Busy at one point during events, but give the staff A+ for doing a fine service. Friday/Sunday Metallica event 👍👍

Food was okay, service wasn't great, location and ambiance were nice. Probably not a place I'd revisit, but, not a bad choice if you're out on the water.

The customer service was terrible. When I paid the cashier, I went to put my change in my purse, and apparently I was taking too long so the female employee threw my receipt at me. Funny how I was supposedly taking so long but the entire time I was in the dining area she was on her phone and gossiping about her personal issues. I really hope the owner of this location watches his surveillance cameras. She is completely out of line and has no respect for the customers or the owner. She didnt even wash her hands before putting her gloves on. It makes me wonder how unsanitary this facility is, with what I witnessed during my brief visit.

Never had an issue coming to this location. Typically not as busy as other surrounding locations, so was able to order and go within 5 minutes. Kudos to the ladies on my last visit organizing my order nicely in my bag. Probably not the type of compliment they would expect, but easier to see my order is all there. Only reason I take away a star from this location is lack of drive-thru. Other than that, recommend if you're in the area.

Really an excellent Taco Bell - friendly staff, clean, good music and the patio outside is probably fantastic when the weather cooperates. I would fix two things here - first, from outside there is a wall facing the gas station with a fence and graffiti. I thought it was abandoned when I got here! Second - chicken quesadilla had a touch too much sauce on it. All minor complaints because overall I would rate this Taco Bell really high relative to others. Great job!!

5/19/24 - The food was ok. It's Taco Bell. We just wanted to get something before we went into Great America. Ordered a $5,00 box, which turned out to be 12+ The service is non-existent. No greeter or anything like that. You have to place your order thru the app or kiosk.

I've order from this location twice! Once through Grubhub and the other through pick-up. Both times food was exceptional. I rarely eat at chains but when I do I appreciate that the quality hasn't changed or tastes the same as it did when I was a kid. The service was quick here and the store was very clean. My go-to is a vegetarian Mexican pizza and bean and cheese burrito with red sauce. Everything tasted great AND no upset stomach in the morning. Even with LOTS of hot!! Outside eating for you and your pet and lots of vegetarian options.

Got there at 11 am in a Monday. Every single table was dirty. I asked for a couple napkins to wipe things down, to be met with a blank glare. I ordered a variety of items using the app. Food came out in a timely manner. There was just no semblance of customer service or politeness throughout the whole experience. My kid tried the chicken nuggets. They were an abomination. After eating my mediocre food, I found that there were no trash cans inside. I only ate there because it was one of the few options I had, given my situation, but I would try even harder to avoid it in the future.

Wow, talk about lazy employees, the way they wrapped my food was ridiculous. Very sloppy. The food was good, but he could've done a better job preparing my food. I had a Doritos gordita crunch, with beef, which was good and a tostada and a Cantina chicken taco. The food was good, but it's Taco Bell.

Worse customer service. Rude. Bought four burritos. Asked for a few extra hot Sauces. I was told no. Haha

Been here before, but never reviewed. First off, this place is filthy. Three workers huddled around a cell phone watching videos and laughing. Had to interrupt to get service. Food was made quickly (reason for 1 additional star). Bathroom out of service.

Quick turnaround of orders. Good chicken and steak quesadillas. The floor is a bit sticky and need some cleaning

This is by far the longest wait ever for Taco Bell.......there was only 3 people in front of me but still I waited over 30 mins, not sure if they were all new employees or just in slow mode.....lucky there's no game today or I could just imagine the frustration from the customers, smh

Downgrading from 4 stars to 2 based on my last 3 visits in the past month. Yeah, I've been eating a lot more Taco Bell because of my current project. The food has been good each time but the service & environment has gone way down hill. Today, the clerk asked me what type of sauce I wanted but then failed to give me any sauce or napkins. Why bother asking if you're not going to give me any? They no longer put out the sauces, napkins or utensils. I went to get a Diet Pepsi but only syrup came out of the machine. I informed that same clerk and she replied "I know, it is broken." If it is broken then either fix it or put a sign up stating it is broken. That is the only sugarless drink so then I had to get a regular soda. How difficult is it to put up a sign? No fault to Taco Bell but now there are a lot of homeless people sitting outside or sitting in the restaurant. Today there was a homeless guy asking every customer if they wanted to give him cash to use his gas card. He was hanging around outside pacing back and forth erratically. I didn't feel safe. I think I need to find a new Taco Bell location.

My expectations for a generic fast food restaurant is already low but holy s*** is this the most disgusting Taco Bell imaginable. Hardly any of the tables were clean and the only trash bin was packed and the employees solution was to push the trash down in the hopes everything packs. There was no excuse for the mess as the ordering process was automated, there are 4 people working, it was quite and it's Taco Bell so it doesn't take a long time to make anything. Honestly, parts of the Tenderloin looked better kept than this place.

I'm not usually a Taco Bell fan, but when the Sharks get "4 in the net & 4 tacos you get" I become a big Taco Bell fan. Happy Lunar New Year!

I'm not big on Taco Bell but my co worker was starving and wanted something before work so we stopped by to get a quick bite to eat. The few times I've been to Taco Bell I've noticed that it fills you up for about 30 minutes and you're hungry again. I guess some food is better than nothing and everything tastes so good when you starving lol

How do you fuck up an order when its ordered from the kiosk? All I wanted was the correct hot sauce

Forced to order from the kiosk yet they are taking orders at the register. Have to ask for help with any alterations. Take forever to prepare orders. This is definitely the slowest location I've been to.

I probably shouldn't eat as much Taco Bell but.... OH WELLL. Lunch, dinner, late snacks. Always sounds good to me! This location got remodeled, it's soooo nice and modern now. Taco Bell is definitely one of my top guilty pleasures. -crunchy tacos -doritos tacos -cheesy gordita crunch -occasionally, a crunch wrap supreme! I don't know why I hate ordering, I just do ~maybe I'm just awkward~ so thank god for their touch screen order. It makes things quick and easy. This has been my go-to location lately and I still wish they had a drive through

I like this location a lot. They recently added a few cashier-less kiosks that can take your order and gives you the option of paying at the kiosk or going to the cashier for a cash check out. The kiosk also asks you for your name. After your order goes in, you just wait for your name to be called and voila, you get your food. The quality of my food has also been really good. Everything comes out hot and has a good amount of filling with good sauce to content ratio.

I was rolling my Work Whip Big Ken Bumping The Gap Band - Party Train . When I got a text from a friend that Taco Bell was giving out a free Taco because of an Event that happen in the World Series . So I rolled to this Taco Bell . Its in a Low Key Part of town mostly Industrial. Its located in a Small Strip Mall so parking is limited . I was able to stash Big Ken here . I rolled in and got into line . This Taco Bell is a really small one . Its Modern and It has some Pretty Cool Art Work hanging . The Line moved Fairley Fast . The Manager was working the Register , I ordered my Free Dorito Nacho Loco Taco. and she cheerfully gave me my receipt . 10 Minutes later I had my well Constructed Free Loco Taco !!! After adding some Diablo Sauce . I had a great and free snack . This Free Taco Deal is a Baller On A Budget Approved !!!

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to in my entire life today I went to order my food on my lunch and I told the person at the register with the curly mohawk what I wanted seven times. All I wanted was to know what was in the beefy melt burrito. I asked him once he did not understand I asked him again he didn't understand I asked him again he didn't understand I asked him seven times what was in the burrito and he still cannot comprehend what I was saying I speak perfect English English is my only language it's pretty sad when the person at the register can't even understand enough to take a persons order when they're only ordering one thing. After the seventh time of telling him what I wanted and him still not having a clue of what I was talking about I turned around and walked away I will never come back here. There didn't seem to be anyone in charge there didn't seem to be any manager there's definitely no one making sure there's any kind of quality control or that the employees know what they're doing. It is truly unbelievable that the person would either be so dumb or completely unable to speak English and not even be able to take an order of one item. Wow. Just wow.

Dont go here if your picky about your order they mess up my order 7/10 times i come here.

I work around the corner from this place and decided to get breakfast since it's so close by. I ordered 3 sausage crunchy wraps for myself and my coworkers. When I got back to the office and we started eating, we realized there weren't any sausage in our wraps. We decided to open them up to look inside and SAW ONLY A COUPLE OF TINY PIECES OF SAUSAGE. WTH? It's so embarrassing! My coworkers never had the breakfast crunchy wrap before so I was excited to introduce it to them since I had it and loved it. I have ordered the same thing for my son all the time at the Milpitas location and got a sausage patty every single time. Not a few crumbling pieces of sausage! Why is this place so stingy? Are we cutting corners here? I paid for my food. I'm not getting it for free so I should be getting what I paid for. I won't be going back to this location again. What a shame.

I have always liked Taco Bell, not the ideal or healthiest place to eat on a regular basis, but none the less I did....lol This Taco Bell was very modern and clean, the food was prepared fairly quickly, maybe could have been slightly warmer but it was still satisfying. I did discover they have added another sauce to their lineup "Diablo", even though it was not the spicy to me.

Happier hour does not include soda according to employee at register. Very disappointing. I guess this franchisee doesn't follow company promos. Also all their food costs more than other locations. Just go somewhere else.

Dirtiest taco bell I've been to. Never coming here again. Also, they don't have quesalupas, and it's 1/2 off drinks from 2pm-5pm. No drive thru either.

I know this is a fast food place, but the tacos were out of this world. You have to try this place. Excellent food and service. 4 out of 5 stars.

Parking a little trying at times. However with the gas station next door it is an great place to full me up in addition to fueling my car. Place is clean and well kept. A good place for fast food and a quick #3 off the menu. Refills are a plus to get on your way out.

Slow! Employees appear to not know what goes in the boxes. Over 10 min so far for our $9 order.

The service at this Taco Bell is horrible. I've come here almost once a week between 7-8am to get breakfast burrito and to fill up my flask with ice and every morning a lady behind count is so rude and gives me an attitude But I put up with it hoping she's just having a bad day. But today when I ordered my food and asked for ice for my flask she directed me the gas station to get ice. What a piece of crap. I'm also going to call the headquarter and report her. All I wanted was ice I even brought flask so I'm not using their disposable cups. Never come to this location Taco Bell. SERVICE REALLY SUCK.

Pulled in 28 minutes prior to closing time to find the doors already locked and no drive thru to use. Open sign flashing and many (five) other patrons suffering from the same issue as us - hungry, chose Taco Bell and now are still hungry with no Taco Bell.

Clean at this location and the food was hot & fresh. Watched them make the food and it was done correctly and not rushed. Disappointed they don't have a drive-they but at the same time I think that factor contributes to their ability to make the food better and less sloppy.

This has become my favorite Taco Bell. Customer service has been superb. Karla is adorable I am afraid to come back with my boyfriend because he said she's sizzling hot. In a nutshell this the finest fast food restaurant the Bay Area.

This place is so unprofessional and disappointing. I had ordered for pick up and when I got there, they didn't even start on the order yet, taking into consideration it was completely empty. So I waited and when I finally got my order, they forgot to give me my drink. Then I got into the car and realized they had again, forgotten 2 orders of cinnamon twists. Before I went back in to get my order fixed, I realized the cashier ran outside to smoke something in his car. Judging by the way he was running in and out, it looked like he wasn't supposed to be doing what he was. When I got inside, there was absolutely no one paying attention to the register and I had to wait further for someone to come fix my order. To top it all off, when I got home, I realized they also forgot another order of quesadilla. If you guys decide to come here, make sure to at LEAST TRIPLE CHECK your order!

Never again. Higher than average prices. Lower quality / less fillings. Rushed. Poor Service.

I don't write reviews unless I'm very impressed with the service I've gotten. I came here on the night of 2/29/16 appx 8pm with my son and I received excellent, enthusiastic service from the young man at the register. A service with a smile. Very rare for fast food nowadays. Same goes for the young woman who prepared our food. I hope the owner is reading this and give those two the recognition they deserve. Food is as expected. Fast and simple. The only downside to this location is there are no drive thru. Regardless, I'm giving the five stars. Thank you

I come here maybe about every 2 weeks, between 12pm-3pm, mainly because it convenient and I'm probably starving. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The place is always clean. The only thing that turned me off once was that the cashier didn't wash her hands after handling cash and then went to get food... o_O ... But again if I'm hungry and lack time I will come back. (cheap fast food around the corner from work.) & I've only seen this happen once out of several months so meh... The food and service are good. It's Taco Bell.

Not sure why I am reviewing this, afterall it's only a Taco Bell. But i do get good service here and it is a clean facility with friendly workers. Relative to other fast food places it's definitely more inviting, but a disadvantageous location stop the business from increasing. Happy Eating!

Taco Bell off Great America Parkway was nice and clean around 5.30pm with lots of parking. I went ahead and tried their new Veggie Cantina Bowl without dressing (as it has eggs according to their website) and the kids went with 7 layer burritos and potato soft tacos (with no baja sauce, again eggs). Food was nice and warm, tasted fresh, and good. Nobody had to rush to the bathroom so the chef did good! Staff was friendly and there was no long line, atmosphere was a typical fast food fare. But everyone enjoyed it, 4 stars.

I firmly believe that when you aren't craving anything in particular for lunch, you should at least get something that costs you less than three bucks. Enter the Taco Bell value menu. I never order off the combo menu, and I never order a drink (cheaper at work), so I can easily eat here for around $2.50. Less than $4 if I feel like "splurging" on a quesadilla. This location hasn't lately screwed up my order so I'm relatively kindly disposed toward them. In the past there has been the occasional forgetting of the "no onions" rule (while forgivable in a burger, this is impossible to repair in a bean burrito) and one memorable incident in which they left in the onions AND forgot the cheese (whiz) for the "nachos". But that was on an especially busy day and they looked kind of frazzled. Other than that, it's Taco Bell, either you want to eat there or you don't.

You knew what you were in for by walking in, T-Bell doesn't pull any surprises.

This rating is compared to other Taco Bell's or fast food. Quick service - even when busy. They seem to thrive on the lunch rush and race to see if they can keep up with the orders flying in. Usually friendly cashiers. In fact, there are a couple that recognize me and greet appropriately. Perhaps I'm dreaming but it seems my burritos have a bit more filling at this location than I get at others. And the quality is consistent.

It's a Taco Bell. This one is particularly fast even during lunch rushes. Recommended if you only have a couple of bucks and need to get back to work in a hurry.

The breakfast menu at Taco Bell is killer! The grilled breakfast burritos save the day when your company kitchens have stopped serving breakfast and have not started lunch service and you have been starving while sitting in early morning meetings. The order entry service is slow at this location and the line moves slowly; however, once you order the food is made quickly.

My husband was in the area and wanted to grab food. It was only 10:30pm and they closed at 11pm. There were a couple customers eating. A worker behind the counter saw him and walked to the back and did not come back. Another worker who was cleaning kept cleaning and did not acknowledge him either. He waited 5 minutes and decided to leave. This rating is for their service. If they could not help him, they should have said something or at least acknowledge him. If they want to get ready to close early, then they should have said something too. We plan to avoid this place.

Very long lines during lunch. They only had 3 people working, with over 20 customers. The employees are extremely nice and very good at their job, although management needs to add headcount.

I had a quick lunch at Taco Bell. The food was a typical Taco Bell quality. It's fast food, not the best and not the worst. I had the soft taco, crunch taco, and spicy burrito. They all tasted fine and I found the restaurant very clean. The service was very friendly and they got me in and out with plenty of time to spare on my lunch hour.

GM accidentally got one of my orders wrong. He gave me the mistaken food along with the original chk burrito I ordered. Great service!

good service, but I ordered a breakfast crunch wrap and was appalled to find creamy jalapeño sauce when I specifically asked for NONE! I am so disappointed in myself for trusting this establishment with my special request. I have never been more upset with a Taco Bell experience in my life...and I don't like cheese so that's saying a lot. I hope that in the near future, more training services will be available to those who need it in the area of working the register/taking orders. although I am torn due to this experience I will continue to go to Taco Bell in hopes that this issue is resolved

The customer service I recieved from the manager at this location was awesome. She was the sweetest girl I ever met and she went above and beyond. There were things on the floor and she was out there picking it up on her own not making someone else do it. You can tell she took pride in her job and place of work. Her name was Jennifer and I will go back for sure to see her.

West Coast Taco Bell's taste better to me so I had to stop. It was packed but they got us through the line pretty quick. Got to be the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been in California.

Disappointed!!! All this hype over the new quesolupa and how cheesy it is. That is BS. I had to ask the employee where the cheese was and when it was pointed out it so microscopic amount. Supposedly they cook in a very thin slice of pepper jack cheese. It tasted like a curdled mess !! It was disgusting. The only good thing is the employees were very nice and polite.
