Nice location, clean, food was a 4.5, the staff weren’t the most friendly, but I have no issues to report.

The price has increased, the quality has decreased. Interesting and tasty dishes disappeared from the menu. But my salad contained an additive in the form of plastic. Also always check you order if you picking, the workers here often make mistakes, and the manager acts as if she is the one paying you the money, and not vice versa.There is no point in going to Taco Bell anymore when there are a lot of establishments around where you can eat tastier and more food for less money.

The girl with tattoo seems like she hates her job. She probably worked at Jamaica DMV, that’s why she extremely rude. Their bathroom has been out of service for the last 4-5months. Some employees were okay but if you see the tattooed female employee don’t get food.

The decor of TB Cantina is totally different from traditional Taco Bell, clean, bright and wide-spaces. There are 4 kiosks for ordering which is convenient and easy to use. Their food was decent with reasonable price and they also serve a good variety of fast food. We ordered steak burrito with guacamole & chips for only $5.99 + tax.

The first one i buy today(no extra). And the second one i bought 9.7.2023（also extra chicken）also i comfirm with the man is it extra chicken inside. See the difference? I love the lady today who prepared meal for me. She deserve very very 5 star. But the man told me extra chicken inside i wanna complain. That's sooo rediculous.

MD had amazing customer service, he helped me so much & was very welcoming although it was late when I got my order he still maintained a positive attitude, will definitely be back !!!

One of the better locations. The automated order screens are pretty neat and saves bunch of time and makes it very convenient. Location is right off the subway station so it's very convenient too.

They do not let M.T.A use the bathroom but will let F.D.N.Y N.Y.P.D. The M.T.A has served the City during Covid and are seen as heroes by the governor of N.Y but this Taco Bell discrimination to M.T.A employees who need to go to the restroom is denied. But the coffee shopThink Coffee across the street let us use the bathroom. The dispatcher also for the M.T.A has told me they denied him the bathroom as well. Mc Donald's also let's us use the bathroom. Taco Bell crap Taco's will never get my business.
