4 employees in the kitchen and not one greeted me or took my order for 8 minutes, until I raised my voice. Received my order on this old, dirty, tray with a drink that was from the drive through area because the dispenser was out of order in the dining room, although it shot out ice all over the floor and they did not care.

Stop the Taco Bell for dinner.Anybody know about the new gelato Baja blast?I heard the bomb.

Food was good when we finally got it. We used the order machine because I only had cash ,so we ordered our food and waited 15 minutes later I went to the counter to ask where your food was and the guy said he didn't have our order. Apparently the machine didn't say they wouldn't make our food until it was paid for? I said there was no one at the counter to take our order when we came in. How sad we waited and never was told. I paid for the food and waited again. I will never use those machines to order again It defeats the purpose if you don't play with a card.

Absolutely the cleanest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. With the recent economy and price increase die to salary increase to fast food restaurant workers I had questioned why so many places failed to offer a clean place where food is delivered to the customer as ordered. Not this place...Liz one of the managers is very nice and you can tell she stays on top of her game. The bathroom was exceptionally cleaned. My husband always stops here on his commute to or from work as he commutes over an hour to work. He recommends this place for the clean restrooms, friendly attentive service and and fast delivery or exactly what you ordered to eat. The staff definitely deserves another pay raise👏👏👏👏👏 great job and keep up the good work👍 Corporate should definitely have the rest of their restaurants learn from this fine establishment.

Everything was great until cc system unraveling, had to leave after ordering to get cash from ATM card as taco bells credit card service went out, no one offered a free drink or anything while asking customers that thru would be unable to pay by card.

They never have the order ready for pick up wasting peoples time be careful with the online orders it’s appears they could care less about them

The service here is always good. Do a ton of deliveries from here. However for me. I mean it's Taco Bell a commercial chain of generic Hispanic food. Places like this all fast food places basically, I only eat that food if I am broke and starving to death!!! I wouldn't recommend fast food for anyone. But at the very least Taco Bell has fresh veggies. Avocado and lettuce and cheese always seem to be fresh. It's the meat in all of these fast food places that is suspect!!! I just don't think any of it is healthy at all!

i CHANGED MY REVIEW TO this company was so offended by me complimenting thier good service that they flagged my post as offensive as if having someone like me in thier facility just offended them with my scottish ancestry and my appearance association to donald trump culture. This store cannot make a Cantina Quesadilla below is the written description. The Cantina Chicken Quesadilla is made with slow-roasted chicken, Creamy Chipotle sauce, three-cheese blend grilled inside and out. Served with a side of guacamole and reduced fat sour cream. One Avocado Verde Salsa Packet while supplies last. This Quesadilla should be as crisp as the cantina tacos and for some reason, this store and only this store makes it wrong. It does not have cheese on the outside and it is not crisp. EVERY SINGLE TIME. READ the description people.

Needed a quick bite after hitting the road early and unpacking at our staycation spot up the street. Been a frequenter of this shopping center in the Vista Chino neighborhood off Sunrise Way and Vista Chino. Taco Bell felt like a solid choice and ordering off the cool kiosk menu I figured everything would come out perfect - I don't enjoy being that person who has to go no this and that please because of restrictions, so this is always a good alternative. The staff seems pretty laidback... Too laidback? The temps inside were incredible. Fast food AC is underrated. Additionally... I've never seen a clearly T.B. location - plenty of booths, chairs and tables including tall. I ordered a Black Bean Crunchwrap fresca style with an add of fries/potato + rice, spicy potato taco fresca style and a fresca bean burrito w/ onions as well as pico - unfortunately for me either my order was confusing or they just missed the don't add/remove for dairy items (cheese and sour cream). I also ordered a large drink and cinnamon twist that I was grateful for. We ended up going out later that night to a street market so my disappointing order I couldn't full enjoy back at our weekend residence didn't leave me too hungry. I'll definitely check my food inside next time and or just order from the counter if easier. I know most fast food spots tend to follow a rhythm and I'm sure things just got added like normal. They use paper straws here, which I approve of but mine unraveled super fast. Plenty of sauce and napkins added, though I don't remember them actually calling my name or number just setting it on the counter... They greeted me when I walked in, offered warm enough smiles but after I choose the kiosk it was pretty off beat.

DO NOT GET THE NEW NUGGETS! Excited to try these out but the portions were laughable. Not worth the money or time even.

I went through drive thru today at lunch and ordered a Mexican pizza. When I got home I was disappointed. It was so sloppily put together and hardly any cheese on it. I took a picture bc it looked so awful.

Worst Service and Food! Didn't Fill my order as I placed, Not asked about sauce and Rude as Hell.

Came to have lunch, first problem was the entrance door was locked? Another guest waiting inside push the door bar to let me in. Then one of the team member yells from the kitchen area just use the Kiosk to order. I understand currently it's hard to get employees, but if you can't staff the restaurant, then close it. Order finally is ready, no napkins in bag, have to wait until someone finally is available to provide a napkin. This could easily be solved if they just stocked the condiment area.

Horrible customer service from the large white male manager named Dan, I accidentally ordered from the desert hot springs location and this has happened before due to the apps horrible navigation, he refused to make my order because of "a new policy" but I literally heard him say I need the order here because I need to get paid. Disgusting lack of service, I can't believe companies hire people with zero sense of customer service. I will never return to this location again.

I came in not knowing what I wanted to eat for lunch and Sofie was kind enough to recommend me the steak bowl. It was great! She was so friendly and kind and just for her great customer service alone, I'll be coming to this location more often.

Although the food hot and fresh, clean store, the guy who took my order has the personality of a rock, but over all good experience. I won't be back though, probably won't go to any Taco Bell's, pricing is through the roof.

Went into this store on Friday, January 27, 2023. Stood at counter for about 1 to 2 minutes while female was working the drive-thru window. Female employee yelled across to me that I needed to use the kiosk to place an order. When I told her I was visually impaired, she told me, "We are short staffed. If you want to order, you have to use the kiosk". I explained that I could not visually see the screen to order she responded with, "Well, I am too busy to take your order". I walked out of the store and attempted to contact Taco Bell's Corporate Office. A recording told me the customer service line was closed for the day, but would be opened on Monday. I called Taco Bell Corporate office Customer Service on Monday, my call kept being disconnected. I contacted the operator and was told Customer Service was only available on Tuesday and Thursday, this week. On Tuesday, January 31,2023, I again tried to contact the Customer Service only to be placed on hold. The original recording said my wait would be 30 minutes. The recording kept coming on and the wait time kept increasing. After 20 minutes on hold, the recording came on to tell me my wait time had increased to 48 minutes! I again called the Taco Bell Corporate Office and was told there was "NO ONE" i could be transferred to that would assist me. It is very clear that the Taco Bell in Palm Springs, on Vista Chino and Sunrise, Taco Bell Corporate Office or, Taco Bell Customer Service gives a damn about their customers...especially if you have a disability!!!! I would strongly suggest anyone with a disability, or anyone who knows or cares about someone with a disability avoid this Taco Bell location at all costs.

Okay, so I NEVER leave reviews for fast food restaurants, but I had to for this specific Taco Bell. I stopped here to get a my cravings box and I could tell something felt different about this location. The place was super clean and the manager was very attentive. They didn't have any other customers when I ordered my food and it still took about 5 minutes for my box. This is a good sign though. I assumed it was because they made my order with care and I was right. My crunchwrap was one of the best I've ever had and my 5 layer burrito was the single best I've ever had. It had the perfect serving of everything, was rolled and packed perfectly and it didn't have that "soupy" consistency that I'm so used to from every other 5 layer burrito or burrito supreme. If this is how all their food is all the time then I'd trade every taco bell location in my area just to have this one.

Wish I could give a negative 5 stars. 3 of our family members got extreme food poisoning. The other 3 that chose to eat something else were fine. Add this too rude service I can definitely say we will never go here again.

I had to run inside this cruel little Taco Bell with chemical burns on my hand. It was empty, but I don't think the manager liked that he had to come to the register. The next day, regarding an order I completed on the kiosk, for the nacho cheese @doritos fries, they said it didn't come through, and then they refused to ever serve me again. It shouldn't have a drive-thru, it should have a drive-by. The owner is not a law maker. A city, a State, a country; these are lawmakers. What we have here is a minority, pressuring minorities, to discriminate against whatever they want to; which means, minorities. Horrible all the way around. The guy in drive thru. So rude. We asked for no sauce on the Quesadilla. We got sauce and I am allergic to it. Good thing I caught it before I ate it. Tacos broken shells. Taco Bell hire some team members that like their job.

Brandon was such an excellent team member! I came through on Valentine's Day and he was attentive and kind. We had a really strange experience at a sit in restaurant, but Brandon made our night better. Quick and professional service to is what will bring me back here!

So I came to get some food today and didn't get the order I ordered?? Came with extra so there was a cold chicken quesadilla, thrown together crunch wrap and another burrito with lettuce?? I ordered the deluxe craving box and that was missing the chips along with Cinnabon's I ordered. But when I went to look at the receipt it wasn't even what I ordered? I probably wouldn't have written a review but the way the food came, even in the bag it was just thrI feel like this wouldn't have happened if the manager wasn't rushing it's employees so hard. I understand that it's fast food but when every car comes at the same time you can't expect there to be food shooting out faster than the time it takes to cook, along with not looking into the bag to check the order.

They have very HORRIBLE service!!!!! I ordered the bell box combo with a Cinnabon Iced Coffee and some other things, they completely forgot the coffee and they "said" they were checking on it and I got nothing and a second person came to me and asked what I was waiting for, and still they took FOREVER to make the iced coffee & it doesn't even look good at all!!!! Then I realized that they didn't even give me any napkins at all & I went to the counter to try and get some service to salvor napkins & one of the guy just looked at me and went back to his business and then he came up to me and asked me what I wanted!!!! I MEAN REALLY, this is not good customer service at all!!!

Bought 6 tacos and a soda here well another rip off who the he'll wants a lettuce taco because 98% is lettuce soda was watered down they will continue ripping people off they don't care they know you go threw the drive threw and you ain't gonna waste your expensive gas coming back because of a taco wouldn't recommend going here.

This was my Supreme Taco from the Palm Springs, Calif store, located at 1717 E. Vista Chino. I was dining-in, quickly, on my way to a business meeting. There is NO WAY that they didn't see this mess as they were wrapping it up. It was in hundreds of Small pieces, and falling apart, but they shoved it into a bag, and delivered it like this, anyway.... It was a Clumpy mess, that I could Not even pick up to eat...! There was not enough time to reorder, as I had a meeting to get to, so I ate at McDonalds, after my meeting....to at least get something for dinner.. I complained on Taco Bell's Corporate website, and requested contact, to discuss their "Quality Control", or rather, their Lack of it ! That was 3 days ago, and to No one's surprise, NO contact from them ! Taco Bell has REALLY gone Down-Hill, from even just a few years ago..., and it's no wonder, as their Corporate just doesn't seem to care what the customers think...!!! NEVER Taco Bell again !!!!

The biggest cheaters at the drive through. I ordered two chicken quesadillas for $10.25 and had no chicken at all. All it had was unmelted cheese and some sauce of the supposed to be chicken. It was horrible to eat. I was far to turn around and ask for a refund but thought to put a review. I would advise to check your meals before you drive off the premises.

Love the Bell, but this is BY FAR the worst one in the country. I have never come here once and had my order come out correct. NOT ONCE. Not to mention they are routinely out of items. It also seems to be a homeless hangout and employees don't seem to mind? My last few experiences were so bad that I am vowing never to go to this location ever again. The Cathedral City location is worlds better.

We have been customers of this location for the better part of ten years. We actually ate here about twice a week, back in the day. Sadly, this is the only location in our area, so us Taco Bell fans are a captive audience. Things have changed over the years, mostly without complaint. The menu got smaller, then new items that felt like a bad attempt to compete outside of their traditional market showed up. I mean, why would Taco Bell discontinue the combo burrito or taco salad? But I digress. This post in not about menu changes. It is about the horrific decline in attentive, intelligent, and proper customer service skills. The very skills that been systematically slaughtered like an endangered species at this location. No, I shall not engage in lengthy assault on the incompetent, lack-luster performance of the front-line workers. Instead, I shall focus on the abhorrent interviewing, hiring, training, and motivational skills of the management team that fosters an environment where listening to and properly servicing the customer comes to die. You know, the people who come to this location, spend money for a product, which in turn, pays the light bill, and pardon the pun, "puts food on the tables of the employees." Yeah, those customers. The same folks who have paid for the simple expectation of receiving food prepared as they requested at time of order. However, the basic principles of active listening and following the most rudimentary instruction dies at this location as if they were dandelions withering in the summer sun. Needless to say, we have grown accustomed to the service inconsistencies. It is almost as if our interactions with this location were conditioned responses not much unlike a Stockholm Syndrome victims loyalty to their captor. We have tried to end our relationship with Taco Bell, but we are weak. But we slowly started limiting our dependence on Taco Bell as a primary food source. Twice a week dropped to once a week, then once every week or so, to now once a month. Sadly, at almost every visit, something goes horribly wrong. The inability to comprehend the meaning of "no sour cream" has always been at the top of the list of offenses, even when it is repeated, almost to the point of pleading through a speaker. I don't think I can stress my fingers enough to properly portray the list of mistakes. So tonight, we threw caution to the wind and decided to get a Taco Bell fix. Needless to say, Taco Bell did not fail in brow-beating our already low expectations deep into the abyss of eternal suffering. This time, however, the wholesale abuse of our expectations demanded we finally say something to the world. Maybe we are providing a helpful review, or maybe this post serves a therapeutic purpose. Maybe we are just trying to save others from having their expectations torn from the core of their souls. That's not for us to judge.

Self order kiosk only, slow process and long wait for people to figure out how to use it. Employees refused to help take orders. Napkins, hot sauce, and straws are all per request.

My wife placed an order.When she got home the order was inaccurate and incomplete.I called and a lady hung up in my face.My wife went back and Brandon corrected the problem.These workers will earn more than 20 dollars per hour.

I haven't eaten Taco Bell for almost 2 years. After today, never again. The food is legitimately disgusting. Del never fell off like this, which is why I eat del on the regular but my god, tb is a joke. Me and my buddy hit this spot today. I ordered a nacho bell grande and 2 chicken soft tacos and a bean n cheese burrito. Nachos literally were dog food quality. Taco Bell's beef is 33% actual beef which is why is taste like shite. Chicken soft taco, how do you f that up. The lettuce had a weird overwhelming flavor that overpowered the chicken which tasted like it was microwaved. The bean n cheese burrito, yeah they f'd that one up too. Way too much tortilla, little bit of beans and cheese. Absolutely pathetic. I wouldn't serve this to my dog on his worst day!!!!!!!!!

last night we got food from Taco Bell and it was awful. it was soggy and cold like. my son had the Crunch Wrap and got so sick from it. he is having food poising symptoms with a lot of pain. please be careful people.

Arrived in the drive through line at 11:20p with a few cars in front of me and ended up arriving to the intercom to place the order at 11:50. Upon arriving I was told the kitchen closes in 10 minutes and won't be able to order anything after already waiting in line. I couldn't back out of the driveway because there were more cars behind me. I asked if they could send someone out to notify people cause we've all been waiting in line for more than 15 min. Very unprofessional way to handle a hiccup during business hours.

i wanted to eat inside but the inside was all locked with no signs saying that indoor eating was closed (it was only 6pm so it wasn't closed) so instead i went to through the drive through which took over 30 minutes when there were only 3 cars in front of me and when i finally got to the front they gave me my order COLD and sloppily put together. i have never been to a more terrible taco bell and i only ordered 2 things. This should've been quick and easy since it's a "fast food" restaurant but instead i wasted 30 minutes of my time. The cashier was nice but that doesn't make up for the fact that everything else was terrible!

The 2 stars are not for Taco Bell or the basic ingredients used daily. The 2 stars are for the quality of people that run the place , poor communication , poor customer service . I bullsh*t you not folks , I was in side the store picking up my food , the person before was there complaining about the order and how it was wrong and the person after me did the same . When I got home with the order ..... OMFG my order was all messed up and missing stuff ...... enough said

We ordered a cravings box (chalupa, beef supreme burrito, crunchy taco, nachos and a drink), crunch wrap supreme, cinnamon twist, 2 beefy Fritos burrito, and crunchy tacos and order came out so fast!! The employee at the drive through was extremely conversational and nice. He even gave us a bag of hot sauces!!!

Food was actually really good, and service was absolut great!! I was suspended I felt like I was eating at a fancy restaurant! Lol thank you for this great visit!

I give this 4 star rating because 30 minutes before closing yesterday the man taking my order in the drive through was incredible. I mean he was the nicest man and tried to help me figure out an alternative for my food choice but he went out of his way to help. then the lady next to him also did and helped us get served. If I can rate zero, I will! I came to order at drive thru since it was a week days where most people work 9-5 jobs. This branch is terrible in service. I requested for hot sauce for my Mexican pizza and I order a drink. This crew failed to informed me that they run out of such drink. At 10am in the morning? Really? Like no one bothers to check if they have enough inventory for drinks? At least please tell your customer before charging them. That's such managers are terrible at this branch! Do better people

As a health nut and a vegetarian I normally wouldn't advertise my shame of this guilty pleasure. But the staff here is always so friendly, helpful, and personable I decided to leave them a review for those early mornings or late nights when I sneak in for a bag of potato tacos with extra lettuce (that makes them healthier).

We were on the phone all morning with such crabby people. As of late everyone(staff) seems so miserable when pulling into fast food restaurants. Thank you Chapell. You had a great spirit and it came through in your explanation of items and your eagerness to make sure we were going to get exactly what we wanted. Thank you for a refresh on the day!
