By far the worse experience I have ever received in the food industry. Usually we order online, but every time our order seems to be messed up. So we decided to go in person through the drive-thru to cut down on the lack of communication. We ordered a combo 7# with a Lemonade, two nacho bell grande, and a DLT sub chicken. Upon receiving our order we were given a Lrg Pepsi, we decided not to say anything. We asked for hot sauce and then pulled off to the side to check our order. Both tacos were missing, so we pulled back into the drive thru. We informed the cashier our order was missing tacos and instantly received attitude, "I put them in the bag myself, so I know they were in there." Fair enough, we pulled around to let them check the bag. The cashier, Veronica, says verbatim, "well the hot sauce is at the bottom of the bag, so I know things were taken out." We tried to explain we took things out of the bag to check the order. Instead of being understanding, she replied with attitude, "I know I put them in the bag but okay here's new tacos." Both my boyfriend and I we're so shocked that we we're accused of stealing $2 tacos, when in fact we just wanted what we paid for.
