Tacos Los Palomos

One of my favorite taco spots in all of LA county, glad they have a physical location now. Meat selection is great, ranging from lengua to suadero. The pastor is top tier. Hard to find a place where the hot sauce is spicy enough for me but it all comes together here.

Witness the local famous taco stand franchise transfer into a fancy store in El Monte in summer 2023. What an amazing progress! I feel upset once I could not find the familiar stand but the new store gives me a sudden surprise. Everything is clean and clear while the decorations are almost the traditional Mexican style. The staff are really welcoming as we talked a lot during the waiting time for my food. Tried the torta Hawaiiana at the first visit. The sweet pineapple is really good with pork and crispy bread. Worth a try! [More food choices to be taken for next couple visits]. The food is a little more expensive than before, but it is worth it as we should go and support them!

One of the best spots in LA for enjoying mouthwatering Mexican food. We tried a Torta Hawaiiana and a Gringa (both with al pastor meat) and individual tacos (asada and pastor). Everything was delicious but the torta was absolutely delightful and totally recommended. In addition, if you dine in, you'll receive caramelized onions and potatoes as a great garnishment for your order, which I think is excellent customer service. In general, service is wonderful, prices and food quality are superb and ambiance is perfect for having a good time. Definitely, we'll come back soon.

Great food. Authentic Oaxaca style. Highly recommend it. The torta hawalliana is a bomb!

Delicious tacos. The corn tortillas have a nice soft homemade quality to them. I enjoyed their famous al pastor, crispy tripa, cabeza, and buche.

I having a bad customer service that casher give us bad attitude on our first timer to come try their tacos because people saying it good taco and have nice reviews but I am wrong he give me bad attitude with us and the food is alright just feeling dry definitely not coming back again I will recommend go to other taco place better

Phenomenal tacos as usual! This was our go-to taco stand during COVID and we were devastated when they were forced out of the area but now extremely happy they're back with a permanent location. Regarding their tacos, they didn't miss a beat. Al Pastor will always be my favorite. Another comment mentioned their salsas weren't on ice however they're now kept in an electric refrigerated condiment station. I want to shout out the attentive staff who checked on us throughout our meal and were extremely friendly. Bravo Tacos Los Palomos, we are so happy for you and wish you all the success to come.

There isn't much to say for this place,tacos are microscopic and very average,prices are very high for what you get,place is extremely dirty,my advice drive to your nearest Taco Bell or Del Taco you'll do much better.

Tacos are great, but the young man working there at night was like the best employee I've ever seen. Constantly cleaning and helping, and he was the only one there. I don't usually tip for a order at counter place but I had to this time.

excellent tacos. it's a sit-down not a truck so that's convenient. the adobada was really juicy and the pineapple wasn't dry - it was excellent. The trip was crispy, just the way I like it. service was fast. music was blasting but fun.

Very nice and spacious inside and the meat is so good here! I highly recommend every body tries this spot the service is amazing the guy taking the order is very nice and even recommends things. Best taco spot in El Monte for sure!

This place has some of the most delicious Mexican food. Their pastor tacos are truly the best in town. I've tried many taco places and taco stands and this place never disappoints. Truly amazing! I feared that when they opened their restaurant, the quality was going to drop but it hasn't. Quite the opposite, I think their food got better. I had two pastor tacos, quesadilla de maiz con asada and horchata. Their service is also pretty fast. There is plenty of parking and seating; a great place to dine with the family.

These guys managed to graduate from a taco stand to a restaurant. The tacos are great, the Al Pastor is some of the best around, and the tripas are always crispy and clean.

Finally our very own street venders tacos are back ! In their very own Restaurant , right in my home town of El Monte . Tacos Los Palomos are bomb everything is bomb!

Love there tortas and burritos, and love the fact that they put cheese in them. Have tried the Asada and Pastor and both are good, but pastor can be a bit oily when ordered for a burrito. They have a salsa bar with all the fixings for your food and a good variety of aguas frescas. You can call ahead to pick up your order and on Tuesdays and Wednesday's they have deals for there tortas and burritos.

Look no further, this is a low key taco joint that makes the best food. I love hand made tortillas. They have a wide selection of meats. I got the lengua, al pastor and cabeza queso tacos and I will definitely be coming back for more! We loved the self serve salsa options. This was a taco truck that turned into a restaurant! There was plenty of place to sit and park.

No se ni cómo empezar. Los tacos de cabeza y de buche no tienen sabor la quesadilla de maíz al pastor estaba muy grasosa. Las salsa y la verdura en la mesa sin hielo. La persona que nos atendió fue amable. Esta es la primera y última vez que voy.

Food is great tacos de lengua, chorizo are my favorite. The Service is always good never disappoints, either by yourself or with family and friends the ambiance is always good except for 1-2 costumers that are always in need of attention, they feel the need to be notice by ringing the service bell way to many times. Please don't do that it's annoying for other people specially for workers who I want to guess don't say anything out of respect but you can see their faces how uncomfortable you can get with costumers with lack of respect for others. This place open not to long ago they still need to get their workers together, we just need to be a little patient.
