking and laughing with each other, then the owners need to have a wake up call about who they employ. At the very least, I suggest a training on how to politely deal with customers. 1 star was because the food in our orders was right 1 star was for the cleanliness... up until something started leaking and bubbling out of the kitchen and onto the floor around our table

Not surprised that this locations service lacks. Went inside and waited for server to take order but staff was busy with drive thru orders, so I went to use self serve kiosk but it did not have the option to order nacho fries on it so went back to counter to order and it took a minute for someone to come up and take our order. Ordered a few items for family but realized after they had charged an extra drink, so I just asked for some chips and cheese since it was just cheaper then the drink anyways, server said ok. Took a few minutes to get food and the person who served food on counter in a bag did not put the extra chips in, but I didnt feel like arguing over 2 dollars. The nacho fries portion looked like it was a container for a kids menu(plus they little containers they came in werent even that full)the rest of the food was ok, but kinda sucked even for taco bell standards. Restaurant wasn't that clean and there were ants on the wall. Wife wanted to use bathroom but there was a lock on it, so she went and asked to use it, the staff walked her to the restroom and let her in. Been to this location a bunch but seems like since covid they forgot how to run the inside anymore, The lights were off inside and just didnt seem that inviting.
