The 16 Best Restaurants In Juárez, Mexico City 2024

"Generally speaking, Mexico City locals are loyal to the taquería they’ve been going to since they were kids, but this newcomer has gotten a warm welcome from the neighborhood. Order your tacos one at a time, starting with the chicharrón de queso followed by a round of the taco de chuleta—the pork chop is seasoned perfectly—or the taco de arrachera and an agua fresca (we like the agua de la jefa with horchata and fresh strawberries). The vibe is fun and lively, with Mexican classics blasting from the speakers. Just don’t sit too close to the open grills—otherwise, you’ll definitely smell like carnitas when you leave." - guillaume guevara

Very good quality price relationship. The vibe of the place is amazing and they got a good selection in their menu. I really liked their pastor a suadero. It’s also 24 hours which makes it very handy. Gringas were my favourites

Fun treat on the way to the art market. Lots of options, all were delicious. Wish we were hungrier to eat more! There seem to be a couple different locations around the city, but definitely local and definitely worth stopping at.

A bit of a wait during peak hours. Their tacos are not the best, but the tacos al pastor are pretty juicy. The restaurant has a nice vibe and some nice margaritas. Overall a good stop, but you're not missing out on anything.

Very good, local tacos, especially with large gathering. Not necessarily my "go to" taco places in CDMX but we had a large family gathering (10 people) and this place was a perfect fit with large tables. My favorite / go to places are usually packed, "a hole-in-the-wall," small places so this was a perfect, clean restaurant with ample room (especially with older ladies in their 70s).

This restaurant is fantastic! It feels very authentically Mexican, with tacos being prepared in front of you and a line of patrons waiting because it is so delicious. We enjoyed tacos arrenchera, bistek, and of course pastor. The ”volcano” taco and the “gringa” were two really good kinds with cheese, but the classic were really great too. Highly recommend.

Wanted to experience authentic tacos while in CDMX and some close local friends brought me here. The food here outshines any hipster taco restaurant or food trucks in NYC meatpacking, LIC, Williamsburg, etc. $40 USD for the 3 of us to eat very well = 14 tacos, 2 fresh squeezed lemonades and a 32 oz beer. Also bought some T-shirts (couldn't resist 😁). Be prepared to wait a little, especially on Tuesday nights after watching the luchadores!

Amazing food. Tourists line up for other famous taco places in the area but Mexicans line up for this one. Big selection. Delicious tacos. Fast and excellent service. Fun atmosphere. I even hesitate to write this review because it could contribute to bigger line ups.
