Staff were very helpful and friendly! Did a mobile pick up and my food was hot and delicious. Dining area and condiment bar is very clean. Clean bathroom as well.

Quick Recovery, Great Food, and Professional Service I stopped in at the Vista Taco Bell around 8:45 PM and used the kiosk to place my order. After waiting for a bit, I found out my order had accidentally been handed to someone else. Mistakes happen — but how the staff handled it really stood out. They immediately acknowledged the mix-up and got to work remaking everything without hesitation. No excuses, no frustration — just quick, respectful, and professional service. Everyone stayed cool under pressure and moved with urgency. The food was fresh, hot, and exactly what I ordered the second time around. As a business owner myself (SwoleTheBarber LLC, working out of Kingdom Kutz in downtown Vista), I truly respect good customer service — and this team delivered. Big shoutout to the night crew for keeping the experience smooth even with a hiccup. I left satisfied and appreciated how they handled everything.

I always go to drive thru window here. They always get my order right and are fast. I recently tried the Chicken Cantina bowl! It was yummy and apparently it's healthy too. Hooray!

I drove over to this Taco Bell Restaurant on Friday on February 5, 2021 in the afternoon and only the drive to was open. So I ahead to place my order with Margaret she was really nice when Margaret told me to order from the menu board then let her know what Mexican food I want and she said she will be happy to write down my order. I told Margaret I am ready to place my order en the speaker with Margaret yesterday. I ordered 4 Crunchy Supreme Tacos, one order of their new Taco Bell Fries with the Cheese Dip and I received 6 packets of the mild Taco Sauce. My total bill was $11.27. Then I drove up to the pick up window and Jeannette was my cashier. I paid Jeannette in Cash and gave Jeannette a $20.00 bill. Then Jeannette gave me my change and my receipt. Then I drove to my home. Everything I ate like the Crunchy Supreme Tacos and the Nacho fries was delicious!

This location have the best customer's service. Every time we go through the drive-thru we received very good customer service. The young guys working there they've are very polite. Today we stopped this young guy Alec or Alex very nice. They must have a very good manager who selects good people. Thanks Diana

It's Taco Bell, so there's not much to say. I used to be able to get a lot for $5. Staff here is friendly. Good for a quick stop. Drive thru can be pretty long, bad enough that it spills into the street at times. As others have said, there does seem to be a homeless problem.

I loved Taco Bell's vegan cheese. Sad it was only for a limited time. That was delicious! I ordered here once and although the food tasted great, they forgot to include my vegan nachos . We were too tired to return to the store after getting home when we found out so we tried to call the store but the line was not working. We triple checked the phone number but it was correct. So tried to contract corporate. Well, you can only reach them my email using their contact form online. So we did that and it took several weeks to get a response. Hubby ended up going back to the store the next day and got the vegan nachos but he said he was questioned almost in disbelief why he didn't call the store. He explained that we tried several times, etc. He ended up getting the nachos but no apologies for the mishap. One plus it's relatively easy to order and customize food online so you can make several items vegan. I will prob order food here again because it's another vegan option. If they had the vegan nachos year round I'd probably go here more. Check your bags for your order BEFORE you leave!

It was Taco Tuesday when I placed my online order on the Door Dash App on my Apple IPhone which was on September 12, 2023 for my lunch time meal. My online Door Dash order was 5 items. These things, I ordered on my Door Dash Account App was the one Burrito Supreme Combo that includes: one order on the Burrito Supreme this includes: the Burrito Supreme that has refried beans, melted cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and sour cream wrapped up in a large flour tortilla. This combo also has the Crunchy Taco Supreme with everything on it. For my beverage I ordered the large size Dole Strawberry Lemonade. The price was $10.85. I also selected these 2 Taco Bell Mild Taco sauces. There is no charge to request these condiments for my meal. I actually received 8 Taco Bell's MILD Taco Sauces which I really appreciated from their employees to give me extra MILD Taco Sauce. This Taco Bell fast food restaurant, I realized they are very generous with their condiments. That is great for me to know about this Taco bell location. I also ordered one side of Tortilla Chips with this Nacho Spicy Cheese Sauce. The price was $2.31. For my sweet treat, I ordered the one Cinnamon Twists. This price was $1.22. My subtotal was $14.38. My delivery fee was FREE. Because I spent a minimum order of $12.00 plus dollars on my current order. My service fee was $3.00 but was reduced down to 1.50. The estimated tax was $1.19. The Dasher tip for Renata I had chosen for her was $3.00. My total bill was $20.07 which is a very affordable price.

Best Taco Bell I've ever been to no lie. Food is how it's supposed to be every time taco shells are never broken or soggy. Chicken comes out crispy. Drive thru moves quick and the employees are quick and to the point. Honestly super surprised at the quality of food coming out of here.

I would put no stars if I could , we waited 30 mins on drive thru also got our order wrong as the manager "Dre " he's beyond rude and disrespecting his workers in front of customers and also not paying attention to customers order and horrible attitude this whole experience sucks even others ahead of us was waiting in parking lot long as well .. it's fast food get your shit together it ain't hard . We got a refund we didn't want an old food or dried cold food . Dre needs to get fired or step down as a manager !!! Learn how to work the food industry and keep it professional .

I've been to this location several times that is close to my work and the customer service was terrible! The employee was 99% focused on the drive-thru as there was a line in the lobby. When I mentioned the Dr pepper didn't work he didn't seem to care. I've never stood in line for so long waiting for someone to wait the counter and to know that the same person working the drive-thru was the only other person that would be helping me. One cook one employee equals a total of two people working the whole store. I called customer service to file a complaint.

I love Taco Bell and I probably always will. It always hits the spot, they're super fast, and we've always had friendly staff. I know this is not 5 star dining but Taco Bell is 5 stars in my heart. Our orders have been super accurate from this location.

Tried this plant for the first time this year because the prices have been outrageous, but I wanted to give them a try again on a whim. My order was incorrect but I didn't notice until I got home. I took a picture of the wrong order and the receipt and sent it in to the store, where they never responded. I guess it's too much to ask to care about customers.

For Taco Bell this is a pretty good store. They have well trained employees and the service is faster than the average location. I like the variety and the box special.

Never messed my order up, food is as you'd expect, but lines can be extremely long at night 10-11:30 can be up to 30 min. Also noticed that the night shift crew was very helpful / friendly

Customer service was so bad! My husband tried to order a meal here and the guy didn't want him to. My husband kept repeating himself over and over and the guy would just stare at him and proceed to say a total for just one taco and a drink and nacho fries! When my husband had mentioned he wanted a meal instead of the 2 taco! It was like the person couldn't understand what my husband was saying when he was clearly saying he wanted the meal instead! The cashier clearly understood English but it was like he was just zoned out.

On top of slow service, after eating at this Taco Bell my wife and I came down with FOOD POISONING!! This was the only Taco Bell that I've ever felt strongly against because of my experience here. I highly recommend you go to another Taco Bell.

Stephanie is working HARD! I went in on a Wednesday night and they were slammed, she handled the customers so well, there was quite a line, and she handled the rush with grace and true customer service. I felt like I needed to leave a review, please recognize that she is doing good!

I never have an issue when going to this location Taco Bell. I had a huge order and everything was there. Food was great, service was great !

Quick place to grab a quick bite. Went thru drive thru and ordered my Mexican pizza combo box. If I'm craving Taco Bell fast food this is the place to go. Service was Ok. They made a mix up in my order but it was quickly resolved.

Where do I begin???? Service is marginal. It took 45 minutes before I gave up. The ambience is down right poor, it's smells like urine and mold. When other patrons asked about their food they and I were told just a while longer because they have "hella" orders mind you this is after 35 minutes of waiting. Taco Bell needs to do something about this location unless they are planning on closing down this location. The employees were complaining because the manager was on break again!!!!! 2 customers requested a refund I was the third.

I've been letting it slide the last 3 times, but no more I get a power bowl almost every time and asking for extra chicken maybe steak. But the give me the regular bowl when I'm paying for more, and I added steak this time and didn't even get steak. I'm upset about it because it's so simple just read the paper and do what it tells you.... I worked fast food... and it shouldn't be this hard. Especially with a team of 3-5 adults.

Just went to get breakfast and theres a sign thats says served until 11am i got there 10:50am and i asked the girl if they still have breakfast and she said no we dont ?

The veggie burrito was horrible. It had chips in it!! Chips are not vegetables lol. And the gal that took my order had no manners at all. Another gal literally threw the bag at me at the window. It wasn't a feel good. I don't feel like they like what they do. Make a better veggie burrito!! Loose the chips please. It was more like an everything And the kitchen sink burrito!!!!

Taco Bell is my favorite restaurant of all time. However I've never in my life waited over an hour in a drive thru line with only 4 cars in front of me. by the time I got my food the meat was cold and the melted cheese was hard again. which means it wasn't a cooking issue causing the line to move so slow it was a staffing issue. Poor management is ruining this location. I'm willing to drive 15 min further to a different location from now on

Was told by the community manager that businesses here need help so here are some stars. Couldn't believe the tacos and nachos were actually crispy. I noticed fast food tastes better the more colorless a community is. Maybe that's the trick to finding better fast food chains. Makes sense to me.

Y'all got one job ONE ! Shells STALE Lettuce -NONE meat- DRY AND BARELY ANY! **DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION** You WILL: wait for over 20 minutes in the drive thru line, get your order completely wrong, waste your time, have rude service, witness employees sitting on their rumps during busy hours, probably have spit in your food from the employees because everyone else's order was wrong and waited so long, and/or probably go home with someone else's order instead of yours. Just do not waste your time like we did. Go to another! If we find any suspicious body fluids, hair, nails, or anything of the sort, it WILL be reported. Also, we r still waiting for our order since they messed it up and it's now going on 45 mins. Wow. Lawd help this establishment.

Kiko, team associate, had amazing customer services. I have frequented this location a number of times in the past years and was not too satisfied with "services." Often times i experienced incorrect orders and a couple times a completely different order. This experience was far different. We all know that holidays can be highly stressful, this year especially, but Kiko was so pleasant he was able to actually take some stress away. Thanks Kiko!

took 30 mins to receive my food plus homeboy gets out of breath from wrapping tacos up!!!

The meat was runney with grease. The burrito had a little meat in is , was running away with grease. The clerk looked 12 and did not know how to take my order. The inside of the restaurant was filthy and the bathroom was grade f!!

Horrible. 20 minutes to get food in drive thru. I'm sure the taco Bell standard is 4 minutes. This place sucks!!!!

Always wait up to 20-30 minutes to get my food at this location. Sucks. Hope they improve and get better at staffing.

My guy Luis Z. was one of the nicest fast food workers we have ever come in contact with. Man's hooked us up with some grub and was very patient with my special friends. 10/10 worker right there.

I'm sort of addicted to the #1 Three Taco Supremes. It's fresh and delicious. I reccomend eating it as soon as you get it. Like most fast food 30min later it's just not the same.

They didn't fully cook my chicken in my chicken quesadilla and now i'm throwing up and stuck on the toilet for days. It took forever to get my food too and they were not nice people. Do not go to this taco bell you will pay in ways you don't want to pay in.

Wow, worst ever location! There were 5 cars in the drive through and it's only 12:25 AM and they don't close until 1 am. Home boy has the nerve to put a cone right in front of all 5 cars so they can close early. Then they give you the bird on the way out--really classy place. Whoever the manager (or owner) is for this location needs to pay close attention because you're losing business.

We had terrible service from the rude female on shift @1042 on October 26,2020. She literary threw our food in the car and upon checking the order when we said it was incorrect she literally said that, that sounds like a person problem.

During covid, I completely understand "for your safety" measures. But this Taco Bell uses the "sealed for your safety" to rip you off. Buyer beware! Open all your items before you leave the drive through. Shame on me for not doing that. Missing items and paying for supreme options only to be given regular were my experience at this poor establishment.

use to be good, don't know what happened but for the last 6 months it's been awful. the food is normal it's just how mf SLOW everything is here. the MINIMUM amount of time spent in the drive through is 20 minutes. even with the lobby closed it's a solid 30 minute wait. (which they don't lock the doors they just yell that it's closed and tell you to leave) the people are normally very nice and i'm sure it's just understaffed but come onnnn... there's literally no way. going to a different one until this one gets their sh*t together :)

The food was good and the drive thru was quick. However whoever the cashier was today 9/17/2020 was incredibly rude and unfriendly (a younger lady with black hair). I pulled up to the window and said hello how are you. She says nothing and shoves the card reader in my face. I insert the card reader and pull it out. As I'm putting my card, she says "take this" and it was my receipt. As I go to grab it (it was in a nacho bell grande container) I accidentally bump it and the receipt goes flying. She rolls her eyes and gives me attitude as I'm profusely apologizing for that happening. The food comes out and she tosses it at me. Not super impressed. Side note, if you're trying to stop the spread of covid, wouldn't you want to limit the amount of interaction with a customer and just put the receipt in the bag with the food?

I went to Taco Bell and first the customer service was bad. He was not polite When I got home the food was disgusting full of sour cream and no meat tacos were all cracked like someone intentionally cracked them. I spent $23 and ate 0% of the food. I've been here before plenty of times and I have never had this happen.

Now they have done away with Taco Salad. This location is the absolute slowest service ever. I waited 20 minutes to order. Then they don't have salad anymore. So ordered nothing waited another 10 minutes behind car at window. Always slow service. Done with Taco Bell.

I asked for a 5 layer burrito with no sour cream... get home and it has sour cream on it. the receipt even says no sour. chicken quesadilla was burnt and old.

10/10 would recommend over Alfredo's Mexican food. Because at least Taco Bell has taste

I went through the drive through and the service was okay not super friendly , I ordered 3 crunchy tacos and I was super excited since i haven't been to a Taco Bell in years but they are all over the news lately since they are taking away menu items ... anyway I got home and it was one crunchy taco and a burrito :(

I ordered the black bean Crunchwrap fresco style and ended up with the meat version, but fresco style at least! Giant eye roll. Sadly I didn't find this out until I got home. Unfortunately, Taco Bell won't deliver the correct order to you after they fuck it up, so my cat got a Crunchwrap for dinner. Lucky kitty! I suppose I really shouldn't be surprised at all by this, I mean comon it's about as entry level as you can get, but FFS get your shit together people. If you're going to offer a vegetarian option that sounds similar to a non-veg option, it's NMFJ to make sure you get it right, that's your job, Jeannette. So maybe TB should make the names sound more dissimilar, or make it a point for the people who we are paying for this service to clarify if there's any question. It's not just uppity vegans out there looking for black bean crunchies, it's rare but some people have meat allergies, or just don't want to eat it that day! FITFO, please, and come up with something better than "we'll replace your order next time." Next time doesn't account for my dinner tonight after I'm in for the night with the baby! Ugh thanks for listening.

Taco Bell location in Oceanside. I worked here in 1999 for two days - Seen some changes around the plaza but this Taco Bell is still the same. This location has a drive-thru and open really late. Fan of the menu but nothing specifically jumps right at me to mention. Costumer service was professional.
