Taco Bell

I know this is fast food and it typically doesn't look like the picture you order, but this is pretty bad for the quality. They are $2.99 a taco 🌮 thought it be a little better than the normal crispy tacos. They have no meat and they are soo thin, I should have bought a quesadilla instead. Sad because I took it home and it was late to go back out to return them. Gotta do better!!

This Taco Bell has dine in closed 24/7. They only allow drive thru regardless of what time of day it is and when I asked an employee why, she stated “Because of the area”. This location isn’t even in a dangerous area at all, there is some homeless people but there is homeless people ALL throughout Vegas. I am almost positive this is being done without the authority of a district manager and it is a lazy act as well as a very inconsiderate act for any would be customers that do not have a vehicle to access the drive thru. I ordered my food online for carryout and had to wait nearly an hour after my order was ready because the staff had no idea I was waiting outside for my order because they refuse to have dine in available.

This Taco bell is a mess a lot of times you go to the drive thru when you get there to order ladies don't want to work and only take Taco Bell online orders how can you go back if you are already at the line ?? beware of this place

I came February 10th at 11:43 pm, she told me “we are only taking delivery orders right now.” After asking me if I would be using my rewards today. If you were only taking delivery orders why are you asking about rewards? 😐 and then I sit and watch her take 3 other orders. So why lie? I don’t know if people are prejudice or not but it’s weird and the hours need to be changed since they don’t do service.

It would have been a much better lunch if you were able to actually go inside the place to eat! Also the ONLY way you're going to dine here is in a vehicle or ordering online. They are working on a walk up window for you to order from but that's still a working progress

I go to the drive thru but a couple times the people taking my order didnt make a few things clear to me but for the most part i like theyre food its just a bit pricey.

I couldn't believe this is what I was served today. This is not even a teaspoon full. I paid for a 3 Supreme taco meal. #ridiculousness

This place is a disgrace. Save your money and time. The food is mediocre at best. They don't care about service nor the quality of food.

Great place to put a Taco Bell, once in a while there breakfast is the best. Instead of the fourth meal, it's the first meal of the day. I was impressed how with all the construction going on how clean this store is. The bathrooms were clean too from the night before. This location is so great that we have even seen police officers at this location. An individual can eat and not worry about anything happening, or if chaos does come knocking then the boys in blue are their to protect and serve. The food was nice and hot and ordered just the way ordered it. Thank you Taco Bell for making my morning less stressful and more yummy. They even had great attitudes for the morning which makes the day so much happier.

My mother and I just passed through the drive thru and we ordered 1 crunchwrap supreme, 4 beef crunchy tacos, and 1 nacho fries. Came home and realized no salsa. What taco bells do not give salsa packets? The worst part. No meat was put in the crunchwrap supreme that we paid 5.99 for... not even a single piece. This is such a disappoint. This location sucks. Save your money and dont go here.

Don't bother ordering chicken nuggets from Taco Bell. It's a complete rip-off. I'd rather given it to the homeless before receiving hard and small nuggets fr 5/3/25

They are SO STINGY with the hot sauce packets. I started asking for "extra please,"' to which they'd reply "okay," then proceeded to disregard the request. The last time I asked, we got home to find NO hot sauce packets at all. Also sometimes you can tell the hard tacos have been sitting a while. They are not only NOT crunchy, but the bottoms are so soggy that they stick to the wrappings and come apartment when you try to peel them off. I'll attach a photo of the most recent quality.

Pitifull !! Charge 20cents mote for green burrito then red then give tacos like this. Pitiful just Pitiful

Service in several restaurants has been spotty lately. I order something and it is not what I ordered. Yesterday got to much food that I did not order.

I did not receive the drink I asked for. It tasted like a flat two-liter. Andy the rest of the food wasn't good.

They always say that their coffee machine is not working, I've come morning and night. I think they're lying.

so I called the Taco Bell at 5:19 PM to tell them that they did a wonderful job on the food. Some lady answered and just hung up in my face horrible customer service.

Bad customer service. Horrible food. I'm just tired of fast food places in the city of Las Vegas who don't care about their customers and this place is no exception, horrible place to eat and based on what I seen from the managers horrible place to work.

When you want something fast and cheap this is the place. I really love the carne asada fries. You also can't go wrong with epic queso burrito.

quality of the food always sucked for the price being paid for the food. But now it seems they are ripping us off by the price. for example menu price for Beef Taco Supreme at the drive thru is $1.99, online menu price is $2.69 but the store charges $2.99. I have the receipt to prove it. So people look out there how you getting ripped of.

A reason you might have a low rating is from people at your drive through thinking they are servers. Asking in a passive aggressive way if people want there change back. just seems a little aggressive

It was 11:45am and door were closed employees inside, this isnt the 1st this happens, and tacobell is next to the highway cant believe they let them do this.

Went to get something to eat, doors are locked, said to only go through drive thru only 2 employees, were are the managers? This is not the 1st time. Maybe they should close.

Terrible was missing items after placing order for delivery called and they said they would only write name in a book. As we all wanted our food I went to pick it up. The women working the drive through had an attitude and when I wanted to place more items she had me go though the drive thru again no problem I opted to go in. Then I also asked for the hot sauce as we order 20 plus items and received none. She put 3 in the bag with the two tacos I added and when I asked for more for the rest of the order she gave attitude that heaven forbid I asked for what we ordered.

I had an ok experience at this Taco Bell. The food and service was pretty much as expected. Nothing to complain about, nothing great either. They're just fine for fast food.

if I could give a zero I would. I placed a mobile order at 5:15pm and arrived at the restaurant at 5:35pm with my order unprepared but, several mobile orders sittton the pickup shelf. Another customer walked in after me and asked for a mobile order and received theirs right then as it was being prepared. I was offered a drink and told my order would be up shortly while the staff assisted drive through customers before walk in customers. This store needs better management and updated business certification posted.

Check your receipts folks...got charged a Foundation fee without being asked. They refunded me but still. That's shady!

Got my order wrong food wasn't that good either but I had it delivered to me so I couldn't go in and say something

The food is terrible, the service is okay and the ambiance is okay. I wouldn't recommend eating at this location to any of my friends

Toco Bells food needs to improve. The tocos were cold and the lettuce was not fresh.

This taco Bell has screwed up a simple order that's playing as day on a receipt twice through doordash so I'd advise anybody that users doordash for this taco Bell make sure you have them double check your order because it's not the doordash people's fault it's the idiots that work at taco Bell they can't seem to get an order correct

To say I had high expectations for a Taco Bell would be silly, and that being said this location has managed to surpass every level of disappointment I could have expected to feel for a Taco Bell. They never have ANYTHING!!! Ever. I'm constantly told you can only order certain things on the mobile app which I have ordered at other locations with no problem. And I honestly don't even know how one could possibly make premade food taste so much worse than other locations but alas. It's gross, not well cooked and just overall a mess. I keep giving them chances because the location is so convenient but at this point it's like a toxic relationship where I'm really not getting anything in return for what I'm giving (my money) never again!

The girl that took my order was nice & seemed attentive to my order. Guess it went in one ear & out the other. They were missing an item that belonged with a combo so I had to drive to the front so they can make the item. Didn't take long for them to bring it out. But Didn't give me any sauce even tho they were the ones who asked if I wanted any so I had to go inside to get it myself. Employees didn't seem to care about anything other than getting customers in & out the drive thru. Tacos were thin, shells were breaking & soggy, burritos wrapped horribly. Decided to try the new quesadupla taco thing. Couldn't even do that because there was a piece of hair in it soon as I unwrapped it. If you could avoid this location, highly recommend you do so.

I placed my order using the kiosk inside. My order was ready fairly quick. I got home and noticed that I was shorted 2 orders of my cinnamon twist. I tried calling the store multiple times to let them know and no one answered. I don' have time to drive all the way back. This happened at the 2565 E Tropicana Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89121 location.

This Taco Bell always disappoints...Whether it's messing up your order by not following directions, forgetting to include your add ons/substitutions, completely forgetting multiple items or just haphazardly slapping the ingredients together to the point it just resembles slop. This place is just trash... it needs a change in management or to be closed down permanently. DO NOT GO HERE.

I rarely eat here but this is my last time. The food was just horrible, messed up my order, gave me wrong drink. Last time for me.

This Taco Bell is getting worse and worse. Stale chips and hardly any toppings, I was able to get about 5 good bites in. What's the point?

My boyfriend is highly allergic to sour cream. So when I say no sour cream I make sure to let them know why. The receipt says "no sour cream" but there was still some on the burrito. My boyfriend bit into the burrito and came so close to getting the sour cream. When he called in all the could say was "we can remake it" This is not acceptable & negligent!

Just got home with our 's Why would the screen at the DRIVE-Through say "10 mild sauce " and then NOT put them in the bag with the TACOS ?????? It's part of the experience people!!!! CHECK The BAG! DETAILS

Let me start off by saying I love Del Taco and their value tacos! Last week my partner and I did the drive thru on West Charleston Ave. He got a hamburger (he usually does) and I decided to up my game and order the quesodilla stuffed tacos. We took the order home to eat. His bun was burnt on the bottom and the burger was so dry, it was obvious it had been cooked a long time ago. My stuffed tacos were gummy and gluey. Not good. If I was not such a fan of the value tacos, I would switch to Brand X. Disappointing.

The man at the drive thru window rude af..their customer service isn't okay at all.‍ Don't make sense how you could have an attitude because u got the order wrong and don't like yo job. Let's get it together,we helping each other at the end of the night

I used driving thr and they were very kind. I'm not sure that i had a lot of expectation of taco bell, it was a little bit saulty to me. but the ingrediants and sauce was perfect. Actually i ate taco bell only in korea, but there it wasnt famous as much as here so i havent eaten much. so im happy to experience here in lasvegas.

I wish I can explain how disappointed I am in this Taco Bell there was so many crack head here it wasn't even funny.And can't even start to explain how nasty and sticky the floor was .And the tacos they barely put any cheese and lettuce in side. And there was two different lady's that came in here with dogs..

The sign on the door says you open at 7am. 3 times in the last 7 days I have pulled in to get breakfast, after 7am, open light is on, door locked, no one at the drive thru. What's going on? \

Horrible service I asked for a quesarito and tbh I'm not sure what they gave me I also asked for a cheese quesadilla and they gave me chicken, my boyfriend I asked for no tomato on his meals and they added tomato I'm really disappointed and it ruined my night

Just got my order and very satisfied! Great evening team. The young lady taking my order through drive through was very nice. The young man that gave me my order was very respectful.

The employees are always very friendly at this location and you can pretty much be guaranteed to get great food the way you order it. I just wish the guy in front of me at the drive thru today didn't decide to vomit before reaching the speaker. Thanks a lot guy in the minivan with the cowboys license plate for making me gag and come close to vomiting with you.

Cinatwists smelled and tasted pretty gross..You guys should change the oil you fry your food in more often. But the burritos were great.

Taco Bell is always hit or miss for taste and quality but if you want something fast and cheap then, eh I guess.

The facility looked ok. Maybe it was just a busy day but the floor had napkins and other debris scattered all over, plus the tables have food stains on almost all on each them. Besides having to wait for few minutes before my order was taken, I went to the bathroom to wash my hand and noticed that the trash can was overfilled with trash. I recommend that all these areas being attended to every once in a while. Nevertheless, the cook was kind enough to place my burrito on the grill as per my request.

Extremely friendly staff. I ordered potato soft tacos and not only was I informed that my potatoes were going to be made fresh and not cold/hard, the tacos we're delicious. Inviting atmosphere and top notch service. Great job guys!

Every time I come, I'm in line for at least 15mins plus, foods always cold, twice I've came and they've put meat in my items after I specifically told them I'm allergic to meat. There is only one worker that is good but everyone else seems really new and messes up the order everytime.

I come to this location a lot and usually a nice older woman takes care of us at the drive through. I went later than usual and Alex G was working that night. He got one of our items wrong so we went back to get it corrected. Alex G immediately became confrontational and wasn't listening. I told him it must have been an honest mistake it's okay we just want the right items. Alex G continued to say it was our fault so forth. I told him just give me a refund he refused. He didn't even fix the order. That's alright. I just won't come back to this location. You can't expect everyone to be happy at their job. Alex G if you don't like what you do, change your occupation I was patient with you.

I went through the drive through around 11 & they forgot half my order & it was already to late for me to go back than soon as I tried to call to let them know there phone was disconnected then to top it off my burrito stayed old & stale nor was it what I ordered originally

I love Taco Bell. I have been going there for 30 yrs +. I have always ordered the same item every time I eat there (which was and is twice a week) and just recently they took it off the menu. I have contacted corporate to complain and nothing has happend yet. Please bring back the Double Decker taco. Also they built a new Taco Bell that is the best one in Las Vegas. When you order an item you can see them putting it together. Its like the exact set up at Subway. Way too cool. Wish they would remodle all of them just like that one.

I am absolutely livid because of this atrocity. I ventured out of my comfort zone to order a cheese quesadilla instead of my regular cheesy bean and rice burrito for a nice change in my ever repeating daily cycle. This might have been one of the biggest mistakes of my life. The food came quite fast and I was happy about that because I was hungry, yet my hunger would not be satisfied, with what I was about to eat. I took the quesadilla out of the package and it looked ok, but my mood and tastebuds turned sour when I took the first bite. Gross. The quesadilla was heated up, but the cheese was barely melted. I had to stop myself from gagging by overcoming the disgusting taste with a refreshing sip of doctor pepper. I threw the quesadilla out and stormed out of the facility and walked home in disgust.
