I wasn't happy for one it took forever to order as I didn't bring a purse, I only brought cash. It was very busy between customers and delivery drivers picking up. I sat down and could watch the did being made. I realized it was finally my order being made. Now this whole time I never saw one change of gloves on any of them. Then I watched the guy take his fingers and dig into it to see if they put the sauce on that I didn't want. I politely asked to have it remade. They did but I saw some attitude. I did say thank you for redoing it. I just think that in a food business gloves need to be changed way more than what I saw. I am positive FDA would not approve.

If I could have gotten a refund I would have. I waited over an hour for my food. When I kept asking them for an update they said they’re working on it. Mobile ordering on the Taco Bell app isn’t a priority to this staff I would NOT recommend this Taco Bell if you wanna have a quick service meal.

Fix your AC, the staff works hard and they need a good working environment.

Want to say that this place is usually pretty good but today i stood by the counter for a good while and nobody acknowledged me. Had to grab thier attention and tell them my to go order was just sitting there and I would like it.

Staff needs to be more efficient and prioritize orders that were received first. Waited over 1 hour for food. It's not worth the wait and time. Go elsewhere.

I order a Chalupa Supreme At 205 E Ohio Street, Chicago, US-IL 60611 this what I got. It’s wet with liquid at the bottom. It look like spit! I told them I wanted a refund they said can’t do refunds because of the presentation. Would you eat this?

This location always does a great job preparing and getting my order right. Great Taco Bell, they know how to do it!

30 minutes wait for a crunchy wrap, when i asked the dude if it was gonna take more time he started yelling to me and he told me that i didn’t know who i was messing with, LOL with a guy that cant make a taco in 30 minutes, sad place with sad people. Literally the worst experience ever i had in a “fast chain” restaurant. Avoid this place ❌

Needed a quick meal after a night out at the movies. Let me preface with saying, I've been to a handful of Taco Bell locations across the city, but this one in particular was different than the rest. Despite the uptick in customers, the staff was accommodating and even seemed like they were enjoying their time. You could tell they maintained the cleanliness of the kitchen. My order came out hot and fresh. Flavor wise, tasted better than other locations. Fast food did not disappoint. Good work.

Came here after Taylor swift in June 2023 and had the most magical meal to top off a magical night. Workers carefully crafted our items with love and was a perfect night cap. Couldn't ask for anything more!

I live next door and treat myself to Taco Bell here and there. I can't tell you how many times they've been out of soda or messed up the food order. Not to mention, one of the guys was so high working - he just blankly stared at the cups when I asked for one. Always check your order before you leave. And if you want normal Taco Bell prices, order on the app.

I stopped in here last weekend late afternoon and wish I didn't bother. This location is more expensive than most Taco Bell's. I ordered through the mobile app. It took at least 15 minutes before I received my order. There was only one other person waiting for their order when I arrived. They made an order for someone who ordered at the kiosk 10 minutes after I arrived before they made my order. Once I finally received my food and got to my final destination, I discovered that they are the stingiest Taco Bell ever. The nacho cheese cup was maybe a third full. There was the tiniest bit of filling in the tacos. The shells were 90% empty. I paid the most I've ever paid for Taco Bell and received the least amount of food ever.

Overall this location has been super reliable over the years for quick meals and large orders! There are self serve kiosks available at the store entrance and the employees are always courteous. The lines can definitely get a bit longer on Friday and Saturday nights, but otherwise I have been able to get my food quickly.

Take out after midnight. They're super friendly. I saw they all working with gloves. And the guy standing there changes his gloves very often. Which made me think. Ugh i wish I had $1000 for everyone. Thank you everyone.

All I needed was a bite to eat, and I hoped Taco Bell would deliver satisfaction. I hopped on the kiosk and ordered a Crunchwrap Supreme and a Cheesy Gordita Crunch. After a short wait I received my food and took it back to my hotel. I started with the Gordita Crunch and found it to be very lacking in the beef department. The other ingredients were there, and seemed mostly fresh, but I was basically just eating carbs. Not satisfying. Next, the Crunchwrap. The beef situation was even more bleak; I'm not sure they even added any beef at all. WTF! This menu item costs almost five whole dollars, and I did not get my money's worth. The quality of a Taco Bell can really vary from one location to another. This was just utterly disappointing and I'm left feeling empty and sad. Avoid if possible.

Wow just wowwww! I came to get food cause I'm hungry af and taco bell is the best but this location honestly sucks! It's dead in here my order was marked ready and they told me they never received it so of course I had to wait 15mins! Then as I'm waiting there is a guy rolling joints at the table and the manager and employees are just watching him not saying a word to him! What kinda establishment is this?!?!

just an absolutely horrendous experience. i crack up laughing when i think about it now, but at the time it was just terrible. after lollapalooza, this place was expectedly packed and i completely understood that i would have to wait at least an hour for my food. i'm not one to rush or disrespect service workers so i simply imputed my order on their self service screen and waited with the crowd. this place was an absolute mess, workers were cussing out customers and after two hours of waiting, i did not feel comfortable asking about the status of my order because of this. at a certain point, they were full on yelling at customers. i witnessed them nicely ask one pair of men what their order was and they swiftly made it after realizing they had forgotten their order in the pile they had. however, when i tried to ask, i was called a b*tch and was accused of stealing someone else's food (which made no sense considering i had NO FOOD) keep in mind, at the time when i asked about my order i had been there for THREE HOURS because i was afraid to ask about my order without getting yelled at. ultimately, it was one am and unsafe to walk around at night as a woman so i simply left with no food and no refund. after contacting corporate, i still received no refund and have just given up on it at this point. tldr: don't go to this cursed taco bell after lollapalooza / just don't go here period

I went yesterday as an Uber driver . I arrived at 12:24 am . I gave the 2 names of my orders and the young man that was there with the dreads told me okay I got them as if he put them to be made . He told me it's going to be a wait and I said respectfully okay . Other people and drivers were coming in after me and were getting their orders before me which didn't make no sense . I then asked the lady that was there in charge , how much longer because it was already 1:20 am that the customer was asking she looked at me and said I don't even know the names of your order and that she couldn't give me a time . I then asked the guy with the dreads that had his AirPods in his ears if he actually put my order to be made by this time it was already 2:24 am and he grabbed a whole stack of receipts and found my orders there . I was pissed at this point so basically this asshole never put it to be made . I ended up telling the lady that I was here since 12:24 am and it was ridiculous that I had to wait this long . Her response was that she's working over time for the past 2 hours while I've been there just sitting . I then just told her you guys honestly need to go for customer service training because you guys are unprofessional. She then came back telling me that so do we as delivery drivers. I told her I've been nothing but patient & Respectful . She decided to respond back again with me too. I said wow . I was literally the last person to get my order . While she's getting paid for the over time , I am not . The guy with the dreads honestly should of been swallowed by his mom with his rude ass . If you are a delivery driver don't come here at all and people y'all better of going to a real Mexican restaurant that actually treat you with respect.

Wish I would of read the reviews before going here! Customer service is trash and they made all my food wrong so now I have no lunch! Tried to call the store and they said hello? No greeting or saying anything Taco Bell related so I asked is this Taco Bell and they hung up! "This happened twice" as a previous Taco Bell employee I am in shock whoever owns this spot let's this continue

***I'm replying to Alejandro This is basically how it is at this Taco Bell as I've written a past review here. I doubt anyone at this establishment or even the general manager cares even the slightest bit about this place or how they treat the customers and delivery people. And the same thing happened to me I waited an entire 40 extra minutes (after being told off by the main dude handing out orders) because I didn't want to ask if my order was ready because I didn't want any more negative confrontation. While turns out my order was made the entire time and I wasted 30 minutes because he failed to hand me the order after letting him know the name like 3 times after they had asked. And each time I did that he just cussed under his breath at me and gave me dirty looks. I feel like he honestly held off my order from me on purpose because that seems to be the regular at this establishment. If they had the ability to spit on everyone's food and smack us as hard as they could without getting in trouble they 100% would cause this is one of the worst establishments in Chicago when it comes to actually being respectful to people that give there money to this business for them to have jobs in the first place. Last and not least the general manager or owner of this Taco Bell should be completely ashamed of themselves and embarrassed for letting this place get this bad. This Taco Bell is the most outrageous and most disrespectful food establishment I have ever been too. Corporate needs to fire this general manager and 90% of the staff in this Taco Bell and rehire and retrain because they a more running this place into the ground. Like you would think that the managers and general manager would be like looking at all these negative reviews and then put an effort into changing the status of this Taco Bell but no. It's pretty much just getting worse at this location and without a large change of command or change within the establishment these reviews are just going to get worse and worse. Personally the way they treated me each time I went into this Taco Bell I would absolutely love to see this place shut down and replaced with another restaurant that actually serves people with kindness/respect and doesn't trash or make a mistake on every third order. Screw this place and screw the general manager for allowing it to get this trashy and 100% the worst restaurant I've ever been to in my entire life.

Staff were excellent. Dealing with a throng of people from Lolla plus mobile orders seemed like a nightmare. A+ for the staff for managing that chaos. 3/5 for the fact it's a "cantina" that DOESN'T SERVE ALCOHOL. Either renew the license like an adult or remove the "cantina" designation.

How the hell do you run out of Diet Pepsi? You're OWNED by PepsiCo! And there's the problem. It's a franchise, so there's no accountability to keep things tidy or adhere to corporate pricing. Hence, everything here costs 50-80% higher than other Taco Bell locations. A cheese burrito can cost $1 elsewhere but cos $1.69 at this location. Crazy. Also, note to the owner: having seven employees behind t he counter doesn't mean they'll all work at the same time. It means you'll have two, maybe three people working and the rest just stand around yelling and acting up. All with a supervisor who walks around and screams at everyone.

They never made my mobile order and would not assist me in the 25 min I was in there. Starve before you come to this location

staff isn't trained to handle a rush. no fault of the employees, but definitely a training issue. many of the employees are standing around at a station but not doing anything. stay away from this location.

So initially I was super excited to try Taco Bell cantina because where I'm from we don't have Taco Bell's that serve alcohol. When we walked in we were not greeted with a "hi there how are you'?" Or a simple "welcome" it was a loud "imma just let you know you're going to be waiting at least 30 minutes for your food. Then told another customer waiting "if you want to come help, help." So unfortunately we left without ordering. Being a former Taco Bell employee from my high school days I was in total shock.

Right below where I live and was here for lunch yesterday around 12.30PM and thoroughly enjoyed. Ordered Box that has Crispy Chicken Quesadilla that comes with 2 crispy Tacos and Medium beverage of your choice that costed me $6.04 including tax which I think is really a good deal as it is really filling. The good part is one of the staff makes sure that everything is good with your order and offer sanitized napkin while you eat. Pros: --------- Ambience with youthful Murals Quick Service Fresh Food Friendly Staff Street Parking Lot of other food options next to this store(JJ,Subway,7-Eleven,Burrito Beach,Jersey Mike) If you are not fan of coke, you can get c Cons: --------- Nothing at least to me Try it yourself and yelp about experience.

Literally the worst Taco Bell ever been to my whole life. The workers were terrible, it took 40 minutes to get my three tacos, terrible service. Avoid.

Service was awful! The woman cashier that looked like she was pregnant was so rude to me. She was so unprofessional and had this negative attitude not just with me but with another customer that came in after us. This woman needs some customer service training or a new job. Because she's giving Taco Bell Cantina a horrible representation. WILL NOT BE COMING BACK . She didn't even want to take my order in person, didn't check my ID after I ordered an alcoholic drink, and was horrible at giving me recommendations.

It's ok to save money but when it affects the flavor of the product then we have a problem, love Taco Bell but not this location.. all beans, where is the beef?? lol

Wow tacos are effing good here. Make sure to get the fire sauce if you like spicy because hot isn't enough heat for me. Service is super friendly as it's the first day. Mostly people who live and work near this location checking this place out, I think. Menu board screens are a little overwhelming and hard to read from where you stand in the line since text isn't so big. There's plenty of meat in the tacos and I like how crunchy the shells are. Also not sure where the restrooms are. I like how there's mountain dew kickstart and Aquafina sparkling water in the soda machine. Straws and forks are available packaged but might be easy for them to fall out and get messy when it's busy. Maybe the line can be moved to be against the counter instead of alongside the tables because people can't get in and out of tables easily with people standing in line right next to them. Maybe they do this so they can easily split up into the two registers later on? But line can be better organized I think. That's all for now, looking forward to getting more quick bites here in the future!

This place is trash. I get it, they don't care and most people are drunk or high and don't notice how bad the food and service is. But it's trash. Even for Taco Bell standards. Don't ever go here unless it's your last resort. And even then, don't go. Management was trash too. They treat everyone like garbage, they mess up orders and yell at you if you complain. Seen it happen way too many times.

This star is for obligation reasons. I haven't eaten Taco Bell in 12 years. Was going to give it a chance tonight. Fuck them. They will never see a cent of my money again. Not even my children's or my children's children's. Don't advertise yourself as a boozy Taco Bell open until 2am. And then publicly advertise yourself as a cantina but not serve alcohol past 12am. We flew here from Denver and crossed times zones solely for a spiked Baja blast freeze for our dear friend's bachelorette party. Showed up a little past midnight to learn that not only do they not have a single public toilet to use, but also no alcohol. Later losers. Del Taco for life.

Not a well run location. They don't seem to really care about doing a good job. Glad to have a TB in the area, but that doesn't go far if your food is always halfway off the container.

I just ordered a side of "pintos and cheese" to go, and the kid was so sweet! "Can I get you anything else? Do you want a cup of water while you wait?" Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww! I didn't, but what a sweet kid! Will DEFINITELY be back when I go down there again!

What can I say, it's Taco Bell, upgraded! First time here and we simply got the limited Nacho Supreme Fries and Shredded Chicken Burrito all for ~$5.50. Clean, friendly service welcoming us right away as we entered. It was Friday around 7PM and only few folks present, must be too early for the rush. TIP: For the few people that walked in and out, there seemed to be lots of Michael's. So for those Michael's out there, try a different name so you don't grab the wrong one! We didn't wait long, but it seemed there were a lot of delivery orders at the time. All in all, it was a good appetizer dish before we headed to our dinner reservation.

Place is awesome!!!! So fresh I love it. Baja blast freeze with Tito's vodka. It's amazing. Would hit this place up over my regular TB all the time!!!

You dumb twunts. Every single time we've ordered delivery from this place, it's wrong. Every. Time. They leave off items that are clearly on the damn receipt. We know it's not the GrubHub driver, as the items are packed in the store and a sticker seals the bag. If you had to base pay on job performance, these idiots would be making about 3 cents an hour. Poor driver is apologetic handing over the small bag because THINGS ARE MISSING. Previous reviewer is right; go there in person, and it's one or two people moving at the speed of a Post Office worker and the rest cutting up. Clearly the high achievers of society. Hey, I have nothing against making an honest living, but when you are collecting your pay and halfassing your job, that's dishonest. When you aren't giving paying customers what they ordered and paid for, that's dishonest.

They mark your order as ready almost immediately after you order it online and it never is. I honestly don't know why I keep going back, probably because of the convenience and location. This last order I guess whoever was running the toppings station just gave up because my items only had the meat and cheese no toppings or sauces. I don't order Taco Bell to go home and cut up my own tomatoes and lettuce and put my own sauce on it. I guess my advice is thoroughly check each item to make sure it's correct before leaving the store as they may completely miss the item or just not care and make it incorrectly, not the first occurrence.

The best thing about this place is the hours of business. They are open pretty late and probably the only place open after 11pm through out the week. As good as any Taco Bell, but I'm giving it four stars because the cashiers are pretty patient with people who don't know what they are ordering. Also they never got my orders wrong. I almost always substitute ingredients for vegetarian ones and they've never made a mistake compared to other less busy Taco Bell's I've been to. The people behind the counters try to be friendly with all the customers as well. Thats a plus for sure.

I was really excited when I stumbled across this new Taco Bell Cantina at 1 AM in the morning. I have always wanted to try their margaritas and the wicker park location is too far out of the way for me. To my disappointment, at their Grand Opening (was the day I discovered it) they would not serve any alcohol. They also took an extremely long time to get me the three soft shell, meat and cheese tacos I ordered, and over charged me for them ($7). The serves re-made my tacos but it was still a let down. The only thing that was great about my experience is that the workers were very excited to be there and extremely cheerful! I am hopeful this is just a growing pain of opening a new restaurant, but as of now, I would not recommend going.

Honestly I know taco Bell is taco Bell, but just the face that it's clean and has the new alcohol assortment makes this place even better. The interior design is more modern than most taco Bell's in the suburbs. It has a similar design to the one located in wicker Park. Staff is very friendly and very easy to have a conversation with. Food presentation is like any other taco Bell which to me is pleasant.

No sort of customer service and food was made horribly. The employees seemed very careless and like they didn't want to be there. I told the girl giving me my food thank you and she just gave me dirty look.

This Taco Bell doesn't give customers access to their bathroom and redirects customers to a Dunkin Donuts across the street. What a joke. Any food service business should provide patrons with the ability to use the bathroom, especially a national brand like Taco Bell. Don't give this Taco Bell your business, there are other honest businesses right next door that will let you use the bathroom.

We ordered via DoorDash for 4 people. They did not include any hot sauce although we specified hot sauce, per their own form. But the reason for the 1 star rating is that the Fiery Doritos Locos Taco Supreme left 1 person feeling nauseated, and another person who ate the burrito supreme actually threw up afterwards. The amount of ingredients varied on the tacos. Consistency should be the hallmark of low end fast food. Will never patronize this location again.

This place is a HOT MESS! Quite possibly thee SLOWEST Taco Bell I have ever experienced! The whole entire process of ordering, waiting for food, etc. is rediculous! You'll spend 20 min. of your 30 min. lunch break just waiting for your food! Also...this place supposedly serves alcohol, which is WEIRD! Who sits & has a drink in this TINY crowded place! Also...how are they even allowed to serve alcohol when they don't even have a restroom for the general (paying customer) public?!?! This place is "hardly" a dining experience! It's a nightmare! And the staff is slow as hell! They need more people preparing orders! Also, 1 guy called my name so i went to the counter...after getting there I looked into the bags confused & he said "neither of those bags are for you, because those bags are too big for your order". He called my name...I guess as he was making my order! NOT when it was ready to pick up. So I stood there...awkwardly for another 2 minutes....staring at him. I was so annoyed, I was no longer hungry! Don't even bother coming here!

Not sure why this place is receiving so much hate in these reviews. I've picked up a couple of times at this location and each time the order was freshly made and correct. It's Taco Bell, so there's nothing to write home about but the workers here are very nice/courteous and the food is extremely customization friendly. My nachos, burrito, taco, etc. are hot and ready when I get there. What more can you ask for from a fast food joint? (Pro tip: Order directly through the Taco Bell website or app to make sure your order is correct. This approach hasn't failed me yet!)

Listen, I'm just saying, it's got the best customer service that a Taco Bell has ever seen. I work in retail, just a block away, I like to think I know what I'm talking about. Everyone is friendly. Everyone smiles. Folks make small talk with customers while they wait for their food. Plus it opens early as hell and if you have yet to enjoy a breakfast crunchwrap, get on that. They are indulgent.

It's a fancy Taco Bell with alcohol and late night hours. Admittedly, I have only been here in the mornings after a night shift when a breakfast steak crunchwrap and a couple breakfast tacos are the ideal coma-inducing delicious bites to send me off to dreamland.

I love Taco Bell, but this location isn't up to the high standards I have for Taco Bell, yet. I say that because the two times I've come here my food has been poorly made. The first time I got food from here my Crunch Wrap Supreme fell apart as soon as I took my first bite. The second time I came here my Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Taco Supreme was dripping wet at the bottom from the ground beef not being drained properly. Since I love Taco Bell I'm going to keep going back here and hopefully the preparation of the food will get better. I will say the workers are are friendly and always seem upbeat and happy about being at work. Because of this I'm giving this Taco Bell location and extra star knocking it up to 3.

I can't tell you how many times they've forgotten half of my order. I've literally lost count. It's not rocket science. Get it together.

This is a cool spot. The food is traditional TB. The staff could be a little more engaged. The TVs on the wall could be turned on to add more of a fun vibe instead of leaving them off. Here is an instant comment that will make you money immediately: fix your front door! While sitting here I saw 4 people walk up, try to pull the heavy door, think it was locked, and walk away. You lost business. This must be happening all day. Check your cameras. Maybe just put a sign on the door that says PULL HARD ON DOOR or YES WE ARE OPEN. Anyway, I will always be a fan of TB!

I wish I could put zero stars...the service was awful. The main cashier was lazy, rude and overall a disgrace to the fast food business. After asking about an opinion about the alcohol freezes (exclusive to TB cantina FYI!) she said she doesn't drink and gave this look of disgust. She also looked to be cuddly and flirty with her coworker that looked like it could be her boyfriend. He was super nice and helpful but she was god awful. Walked super slow on purpose and rolled her eyes when we asked if we could order in person instead of the digital kiosk. She also gave us 20 sauces for our meal and we used 2 of them. Wow just wow. Please fire her before the business gets worse.

This restaurant took an hour to get my order out the store Im livid... the wait time here says 30-50 min I ordered at like 4:45 and it's 6pm wtf....
